[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased micromax Q5 Mobile from shiva Elecronics Mapusa Municipal Fish market Mapusa Bardez Goa. My IMEI NO. [protected]. Battery No. Q5B[protected]. Charger No. Q5B[protected]. i purchased on 25/10/10. my menu key is not working properly i have to press 3-4 times to get menu display. then second problem i face is that with the ear phone its not working properly. the third problem m having is that when i plugged in the ear phone when plugged out its still showing that ear phone is still plugged in.

Plz help me to find solution to this problems.

Maine micromax Q5 mobile liye two month ho gaye, handset me koi problem nahi ayi, lekin jab mai usme head phone cable lagata hoo to usme handset proffile use ho jati hai par head phone set se nikal dene par bhi head set proffile activate rahati hai aur wah proffile nahi hatti hai activate rahi aati hai aur usme bar-bar plug in, plug out scren par ata hai aisi head set use na karne par bhi yahi problem rahti hai jisse mujhe loud speekar open karke bat karna padta hai please iske nirakarn ke liye koi upay bataye

I agree not able to find the right pc suite, downloaded one from the website it's not working. searching it online it's all farce.. i hope micromax company is watching it or day's are not far when they will be nokia forgotten but never forgiven

have purchased micromax mobile phone on[protected] from M/s Shubam Communication, Bahadurgarh. It isnot working properly since[protected] i sent this phone service center recived my phone on 11/01/2011 but this phone not ok problem same as my phone my phone bill no is 1020 phone no is A[protected]
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court

I have purchased micromax mobile C -2I phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.

I have purchase a MICROMAX Q6 mobile or Tension on 28/09/2010 from TRIPUTI MOBILES, BHILWARA. After 7-10 days various problem happened in this piece. I have many time goes at your service center but the problem cannot be solve. After I go at your dealer and it promise to change this piece from company but his dealerships cancelled and your service center also change. Then I goes at your new service center and it said this piece goes at Jaipur for repairing and it comes within 15 days. After this when i goes your service center to collect this piece but the LCD is broken and he change this but the problem is continue. I have also send a mail to you on 30/11/2010 but no response comes from you. This mobile is lying at your Jaipur service center from 01/12/2010. But it could not repair and yet not delivered to me. Now I did not want to collect this piece I need my money back. So please look this mater kindly and inform me.

Micromax — not got my mobile back

hello sir,
i had given my micromax q7 mobile for repair ... it had some problem so the service center manager promised me to return back my mobile within 15 days saying that my mobile has been sent to head office.. its already been some 60 days still i have not got my mobile back...!!
please help

Micromax — still in warranty period and i m paying

i have a micromax x600, still in warranty period. its charging jack is not working completely. when i went to its service centre they ask me to pay Rs. 300 for changing its jack by saying they can not work for any broken services..

1) I Purchases Micro Max X550 MOBILE on 18.01.2011 by 8.30 pm from TOP 10 Mehta Store Dadar (West).
2) In Mobile three is a problem of Screen Touch pad Problem form 19.01.2011 from Morning.
3) I Go to dealer for Replace my mobile but Dealer told me to go to service centre and obtan DOA Letter for Replace Mobile.
4) In Sion Micro Max Service Centre Mr. Vikas Not give DOA Letter for Replace of Mobile
5) In 26.01.2011 Mr Vikas Submitted My New Mobile for Reparing touchpad Problem with give me Job Sheet.
The Jobsheet No. is 1085645. and He told the Peace collect from Saturday.
6) In Saturday 29.01.2011 I talk to Mr. Vikas in Phone , he Told to me My New Mobile is not repair and Call Monday.
7) In Tuesday 01.02.2011, I talk to Mr Vikas in Phone. He told Me the My Ne Mobile peace is not Repair and Called on Saturday 05.02.2011.

Please do the needful at repair in My New Mobile which is Purchased from 18.01.2011.

Micromax Mobile Model gc275 Handset — in warranty handset problem

Sir, i have purchase micromax gc275 handset on 09.07.10, Nature of Complent was CDMA Sim not working i give mobile to Thane micromax service center Maxcom on 29.12.10 Customer job Card No. 1051171 Nitesh Bhat they told they want to sent handset to micromax company with in ten day your handset problem will done after ten day i ask them about my handset they told another 05 days, then i complent to micromax service center my complent no [protected] they told we want 04 day to Know about handset statis
then after 04 day i call same answer on 31.01.11 i call to thane service center they told many complent of same make handset &Company will replace the Handset with in week Day & they give me mumbai Micromax serice center person Name Mr.Kaplesh mobile no.[protected] i call the kalpesh about my handset he told with in two working day your mobile handset will replace after three day i call mr kalpesh is not picking my mobile then i call to thane service center on 03.02.11 now they told with will take another 10 to 15 day Now what to do sir about this problem plese take care of Customer problem

Micromax Mobile QC5 — Service Complaint

i have purchased a micromax qc5 around October 2011. after using 2 months in Dec 2011 the mobile was dead and i send to micromax service center 'Kaiser telecom' in vashi sector 17. there they took around a week to give the status. they said it should be send to level 3 repairing at Panvel 'Sai Telecom'. i submitted the mobile to them on 28 Dec 2011 and later they send the mobile to the company for repairing. but till date ie 06-Feb-2011 i haven't received the mobile. i call the customer care but they don't have the update when the mobile will be repaired and send it to me.
