    I got Micromax A100 on 28th Aug 2012 and it got hanged on 20th Sept 2012. I went to Micromax service center which Cell Tech and they said that hardware will be replace since they are not able to resolve after few troubleshooting. They also mentioned the timeline as 7-10 days. I called them on 8th day and they are saying that Micromax is not giving the approval for hardware replacement. Now they are saying that only the part will be changed. I called the Micromax head office and spoke to Deepak. He is now saying that the policy of replacement is only 7 days which is not mentioned any where in the warranty card. This is big cheating which I cannot bare. I request your help in taking action against them and giving me the new hardware.

      My self ashwin rathod I bought new micromax tablet funbook pro (model p500) in 25aug2012 and after few days tablet white screen comes after boot. I went to service center in naroda they checked and took for diagnostics and told me " we will call you next Monday or Tuesday , I wait up-to 4 days and after that i called them for diagnostic result but they did not pickup my call after that i went to service center and ask for tablet status they said provide me you bill , I gave them bill then my tablet complain raised in micromax delhi for mother board replacement after 1 week, same day call to delhi customer service center they said we will provide replacement within 1 week , I called after 1 week but continue-sly getting busy whole day , I got tired and also tried to reach Ahmadabad service center both not pickup call. Finally today i1oct2012 i talked to ahmedabad service center for my replacement they said It might take 25 days more and not sure it will be deliver within this time period and decide to complain in this forum.

      Finally i want replacement of my hardware and if it is not possible as per service and warranty agreement kindly refund my money.

        i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem.I bought Micromax Q7 set on 28/05/2012 after 1 month I started facing problems with charging pin they did not working properly then i submitted my phone on service center and every time i called their i got negative response,and many time i found the service center is close. so please help me with this.

          I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX MOBILE HANDSET MODEL NO X 368 BEFORE 1 MONTH DUE TO WATER DAMAGE I HAVE SUBMITTED AUTHORIZED SERVICE STATION THEY ASKED ME TO COME ON NEXT DAY I HAVE SUBMITTED ON 14.08.2012.NEXT DAY MOBILE WAS READY BUT WHEN I ENTERED SIM CARD NO NETWORK CONNECTION FOUND AGAIN I TOLD HIM THEY HAVE CHECKED MOBILE AND SAID THAT IT IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM AND IF YOU ARE AGREE THEN WE HAVE TO SEND IT TO AHMEDABAD AND ESTIMATE OF EXPENSE WE WILL INFORM YOU ON PHONE YOUR MOBILE WILL BE REPAIRED AFTER 15 DAYS. ON PHONE THEY INFORM ME ESTIMATED EXPENSE I HAVE AGREE AND ASKED HIM TO PROCEED FOR THE SAME BUT AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE AND SERVICE STATION IN CHARGE AND STAFF NOT CO OPERATE ME.TILL TO DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE.WHEN I PURCHASED MICROMAX MOBILE I WAS VERY MUCH IMPRESSED WITH YOU AND YOUR PRODUCT BUT AS FAR AS SERVICE IS CONCERN I HAVE VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.             My Name Is Vishant Mehta.i Bought Micromax Mobile A73 Through Internet Mobile.Sulekha Web Site.And I Received Mobile Dated On 07/09/2012 at 4.15 pm But date On Bill Was 04/09/2012.But Mobile Was Heating More Than 40 Degree Celsius Temp.And I Called On Next Day But called not connect due to busy tone.but on 10/09/2012
            dated at 1.39 pm called picked by customer care and i told him my problem of phone heating when i used anyone function and even charging the battery.in reply he told me that go on micromax service center and replace the phone.so i told him gave me nearest area service center address so i do the process.he gave me ahmedabad address.so i visited ahmedabad service center dated on 18/09/2012 at 5.00 pm.i told my problem to technical engineer he checked mobile and told that motherboard problem exist in mobile but also told me that if you came in one week that i will sure replace your phone and then after i called micromax care but he don't have any type of manner and not at good behavior during my conversation.and also told me that if you called me first then i gave you instruction and any without question i can't give instruction about 7 days replacement.any one care executive not guided about 7 days replacement policy and only argumentation and debate by care executive.
            Here I Also Attached image of bill and job sheet of phone repairing and i have also call recording conversation of micromax care executive.
            so i want new phone from micromax phone.now a temporary base i put my mobile for reaping in service center.

                Hi, I am Pradeep Kumar Sharma. Maine Micromax X266 mobile handset August 2012 mai Vickyji Mobile wale ki shop se liya tha. Mobile lene ke 20 din ke ander hi iski battery thandi ho gayi aur charge karne par charge bhi nahi hui. Mai ise mobile wale ke paas leke gaya to Vickyji mobile wale ne kaha ki yeh to battery thandi ho gayi hai aur hum kuch nahi kar sakte hain aisa kaha. Phir kafi discussio ke baad usne apne instrument se ise thoda heat up kiya to phir thode din phir chal gayi. Ab phir 14 din baad phir waisa hi hua to maine Micromax Customer Care( Ganga Plaza, Meerut) mai dikhaya to usne kaha ki aapki battery kharab hai so change karni paregi. Tab se 15 din ho gaye abhi new battery nahi aayi hai unke paas jab bhi call karo to yahi kahte hain ki abhi new battery nahi aayi hai.

                Dear friends Ek to Vickyji wale se mobile nahi lena because yeh purana product sell karta hai aur behaiour bhi bahut rude hai iska. Micromax ka to set bilkul nahi lena ab se.

                micromax / x266 mobile phone — poor service

                I have submitted my mobile handset at 18/11/11 and i received the message to collect my handset on 29/11/11 but in the service centre they are regularly telling some reasons and i didnt receive the my mobile yet . it is so annoying for me their response is totally poor . my job sheet no is 1310608

                Dear sir/madam,
                I am Akshay D. Kumbhar. I am living in Panvel. I have purchased Micromax X560 mobile on 30th June,2011. From New India Electronics, Panvel. IMEI no. [protected].
                On 13th June,2012 I have deposited my mobile with micromax service center in Panvel for the repairing. I was having problem of touch screen, On off button, And software.
                After two weeks they gave my mobile back but still it having same problem rather much more. Then again they send it to company for repair because till that day it's in warranty.
                After a one month on 30th july,2012 I got my mobile back. After my five round to service center and dozen of calls. They said issue solved. They said we changed your board so now your IMEI number changed. After I came to home and going through all function still touch was not working. and now my music player function also not working.
                Then again I went to service center and showed mobile to them they said again have to change touch screen and it will cost Rs.1300. It's a same problem continuing. My mobile was in process from it was in warranty. They have to resend the mobile to company for the continuation of problem. But the employee of service center saying how many time we send your mobile to company? And they were not listing anything. I wrote a letter to send consumer court and ask them to give stamp and sign of acknowledgement. They reject to give and said do whatever you want. They were talking so rudely.
                I purchase that cell by my little saving. I can’t use it properly. I don’t have trust on them now. If I paid Rs.1300 then also my problem will not solve then? They were not doing my job because it was in warranty. Now it’s out of warranty they asking for money.
                First time when I went service center they said your cell is watered. In fact it was not. Then I argue with then. They had thrown my cell on desk. Careless. On second time they said it’s your last date of warranty we can’t take your cell. They are so rude.
                I got pissed off by them. I have all proof. Bill, Xerox of Job sheet of first time, Job sheet of second time, Letter draft for consumer court. Please take it in consideration. Reply me as soon as possible.

                  I have bought Micromax funbook from Amrit electronics on[protected] in the name of Moiz Badri. It went out of order on[protected]. I personally gave it to service center at P9 services[protected]/ [protected]) at Majura Gate. It has been 50 days since it broke down & I still not get it repaired. Of 365 days warranty they have already spend 50 days in there service center & now they are saying it will take a week or more to repair it.
                  I have visited the shop again and again, and called them about 20 times in this period. Most of the time they have their phone engaged or no reply. Whenever I visit the shop they just try to give false promises about giving it in a week. Company service center also does not respond in a favorable manner but false promises.
                  Please help me to get my gadget repaired & extend the warranty by the lost period. Or help me in getting my money back.

                      Mobile for solve my mobile problem but after examine that told me it is not repair in under Warranty and if i will repair so Charge almost 250/- Rupees but i told that guy my dear friend my mobile is under Warranty and all other function's and Mobile is working good but her scrolling system is create problem, after examine they told me in his mobile phone plate found Liquid and i will see because he open handset in my presence i told sir, there is no water because if water enter in mobile phone so whole phone plate is not work but he is working may be some moister or some manufacturing fault because i heard in this hand set the same problem in my friend’s hand set. But after long discussion to the Service Engineer of Micromax Mobile told me sir if you have to repair your phone so the cost of 250/- rupees pay that after i will repair your mobile they told me some of part is not under warranty so i will tell her to log my complain i will go to consumer forum to cheat me. and i am 100% sure it is manufacturing fault in this handset i request you please forward my complain to Concern department of Micromax Mobile Phone.

                      So i request you to look it my matter and Solve my problem i know 250/- Rupees is not a big deal but Micromax is a growing brand so that type of Cheating is not Good for Company and damage of Company Image.

                      Micromax — Manufacturing fault

                      Hi,

                      This is Tarun from Uttam Nagar, west Delhi. I Purchased on Micromax Q5 handset as on 19.09.2010. After few months the track ball of handset started problem. During the gurantee period it has been reparied two time.

                      But now gurantee period has overed and same problem is there. If it is to be reparied then I have to pay. But as there is some manufacturing falut in handset's tracball then there should be some permanent solution. Please guide me for the same.

                        I am very much diassponted with micromax service. i have canvas A250. Its 13 months old. I got it repaired from service centre more than 5 times. 3 times its touch is replaced, once its camera is replaced and once its power button set.My mobile's half of warranty passed lying in the service centre. And now there is again some problem in its motherboard. Staff at serive centre says its motherboard needs to be changed and they are costing me around 5000 for it. Seriously? For more than 5 months it was in the service centre itself. Half of its warranty passed in the service centre and i have to pay for it? Really disappointed with micromax service. They said post a mail to micromax they will tell what to do. I mean seriously? I paid 19000 amount to buy this mobile to see this? i want micromax to repair my phone under warranty because its their responsibility as half of its warranty passed with them not with me.

                          Sir i had deposited my Micromax x560 handset @ micromax authorised service centre Srinivas electronics,gulbarga on 14/08/2012 job.sheet.no S[protected],since then they have not returned my handset,everytime i visit their service center they ask me for few more days and i even registered my complaint @ Micromax on 5/09/2012 complaint.no.MMX[protected], it seems its also of no use,its almost one month past now neither service center people nor Micromax company are interested in providing proper service to even warranty customers.

                                I had handed over my mobile model no. GC 256 under warranty, to the authorized dealer M/S. JVM Enterprises on 14.08.2012. they informed me the approximately 15 days shall be required for repair. On 31.08.2012 I received SMS that the set has been repaired and I shall collect my mobile from the dealer, but when I reached to the dealer on 01.09.2012 they informed that the mobile has not reached Jamshedpur from Ranchi. They told me to collect the same after 2/3 days. Till to-day i.e. 12.09.2012, the mobile has not been handed over to me and I shall be informed when to collect.
                                under the circumstances, I request you to either arrange to deliver the mobile or arrange to issue me a hand set temporarily so that I can use it.

                                  My Name is Azmat Javed. I live in Delhi but i have job in Bulandshahr, U.P.
                                  I bought two cell phone Micromax Q7 on 20th November 2010. I have cash memo of the cell phones.
                                  I found some Problem in the cell phones. only SIM 1 was working and SIM 2 was not Working properly.
                                  As i job in Bulandshahr so i submit them in a service centre of Bulandshahr named "M.N. Telecom" Birhamputra Complex, Kala Aam, Bulandshahr on 8th august, 2011.

                                  They told me that my cell phones have sent to Company and it took 30 days.
                                  after that i came to know that after 40 days they were in the same condition. i complaint that and they submit my phones again.
                                  But now they are saying that company is not sending your cell phones because now we have no relation with Micromax company.
                                  I contact Mr. Murtaza (owner of the M.N. Telecom Mob: [protected]). He assured my that they will solve my problem. Now one year has passed but i didn't find my cell phone.
                                  Plz help me to find my cell phones.

                                    I had purchased fun book on 17th Aug and within a few days only realised that the tablet was shutting off when battery reach approx 30 %.
                                    I had given the tablet to M/s Salora Intl vide job order # SALMH024R1584 dated 24th Aug 2012. Now even after over 15 days the service center informs that they have not received the parts from Delhi and that i should contact them directly. I spoke to one Mr Shashank at your customer care team who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. When asked about escalating to his supervisor, he said there was none.

                                    Further when its widely acknowledged by the service center as well as on the forums, that the fun book has a battery issue, the company has not bothered to have it rectified immediately instead of making the customer wait and call umpteen number of times. Am really very disappointed with the service levels and regret buying a product which i thought was excellent value for money.

                                    I too have the same problem I got this problem within 1 week after i purchase. I had given that product to authorised service centre here in Visakhapatnam who doesn't know anything. After 45 days I got my product back saying mother board got replaced but after passing 2 days I got a same problem. Now they are saying that its a electronic product it may occur problems we can not do anything.

                                    I'm planning to approach court of law and register a compalint againt micromax. Some one please suggest me I can get the psitive response from court.
                                    Its sad to know that we trust a local brand blindly...its better to wait for some time and save some more money and buy better products from some other brand rather buying cheap quality stuf from micromax
                                    Its just a lie, they don't really do much at the service center as I have my few friends who work there, , they clearly informed me that at most cases they just Format the device and return it !!
                                    And when they do get a replacement for a faulty device they swap the good conditioned parts for the used ones.Simply Fool Consumers !!

                                      I am Nitin Kamboj from chandigarh .I purchased a new micromax tablet P300 dated:-21/062012 IMEI no :[protected]C6AA92 from Ayush Enterprises shop no -19/f, sector 27 chandigarh. after a month i realised that i was been provided by a faulty tablet having following issues :-
                                      1.restarting issues
                                      2.battery problem
                                      3.hanging problem while charging
                                      so i went to the nearest service center in chandigarrh which is Salora international ltd. chandigarh SCO-2473/2474, 2nd floor,sec-22c, chandigarh
                                      they took the tablet as well as charger and assured me a a return in a week .now it has been 1 month and 20 days i have not got my tablet back its been real bad service by micromax i contacted their toll free no today and they said 20 days more. This is really annoying .
                                      Please look on the matter & help me out.
                                      I need a new Tablet in good working condition or my Money back

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This is to inform you that I have purchased Micromax A56 three weeks ago. Yesterday while I was uploading wallpaper it suddenly switched off and after that its not working. Today I took it to the nearest service center and they said that it is a software problem which they wont be able to repair. For that I have to visit another service center which is atleast 1 and a half hour distance from my place. So, its my question that if this sort of software problem is there then why they are selling these handsets. Its my earnest request to you to take necessary steps such as to get a replaced mobile or they should refund the handsets amount. Else I will be bound to file a complain directly in the consumer forum or any other legal steps which are available to me .
