Microsoft Promotion Award — Mental fatigue due to EMail

Dear Sir,

I have mentally disturb due to receiving e-mails from the Microsoft Promotion Award of winning Huge amount of prize money, is it true if not so tell me how can i take strict and legal action against such company

i have got the mail form this company stating that i have won the amount of 500000 pounds asked me to pay the amount in the icici bank to deliver the courier to my place

i have got the mail form this company stating that i have won the amount of 500000 pounds asked me to pay the amount in the icici bank to deliver the courier to my place.

they asked me to deposit 330 pounds immediately by today itself to arrange for the delivery of the parcel

Microsoft Promotion Award — confirm its true/false

on jan 05th received an email that i have won 500, 000/-GBPounds and asking me to send their fees ito tune of 1750 GBP and then again asking money (5000 GBP) for anti terror affidavit etc. please confirm its true that such lottery take place or these guys are simply cheating the on line users.

Microsoft Promotion Award — i got a mail from MICROSOFT PROMOTION AWARD & PAID THE REQUIRED AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOM DEPT MUMBAI.

I also got the same e-mail, & got a call frm custom officer Ms.Sangeetha ([protected]) & deposited their said amount of Rs.31, 000/- in favour of Mr.SHIVANG J JANI A/C NO :[protected] PAN.NO : AKRPJ4890Q at icici bank mumbaion 24.08.09, & the person u came frm U.k. his name is Mr.Victor Scott ([protected]) last 4 days has been passed but i not yet got any kind of informatiom regarding my consignment.

Pls advice me what to do.

Is this issue can be solve by any one, pls inform & advice.
