i am purchase micromax modu t mobile on 4th august mobile imei number is [protected] and in voice number is 14608 and company tin no [protected] and cst no is 956685 and i am facing problem with mobile battery and camera and i am contact micromax mobile company service center they are take my mobile and registered complaint no " R1208FAND1694036 " and date is 22nd august and service center location is vijayawada,divya communications and they are told to me in one week solve your problem and collect your mobile so many number of times i am taking to service center representative so many time always asking some time i am waiting for mobile last 38 days and today i am receive call from that side and asking one month time i don't won't wait and i can't understand how many days is require to solve my problem please help us.

    I have 3g dongel the brand name is AIRCEL & manufacurer is MICROMAX COMPANY.last two month i use ur dongel now it is not working properly.Iam going to ur MICROMAX AMRITSAR COMMUNICATION company service centre & the guy met with him Mr VISHAL.& he give us lame excuses for nt accepting the defective piece. they are not ready entertained then we deeply regret the if given to the customer complaint then it is going to give to very bad name to the company.He is not give me a satifactory answered .

      Sir, I have been purchased online Micromax 7' Tablet costing Rs.6999/- in the month of July-2012 which was delivered with Broken charging Pin.Henceforth, I had communicate with Authority and with extra costing of Rs.4000/- they replaced with Micromax 10' Tablet costing Rs.9999/- and deliver in the month of Sept:12.
      However, The poor quality product was reflect in use of only two month.Ya this new 10' Micromax Tablet Display was unable to show any Icon as the screen resolution color was spread.When visited to service center of said tablet they informed that it is out of order as well as out of warranty which could not be justify by any considerable reason.
      Henceforth,Again talked to Micromax Authority they reply that are unable to provide any service as well as any replacement.It means that their product can reward for only two month against Basic cost of Rs.9999/-which is not a justified reply.
      I therefor would like to request you to look in to the matter for positive attitude and result from the Micromax Authority,

        I had given my smartfone A110 (micromax) to service center (KAVYA ENTERPRISES, swargate) on 24 Dec 2012. They promised to return my smartfone on 7th day. However, i didn't receive my phone on 7th day and continually taken follow after 4-4 days.They always says that parts are not available. Then, I contacted to service center and Customer Relations at[protected]. The Customer Relations representative talked me with rudely and said that, "if you want your mobile, come after 4 days otherwise do whatever you want. i don't care".

        Please help me to get my phone repaired well.

        After submitting complaint here, I got the call yesterday (8 jan 2013) from service center saying my phone has been repaired and to collect it today. I recieved my phone today, I am very happy.

        I had given my smartphone A110 (Micromax) to service center (KAVYA ENTERPRISES, Swargate) on 23 Feb 2013. To change LCD and main circuit board.

        They promised to return my smartphone on 12 days. However, I didn't receive my phone on 13th day and I taken follow up. They says that parts are not available and It will take another 15 days.

        I am afraid that they are not even working on my repair task

        i got my Micromax A11 HD canvas from online order site Bagitgetit http://www.bagitgetit.com/subcat.aspx?id=Mobile on 17th july, 2013 as per site they have to deliver in 7 days from date of order.i ordered on 3rd July 2013. it worked for 10 days.suddenly it got discharged and was not charging. in case of reverse pick, they are still not making arrangements. they even not reply my mail on the customer care id [protected]@bagitgetit.com and i made more than 100 calls to request them for reverse pick or either to give me warranty card. But still they are not able to do nothing to solve my issues.

        Please help me to repair my phone.

          I purchased micromax A110 model JMD Communication Delhi on 28th Dec 2012.

          From Day 1 this phone set was having sound problem from earpiece speaker , the sound was coming disturbed as there is some damage in speaker, and after two days there was no sound from the earpiece speakers.

          so, next day i contacted the same mobile shop, he told that now he cant do anything i will have to contact service centre.

          next day i went to first service centre in delhi, they told that as it is a new phone, so they dont have the spare parts for this phone.they suggested me to contact another service centre in Delhi (Paharganj), so when i went to another service centre. I recieved the same response that as this is a newly launched set they dont have the spare parts, he suggested me to contact other service centre, and when i told him that i cant travel from one part of delhi to another part just for getting same response.

          So he told me that it will take 20 days~30 days for that part to come to his centre, so either i should submit my phone there for 20-30days or should call him after 20 days.

          And on contacting to customer care, i am getting only one stereo type answer that please contact service centre, we cant do anything from here.

          now today one week completed, still I have not used the phone, only i am burning my fuel and money & getting frustration from your side.

          It is really very disappointing, please do the need full, either replace the set or repair it ASAP.

            On 31 December 2012 i booked one Micromax A100 Canvas 2 Black withh free 4 gb pendrive but when i called them on 3 January 2013 for tracing the status they informed me that Micromax A100 Canvas 2 Black is not available and they are not giving free 4gb pendrive with this product.They are not even ready to tell me when they can deliver me the product.On there site http://www.themobilestore.in still it shows that it is delivered before 9 January 2012.I

              The Micromax mobile purchased from SNAPDEAL.Com vide invoice no:1136917 dated 22.12.2012 was received defective.I was asked to contact sevice centre at Anantnag for replacement.However discourteous service centre people refused to issue DOA or replace the defective arts.I feel sorry for this poor customer service
              Also Anantnag Service centre asked me to contact Mr. Ravinder Tyagi based at Chandigarh who claimed to be North Head( Service) not only misbehaved with me but refused to entertain any claim of replacement. He also informed that nobody from Micromax will entertain any such claim even if I
              file complaint in any forum.This is the way customer service centre of Micromax treat customers.

                  I had purchased Micromax Funbook Talk from Flipkart in October 2012. The product has 1 year warranty. The tablet does not detect usb drive and i also unable to connect Tata Photon with the tablet for internet access. I am trying to reach Micromax helpline number and it is always not reachable. I have gone to Micromax Service Center in Ghatkopar almost 5 times now. The service engineer Mr. Sanjay is unable to solve the problem and is also not ready to accept the device and lodge a complaint. I do not know how to resolve this.

                  This was not expected from company like Micromax. They simply purchase a Chinese Tablet and sell locally without any service facility. They are just playing with hard earned money of customers. I wish to return the tablet now and i want full refund of the amount spent. This is really frustrating and i feel helpless.

                    I have purchased a Micromax Funbook Pro tablet (10 inches) through online retailer Indiatimes at a 10% discount. However, on Dec 22, when my package arrived, the package did not contain (i) HDMI Out cable (used to connect with TV) and (ii) Handsfree cable, even though these are indicated on micromax site and in user manual. I lodged a complain with Indiatimes, but they said that they did not advertise these as inclusions. Given the nature of this device, I believe, I as a consumer have been unfairly treated as these two items are necessary for operating (i) HDMI port (ii) Sound port.

                    The excuse Indiatimes is making, is to me is like a car dealer selling a car with 2 tyres only and then justifying by saying that we did not say that the car will have 4 tyres.....


                    I think all consumer intending to buy this product should carefully find out what is included and what is included. Consumer beware!

                        Hi,

                        I had bought micromax a70 last year in the month of October or November,since then i am facing their servicing issues.
                        Few days after,serious issue got detected in my device and then i came to know that i got a defected device.
                        After wasting considerable amount of time in going around their service centers they finally accepted my issue and took it for the repair.
                        And nearly after 75 - 80 days i got it back.
                        This was my first encounter with them.
                        After this my handset was working fine with some minor issues which i ignored because after my first encounter ,i didn't wanted to stay away from my phone for another few months as my work is solely dependent on my phone.
                        4-5 months after using my device ,i was forced to submit my device again to their service center cos it dwelled severe issues.
                        This time i got my device back after 30-40 days.
                        This time ,when i got my phone back there were scratches on my screen cos of poor handling in service center and also i noticed that my proximity sensor wasn't working,again because to poor handling.
                        I noticed this on the immediate day when i got my phone from service center, but i needed my phone in that span so i dint submitted at that time.
                        After few days with the fear of expired warranty ,i again submitted my device to them and since then till now ,i dint got my phone back.
                        I had wasted enough of my time trying calling their customer support,first of all their customer support executives are the busiest personalities around the globe and seconldy ,if your luck is with you,they answer the call but then they hung up in between before addressing the issue,this has happened to me thrice.
                        When you try to approach them by shooting emails to them,you rarely get a response and the ratio is 5:1,if you mail them 5 times then they reply you once that to,if your lucky enough and their reply consists nothing but a list of probable words like shorlty,soon etc.
                        Since then,m writing mails to them but m not sorted till now.
                        Few days ago,i got a call from them stating ,i ll be getting a44 as a swap device for my a70 as they cant repair my device
                        a44 comes for 4000.rs and my a70 comes for 7500.rs,this is the major difference along with many other,so its natural that i won't accept that.
                        Then after fighting this mail war for 1 more month they agreed to give me a87 as a swap device which again costs 5500 ,less then my device's cost.
                        I want a phone which equalizes the money value of a70 along with its features or higher end device as an compensation for the trouble i had dealilng with them
                        Please its a common man's request to you to deal with this issue and hoping that i ll be getting my phone back soon enough.

                          I had purchased a mobile in Sep 2011. It had a defect of touch screen becoming unresponsive in Nov 2012 ( outside warranty period). I had asked for paid repair for the mobile and paid Rs 500 as advance. The part is not available for the last 40 days and the service centre is delaying on a weekly basis.Non availability of the mobile has caused me lot of inconvenience. Even though the product is only 18 months old, parts are not available.

                            Sub: Defective piece of Mobile – regarding.

                            Respected Sir/Madam,
                            I have bought brand new Micromax Q80 Mobile from online shopping website called Naaptol.com , Order No:4731685 on Dt. 25/08/2012 ( Seller Name: Wespro Marketing, Delhi B2B,Challan No:31477215,Seller Reff. No:4731685 ) with one year warranty.
                            When I, received the mobile, it was well packed in box and physically no any damage, also it was working OK with network except BSNL ( My other mobile instruments are working OK with BSNL) .Also its Screen is not Identical and it spreads colors at few corners ( Pl. Note-This is not a touch screen mobile ).

                            Whenever I, making and finished any call from BSNL sim ,voice etc. very fine , but immediately after finished call the mobile is getting restarted all the time when I, make a call with BSNL sim.

                            For above deficiency I, have talked to Naaptol.com for assistance and they suggest me to contact Micromax service centre and I have talked to Micromax service centre for the same, and they asked me that this is a software problem and it will be solved by upgrading the Micromax Q80 software.

                            And for upgrading the software I have reached to Micromax service centre in Vadodara,Gujarat ( M/S Ideal communication(Service),FF-3,Harivinayak complex,Opp.Brahmin Sabha hall,Pratap road,Dandia Bazaar,Vadodara-390001,Tel.[protected], Email- [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com), and they returned me after upgrading the software, and I have checked the mobile in their presence , but the defect was unsolved.

                            They asked me that this problem can be rectified at Micromax company only and the mobile has to send at Company and will be repaired within 10-15 days.. I, agreed for the same and they send it to company on 21/12/2012 ( Req. No. WO[protected]. R-1211FGUJ2311173 ) along with Mobile Battery No- TINR[protected].

                            After 15 days I have talked telephonically many times on 3-4 days interval, and all the time they asked me that mobile will be repaired and received by 1-2 days. And for this communication I have wasted nearly Rs.125 /- till date, and still I, am trying for the same. And not getting any positive response from the service centre.

                            Paralally, I have serf web sites about Micromax Q80 defects and I was surprise that this is a common and base defect of Micromax Q80 piece, and lot of people are complaints for the solution. I don’t understand that when this is a basic problem then why Micromax company is still selling this model and not discontinued yet.- for give trouble to costumers only?

                            I, request the authority to solve the problem else return me the money or provide me the similar type another mobile piece at the earliest, otherwise I would be forced to lodge complain at Consumer forum court and other media of complaint

                            Also Micromax costumer relation contact Nos[protected],[protected] are useless and wastage of money.

                                They have not returned my phone since last 5 months and even not answering when I should get it back, even Micro max support is not answering my emails.

                                They are useless people sitting in same place to get the customers chatted.

                                I have attached my receipt received from service center for more details.

                                Hope I will get any response after this action.

                                This is my final follow up after 15 days of my last email on which I have not received anything yet.

                                I am searching for my phone, is I am going to get it back or NOT.

                                Finally I would like to ask you, do your phones are made in NASA or on MARS. That you are taking such a long time to complete my phones problem.

                                Since it is more than 3 month, I would like to ask you If you cannot resolve the problem can you please arrange a replacement I would be more than happy to pay extra amount for that.

                                I will wait till DIWALI and after that I am going to sue your company in court for my resolution.

                                I am surprised that I am getting this answer after 3 months, why it took such a longtime.

                                And most important thing is that your service station person says that company not providing the parts and you are sending us email that you have forwarded to them.

                                This is most important because you are not answering any of my questions or concerns you are only keep sending me pre formatted email answer, isn't it?

                                Let me know a time frame that I can take my side of action at earliest time.

                                Micromax — Handset for service not return since 5 month.

                                I bought a Micromax Q5 set from Meerut. Due to some problem i have given it to Authorize service center of Micromax on[protected].
                                Till now i didn't get my phone back. I contacted to service center and the company as well.
                                Now they are telling that we have lost your phone and it's in process of approval for new phone.

                                From past one month they are giving these kind of false promises.
                                I am totally clueless what is going on.

                                Please help.

                                I give my Micromax A110 mobile for servicing at micromax service centre thane on 10 jan 2013, they said your handset give u in 10 days, and now i just call them they said company not giving part of handset etc. they also said call me us next week, what should i do?

                                  Dear Concern,

                                  I would like to raise a complaint regarding the services provided by Micromax X660.

                                  I Purchased Micromax X660 on 30th May 2012 @Rs. 3700 and within 5 months it got serviced twice and still not working well. The service center people told me to replace mother board of my cell phone but they did not replace it as its in warranty period of 1 year. Now third time I have submitted my phone in Service Center but they are not taking my problem seriously even not replacing my phone or not refunding my money and I am facing this problem for 2.5 months.

                                  I have made complaint thrice and still not get any revert from their side.

                                  Request you to redress my problem according to Consumer Protection Act-
                                  Right to redressal if consumer rights are infringed

                                  I’d like to get my phone either replace with better one or get my money refund. I’ve enclosed a copy of original bill receipt. Please contact me at the above address as soon as possible.

                                    I bought a micromax full touch dual sim phone-X455 through home shop 18,order no.[protected]cod orderRs. 2999.00)
                                    when same day I complained home shop 18(Toll free phone no.[protected]) on 5th December 2012 , I was told that we
                                    cannot pay back cash but your phone will be returned and cheque will be sent not cash as cash is not safe.

                                    After that many times I have reminded them to collect the phone which I have not used atall as it is not worth using it for me
                                    every time they say tommarrow Blue dart will collect the phone and you will receive the cheque.

                                    Please help me so that I may get my money at the earliest possible time.

                                        My self Rohit Chauhan from NEW DELHI has Micromax A70 on 05/10/12 have given my phone for repair as touch screen was not working. Service centre persons told me It will take 20 to 25 days for as shortage of spare parts.
                                        On 02/11/12 I spoke to micromax service centre executive the issue of Shortage of spares, Gentleman said company will revert on this issue with in 4 Days, but NO one reverted.
                                        again when I called to Service center I spoke to Mr. Ghanshyam he said it will take another 08 days starting from today, this means total it will take 40 days for phone repair.
                                        I fee this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.
                                        This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.
