I have purchased micromax funbook two months back , suddenly one day it is not working. There is no proper response from the service center. It is one of the useless product. The company should be banned in India. Cheating the customers Micromax is Number one.
I have purchase Micromax Fun-book Tablet vide my Order No.[protected] on 27/06/2012 but the said product not working. there is some problem vide charging the Tablet. It show symbol of battery with triangle & some higfun. I have already inform the same to call center they suggested me to contact the service centres. The defect is found just within a 10-15 days I have paid for the quality product. I kindly request to replace the product. I do not have time to visit the service centers & get it repair.

I am facing the problem of regular hanging of the O.S and other malfunctioning of the handset. i took this hanset many times to the service center but they could not provide me with the proper solution .       I bought micromax funbook p300 from homeshop 18 almost 1.5 month back from today (3rd sep 2012). it worked good for 2 days and suddenly there was issue of battery getting charged 100 % within 2 min from 30 % level and subsequently charger itself started malfunctioning after few days. i had handed over to the service center and they could not arrange the battery and charger till date and now they are not even responding to the help line provided for complaint status update.

      I request each one of you not to buy micromax product.

      never buy product of micromax as service is worst after sales and products are not upto mark.

        i have purchased my micromax funbook tablet on 30/06/2012. After 2 and a half month it stoped working as giving me hanging problem and wifi signal problem . i had submitted my micromax fun book at “INDER INFOCARE” on 21/8/2012 @ micromax service centre, janaka puri. till date i have not recieved my tablet its been 20 days till nw i had visited their service centre so many times and evertime the told me that ur tablet had been sent to head office for reparing . every time i visit there they are givinge me another date. micromax are harrasing me for my tablet which i had purchased for micromax . but till now i had not recieved my tablet. i want my money back as well as u have to bear all the loss , as i was using the tablet for my business purpose. i want my money back .

          On Line order No[protected] dated 29 Aug 12 to Home Shop 18, who sent me a dead phone and I was asked to contact Service center at U 17 Vishwa Deep tower Distt Center Janakpuri New Delhi, who took my phone on 31 Aug and returned with DOA certificate to get the replacement from shops/dealer which is futile. I am running from pillar to post. Having confidence in your product I have ordered and now facing agony. Please help me and provide me a an original phone.             I placed order with Home Shop 18 (Online) vide order No.[protected] dated 29.08.2012 and I was delivered a box by courier Boy named Kapil who took Rs 6000/- in cash from me on 31.08.2012. On opening box I found that I was supplied a dead phone with swollen battery. On contacting Micromax helpline I was told to contact there Service Center at UG-17, Vishwadeep Tower, District Center, Janak Puri Delhi-110018 ASP Name Inder Infocare on 31.08.2012, who took my phone and gave me receipt vide SALDL025R2163. On 01.09.2012 they have returned the phone with DOA Certificate & asked to got to any dealer for replacement. Accordingly I went to dealer at Mobile World, Shop No-29, B-1, DDA Market, Opposite Navbharat Apptt., Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063, who asked to me to contact the Home Shop 18. When contacted they gave another story which is not convincing.

            I am running from Pillar to Post and being harassed. Please help me.

                I brought a micromax handset Smartphone A85 in Feb. 2012 and it started giving problems from the very next month.

                In May 2012 i gave my complaint to SGS Communication Ludhiana (Micromax Smartphone Service Center) and they sent this to Delhi for repair. But after 2 Months the handset was just as i gave them with all the faults.

                I refuse to accept and the person Amit (Prop. SGS Communication) acknowledged about the faults and talked with Mr. Amit (Micromax representative at Delhi) might be some engineer or senior. But the responce was really bad.

                After 10 days again handset was having same faults and even the body was broken and there was no words for Mr. Amit Saggu.

                From the last month they are still saying that the are waiting for the confirmation of HANDSET REPLACEMENT.

                Please suggest me what to do? How to file a case or any solution to it.

                    Hi purchase Micro max Q80 online it has been 10 days it does not connect to internet at time, when making a call the phone restart on it own, the software is so bad u cannot do anything, it is a brand new phone, i wanted micro max to take the phone back and provide a working android phone as a replacement, i have also purchase micro max fun-book P300 which one month back the tablet keeps on switching off automatically it will not get turned on until kept for charging the worst part is, it show 80% battery left then why it is getting switch off again and again, Micro max is making lost of money cheating the consumer, so i wanted to return both the product to micro max want my money back or a replacement with no fault reported for the product..... i spend Rs 4000 on Q80 Phone and Rs 6.500 for P300 tablet which is Rs10.500 for this cost i can get a very good product from Samsung... micro max is the worst company when it come to customer service as u have to wait for long in the queue at the service center that is at borivaly..
                    Please look into this i am still under warranty but do not have so much time to go to the service center and waste my time for a new product which does not work...

                      I have bought Micromax funbook from Reliance Digital Ujjain (M.P.) on[protected] in the name of Dharmendra Sharma ([protected]). It went out of order on 3-7-2012. Reliance people could not found service center for 7 days later I personally gave it to service center at Indore ( Ayushi Electrinics). It has been 50 days since it was broke down & I still not get it repaired. Of 365 days warranty they have already spend 50 days in there service center & now they are saying it will take minimum 20 more days to repair it. Please help me to get my gudget repaired & exent the warrenty by the lost period. Or help me in getting my money back.

                        I bought micromax funbook P300 from GIP, the mobile store on 6th July and I have visited the service center 4 time since then.and its not working properly, I have sent it to the service center in sector 18, 4 times and every time they tell me that there is no problem v have updated the software now it will work.

                        I had put this complain online on 7th July 2012. The mobile shop team read my complain and replaced the micromax funbook. They came to my house on 10th Aug 2012 and took the funbook back which I had purchased on 6th July and replaced it with a new on. I really appreciate that.

                        Today is 20th aug 2012, and my micromax funbook has shut down. It was working perfectly fine I was browsing shoppers stop website and it shut down and now it is not switching on. God know why.

                        I have read few comments about micromax funbook which says it works wonderfully, according to me its just one out of thousand which works. I have used so many electronics but never faced such problem with anyone.

                        Micromax Funbook has some major issue, I would like to tell the company, not to sell the product and trouble the customer

                        I would never recommend anyone to buy this product of micromax as I have faced the problem not once but twice.

                        I would request micromax to take some action otherwise I have to take some action against the company. I am a housewife managing two kids (4mths old and 3yrs old) and entire household. I bought this product as I thought I could use it in my free time and anywhere, but buying this has given me more stress as going to service center wasting time, energy. I don’t want to go through that again as it is the service center or the customer care don’t have solution for this.

                        I have wasted my 9000/- (this includes, screen, SD card 16GB, cover which is also of a very back standard and the funbook). And most the time

                          Hi,I purchased Micromax a45 mobile from Univercell store in hyderabad(Dilsuknagar),one and half month before only.My Mobile stopped working.I purchased insurance also from the same store,they assured and promised for good service for my insurance.Now when my mobile is stopped working.First i took it to the micromax service center they refused to do a free service as if i hold insurance, and they are not ready to repair it, so I took to the stores,the response i recieved is worst.they say that the person(Manager) who promised has been resigned from univercell and we dont take any responsibility and refused to give service at all.Very pathetic customer service and no proper reply from any staff memeber in univercell.

                              My name is Rajiv Tomar I am working with Corportate Company ( Simbhaoli Sugars) . I have heard the name of Micromax in a leading brand that is why i bought a Micromax X660 Handset No : [protected]A/60/SERMOB103 dated on 26th May'12 from "Teens Gallery Shop No : 3 , Garh Road Meerut, Pin No : 250002 Uttar Pardesh". But regret to say that within 3 months my handset has encountered many faults such as ( auto switched off, battery discharge problem, hanging problem, display problem, Voice problem and many more), and become defected handset. Now it has been sent to service centre for repair ( Request No :[protected]/R1208FUBE1633569 on 13th Aug'12).Due to this day to day i have lost my business, my meetings, data stored in mobile and my daily clients faith.Who will responsible for all these issues..? of course the Mircomax, In such a short time, I have experienced pathetic services, lacked my faith & gained my mantle tension. As i prefer good brand first time i have switched to Micromax.In order to keep faith in brand like Micromax my humble request to you that please extend your favorable support and change my handset.It would great pleasure to develop rappot and faith with Mircromax once again.Otherwise unfortunately i have to crossed my way to knock the door of consumer forum as well as Media forum.

                              Pls note that this is not just a mail. I will not stop raising this case until i get solution of it.

                                  Poor & worst service by micromax... I had given my micromax phone Q7 for service and its been a month & still i have not recieved the handset. I have been to the service center 5 times now & no proper response. No update of what is happening with the phone. 3rd class company with no customer service skills. No proper staffing , no procedures nothing. The jobsheet which was given has been closed with nothing been done to the phone. What a company is this? Do you have any kind of respect?                                     This is to inform you that I had purchased a new handset model Q5C, CDAM phone online form Sholic.com vibe bill no.5219 dt.28/03/2012 (Xerox copy of bill and dispatch advise attached). The handset received by me has a defect that its gets hanged very frequently and neither can I receive or make call nor work on any application. I have to switch it off and on it again every time it gets hanged. This happens very frequently and atleast 10 to 15 times in a day. I had complained about the same to the vendor but they say that the warranty is by the company hence its not their liability and to contact your self. I have also got the same checked in the service center at M/S Technique Services (West Bengal) 84-A Central Avenue. Kolkata, West Bengal 700012 and they informed that the handset has a software problem. I had got the same serviced by them but the problem still persists and they advised to contact the company as the handset is defective. As I know that the product of yours are of good quality but the one I purchased has some defect. Also the same is under warrant period as well. Hence I would request you to please help in getting the same replaced with the fresh piece so that I am able to use the same without any interruption. Do let me the process ahead to get the same resolved at the earliest. Let me know any further information that is required for getting the same resolved.

                                        during normal usage battery says 50% left but internally it is only 10%then after sometime it automatically get switched off

                                        I was purchased mobile Model no:-GC255 from M/s Ashi Compurers & Communication, Add: Central market bhiwadi Alwar. They offered me 01 year warranty in written 15-12-09. Unfortunately mobile set have some problem in Charging two months after from the date of purchase but as of now there was no action been taken from their authorized service center named Syam Mobile Care Konark, Alwar Road, Bhiwadi.

                                        You are requested to put up early action as soon as possible.

                                        In the the month of January ( I guess ) the battery had to be charged twice and afterwards thrice in a day

                                        I had approached the service center of Micromax opp Modern High school on off JM RD with a bill.
                                        The man there promptly gave me another battery changed from a big plastic box.While taking it,I had a doubt weather it is a new battery.

                                        In a week,I had gone there again as it had the same problem.He gave it to me changed again.
                                        The same thing has had happened.This time after a couple of months.I am fed up.What exactly a step should be taken..??

                                        i got my funbook on 21 july 2012 first 10 daysit worked so fine and after that this problem occured on it
                                        I have purchased a Micromax mobile(Canvas Doodle A 111) on 9th July’13.I haven’t much good experience for its use. I faced software related problem within 2 months so I sent it to the authorized service center and also made many follow ups for getting my mobile back. Then at last, the new piece was replaced to me. Recently I face another problem, Two days back while travelling for coming to office at morning, I felt my mobile getting suddenly heated in my pocket. I immediately checked the phone and removed the battery from it. The battery was too hot to hold it in my hands. I timely removed the battery otherwise it surely will burst. The battery was unexpectedly expanded due to being extremely heated. Luckily I saved myself from the sever damage or can say from accident.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

                                        I bought micromax elanza 2 exactly 6 months ago... I have been cheated by the retailer as my battery is duplicate... I went to micromax store and the shopkeeper said that your battery is duplicate... I saved my pocket money to get this phone and now i m thinking that i have wasted my money on micromax.. Kindly tell me what to do should i complaint to the consumer court or you are giving me some solution... Reply me soon i m waiting other wise i have to take some legal action...
                                        I use a micromax phone last 1.5 years.but last 2 months battery charging problem so I order a new battery in sara sales and services on dated 29.11.2014 . Today(08.12.2014) I ask for new battery they told me that battery is not avaiable you take your money back.I got the BESt service from your service center.So please help me for new battery is avaiable with us or not and when it will avaiable.Give the feed back

                                        I have big problem with micro max service center Ramesh Nagar Delhi.. people because they are not genuine at all. what they commit they never deliver.

                                        I Purchased Micro Max A99 new model on 11 Jan, 2015 and first problem came (Automatically Restarting thrice in a day) on 20 Jan, 2015, so i visited the same Ramesh nagar, new delhi Branch they told us that its a software problem and they format my phone and concluded the same with saying ALL DONE BUT after a week the problem presist again and i did the same thing which they did last time because they advised me to do the same.

                                        Still problem was not resolved and i went on 23 mar, 2015 again and now they said this is battery problem and they took my battery form me and HANDOVER my phone without any Alternative Battery (so, this is my 1st concern because they cant leave me without any alternative because its MICROMAX responsibility.)

                                        2nd concern is that they told me that your New Battery will come in 7 days which is again shocking for me

                                        3rd concern after 10 days i called them and asked the battery.. Closing is going on thatswhy we are not able to give and given another date to me which was 4th Apr, 2015 (TODAY) ..

                                        4th and the major concern that today they finally said that whenever the Battery will come then we will inform you (which means that they are not sure and i am helpless now)

                                        MY QUESTION IS NOW WITH THE MICROMAX BECAUSE THE SERVICE CENTER RAMESH NAGAR, DELHI IS THE FACE OF MICROMAX ONLY AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGING THE SAME & BREAKING A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I REALLY LOVE MICROMAX AND THATSWHY I CHOOSEN THE SAME. NOW MY LOVE CONVERTS INTO MY MISTAKE.

                                        i had purchased micromax canvas A-350 on 9th nov.after some time the phone strated hanging and got switched on and off frequently.later we discovered that it had a battery problem
                                        we submitted our phone in the service center at lajpat nagar on the 7th april.
                                        the staff at the center assured us of returning the cell within 10 days.we tried calling at the center many times..but either the bell was ringing or it was switched off.we went to the center to discover the issue.they simply told that the phone has not come yet and it will take 3-4 days more.we visited the center four times but no response was given, rather the behavior of the staff was extremely rude.
                                        it has been 1 month that we have given our phone but till now we have not recieved any message regarding it.i hope the matter will be looked upon...if not i will have to file the complaint at the consumer court.hope the complaint is taken into consideration and the action against them is taken as soon as possible.
                                        Dear Sir, I have purchase Micromax knight A350 model from Amazon.com on dated[protected] and i have receive Mobile on[protected]. Now we facing battery life is very less only 10 minute life after 100% charge. I was facing low battery life from last 15 days but due to address of customer care are not available to us i have passed few days, Finally i have contacted customer care on 30 April 2015 at evening and i also know from your executive for timing of care office and he reply 1st may holiday and saturday time 10 to 2 pm, on saturday i go duty in morning so finaly today i got time for visit of care office, when he check the battery then he found that battery width was expanded up to 5 mm and he denied to accept battery problem because few days passed of 6 month, so currently i use battery with charging every time due to only 10 minute battery life, so please change my battery As soon as possible at you end other wise it can blast if you reply late to me for solution. You know your battery expanded 5 mm and currently i use this on every time charging.
                                        This is to inform you that this is 3rd time i m registering my complaint with the same problem of battery backup of micromax canvas knight.
                                        The battery issue has not been still resolved by the service centre since last two times.
                                        My phone is in warranty period.
