[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

i m using micromax x550 (cube). its battery life is very bad and the processer is very slow. i want to sent it back to the company.
its really very sad to say that micromax service center (jodhpur- rajasthan) is not less than a theif... as I did not know that, battery should be keep in our (customer) possession while handing over the mobile to your service center. I left the center without battery but now service center agent is not ready to give me my battery...

Micromax — mobile X550

I bought micromax X550 on 17.3.2011. from The Mobile Store at Kalindi. They told me that X550 is very good in performance, but it is the worst mobile i have ever used. It is getting hang within every 20-25 minutes. On 20.3.2011 it was automatically switched off but while i tried to switch it on, it was not getting ON. Battery was almost 70% charged at the time of auto switch off.

Micromax — Micromax bling mobile phone

Dear Sir

I have bought a micomax bling mobile phone on 24th of August 2010. After using it for a month the phone started showing complications. I had submitted the phone to the Servicing Centre situated in Lajpat Nagar (Technocare), but to no avail.The concerned authorities of the servicing centre were suppose to inform me regarding the date of receipt of my product after repair, but that never happened.Within these days i tried calling on the given contact no. several times but no body received the call. One fine day i rushed and collected my phone. Within 2 days of Servicing ,it started showing the same problem once again. Again i had to rush to the Servicing centre , then i had submitted my phone there on 21.01.2011, after that the same story continued, i was suppose to get back my phone withing 2 weeks or so, but neither did i get a call from them , not did they update me with the present position of my mobile phone. (Heights of IRRESPONSIBILTY).in the mean time my ear phone also got damaged , and they repalced it wit a local ear phone, which again got damaged within a week.
Since my date of warranty was finishing on 24th of February2011 , i went by myself, without any prior knowledge from the service centre on 23rd of February 2011, still my mobile phone was lying there unrepaired n with 1 more damage inflicted to it ( the mirror was broken) this time. I submitted my phone this time also with the hope that may be this time they will repair it completely, and since i am a college going student , who is doing her Graduation Project in Greater Noida , i don't get time to come and either submit or receive my phone any time of the day, so i requested them ,giving my address to please deliver it to my given address but to na avail. till date i had not received any call neither did i receive my mobile phone.
Finally i was compelled to miss my office and rush to this Service Centre at Lajpat Nagar , once again, but i found the same problem still persisting. Now i do not wish to take back my badly tampered phone, i just want my money back from the company.

I am writing this complaint to you so that you please take some legal action against this company.
REDICULOUS COMPANY ...WORST SERVICING...SHAME ON THEM...THE COMPNY SHOULD SHUT DOWN ASAP.

Micromax (X600) — Misplace of phone

I had purchased a micro max (X 600) handset on 30st Oct'10 from Digitek Computes Pvt. ltd. which is in located in Yamuna Vihar. and In starting time i was really satisfied with the services of handset, but after crossing of four months, it has started to showing his actual face and m started getting some problems with the screen touch. so i have decided to go with service center to sort out the screen problem. and visited the service center on 11th February 2011 (Printonix, Lakshmi Nagar) and handover my phone to them and got the signed copy from them (attached)and after a small discussion they communicate me to come after 30 days and take your phone back so i did the same and went there after 30 days but what I saw, that service center has closed and moved out somewhere else or closed from Lakshmi Nagar. and I didn’t get the any intimation from anybody so, i have decided to complained with customer care and same I did and register a complained against the service center and asked them to provide my handset back but I did get the satisfied answer from them and some of the Customer service representative(Vivek Tiwari, [protected]) call me that you phone is ready and you can collect from Mozo Enterprises (Micromax distributor) located at nearby the service center. I have visited there from Gurgaon to Lakshmi Nagar more than two times just for the sake that I’ll get my phone back but every times I was getting fake commitment by Vivek Tiwari and wasted a lot time.

And still I am following up with Customer care and Vivek tiwari but till now nothing happened.

There are some important details I have mentioned below for your attention & quick action.

regreted to inform u that i have lodged a complaint with M/s Ganesh Electricals, 37-C, Manshahia colony, Near Phatak No.21, Patiala..under JobNo. 3792 dt.11.03.11 and job No.3793 dt. 11.03.11 ...(Set X235. and . X265 ) but no response received from them...it is very difficult to satisfy the customer...So further stating that i hate this system of service...and would like to discontinue the services of with Micromax company on behalf of M/s shree balaji Telecom, Mandi Gobindgarh...i think the matter is very shamful...and we would like to stop the selling your product...

Kindly advise your service centre...to procide better sercices to the dealer...

I have purchased MICROMAX X-510 PIKE on[protected] from SHEETAL MUSIC WORLD, Madhav Tower, Near Apsara Hotel, Toran Bawri, Udaipur(Raj.). The IMEI no. of mobile is [protected]. It shows too much problems after a month, so I took it to the Micromax Customer Service Center at Suri Complex, Surajpole, Udaipur(Raj.). They handover me that mobile after 1 month and 7 days, and I again got someproblem with the LCD of my mobile after few days. They suggest me to change the LCD and I agree with them but after 2 month and 2days (from[protected] to[protected] they handover the mobile fully damaged and say, “We are not able to repair this mobile and we are not responsible for the damage.” My mobile is still in guarrantee period.

Now I need help to change the mobile or give my money back, so first I am requesting to do the needfull otherwise I have to complaint to The Consumer Court for further help.

I bought x265 in Pune and since then really cursing my decision not just because the handset speakers stopped working after a month but also because of third class customer service . Its been more than a month since i deposited my handset and I am still waiting for my replacement set.

People, think twice before buying any Indian brand hand set because they have the worst customer service.
i purchase q75 there is some display problem i given the phone for repair at service centre 1 month back
but there is no responce
the service center at hydearbad ameerpet that name is srinivasa mobile care so please arrange as early as possible

hi, myself mukesh shriwastava r/o. yavatmal. my complaint is that i had purchased mobile phone MICROMAX CUBE X550 (imei no. [protected], [protected]) in rs. 4100/- on dtd 28th feb 2011 from Balaji Electronics & Mobile Accessories, Datta Chowk Yavatmal. Afetr used it 2 to 3 days i came to know that the mobile has no battery backup more than half day, thats why i told this problem to the shopkeeper on dtd. 6th March 2011 and shopkeeper told me to go in MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE (MEERA COMMUNICATION). When i went at this service centre the owner told me give mobile phone in his possesion for one day for checking, thats why i had given it to him on dtd. 8th march 2011 when i asked him for receipt he told me that we will issue u D.O. for replacement thats why i will not giving u job card. and after one day on 9th march 2011 when i go there (in service centre) he told me to submit all the mobile accesories for checking thats why i submitted all accesories to them on same day. then after two days when i go there he told me that thare is a strike of micromax company so u have to wait whenever it closed. so he taken mobile phone in his possesion 9 to 10 days and on dated 19 th march he given me mobile phone and said that go to the shopkeeper he will issuing u D.O for replacemnet. then on dtd. 20th march i will go there to the shopkeeper about the replacement said by service centre owner, then he taken mobile phone in his possesion and said that come after 10 days we will replace it. and after 10 when i go there he given me same mobile phone and told that there is no need to replace it i solve the problem. so i take the mobile phone from shopkeeper on dtd. 31 march. but after that day when i used it i came to know that he does not done anything just giving me mobile phone in same condition thaen i contacted micromax customer care and customer care person given me complaint no. mmx20419123 and told me that go to the shopkeeper and call us from there then same day i will go there then the shopkeeper told me to go to the service centre he will replace the battery i will talk to him. same day i had gone there and then the service centre owner told me that there is no need to change the battery because the some plate of mobile phone has damege of that mobile and he also talk to the shopkeepr and said that D.O. APPLICABLE to this mobile phone so plz replace it. and the again on dtd. 7th march i give this mobile phone for replacement to the shopkeeprand he also assure me that we will replace it, but still last day he has not replace it, and when today i go there he said that we will not replace it but we will changing the plate so come next week. here i m suffering from last one month for that mobile phone. so plese help me to solve that problem. for that always be thankfull to you. plz take some necessary action that shopkeeper and micromax company. plz.

I had purchased Micromax Mobile X360 on 15th March 2011 from M/s Siddhaath Sales & Services Islampur Dist Sangli vide invocie no 1759 dated 15th March 2011. The same gifted to my wife on her birthday on 13th April 2011. But it is found that mobile set dosent contains Memory card for 2 GB. Whreas the same was mention on the comapny printed barcode on the box. The IMEI Number for my mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. When asked to the shop owner M/s Siddhaath Sales & Services . He denied saying that there was no memory card in the same kit. How can the same be on company printed barcode for accessiories contianing in mobile kit? my contact no [protected]
