My Son Abhishek Dhaundiyal, had purchase the new Nokia Lumia 730 in the Month of January 2015 from a shop at Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. The IMEI number for same is [protected]/98. The handset keeps on dropping calls i.e. Suddenly the phone shows the network but cannot make any calls neither can receive any call. This happens 4-5 times minimum in a day and the only solution is remove its battery and put it back again and restart phone. We had already taken it to the Vaishali Nokia Care centre for 3 times earlier. We have been informed that the problem was solved after keep the phone to more than week or two. But this time once again for the same phone we took it to the same care centre on 9th May 2015 and they took and said to send the phone to company. The return tentative date was 25 May 2015. How come a person can leave his/her phone for so long time. As my son already faced a lot of problem in this handset I want either to replacement this handset with some other model because I think this problem is there in other phone of this model or my money back.     Worst experience ever I purchased MS Lumia 535 on 18th March 2015 and on 28th April its screen stop functioning. i gave my mobile to nokia care and they told i have to wait for 30 days. I really don't understand the point of purchasing phone from a reputed company if this is the kind of service they provide first of all screen goes dead in a month and then asking customer to wait for the whole month.

      I, Mandar Gajane, had purchase the new Nokia Lumia 730 on 28th March 2015 from a shop at Thane (W). The IMEI number for same is [protected]. The Cellular (Mobile handset) phone which I have purchased keeps on freezing every time i.e. Suddenly the phone shows the network but I cannot make any calls neither I can receive any calls, and this happens 4-5 times minimum in a day the only solution I have to do at that time is remove the battery and put it back again and restart my phone. I have already taken it to the Thane Nokia Care centre for 4 times wherein the latest they claim they have got it repaired from their factory. But still the mobile has same problem and issue is still not solved. When I asked for the replacement of the same they said on the first time that mobile cannot be replaced since the policy of replacement is only for 4 days from the date of purchase. Being operated late last year for my cervical surgery I had to go to the Nokia care centre at Thane(W) from Khandeshwar (Navi Mumbai). I'm now stuck in such a trauma of this phone. Being a Nokia fan I did not expect such product and service from same. I either want a replacement for this handset or my money back.

          I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 mobile from Amazon. The mobile display out after one month. when I contacted Service Centre at Patna namely Roop Rang Telecom[protected] they kept my mobile and given a job sheet number[protected]/150309/002 dt.09.03.2015 with delivery date on 30.3.2015. Till date they are not delivering my mobile. either in the form of rectified or replacing. This is a complete criminal activities on the part of Microsoft company.Will you help me to get my problem resolve.What is legal action we can take against the above named company.How their business can block in India.Very thankful if suggest, Shwentank Kumar [protected]

            I have purchased C2 model of nokia on 13th May 2014 from jain informcom, Inodre (Madhya Pradesh). I have felt that the touch is not good and getcontact no.[protected] Location Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Devide IMEI number [protected] It gets hang. I have made complaint. The Gayatri incorporation, Yashwant Palaza suggested to change the touch pad. My son has paid Rs. 1350 and changed the touch paid on 5th dec, 14. vide invoice no. SER/5015/14-15. Again I am facing the same problem when sent the above set back they told it has no warranty. I have seen the same problem on other set of c2 on websites. please look into the matter. I have tried your Indore office phone but not working. Kindly look into the matter

              SIR, This is lakka.clementswapna, i got an email from microsoft that i have won 500, 000GBP.Miss Risha mam contact me and took all my details.I have paid her nearly 55, 500to her she said that amount will be refund again but till now that amount did not refund to my account and also the amount which i won i.e 500, 000gbp i didnt receive till now.I dint get any information till now.I got a code that is D.W.T CODE;AZS73836373MHN the process dint completed.I Kindly request you to check it and send me the information for futher process.My diplomatic officer name is Mr.RICHARDMARTINS. Is that code is true or not?

                I am Saurabh Dhiman, I purchased Lumia 535 Handset from city portraits& colour
                lab (complete mobile store) S.C.O.1012-13, SECTOR 22-B, OPPOSITE BUS
                STAND CHANIGARH on 17th
                Feb 15 at 5:30 PM.

                When I reached home I has inserted my sim into
                the handset & from very first day the screen is flickering then I called at
                Dealer number (Robin Kansal) on 19th Feb’15 & he told me to
                visit to Outlet then he will check what is the issue.


                On 20th morning the screen goes
                Blank, I had spent Rs 9000/- on Nokia Handset and in return what I get a faulty
                handset, when I reached at Outlet, Robin Kansal told me to visit Nokia Care
                they will change your handset. So, I reached Nokia Care (Sec 22, S.C.O
                2473-74, Chandigarh) & submitted Handset to Nokia Care. They
                told me to wait for another 7 days. We will give you a new handset. But now its
                15th Mar’15 I am still waiting for my phone whenever I goes to Nokia
                Care they always told me that Phone is out of Stock.


                I have a faith on Nokia Product, since 2000 I always
                bought Nokia handset only my first handset was 3310, but this phone has broken
                my trust over Nokia, I have a worst experience of my life by purchasing this
                phone, without testing a handset how can you sell handset. I am so much harass by
                Outlet dealer & Nokia care people (Mr.Bhupinder) its around 01 month and I am still waiting for my handset. Now
                I am fed-up of follow-up with Nokia care I have lots of work in my office &
                for your default I have to visit Nokia Care every 2nd day.
                Now I will
                never recommend anyone to buy Nokia handset. Sir your nokia care people
                Mr. Bhupinder has told me on 14.03.2015 at 6.30 p.m. that the same phone
                could be reparied and they gave it me back but i am really sorry sir
                its not possible for me becuase i used this phone only for appr. two
                days. so kindly refund my money back as i am not satifisied with the
                services provided by you.


                Pl refund my money back or otherwise I have no
                option to go to the Consumer court & I am also employed in High Court of Punjab.

                    Dear Sir I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 phone in 2012 and I extended its warranty in 2013. In the month of October 2014 the display stopped. Nokia care center at Saheed Nagar Bhubaneswar, INDIA recommended for replacement of phone since the required part for replacement was discontinued. On[protected], I got a call regarding replacement from Nokia Care center (Saheed Nagar) informing a LUMIA 625 model can be offered instead. I was not ready to accept the replacement for the following reasons: 1. The cost of my Nokia lumia 800 was 18870/- INR and the replacement was worth of 10000/- INR. 2. In comparison of Lumia 800 the replacement was having very less features. 3. The phone was looking too old. In this regard, I lodged a complaint to Nokia care center (Service Request No. 1-[protected]) and asked for proper justification regarding the acceptable replacement. Mr. Chandrakant, who was handling this, was unable to justify it and he assured me that their back end team will contact me within 7 days. Unfortunately, I did not get any call even after 3 or 4 reminders about the progress of complaint. Neither had I got any call nor any email from them. Then again, on 17 Feb 2015, I made a call and Mr. Rakesh (customer care executive) assured me that my case was being handled by Mr. Chandrakant and who will contact me within 24 hour. Still, I did not get any response. Since, I was not getting response from customer care so I went to Nokia care center, Saheed Nagar. They told that they have only that particular model to replace and they also informed that they cannot offer any alternative. My question is what is the value of the warranty??? Why I cannot get a refund if they are unable to replace the model??? Because in any case, I bought a wrong phone with value less warranty and even I cannot get a refund or any replacement of similar cost. I hope this complaint works for justice.                         Hi i am suvrajit samal.I bought microsoft lumia 535 on 1st january 2015.After 15 days o[censored]sing this set it showed some display problem.So i submitted my mobile at nokia care center on 28th january 2015.They informed me to repair the set within 15 working days.But still they delaying each and every time am asking about to hand over the set.Still i am waiting to get my set back.It is almost one month still i am waiting for the set to get repaired.

                          Sir I got Microsoft Lumia 535 (Dual Sim)on Feb 3, 2015 at around 08:00 P.M. form a shop. The next morning i found my mobile not working, i think just after 10 hours (including my night sleep). So i went to a nokia care for getting a new mobile, unfortunateltly they didn't give a new moile and lodge a complain. As per their rule they were suppposed to give me new mobile but got my mobile as per the warranty. Now it has been more than 15 days and i hear nothing from them. After contacting the nokia care they it will take 20 days more (contacted on 21 st Feb, 2015). So, i request you to please look at my problem since i lost the mobile without getting even 10% flavor of a new mobile.

                              I purchased micrsoft Lumia 535 on 15th Dec 2014, looked to be a very attractive phone, on 13th January 2015, display went for a toss, which later was detected as a hardware issue. after that I had submitted it to a care center in kakinada, east godavari, andhrapradesh on 13th Jan 2015.. its just its just 28days after purchasing the phone .they selling the quality less products to custmers. its almost 13 days completed but still no response from care centre... so i awant to take this complaint to indian consumer complaints form...i think its going to help me n slove my problem.

                                I purchased a Microsoft 535 on 13/12/2014, just after three days i found problems in it i.e auto magnifing, touch responce, auto open of apps etc. then i contacted the seller who told me to update the software at Nokia care center. then after a week the phones display was not worked and then i contacted the nokia care who collect my mobile for repairing on 24/12/2014 and till date after a month i did not get the mobile, i feel cheated by the company after paying the full amount still.                                   Hi, I purchased a lumia 1520 in january last year. In November 2014 it started behaving erraticly and started shutting down on its own. I couldn't use it for more than 5 minutes at a stretch or it would shutdown automatically. I showed the phone to Nokia Care Lajpat Nagar (Now Microsoft care), and they reset the phone and gave it back to me. After i got the phone back, its capacitive light controls on the bottom stopped glowing. I showed the phone at nokia care Okhla again, where they again reset the phone and returned it. The problem still persisted. They said the phone had a hardware damage so it has gone out of warranty, as diagnosed by nokia care Lajpatnagar and refused to fix the phone further. I wanted to sort this issue out amicably, hence I went to Nokia Care in Kotala (near South EX). They refused to even submit the phone, stating the aforementioned reasons. I am really appalled at the serives of Microsoft. It was way better when it was nokia. Lumia 1520 is almost Rs 50, 000 and the after sales service is not worth it. Finally i went to Nokia Care in Faridabad, they said the phone can be fixed but, will have to be sent to the company for repairs. However, since nokia care Lajpat nagar has entered this phone in the system as out of warranty, hence, the are unable to send the phone for repairs. This is such a contradictory thing but Nokia/ Microsoft. I never expected such a huge company to behave so unbecomingly and hassle their customers for such petty resons. The phone will be out of warranty on 29th January and after that they will have all the reason to call it out of warranty. I have been hassled for last 3 months, and they Microsoft/ Nokia has not paid any heed to it. I have attached the photos of my phone. There is no real physical damage, save for a scratch on the right top corner. This scratch was sustained in the 2 month after purchase, However the problem started in November. So, there is no apparent connection between the scratch and the problem. I need my phone fixed, please help me get justice.

                                    Poor quality device and customer service. Bought the phone 10 days back. Screen will not turn on. No falls/spills. Called up Nokia care. Callous response. After much haggling was told it will take 2 weeks to check as it will need to be shipped to central office as per process. Nokia used to be a trusted brand known for quality. Not any longer.Shame!

                                      i have purchased lumia 535 on 27th dec 2014.this worst phone. it develop snag on 10th jan, start mala functioning by stop and start continously. i purchased it from raj rishi raja park jaipur. this phone can not down load any apps either from wi fi or from mobile internet.pl change my phone.contact raj rishi, told battery problem and changed the battery, but problem still persisting. s k kalla

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a handset Microsoft Lumia 535 from online shopping site The Mobile Store my Purchase Order No.12225904 and Invoice No.12300/39052 Dated 10.12.2014 and I have received this handset on 13.12.2014. I have only use only 5 days the mobile automatically off. I have complain to The Mobile Store to replaced my mobile but he has refused to replaced and told me to go to Nokia Services Centre for repair. I have submitted my mobile to Nokia Services Centre on 19.12.14, but till date he has not repair my mobile. I requested to you sir/madam please replaced my mobile by Microsoft or The Mobile Store because mobile has created problem within 5 days even i purchase mobile by any shop he has replaced in a minutes as Deo handset.
