My self Rohit Chauhan from NEW DELHI has Micromax A70 on 05/10/12 have given my phone for repair as touch screen was not working. Service centre persons told me It will take 20 to 25 days for as shortage of spare parts.
On 02/11/12 I spoke to micromax service centre executive the issue of Shortage of spares, Gentleman said company will revert on this issue with in 4 Days, but NO one reverted.
again when I called to Service center I spoke to Mr. Ghanshyam he said it will take another 08 days starting from today, this means total it will take 40 days for phone repair.
I fee this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.
This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.

    This complaint is regarding a handset which I purchased a month ago.
    There was some network problem in the handset, so i taken it to the centre in rohini sector-8, they handed me without doing anything, problem was still there that time.

    I am working, never get time on weekdays and they have their off day on sunday.
    Again I went there with the problem and they said, it need to go to the main office
    I said how many days it will take
    They said 20-25 days
    I gave them my handset and after that when i went to collect, first the body was broken and they are without checking handling it to me.
    After my father checked and told them that there is a crack, they said, collect it after 2 days, he said OK.
    Then after 2 days, my father doesn't know much about IMEI number, so he hasn't checked and matched with the one on bill, they handed him the Handset with different IMEI number, which looks like used set and mine was completely new.

    Another thing is, they should give the sets to the customer with prior check, whether it is working or not or whether the problem for which set has been submitted is fixed or not, they never do that, my set is not even taking charge-when asked to start-they said we don't have charger, do it at your home, we have fixed the problem.

    The company officials should come and see, whats going on there,
    staff is too low
    customer Service is very poor, they don't even know how to talk
    I have seen people get frustrated when the number on the invoice is not answer, even if you try for 100 times.
    And if you ask the same to the person who is having that number-Sir, it must be on charge.
    That's not a fair answer.
    I need my set to be replaced with the new one, not with the refurbished.

      i have purchased a Micro Max-A-70 model mobile phone on 15th November 2011 from Delhi my complain is that this mobile phone's touch is not working properly i have submitted my Micro Max-A-70 Mobile at micromax service center Noida sec-18 but after two months he says me we can't arrange the touch of your phone please pick your mobile from our service center.
      one question to you now what can i do this time i am facing lots of problem can you tell me the problem by sending a mail to my ID or call at [protected] Please help me.

        i had given my micromax a60 to salora service center dadar(authorised micromax service center) due to touch screen issues on september 16 2012, they had given an estimate of 20 days but when i called them a month later they told me that cell was not ready, and they mesged me on 30th oct that cell is ready. but due to my tight schedule i was not able to collect my cell but when i reached there in november the cell they gave me was a different piece, with different imei no, different body, battery.. when i told them that it was not my cell they replied that company had replaced motherboard, body(my cell's body was fine), battery(my cells battery too was ok). but even the replaced body n battery was scratched and when i asked the reason for the same they told me" micromax is not like htc sony... they put old parts" and when i told them to give this thing in writing they refused.. i also reported this thing to micromax they were not helping me out but when i asked about the imei no(exchanged one) they told me that it belongs to some person named sunil.
        i also requested them to let me talk to some higer personnel as they were not trying to understand my problem they replied "its not in our process".
        plzzzz help me...

            I recently ordered Micromax mobile A110 on Naaptol.com (on 4th Dec 2012), I received it on 18th Dec 2012.
            The product is defective, as its wifi & bluetooth is not working.
            I had sent a email to Naaptol.com, asking for a replacement or refund, but they denied & rather asked me to visit nearest Micromax service center.

            Kindly resolve my issue, by providing me a refund or replacment ( providing me a fully functioning new Micromax A110 handset)

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased Micromax Mobile A57 on 19th sept 2012. During call the opponents voice was missing for few seconds inbetween the call. Also, the touch screen stopped working (sensing) so, I visited their Authorised service center (ACCEL CARE Center- Professional Developers, 23rd, Second floor, Nandanvan Society, Nr. Mamata hotel, B/H railway station, Alkapuri, VADODARA) on 1st Dec'12 and handed over my mobile for repairing since it was under warranty period. The lady at the reception informed me that they will call me when it will get ready and it will take one week.

              I didn't received any call. When i enquired over phone they told me it will take one more week. also, i made a complaint online at their Service support. So, they told me it will be ready by 15th December. When I enquired on 15th they are telling that it will take another 15 days. So, it seems like an endless story.

              I am really suffering without my mobile. I am working with a SEFOrge Ltd. at senior Manager position and i don't have time to visit their Service center daily. Also, When we are calling to service center no body is receiving the phone. So, I am really mentally torchered.

                On 24/07/14, I handed over my MICROMAX handset model : A110Q, IMEI
                no.[protected], [protected] to Micromax local service center 'm/s UNI TECH, #2686,
                BATHINDA(punjab)' vide receipt no.2766, job sheet number 'n[protected]' to rectify the touch problem, now after a span of 18 days my handset is lying at aforesaid service center, they neither attended the problem nor giving any satisfactory reply, only saying spares are awaited.
                kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have Micromax C100 mobile purchased from Chauhan Mobile Shop, Sector-134, Nagla Wazidpur, Noida-201304 on dated 14-08-12. since 20-25 days it is not working.
                  Our distributor take it to repair from somewhere in Bhangel, Dadri Road repairing center.He opened the mobile and now ask me that phone is dead only LCD is useful.I advise him that you may go the service center of Micromax and he ask me that I do not know that where is Service Center.
                  The mobile is in the warranty period and it is opened by the authorised center only.

                        Within 2 months of purchase Model no A50 Speaker and toch was not working,
                        Gave to service center for repair at patna on 3rd Dec 2012.

                        On 13th Dec Service center returns the handset after repairing but had damaged the handset at it had been broken on one of its side....
                        On complaining about it at the very moment while receiving the repaired handset from service center it was told to me by the head of the service center that it was broken while it was given for servicing and i had been treated very badly by the owner of the service center.

                          hi i am sandeep i bought a micromax brand new phone model- A90 superfone on 17/10/2012 from gandhi nagar,gujarat. as i am transferred there from delhi for time being, the on very next day i got to know that in my mobile the audio in call is low of both side and speaker volume was also low. then i record a video and surprisingly there were very low audio recorded in that video. hence i went to micromax service center ,janakpuri,delhi, inder infocare. and they told me that the handset is defaulted. because of that was 9th day (including holiday-dusshera and sunday) they told me that they will not replace it and i have to submit that for motherboard change.and then because of i have to go back to gandhi nagar,gujarat . so couldn't submit there and after coming back i submitted my phone to inder infocare on 10th November 2012 at that time my mobile's power on/off button was also showing some problem and sometime difficult to switch on. then they submitted that and told me that we are logging your call as no power , less sound in call and speaker, and low audio recording in video and audio recording, then today is 31st day after submission and even they are not telling me that when it will be got fixed or they will return to me. in the meanwhile many time i went to service centre and asked them but got only one answer that we don't know when it will be fixed. i also called customer care and got same answer and they also register my complaint . even on email communication they are just regretting about this matter and saying we will take it on priority and will call and i didn't receive any call yet. please help me in this issue mobiles details :- Model no.                             Micromax Mobile Q35 — Not Return Mobile From Service Centre Last 45 Days

                            I Purchased Micromax Q35 Mobile From Home Shop 18.com and that mobile was faulty,mobile was not support charger, then i send it to service centre Farrukhabad. shop keeper said to return back within 12days. now it passed 45 days apps.
                            sir i am very disappointing with service.

                              They are still not delivered to service center
                              ITS BEEN 20 Days and they still does not show any status of
                              THIS IS IRRITATING
                              JUST THEY WANT MONEY AND PAY NO ATTENTION TO SERVICE
                              BECAUSE OF COMPANIES LIKE MICROMAX THEY DONOT BUY INDIAN PRODUCT
                              THEY ARE JUST A BLACK SPOT IN INDIAN MARKET

                                I had purchased micromax Q50 on 26/11/12. within few months it had to be sent to the service centre in rohini. it had different issues from not charging, overheating, not playing music, track pad not working to not getting switched on. It kept on returning back to the service center....many a times they did not even provide me with the service slip saying we need the sticker on box and not even provided me area manager's number. But since 04/06/12 it was retuned on 03/07/12 and again resubmitted on the same day. it had since been with the service centre due to repeated problems.

                                Sir out of this 1 year warranty, my phone had been in the service center for around SIX MONTHS. kindly look into the matter as till now i have not recvd my phone moreover i m sure it wud again give me trouble as it has done before.

                                Kindly provide me the refund of the money i had spent on such a useless model.

                                  hello, i am from surat city gujarat. i faced to many problems in last month and still continue. i have micromax a87 mobile bought on 14.10.2012. after 15 days my mobile was not start up so submit at service center. after so many complain they give me my phone back after 1 month and said me put in charger at home it will start up. we have change your crkit. i put on charging but its not charge so i again carry my phone to service center, they told me battery dead so we have to replace it, wait for a 1 month again. what i do...they said when parts wil come, we will give u. my jobsheet number is SALGT298R1391. i am in trouble.

                                    i was submit my micromax X2 83 handset at micromax service center, ganj wala plaza, mathura on 08 nov 2012 under warranty period.
                                    but the service center is closed from 11 nov 2012 to till now and the all local mobile contact no. is switched off and customer care delhi told me that my handset dispatched on 10 nov 2012.
                                    so pls take action on my complain i am very sad due to non receipt of my handset.
