Have bought New Micromax funbook tablet on 29th May 2012 and as per company description it should have 4 GB internal Hard disk but it was showing only 2 GB Hard disk and after using it for 4 days it got hardware problem that it was working only on charging mode if charger / power discontinue it got switched off in new age of 4 days tablet, and on the right side of the instrument touch screen is also not working properly due to hardware problem

Now I dont want to use that repaired tablet, when I asked to the service sales person he told me that we cannot replace your instrument once you bought warrenty is for only 7 days, when there is not my fault then why should I suffer with repaired tablet for which I have paid full value of money, why should I used second / repaired instrument,

Please escalate this matter and want to claim for replacement the tablet from micromax company immideatly or advice me how can I submit my complaim to consumer court to proceed further to Micromax Company

today i come to know from the service station that it has pcb problem and the hardware cost is around 4 to 5 thousand rupees though once they received they may repair the same, i dont want to use this tablet pls escalate this compain to the MD / Chairman of the Micromax Company

    I had given my micromax A75 mobile on 29.05.2012 to bangalore service centre M/S Ovez Comunication they had isued Reciept no. 9995 dtd.29.05.2012.They told abt touch screen has to be replaced but since to day 11/06/2012 I had no clue abt when they will give my mobile back. I have purchased just 1 month back only if they don't have spare then they have to replace the handset. i am requesting to you to do needfull in this regards.I am very fadeup with micromax service.

      I have charged the battery fully and Switch off the mobile phone from 9.am to 7.30 pm during my office hours.
      When I swithc on the mobile after my office hours and when I speak hardly 10 minutes ( about 4 or 5 persons)
      the charge automatically come down.
      BATTERY IS VERY BAD, BACK UP IS ONLY TEN MINUTES AFTER 3 MOTHS AN SWOLLEN AND THEY ARE NOT AGREE TO REPLACE BATTERY IN WARRANTY PERIOD GIVING REASON OVER CHARGING ODF BATTERY DONE

        Resp. Sir l have purchased mob. from mobillewala shop at vadodara on 25/4/2012 but on 14/5/2012 it found problem and stopped working. I went to service center to complain they have taken the mob. and said that it will be given back within 2 DAYS, on my call after 2 days they replies that PCB is damaged. and need to be changed, ultimately after 15days they given back my mobile but no job sheet is prepared for the complaint. Now my problem is that if any problem accures I dont have any proff pl. suggest proper course of actions .

            my micro max phone Queb 560x audio jack is faulty and the problem starting from the beginning when i purchase it. i went service canter with this problem but the manager of service canter said this is a physical problem and the company is not responsible for it. i did talk with customer care but they said the jack will not repair in warranty. it will repair in RS.350 in the warranty. My phone is still in the warranty. i want to say you all the viewer who want to purchase it. please don't purchase micro max phone because it is a bad quality product. they resolve the problem but it will be payable. i am very disappointed from the micro max phone i will never purchase it in the future. i will go consumer court against it.

              Dear Sirr. There was so cheating with me. There us said u can buy a micro-max a73 and u get free TATA photon device free. But there is no offers. There is one mist cheat is RS. There was billing with Rs.8700. But I was search in Internet. I was shocked. Micro-max a73 Rs.6700. Then I confirmed. He was cheat me. That's OK. Now my mobile is when I putted the charging that was Sir bad smell like a burning. I was take away the showroom. But there was said what can I do?. Its very irresponSirble. Pls rewart my Rs. Are any mobile in that's rate. Please Sirr.

                After receiving the Product at the time o[censored]se i have faced different problems. Details in brief given below for your ready referrence-
                1. When i connect it USB 3G dongle Tablet totally hanged up. and restarted automatically.

                2. When I am using my Tabet through Charging than touch screen does not works properly.
                3. Audio And Video Sound Problem.
                4. Now Presently Its fully dead . Not Started , Only Micromax logo Shown.

                The dealer of Micro Maxx - Univer Cell. I bought the tablet from them and those cheats told me that it gives a battery back up of 4 to 5 hours on video or 1 day i[censored]sed without internet and what i see now is that the tablet gets switched off before i could complete watching a 70 minutes video.

                Please Please don buy this tablet and especially from cheating retailers like UNIVER CELL :(

                  I bought micromax mobile phone A60 android phone but its not worth a single penny,i Regret the the day i bought this mobile,within 15 days this mobile showed malfunctioning its battery is useless even i[censored] dont use it it gets drained fully and its takes more than 48 hours to charge it fully,forget to use net of listen to any music then its battery lasts not more than half hour,within one month i have to get it rectified at service centre,battery change,charger faulty............worthless mobile from micromax dont ever go for it......

                    The Technical Support Person Won't Providing any Job Status Report and without any intimation he has resolved one issue Regards My Micromax Mobile X285 Handset and without telling about the things which technical person had damaged while repairing of my Micrmax X285 Mobile for which after that my Mobile won't get initialized when i connect it to my Computer and also Torch won't working . After repair he spoke rudely won't bring this Mobile after this if having any issue's it will not be repaired under warranty why you get purchased such cheap handset if having any issues service center is not responsible to provide any support to such type of handsets . The Mobile has created issue after every 15 day's also spoked to Micromax Customer care in front of that technical support person from service center , but then also their was no solution provided .
                    If Service Center Technical Support Person itself tells it is a cheap type of Handset , then what if we are purchasing this type of Mobile For For 2500 /- and after that we are not getting the benefits of Money which we have spend . We should be aware and won't purchase MICROMAX Mobile type in future .

                    Such Type Of service centers should be closed for which their are no Solutions Providing for the issue with Mobiles . Or the Micromax company which are manufacturing such type of Micromax Mobile which is not working for More than 1 months should be closed because if we are spending 2500 /- and the technical support person at service center tells it is useless and cheap handsets which company manufacture and also for which we are not able to provide any support

                      This is to inform you that on dec'2010 I have bought 2 mobile set of micromax model-X600 of buying Rs 3810/- each But one of them vide ,M IMEI-[protected],S IMEI-[protected], getting distrub after one month of buying from EL DORADO,263/10,g t road,baidyabati,mob-[protected]/[protected]).then went to their service centre at serampore,hooghly 5 times, they received my set and took 25 to 30 days every time for repairing my set . After that i got the set and with in a week the set become arise same problem(skin touch prob,call barr).Last time they would take 2 months for repairing my set.like that 5 to 6 time I went there for same problem.
                      After one week my set was not working,they told warrenty period is over,they cant do anything.I through out the year I was unable to use the costly set.2nd set also got same prob but 1time servicing issue was over.
                      My complaim is that now the set is laying at our home and after buying I cannot able to use the set also.So please do the needful,Micromax and their service centre what has done is not accepted anymore.

                        i purchased micromax A60 10 months ago. i had to give it for service 4 times in ur micromax centre and a month back again i had given for service, within 5 days my touch screen isnt working. when i went back to them, they told me touch screen is 1200 Rs to get replaced and told me tat touch screen wnt work until you replace it.

                              I (Anubha gupta)purchased one micromax mobile Q66, Eclipse at the end of nov 2011. It is Still in warranty. after 2 months it was giving problem in charging, whenever i tried to charge it, it gives alternatively message " charger removed"/"charger connectted". It was very difficult to charge it. and sometimes it give " bad contact of charger. With this problem i contacted to service centre. ther checked and said that pin o[censored]r mobile is broken. it will cost u 200 rs. i said it is in warranty. they said this problem dose not comes under warranty. they fixed it and charged 200rs for that. but problem is still. i again contact after 2 days. they said you have to leave it for 2 days. i left my mobile for 2 days. what they did in 2 days i don,t know. they said it's o.k. now. but problem is still. again i contacted after 2 days. again what they did i don,t know. problem is still. now they said " it can not be fixed. pin of your mobile is damaged. and damage is not comes under warranty. i asked how it could be? i purchased it only 2 months before. they said that u urself broken ur charger by pressing ur charger pin hardley. i said that i am having 3 other nokia mobiles from 2-4 years before. they all are working very well still. am i a kid or a new user, so that i break it. they said this micromax set has already cheap pins. it can be broken easily. it is better to use multicharger. is can not be repaired.

                              why they took 200rs to me, when they are not able to fix it.
                              If this micromax mobile having too cheap material, then why retailer did not tell this that material is very cheap, t can be broken and it will not fixed.

                              Micromax Ltd — Mobile not Working even after repair in company service center

                              My Micromax Q 7 Mobile which i received from Micromax service center after 4 Months, Stating it is repaired. But Instead when i checked it, i found it with added problems in it.

                              1. My memory card from the mobile is missing.
                              2. It is not catching the signal even though i am in the city market.

                              PLease let me know how should i get my mobile replaced.

                                1. Purchase Invoice Date: 21.12.2010

                                Amount – Rs. 7100/-

                                2. First Visit of Service centre: Dec. 2010 regarding mobile Power charging defect (Power doesn’t switch ON).- Problem Resolved but Last for just couple of Months.
                                3. Second visit of service centre: 17.06.11 regarding mobile Power charging defect (Power doesn’t switch ON) but query did not solved and returned defected mobile back.
                                4. Third Visit of service centre: 28.07.11 regarding mobile Power charging defect and surrendered the mobile in improper condition to get either the same Mobile in proper condition or get the Fresh Mobile Handset. I’ve made number of calls to Customer care centre and Service centre but got the same & repeated replies every time that the Query is under process and ask for the same Request No. and Complaint no. but don’t provide the Status of the Query.
                                5. Fourth Visit of Service centre: On 07.09.11 visited the Service Centre for enquiring the status of respective Mobile Handset query again I got the same & repeated replies every time that the Query is under process and ask for the same Request No. and Complaint no. but don’t provide the Status of the Query. I had to make number of calls and Query Mails to the Micromax Mobile Company and personally visited Its Authorized Service centre but till today didn’t received any positive response or Mobile Handset from them.

                                2) RELIEF: I want Full Refund and compensation for mental harassment and financial expenses (Traveling for the Service centre visits, Making calls and waiting for the long time over Phone and had to purchased a new Mobile handset to remain available with my network). I don’t want to get a fresh handset from the Micromax because Again I will have to roam around for the proper service from Micromax Company.

                                    Please note that i had purchased a Micromax Mobile (Triple Sim 2GSM+1CDMA) in the month of Dec2011.
                                    A few days ago i noticed that one SIM (GSM) is not working...when i approached your repair centre they told me that it is due to water and we can not repair it in warranty. In this regard i have to say that it is a standard reply of each and every repair centre of micromax and they say it all the time to all the customers...i have this experience in past also...it it a deliberate response to extort money from the customer. I am dead sure this is not a technical fault caused by the water. It is worthwihile that other 2 SIMs are working properly. Kindly look in to the matter at earliest and do the needful.

                                      I have bought Micromax Funbook through the link provided on Micromax site. It was routed through ncarry.com.

                                      Below is my order status as per the mail received:

                                      The expected delivery date was 25th and it's 26th today, absolutely no signs of delivery. Even the "track order" page shows "not shipped".
                                      None of my calls are getting answered.
                                      Looking at so many other complaints against ncarry, i'm getting a feeling that this whole thing is a damp squib.

                                        i had given my Micromax Q7 model mobile for repairing to authorised service center "Raj Mobile", Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 21.1.2012. Request no. is W[protected]-558321. R1201FM0612895. I haven't yet received any call from them and now i heard that this service center is closed last month. I called up [protected](raj mobile), person said my mobile is given to company i do not have. kindly advise what to do.

                                        Akshay Kumar Shouldn't do branding for this kind of WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
