Hi writing you this to inform you that i had recently purchased micromax phone model a90s on 3rd november 2012,bt due to rpoblem of sensor and standby time i submitted to their service centre,as the standby time they said was approx 174hours,but even on standby time it was ruuning just 7-8hours,when i submitted the handset to their andheri micromax gallery they updated the software and gave me back,in front of them i checked the same problem was still occuring of standby time as within 15mins 4% battery was drained,i submmited the handset there again for which the jobsheet number is SALMH026R3152 submitted on 21st Novemeber they said it will be repaired within 10days wherin the customer care guys said it wil take a week,i upfrontly ask them if the problem is not resolved what you wil do they said they will issue new handset in this case,now it has been almost 14days,when i called back them again they said it wil take another 10days approx,when i asked for the commitment they said they cant give commitment as the parts are not available,inspite of this when i asked you provide me with DOA letter so that il get other handset,they said they cant issue it,neither the Micromax authorise centre nor the call centre of the micromax is helping me,as if it will take another 10days that mean approx it will be 24days,that too they are not giving me commitment,so kindly look into this matter and help me out,The authorised service centre number is [protected] and the customer care number is [protected].Kindly look into this matter and help me out.you can contact me on [protected].

    Service Center Address: 1784/45, SanghMitra CHS, D.N. Nagar, Link Road, opp YMCA, Andheri (W). Mumbai

    I had given my P275 - Infinity tab for replacing its display to your service center on 30/10/2012. Today I was called to collect my tab. But there I saw there were major and clearly visible scratches on the bottom of the screen. The job sheet says Minor scratches, which I agree. But the new scratches that has come up now are not due to my usage.

    The service center executive named Sonu Amlani has refused to accept my complaint or even acknowledge the defect. He even refused to update my job sheet statu to no accepted or put any comment on the job sheet.

    I have not taken the delivery today as I believe these new scratches have been inflicted by the Micromax service center. I request you to please replace the screen or make arrangements to remove the scratches without any damage to other parts.

        When i meet the Micromax check point located at Sanpagi Road,Malleswaram.
        I given dongal to her and she said that please wrote ur no and name on receipt. IN mean while she damaged the seal of warranty. And said that warranty is not recovered, because the seal is broken and emi no on the data card is not clear. When i listen those words i shocked and i looked that the seal its broken, when i put in box it was clear that the seal is good. Please be aware of those guys. Finally i loss the warranty even though i have warranty, I bought the device on april 2012 i submited in this month on 12.

          i have purchased a MICROMAX X 101 (ITEM CODE M3313) thru Today Retail Network Pvt.Ltd vide their Invoce No.TRNPL/DIL/[protected]/129873
          Dated 18.09.2012 at a cost of Rs.1198/- I had been to their local representative along with warranty card, who have refused to accept the
          warranty card as it does not bear the stamp of the dealer from whom I purchased the hand set. Inspite to explaining him the factual position
          their representative has suggested the get rubber stamp affiexed by paying Rs.100 / 200 from local vendor otherwise you will have to pay
          the charges as prescribed by the company everytime handset get problem. Under the circumstances I seek your guidence in the matter.

                After purchased this mobile within 1 month I faced following problems on this mobile.
                1. Too much Tower problem in both
                the sim.
                2. During the call. suddenly call failed or
                dropped.
                3. When I use internet in one sim.during
                this period another sim not working.
                4. Sometimes I faced the internet
                surfing in both sims.
                5. When I downloaded in the phone
                then some error occurs,”Insufficient
                storage”- But the real fact is that i had
                2 GB space is not utilized.
                6. When I mobile switched off, and then
                after mobile can’t switched on without
                removing the battery.

                So there are many problems in this instrument. So my request is that i want my money back.

                Facing hell lot problems with d 1 month old handset. Several issues. Google chrome not supported, mobile hangs every minute, apps do not open, memory card doesnt read, music player doesnt work, gets turmed off with no reason.pls guve me a handset replacement. I do not want this
                I am facing frequent issue with my micromax A94 gray handset. Below are the issue :
                mobile screen automatically working, 3g network not accept but some time working 3g network then after disconnet the network, when i used my mobile then after my mobile is too heat then battery down.
                it would take at least ten (10) days to get the mobile repaired.I have called after 20 days they was say 10 days it more then after we will call you.

But now they are telling me that you have to go to service centre. I found some problem in mic of my phone. Then i gave my mobile in Inder Infocare District Center, Janak Puri New Delhi-58 Micromax service centre on[protected] my jobsheet no SALDL025R3404. They were not able to repair my phone. they asking for change PCB still its pending since long time[protected].

                    I wrote first letter on dated 29.03.2010 stating my query and requesting for required action to be taken regarding my mobile phone but till now my problem not solved. More over when I called up your service centre (Infinity Solutions), Mr. Ravi of infinity solutions told me that he not yet received this spare and not sure about date also when this particular part will come. He asked me to contact Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator) but when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting phone also.

                    History - I have purchased Q5 Ezpad mobile on 19.02.2010 from Tushar Mobile Shop, kharadi, Pune. I got problem in handset with in 10 days from purchase date. Nature of problem is whenever I use hands free even after I remove it mobile will remain in hands free mode only, it will not change over to general user profile. So I cannot attend calls with out hands free, even if you try to change it general user profile through options it is not possible. I have contacted Micromax customer care regarding the same, they asked me to contact service centre. I have submitted my handset for repair to Infinity Solutions (Authorised Service centre of Micromax), Pune on 02.03.2010. Till date I have not got my mobile handset back, when ever I call them up they say we have referred this case to our head office and we need spare (PCB) from them then only it will be solved. I spoke to Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator), he assured me that it will be done by 16th MAR10 after he said 4 days more to complete. Now when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting my call. My mobile is with you people for more days than with me. Please look into this issue on priority.

                      I have purchased micromax Funbook P300 in the month of august 2012. I got a problem with the battery backup and submitted the piece at service center hyderabad (MOBITECH SERVICE CENTRE, Secunderabad) on 16/10/2012. They have told that there is a problem with mother board and will be replaced in 10 days. But now (21/11/2012) they say that it will take some more time and may be delivered by the end of december.

                      My A110 little bit wat went inside so i not get on and not charging also, So i went ( 02/5/14) to Micromax Service center at Care Point, Ranka Park, Richmond Road Bangalore. He told wate went inside so i want to check and removed battery and cover and thery gave to me.

                      After i check again its not charging.So again he checked my Battery he told battery was dead so purchase new one

                      Then i checked with local service center he just boost my battery and now my battery working fine.

                      Problem in not in my mobile, battery get fully discharged but he charged Rs:-850

                      First time gave my mobile that time he not checked my battery.aslo

                      The Care Point Service dont know how to service also. So people pls dont go to Care Point Service center near Richmond Road
                      I had brought a micromax mobile, Unite 2, 2 months back.On 21st Sep 2014 my mobile stopped charging.I took it to micromax service center at mansarovar complex, Bhopal.They kept it for 2 days.Problem was with the battery.I got it changed.Now my mobile camera is not working and the battery is discharging very quickly.

After the two month of purchasing there is problem in handset camera and charging.For this i have submit the mobile to nearest service centre after checking the handset service centre person said that it will take 15to20 days to repair the same.The concern person provide the mobile after 18 days and when i checked the mobile at home than again create the problem it's touch screen is not working than again i visit the service centre and he ensure me that he will replace the handest and provide the new one within 10 day but after 10 days he said he will provide the same handset after reparing and not giving the actual time to provide the same.I am suffering from all this from two month and not gettig satisfactory answer till now.First time i esclate the mail for the issue on 4 oct 2012.Till the date i cant't get the proper solution of my handset problem My complain number is MXM[protected].Today when i reach the service centre they again said that reparing of handset takes 20 days more.Previously they said to me that handset will be replaced soon..Please do the needful and provide me the new handset as committed by the service centre person..
                        I have purchased new MICROMAX A 102 IMEI NO [protected] BATTERY NO S/N : VO[protected] hand set on 30.05.2014 and just used it for 02 days and after 2 days it got switched off and i tried to on it but i could not on it. as i didnt find any near by micromax service center. so on 12.06.2014 i took my hand to belgaum service center M/s MEOP TECHONOLOGY #19, cantonment shopping complex opp: fish market, camp belgaum 590001. which is 100 kms far from the city i reside. there the service center person informed me that they will fix the problem within 1 day and they gave me a job sheet no of the same is s[protected] . and i was waiting there to get my hand set back later in the evening the service center person informed me that to fix the problem it will take 7 days. and i called after 7 days and inquired about my hand set they replied me that it has sent to company and it will take 20 days and immediately on the same day i called customer care center to check with them they gave me a complaint no [protected] and asked me to call after 20 days again after 20 days i went there to belgaum service center to take my hand set but they again told me i need to communicate to customer service center only. again i called customer center they told me to wait till 07.07.2014. within this i will get my hand set back. but i am waiting till today i have received my hand set and today that is 12.07.2014 when i called customer care they are asking to wait another 20 days. i am not understanding that if the service of the micromax company is so worst then i would have not purchased this hand set at all. this is an infringement to the customer.

                        within 24 hrs if i don't get any reply about my hand set from your end then i will sue the company for the loss i caused.

                        1. i want replacement of my handset.

                        2. and with extended warranty.

                        3. and i want the compensation of calls and traveling expenses and time i have wasted with this.

                            I bought a Micro-max Tablet- 2300AB72461EB90 invoice number SI/JNR/11908 dated 10-Nov-2012 from 4th block, Jaya Nagar, Bangalore. The tablet was shown demo by the sales represent connecting it on the power adapter and I was asked to charge it for 6hours, since there was not enough battery power on the tablet.

                            The purchase was done by my friend as a Diwali gift for me and i am in Malaysia. He didn't charged the tablet after purchase and handed over to me on 12th, since he traveled from Bangalore to Malaysia on Sunday night(11-Nov-2012). After i kept the tablet on charging, i realized that it is not at all getting charged and the shop cheated us by selling a faulty tablet to my friend.

                            Its a Rs. 10500/- product purchase and they simply sold a faulty product to me. Don't know who can help on the same. I cannot run for any service center Kuala Lumpur as there is no Service center in Malaysia for Micro-max.

                            I suggest not to buy any product in Sangeetha.

                              sir i am shivam dubey. maine ek micromax A52 smart phone kharida tha but after 1 weak mere ye mobile me kuchh problems aane lagi like - mere mobile me wifi ki button per click karne par mera whole mobile hang ho jata hai and jab tak mobile ki battery nikal kar dobara se mobile on na karo mobile work nahi karta bas hang rahta hai aur is mobile me kabhi kabhi automatically icons move hone lagte hai upar jo task bar smart phone me deta hai wo without clicking up down hone lagta hai and kabhi kabhi mobile ki screen move hona band ho jati hai and is mobile ki speed bhi slow ho gayi hai sir please kuchh kijiye sir.....

SALDL025R3583 to inder infocare, district centre, janakpuri, new delhi. They said u will get the tablet within 10-15 days but till now I havn't received the same. I called them and visited there but not responding the correct path when i will get the tablet. They said it is depend upon the HO to arrange the parts asap.

                                Then I called the HO and lodged a complaint on 25th of october vide complaint no. [protected] they replied it is depend upon the service center when they can arrange the same.

                                pls look into the matter on top priority basis and revert soon asap.

                                  I recently purchased a Micromax X279 from New cell 4 you sHOP nO 5,Purve Plaza,515/516 ,Sadashiv Peth,Pune -30 on 3rd Nov 2012.The cell and the battery seemed fine when the seeler was showing it to me int he shop and I purchased it.The same day itself when I put the cell for charging a message appeared sayin "Battery over temperature,charger disconnected".I dismissed it as I thought the new cell needed charging and put it for charging.But within a day it is showing the same message and when put for charging its not at all getting charged.
                                  The shop is disclaiming all responsibility for selling me a faulty handset.Please guide as to what legal action I can take against the company and the seller.The receipt number is18093.

                                    My name is Mohaseen Hoble, I purchased Micromax A-100 on August 28, 2012. Initially, phone worked really well apart from getting hanged sometimes, which is normal with smart phones. Suddenly, one day, my phone hanged and then it never started. I took this phone to Mobile Point, Thane (service centre) and they told me that motherboard and display needs to be replaced. So, they created a job sheet under my name on October 08, 2012 and informed me that it will take approximately 20 business days to repair. Good enough.

                                    I called Micromax Superfone helpline number[protected] to check the status and your rep took my complaint (MMH[protected]) and told me that it will take 15 working days from October 18, 2012. Therefore, as per your reps instruction, I called again on November 5, 2012 and the scene which I encountered was totally unacceptable.

                                    First time, when I called, I spoke to Sandeep, he took my complaint number and everything and after 3 minutes, my call gets disconnected. Terrible!. Then again, I called and spoke to one lady, I don’t remember her name, she didn’t even apologize for the fact that I was disconnected earlier. Great Customer service. After keeping me on hold, she told me that it will take another 15 working days from today and to call after November 20, 2012 to check the phone status. Are you kidding me? I asked for a supervisor and she told me that there was no one available. Even she claimed that supervisor will give you the same information. How in this world, is it possible that there are no supervisors in Customer care departments. So it was a straight lie and very hard to digest.

                                    Your people are saying that phone parts are not available, you are launching new phones every now and then and you don’t have phone parts. I am sorry to say, but I am loosing faith from Micromax, because this was the first ever Micromax phone I have purchased, but now I regret for my decision. Also, the other problem is you don’t even provide back up phones for use till the phone gets repaired. That said I want you to please look in to this matter and do all possible to get my phone repaired and delivered to my service centre at the earliest. I would love to hear back from you at the earliest.

                                    Note : I have cc’d a copy to Consumer Complaint board for their referral as well.

                                      i have micro max (cheater) fun book from 5 aug 2012 1 month work and then it stop working because some faluer then i called care no then they give me address of care center when i rich there i come to know service center sift other location then i rich there anther day at Saturday i asked to care that care will open at Saturday for full day but it was then went anther day i gave my tab to them then they told that it will take 8 day then after 8 day called back them but they didn't received then i go for care center but then they told for more 8 day then every time they pay one ceset to of 8 day up to nearly one month then i tired make called but they didn't received then go for shop but they our service center is change i was and went back home then one more try i did i went to the new service center then they that ceset after 5day now i am thing that i should for gate a bad experience by any company micro max is bad bad bad bad

                                      plz don't buy micro max product its better to china product then there advantage they are chip but they not cheater

                                        I have purchased micromax mobile handset GC400 (IMEI no- [protected]) in the month of July 2012. When i started using the mobile, the ringing volume was very low & speaker was not working properly. Then the product was serviced by Bhagwati Telecom, Boriwali, Mumbai ( Recognised Service Center by Micromax). But after the servicing of product within few days the same issue has started again. i am completely dissatisfy with the product & its service. Please solve the problem or replace the product.
