I have purchased a Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet from Ezone Mumbai (powai branch) post which I have faced 3 major issues, Micromax has given me a horrifying a experience -
Kindly consider for the damages on bad customer experience and my refund:-
-Defective Product not replaced
-Company Authorized Service center is not having basic spares for 1 month of a newly lunched product
-Company call center is refusing to refund the money and process any replacement

Micromax — PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
I BOUGHT A MOBILE OF MICROMAX HAVING MODEL No.X250. THEY ARE DOING THE ADVERTISMENT OF 10 HOUR OF TALK TIME BUT ACTUALLITY IS SOMETHING ELSE.ITS NOT EVEN 1 HOUR & IT WAS HANGING. SO I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE TO MOBILE CARE.THEY HAVE KEPT MY MOBILE FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH. IN THIS SENERIO WHERE MOBILE HAS SO IMPORTANT IN EVERYONE LIFE THEY KEPT FOR SO LONG. I HAD GIVEN A NEW MOBILE ONLY 1 MONTH USED WHOSE IMEI NO. WHERE [protected] BUT AFTER SERVICING THEY HAVE TRETURNED A DIFFERENT MOBILE HAVING IMEI No.[protected] WITH BROKEN DISPLAY GLASS.HE IS GIVING USLESS REASON FOR ALL THE ABOVE MATTER.EVEN AFTER SERVICING THE BATTERY BACK IS SAME HARDLY 1 HOUR.
