Micromax company is worst as there is no service center of their own and the authorised service center are just to mint to money and not for any type of srvice. I am using micromax A87 and SD card port is not working and went to authorised service center at Mumbai as well as Chennai but they are just not interested to give service rather they asked money to service as Mumbai people asked 3000/- and chennai people asked 2500/-, now i want to find company service center so that my simple problem to be solved and thi s is very frustrating to use this phone without SD card. guide me where is the company center at Chennai or Mumbai.

    i had purchased my micromax funbook pro and within one month it started showing white spots on screen. I gave it to service center and they changed the lcd but took one month to do that. And again aftet one month there was white spots on screen i gave it service center again on 22/12/2012 and its now 2/2/2013 and still my tablet is serviced, i mailed micromax support they say on their behalf it is serviced and but when i call service center they say tablet is with company.
    Plz help me, i'm dam tiered calling service again and again. I saw a lot of complaint regarding the white spot problem , i think their hardware is cheap and poor quality. They are just fooling people around. I will be very happy if all other customer will also be satisfied.

        Sir,
        I had placed an order for Micromax Canvas 2 handset and paid Rs,10998/- through credit card.after making payment my order status showing "cancel" .I have asked him via Mail to refund my amount if they are not in position to deliver the handset.But now he didnot replying my mails and not picking my calls.
        The Banker has reported to me the said amount collected by supplier on[protected].

              Ordered a mobile from http://www.myvirtualplaza.com/ with the order no - #MVP0018150, dated 19th Jan 2013. Till not receive the product and whenever trying to call the customer care number not able to reach as they are always busy or no body available to pick the call. Send the multiple mail and tried to draw the attention of them but no body replying. they promised to deliver it within 3 business working days. Please help to resolve the issue or help to get my money back.

                My self Mayank.Rana. I am staying in Bharuch. I purchased my Tab on date 16/11/12.(IMEI no-[protected])from Friends Mobile,bharuch.After One month tablet speaker not worked. so i am giving to service center at ankleshwar. they communicate me after repairing , when i am going for collecting my tab then they told me the another issue in tablet it's not started , and said me a software related issue. then i am collect on date 2/1/13. The tab condition is very bad.for Mobile protection i fix streach guard on back side now the tab condition is the guard is on display means the display is change. back side of guard removed. no any screw fixed on tablet.So please give me replace it the tablet is totally defected.
                ya refund me.
                The service center is not repaired Tablet then why open it.i communicate with your hr person as per instruction i am emiling you.
                I waiting for your replying.....

                    It is to inform you that I purchased a Micro max Canvas HD on May 17, 2013. On the very next day the ear piece speaker of the phone started malfunctioning and I was unable to hear the voice clearly and also the main speaker was not clear as I played some music on my phone. I took my phone to Authorised Micro max Service center and showed my phone to them but instead of checking my phone they said that it is a common problem in this model (Canvas HD) and they can not do anything regarding this issue and returned my phone immediately.


                    While I was using the phone in the same condition with all my previous mentioned problem it again started showing some more issues and within 28 days of my purchase it stopped charging. This time I again took my phone to your Authorised Service Center on 17/06/2013 and the took my phone with the following complaint no. [protected]
                    and they assured me that I will be getting back my phone within one week. But now more than two weeks are over and they are still saying that it will take another ten to fifteen days.



                    So, I please request you to check into the problem and solve this problem as soon as possible. As the people sitting at the Authorised Service Center are not responding to my issue properly. And after trusting your Brand and spending almost Rupees fifteen thousand I should not expect this kind of service from your end.

                    Your people are saying that phone parts are not available, you are launching new phones every now and then and you don’t have phone parts. I am sorry to say, but I am loosing faith from Micromax, because this was the first ever Micromax phone I have purchased, but now I regret for my decision. Also, the other problem is you don’t even provide back up phones for use till the phone gets repaired. That said I want you to please look in to this matter and do all possible to get my phone repaired and delivered to my service center at the earliest. I would love to hear back from you at the earliest.

                    I purchased Micromax Bolt A34 having SN. V[protected] on 26/10/2013 and I took 2G internet connection for the same. From the next day itself their were problems in the external speakers, the phone reboots automatically and even it was not supporting any apps. I gave my handset for repairs to Krishna Telesystem, an authorised service center (job sheet no. R1311FMH6746777) on 29/11/2013. On the same day after 2 hours I received an SMS from the service center that the handset has been repaired & it is ready for use and my job sheet has been closed. I went to collect my handset on 2/12/2013 and when I tried it for use it was not at all repaired properly. Till now the same is being lying at the service center.
                    I request you to take some actions regarding the same and do the needful as early as possible.

                        I have a Micromax Bolt in guaranty period, from last 20 days there showing black lines in display. For that problem i visit to your balrampur, U.P. Service Station which known as Shubham Info tech. Where told me its the normal problem come after a week and take your mobile, but after 2 days there i receive a call from SC and say your mobile is now OK, Give Rs.-1200/ and take it.
                        Please clear me why the want money, mobile receiving is attached.
                        I bought micromax canvas HD 2 and used it almost 8 months without any problem and to be frank i was very proud of the phone and its performance. Then the battery started bulging and once it shutdown with white screen but later it was ok. so in order to get a new battery i went to repair center and i mentioned about white screen. They said they will check and replace the parts, so i left it at repair center. That was just the stupidest thing i have ever done in my life. I got the phone back only after a month that too after numerous phone calls and requests. But i was happy that i got it back. When i started to use it again it started showing all kind of issues like, touch is not sensing properly, call dropping, cant attend a call, app failure, app closing automatically etc etc.. Saying the truth phone cant be used. But in flight mode the apps was working properly. I went back and asked service center people to check it, later they said everthing was fine and i went many times asking to repair but they didnt find a problem. Sadly i went to a private phone repair center and from there i came to know about the bitter truth. The replaced board was a repaired one which someone else had sent for replacement. That is, when they get a board to repair, they repair it and send it to some other service center and claims it as new spare part. After so many attempts i couldnt get it working condition. So to report this i tried to call micromax company directly but no one ever answered. Later i did a detailed search in internet and found reports of this kind of problem by many people. Now the phone is just a kept as a electronic junk. i wanted to give a consumer complaint but till now i didnt know how. I am not sure if this is the right place. If it is then please put a mail, i shall provide the required details of the problem.

                            It seems that this phone has issues. I bought Micromax X295 in delhi on 17th Jan 2013. The Screen light never goes off and always stays on. Done all the settings in the Phone of 5 Sec, 10 Sec etc. The stays on always. Got the phone replaced with another handset but same model, new phone again same issue. Service Center now not giving authorization letter for replacement of phone or refund.

                            I would suggest not to buy this particular model. Indian Gvt officials are requested to come into action and save General Public plz.

                            I have found the solution for this.
                            Press *#8375#. you will be shown the software version etc and test codes where 1, 3, 4 have passed and 2 has not been tested.

                            Type the code for the 2nd test *#89#
                            do the complete test as it asks like type from keyboard etc and press pass for the tests which are shown.
                            After you are done with these tests and all have passed the backlight starts getting off.
                            In my phone the light is getting off, though not according to time set but it does get off now :)

                              few days ago i have taken Micromax A110 HS which came under DOA replacement from service center due to Touch/Screen problem within 2 days , after getting the DOA certificate HS with box and DOA certificate has been reversed to retailer for new replacement, that time retailor has given the time to collecting the new HS after 2 days from shop.

                              i hve approached to retailor on defined date but no responce received from retailor about new HS Replacment , when we confimed about the DOA replacment he ignored me by saying that he do not have any HS wright now, plz call us after 2 days

                              By doind the regular folloups 10 gone but still retaolor is saying that company is not sending the new HS stock hence he can not give new HS right now.

                              I observed that retailor is ignoring me to replace the New HS, Even the complete process of DOA has been approved by Micromax service Center and Also certificate has been given to Retailor to replace the HS.


                              It is requestd to u tp plz Intervene this matter as as a consumer after paying the 10K money, i am seeing my self as a boll by approaching call center and retailor.

                                  i was facing O/G issue in my Handset.I went MICROMAX CHECK POINT at Bapuji nagar,Bhubaneswar and they told me that Mother board is to be replaced @ Rs 1100.I was also agreed.
                                  But after 3 days they returned me the Handset by charging Rs 400 telling me about some SOFTWARE UPDATION.

                                    With due respect i want to draw your kind attention towards my problem,
                                    i had recently purchased new phone of micromax company to gift my sister
                                    on the eve of diwali

                                    From the very First day I found hanging problem in my new phone.
                                    It hangs up while operating phone system.I was totaly fed up with this
                                    problem. It had become totally impossible for me to operate & use the
                                    phone for any of my purpose,

                                    After Getting frustrate , on the 9th day i took my phone to the
                                    service center of janakpuri, They submitted my phone & told me to come
                                    after 15 days, now it has passed 2 months but i haven't got my phone
                                    back in satisfactory condition, during this 2 month I visited to
                                    the service center more than 6-7 times, Whenever i went, i analyses the same
                                    problem of Hanging in my Phone, I returned the phone instantly when got
                                    my phone because of same problem,,

                                    Neither they are repairing my phone properly nor CUSTOMER CARE are taking
                                    initiative action,,

                                    I totally lost my money,

                                        I bought a Micromax A90-s about 3 weeks ago.

                                        It is with AMOLED display. I have a broken screen.
                                        I am ready to pay for damages but Micromax support sucks.
                                        they have insulted me 3 times.
                                        the service center is so bad.

                                        I have a Nokia with AMOLED they provide excellent support.
                                        Micromax- people out there are worthless.

                                        I need money back for my phone.
