[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

micromax/mobile set — not giving right information from micro max service center

sir,
i want to state that i have been purchesed a micromax mobile hand set from kundu.enterprise on 21/8/2010.After 3 month joy stick of that phone was not working properly. Then i go to the service center of micromax named Red Hat.From the service center they told come after 15 days now joy stick is not available.when i go to the service center after 15 days they again said the same thing. still i dont get the joy stick.After 3 month the service center people told me when we get your joy stick we will call you.

I need to take some necessary action.

i brought micromax G4.in that they told in the service centre that your phone has some board problem . So they want to send the mobile to headoffice.within 15 days you will get the mobile but till now i did't get mobile it about 2 months over. So please help me to get rid off this problem

Micromax / Micromax G4 — Unable get a cell phone part yet

We purchased a Mobile phone from Univercell, located in Chatiram bus stand, Trichy. A blue-tooth adapter in my package was missing on that day of purchase. But the staff named (Karthick) assured us to give that part soon. But he is saying that the part is with him. He is saying excuses but not provided that part. After purchase we visited the show room 4 times but no use. Mr. Bala from that same showroom also assured the same, but no use. We need that part now but, we ashamed o[censored]nivercell customer care. My bill number : 2554436, Purchase Date: 06.12.10, Model : Micromax G4, IMEI no.[protected].

Micromax — Not work properly & not get repair immediately

I have purchase QB handset in November 2010. Purchase time to current time I use one month only. Firstly repair from Pune Shivaji Nagar service centre after 2 weeks once against get a battery problem & screen touch. I send to repair in last month in Nigadi service centre, they tell to me after one week got your mobile. They tell me 3 time. If not possible repairing the mobile replace me another handset or my cash amount. If any reply call to me my this no.[protected]/ [protected]
I have purchese micromax mobile in july 2009 and my mobile worked very fine but last few days i am facing internet connetivity problems in OPERA MINI. the mobile is showing the below errors...

b03 javax.microedition.pki.certificateexception.error 12 duration HTTP over WSP

Request you to please provide me the solutions for that.

Dear Micromax,

I have purchase micromax set for M/s Spice hot spot ( City Centre, sctor-12, Site no. 4, Faridabad, Bill No. 3214) as on dated 31/10/2010 (Model No X-550) but i facing these are below mention problem.

1. Some time screen proper White no one see it.
2. Incoming call not attend due to problem in speaker
3. Automatically swithch off

This is really very dissapoint sevice geting for your end both service station which is Old faridabad and second is Near Neelam Chock not given proper responce that one is saying pl go old and same world saying Neelam services station. Nobody's got the proper solution for this set.

I have only one set for use conversation to other,

if we are getting these type serive then i cann't go with Micromax Set.

Pl give reaply with solution.

Micro max C-350 — Not working properly

Hi : I am Raju from Hyderabad. I was purchased Micro max C350.Mobile On Nov-2010.
in Hyd from Big mobile shop @ chandanagar.from the date.it is not working properly.
I am using tata indicome CDMA
Lot of problems with that.
1)if I dialed any number after one or two call to another numbers. Earlier call cont display
2) if I received any number it will be not display after some time
3) if I am in the meeting mobile in silent mode. Missed calls.10 nos. but displayed one only.that is earlier call Number
4) sound also very poor quality .burred.
5) I cannot call back same number. Because number will displaying Like this +009198XXXXXXXX
Editing the Number + then will go call.
6) some time same number will come 098XXXXXXXXX not only same Number any net work
7) same time Name will be display. Same time not
I was visit so many times in elephant complex. ameerpet .hyd. Micro max service centre .But there is very Bad responded me they are working people noon technicians they don’t know about soft ware. just say we format to handset and give to back if any problem please come. This is they are doing daily work. That’s it
So now what to do. Please suggesting me . replace it my Micro max C-350. otherwise I will go to consumer forum .

I have purchased Micromax Q-6 model IME:[protected] on 1-Dec2010. After a month i have to submit to one of your service center based in sec-18 as there was two problem persisting in it.
First was that I need to apply extra pressure to menu button to wrk on and second was no message was send from it. I have told them this problem but after one and half months when I received the mobile problem was not resolved.On the above the they have broken my phone screen glass. When we inquired about the same they have no reply and said If you want to change it please leave it again as we donot have screen glass now. I have never seen such pathetic service in any of the mobiles I have used ever.This is really very sad that big company like your have such poor service caters with no responsibility and accountability. I feel as if have made a mistake in buying micromax mobile. I feel that I should stop my known people from buying your product.

My request to you that I need my mobile to be resolved or else replace the same. If any of thing dose not happen I will go to the higher authorities to resolve the same.

Request you to change the service of your in sec-18 ansal acrade as its pathetic people running after them get their mobiles months.Kindly let me know in how much time it will be resolved.

Complaint on Micromax mobiles

Sir, I am Rajasekaran.MNo [protected]. I gave my micromax GC360 for display and Board complaint to Vishnu Agency Dharmapuri Tamilnadu, authorized Micromax service centre last 24 Jan 2011. Yet it is not returned for me and no reply from them . They told that Micromax company has scarecity in spares. so we can't do anything . How can i get? Or may I go for consumer court?
I am purchesed one micromax Q5 mobile in tiruppr poorviga mobile showroom, in 21/7/2010, now its not working properly ...the message was not send ...its just show message like .not enough memory...and also i can not set wallpaper image, that time also this message only is showed...so please some boudy help me how to clear this problem...semd me mail to [protected]@gmail.com

Maine micromax x-360 Shri Bala ji Mobile Shop & Sevice Center Bijnor (UP) se 12-09-10 ko liya thha jisme 1 maheene bad hi problems aani suroo ho gayee thee jise maine aapke service center per dikhaya thha jisase muje santusthi nahi huiii, ek hafte bad maine fir se shri bala ji mobile shop & sevice center per de diya thha unahone yah kahkar mera set mujhe wapas kar diya tha ki banda jab jayega tab aapko phone karke set manga lenge. ab ek maheena ho gaya hai. Abhi tak mera set theek nahi huaa hai jisase mujhe bhahut paresani ho rahi hai .
Mere set mai na to net chal raha thha aur uski screen bhi kharab ho rahee thee, aur uska vibreter bhi theek nahi thha. maine bill ki copy thha set jama karne ki slip attach kar raha hu.
mai sochta thha ki micromax mobile phones achhe hote hai per jitne ye phone kharab hai usase jyada inki service khrab hai. mai soch raha hu ki upbhokta form mai hi kyu na chala jaoo.
So pls. help me otherwise mai foram mai jane ki tayaree kar rahaa hu

Micromax Q-55, Prince Communication — Reference to my job card no.603582 dated 19.01.11

With reference to the above subject I am enclosing here with my bill of Micromax Q-55 and job card details. I submitted my Q55 set to your service center Prince Communication on 08.01.11 job card no. is 603104 but the problem not resolved again it has been submitted on 19.01.11 job card no. 603582 and told me that within 10-25 days your all the problem has been removed. you can see that since how long my phone is laing with you and how much problem i have been facing because of my phone. I think you will be understand that this time mobile is very essential thing to every person and absence of this how much problem any one can face. If i wold have not need of mobile than why i would be buy it but i m not getting any benefit from buying your Q-55 model its very disappointing to say that this model is defective and after buying this set i am totally fade up with your model as well as your services. I am regular contact with your service center as well as person named Mr.Vivek but till date i m not getting any positive result, they are only fishing the matter and making fake commitments to the customer. I have no other alternate to write you mail with the great hope that you would be help me out.

I would request you to please try to understand my problem and your product defect. I also request you to please exchange my Q-55 model to any one of your model which laing within that price range as soon as possible.
