[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

Dear Sir,
Its to infrom you, that i have a broadband connection[protected]. which doesnt works more than 20 days in a month. After every two days i have to complaint which takes 3-4 working days to resolve. Everytime the peoples said this is the last time in future you will not face any problem. Please have a look of this to resolve it permanently.

we have internet package of 599 unlimited download and speed of min 512KBPS and max. of 1MBPS..we were enjoying speed of 225KBPS but from the last 2-3weeks its get down to 30 KBPS ...plz solve our problem of low speed otherwise we wish to surrender this connection...

MTNL Broadband — Frequent Disconnect

I am consumer of MTNL Broadband serivce and am facing lot of service problem from them in Mumbai. I am an engineering student and require internet for myt studies' research and provision . But I am facing a problem of Frequent Disconnection and hence cannot avail the same.I have complained for the same a number of times. I've faced this same problem in may2008 which was only solved after more than 50days.Now again i am facing the same and again its been over 15days to my first complaint. The main problem is they register my complain once and it seems they dont forward it and when i ask them to register a new complaint they refuse saying the last is still pending. Also wen i ask to speak to superior or area incharge they provide me with all together different phone numbers. I am not able to find a way to get my job done and also i want to now file a case against them for lack of proper service and refusal to register my complaint. I hope some1 wud/cud help me serve them.
I have telephone no 28561089 and have been a subscriber to MTNL broadband's unlimited plan . I agree with most of the complainants here that there have been frequent disconnections while working on internet. Even frequent complaints dont yield any results since the persons who rarely if ever visit the site are not conversant with ther service at all. Most of the times however they inquire on telephone itself weather the phone is working or not. Its utterly frustrating that so important public services are paid scant attention by the powers that be.

MTNL Broadband — Low speed

i am using triband 599 unlimited plan. sinc aweek i am gettin low speeds of 20-29kbps where as it should be minimum 256 kbps. no action has been taken yet even the customer care doesnt respond they just not bothered to inform the customer...

MTNL Broadband — blockage of some sites

I am a customer of mtnl. My phone no is 22561511 C/o Abdul Mughees, House no 1422, street no 50 jafrabad. I am unable to open gmail and orkut sites. I am also unable to play video clips. Please rectify my problem. I have made compaints on 1504 for several times.

i am faceing same error, evern i am not able to open all site which started from icicibank.com prefix...
tell me the way to complain this porblem to top level of MTNL Broad band deaprt...is any case escalted like this if yes pls guide the process...
i lodged complaint about non conectivity and disconnectin frequently for boardbrand service from my tn 25260626 and complaint no 41600870 four days agois unattended unlistened. do any one has any ears to listen. jck
My speed is also down from 200kB/s to 20kB/s from 1 december 2008.I am calling 1504 everyday but nothing is happening.Mtnl cheated us, he given us good speed for a month and now he is not giving us the same speed.

MTNL Broadband — Arrogant behaviour of MTNL Support staff

I got my MTNL broadband installed only 3 days back (2nd Jan'09). Today I have formated my system and hence I had to reinstall the USB driver for the modem. To take support for doing the same, I have contacted MTNL, In so many of the attempts after waiting on line for more than 10 mins, when a person comes on line, he/she even without hearing or saying some thing, simply used to shut the receiver. When I have tried again in the evening, one of the agent who picked the receiver, simply said "You can complain to GM" and " I don't know GM's contact details".

How ridiculous it is on the part of MTNL. I don't know, who is that responsible person in MTNL, who can attend to the customer. My MTNL No. 25080617. I want some punishment to done to the people, who are least bothered about the consumers, because of whom these jokers get their daily bread.
i am using mtnl triband unlimited plan with expected download speed at least >200kbps but all i get is 15-20 kbps max...most of the times it doesbt connect! no use calling 1504 as they skip ur calls n u have to wait like hours waiting for ur request attended...its like getting a jackpot if it gets through which is simply ridiculous!! if the same continues to happen i request other people here to join me in lodging a complaint against these people in consumer court. till when can we get cheated like this? shame on you mtnl for providing such poor services to your customers. in foreign countries avg speed is 2 mbps n here avg is >20kbps...its because of poor service providers like you that our country lags behind...a frustrated and harassed customer
I have got new phone conection no. 26971627 and booked broadband. The engineer of Sarita Vihar exchange has simply given the router. He has not installed the software and braodband as yet. He also keeps his Garud mobile switch off. There is none to attend the incomplete task.

I am suffering due to no connection of the braodband despite booking for weeks.

I've the same problem and i'm also complaining for the same problem and nothing is being done for the same. my landline no is 23928036. I've also given several complaints for my broadband services and i only get calls asking for same, nothing is being done. my net gets disconnected in between very often and i can not even send a single mail. The speed is also very slow..

MTNL Delhi — Harrasment by their Employees & Unconcious towords customers problem

In response of the my previous mail some action has been taken place
by MTNL for my complaint.I would like to share my experience after
that complaint.

It is kind request to pay some attention in the same.

On 12 Jan 2009 I registered for the internet connection with esp return application that i dont need modem i will configuer it myself .But the Reply Of Mr. MahanChand in gulbiBagh Extention is bring your
Modem I will Check it. Before That also in Past Take my modem to thier office they were unable to configer it.Acc to them that NetGear Modem will not work. Then I will Manage my self to confier it. it is working fine.

On 14 Jan 09 when i call 23640053 Mr Mahanchand Says i[censored] bring that modem then only i will start your modem otherwise not.

I dont know whts the reason for that i know he will be unable to configer it in past also then why should i rely on his remarks this time. and i have to take leave also from my office.


I think most of the employees in Govt Office are like Mr MahanChand who are careless abt their Customers.They think people dont take action against them.


This time this is his ast Mistake.

I am not been able to see any of the Zee channels and the Sony Channels and the sab channels and my remote is also not working properly. The Tv takes time to start and it gets freezed in between the programs. some times even the vocie goes off, or automatically the IP TV REBOOTS. Please take some action regarding my complaint, as i am not getting to any of the customer care executives... Please also email me the help line numbers ... thank you
