I have purchased Micromax GC255 Model. I am not getting battery for thiis either from the market or from authorised service centre. Micromax company service is very poor, Any new buyer pls ensure that you dont buy Micromax mobile just for the advertisement. The company service quality is bad. You may have to throw the hand set at some point of time .

Micromax Mobile Q5C — Faulty piece and too much delay in repairing

Dear Sir,

I purchased new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. Q5C in March-2011 from Ankur-1 Shop, Chembur.

Just within 15 days, its software started hanging and malfunctioning.

I submitted the mobile in Micromax Service Centre, Gurudeo Apt, Chembur Naka, Chembur on 28/03/2011.

Till today, 19/04/2011, no action has been taken by the co. and my handset is still lying at the co, Borivli.

am purchased new micreomax a60 only 4 days go but when am open box its volume keys does not work i told to shopkeeper but he do not take any resposibelity what can i do my cell no. [protected] from panipat

i buy gc 275 micromex.after 20 day there r problem creat.i deposite since 75 day for reparing. but no repair no any anser.there i complen in custemer care but no responce. very bad service.last job card no. 1547738.

I think you are unable to resolve my cellphone problem. because almost one month has gone and the situation is as well as, so consumer court is the only way for me to resolve my problems
I regret to say that I am one of your unsatisfied customer, who is getting harassed by your local Jaipur people. The case is that I have purchased a Maxx mobile Model No. GC735 from Kalpana Mobile Raisar Plaza on 25-8-10. The problem with the mobile is that its CDMA sim is not working. The mobile is under warranty period. Here I am continuously following with Mr. Inder Kumar and your Qcom Staff but they are not giving any proper response and harassing me without any reason. This has been one month I am not using my CDMA sim because of which my whole transitions has been lost which has resulted in monetary loss. I think atleast you will pay heed to my problem and get me the solution. I have full faith in Maxx Mobile as I have 2 sets other than this set and you will come up to my expectations. I need my new mobile back in working condition.

Few months back I had purchase micromax q7 mobile, but now it is dead with waranty period, I have submit to service center in Ludhiana, which is Situated basement of Zoom Hotel, Rk road, But Excutive said Mr. Tajinder it will take one month for repair, This is very long time, I have already confirm out side repairing center they said it will take hardly 2 hour for repair, There are 15 to 20 mobile purchase of my near and dear with my Referance, But this is very bad service of Micromax Mobile, Now onward I never give the refrence to any one for purchase the micromax mobile

Micromax Mobile Q5c Black — Phone Speaker not properly working

Last week, I have purchased Micromax Mobile Q5C from a website Infibeam.com (order no. 7965963). For last 3 days I am facing problems with the speaker of the phone. The speaker some times not working. To rectify the problem temporarily I switch it off and then switch it on.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and suggest a solution for my problem. Can the product be replaced?

i have purchased micromax X550 Qube mobile phone on Febuary 2011 from Gwalior . It is not working properly my mobile problem is heating and Battary backup only 15 days in purchase date. I am regularly going to service centre and it is not repair my mobile . I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court

micromax mobile company — phone not functioning correctly

I purchased micromax a 60 which is an android phone.in its advertisement it was clearly mentioned that all facilities of android will be available on it.but unlike other android devices it donot have facilities for downloading from android market which is an imp. Feature of android.its like they are selling their product by false claims .

I, really, am disappointed by purchasing micromax C112 mobile and I will suggest my friends and colleagues not to buy micromax mobile. I have purchased micromax C122 mobile on 2/5/2011 from a reliance service center (Lakshya infocom). Three weeks after purchasing this mobile problems come up. I faced many problems like charging getting down in three hours time (and when I recharge, the mobile gets so heated like a pressure cooker. It was not working properly and getting switched off automatically. I have approached nearest micromax service center ( sai mobile, hardy complex, sec-bad). They have informed me that the battery was not working and it will take one month to replace this old battery with a new battery but they did not at all assured us that the phone will begin working after changing the battery. We have requested them to replace with new phone but they did not pay any attention to my request.
I request you to look into the matter and take the necessary action and sort out the problem as early as possible
