[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

yes i agree MTNL top officer does not deserve their jobs. Becoz i think they are aware of their poor customer service but they just sit their and earn money instead of working.Techinican use to come 15-18 days after i call customer service. Internet used to disconnect every few minutes. Seriously i got fed up with the services and chaned my internet to Airtel. And I realized it i the best. So just go for some PRIVATE company instead of GOVERMENT companies.
i am using MTNL telephone No. 23536098. i applied for wirless modem for internet access (plan is Trib_399).at the time of installation one employee came from MTNL raise some funny questions to me .
1. Ask your laptop why it is not connecting to server .
2. why your laptop LAN socket is not working .
3 why Your laptop is so slow .
his attitude was very negative but after few minutes Internet was accessed by LAN but system couldn't connect with wireless, he couldn't configure with wireless, he went saying that first remove your system' s faults .

My request to MTNL Please send worthful employee who can resolve problem.
Please resolve my problem ASAP.
My IP TV on telephone Connection No 22241396 is not working for the last more than 2 and half months and about 25 complaints to Aksh at Phone No. 12699 have failed to produce any result. At every complaint I am assured that the problem would be resolved in 24/48 hours but I am facing the same old problem of Waiting Signal or Blue Screen with No Network connection. As advised by Aksh I contacted Officer Incharge Sanchar Hut Madhu Vihar but he expressed his unability to solve my problem.

I therefore request you to either get my problem resolved without further delay and adjust my bills for failing to provide me proper service.or else PASS NECESSARY ORDERS TO DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION AND REFUND BACK THE SECURITY.

MTNL ,Delhi — Broadband connection not working

Since 30th. of April ' 09, I have been lodging complaint to get the connection working, but it is of no avail.On toll free no.1504 they talk very positive but the complaints lodged so for have not been addressed to.

MTNL — Refusal to provide internet connectivity

The reason am mailing at this forum is probably the same as to y thousands of others are here..[ They get heard ]...well i have always been an avid and greedy user of MTNL services for two reasons ...One its a govt.setup... and secondly ... it just sounds honest ... but of late there's been a sea change in my perception of it ... I have a telephonic connection .. [[protected] .. for your refrence] and recently got my internet disconnected coz of the pathetic services. The scenario was such that we were using the intenet services provided by the MTNL... but then there were some problems due to which we didn't have access to internet at all ... consequently we reported the matter at customer care innumerable times, and everytime i was assured without fail that it will corrected in matter of days ... to be precise in a week's time ...but that that ONE week changed into 03 long months of waiting and complainig... yet at the end of it all nothing happened ... and the funny thing we were told that we need to continue with our payments ..[ it was unlimited plan for which they charged us about Rs 1000 a month ... that inclusive of all the charges the calls we make ... this was extra ] so for next three months we continued making paymnets ...with no internet services at all ... and finally we chose to disconnect it ... but now after after almost 06 months since this happened ... we are now palnning to have the connection again ... but only to be questioned back ... as to y did we disconnect it at the first time ... once we told them the problem the man very calmly says ... kyon connection lagwa rahe hai na apko pareshani hogi or na hamei... i was completely taken aback by the response... i mean this is really the heights of inefficiency at its peak ...but when coaxed a lil more the guy comes up with a response that we dont provide the service there iur region... i reminded him that we have been using the services... then the man came up with anoher state of the art excuse ... well yur place doesnt come in 3 km radius ... for which i was never provided any satisfactory answer ... but the face is my neigbour is using the same services... ... well i am a very aggrieved custome ... have virtaually lost all the hope for this ... but i came across this my just lil hope ful that something might just happen ... i am highly thankful to yu all for yu provided us with such forum where one can voice their issues...and can also get the redressel done ... kindly look into the matter ... at the earliest..

Everyday most of the time it just keep trying to connect to internet and i get "Authentication Failure" messages, It works fine for some time (Around 2-3 hours in brakes in 10 hours of time). But whenever i start my computor i never be sure that internet will work or not, and most of the time it take hours to connect to internet.

When i complaint to 1504, they register complain for problem in line/cable, but no lineman comes to correct anything when i call them they just say you phone is ok so your line is also.

There are too many complaints i made on 1504 the most resent (unresolved)

Now before giving up the my broadband connection i want to know if the problem is in my line/cable or your server is used to work like this. But i don't know how to find out.

If you can, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

MTNL Broadband — intermittent internet

Since last one month the internate connection is abrupt, every time I have to reset the modem to restart the connection. repeated complaints to MTNL has no effect. They send the lineman to check the connection .My phone is working perfectly. The problem lies with MTNL server.
I am user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], my paln of mtnl is tri - unliminted of 599. I have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. But now it is completely not working from last 10 days, i had gone mtnl office many time but they had not solve my problem and their behavior was irresponsible and rude.I complainted about it in mtnl office and call center many times but the problem is continue.
i m doing complain frn last week about my telehone. my telephone is dead frm last week. my no is 22851224. i called many times to customare care

MTNL - Dolphine New Delhi — unnecessary deactivation of phone calls

I am MTNL-dolphine New Delhi prepaid mobile customer for since last six years. I have life time validity sim card up to[protected]. I have recharged with top-up of Rs. 255/- on[protected] at 21:17 pm. Presently I have approximately balance of Rs. 214/- in my prepaid number. My number is [protected]. This number has been temporarily suspended from yesterday morning i.e. on 12-05-09. I have made many phone calls to customer care[protected] but yet my number has not activated for incoming and outgoing calls due to which I have been suffering from my contacts with others.
MTNL peoples just playing with customers and getting troubles to others, event they never follow the complaints.
They have to be get improved and reactivate my number again.
I registered a request for installation of wii fii internet through my tel no;27890159 on 2 may 2009, reg id 48000118, and i was promised that the connection would be made within 7 days. But now it has been about 12 days and no action has been taken despite repeated complaints on 1500, who asked me to contact my tel xchange ...But the telephone exchange operator never picks up the phone...Pls look into the matter asap.
One of the worst service i have ever met with, it's like a horrible plane crash.The tragedy is the authority never comes out of the slumber or pithole they used to sleep in.Is the responsibility ends with giving connection or there sud be some sort of customer value creation in this competitive world.The broad band connection is so erratic that sometime i feel to cremate it.Without using net i have to pay the bill & failing to submit bill on the due date we have to give late fine & even disconnection.What to do with these incompetent govt. official is a thing to ponder on.They are killing our feeling of law abidingness.Even complaining to communication Ministry doesnot resolve the problem.Disgusting ! Shame is Shameless in front of these insensitive & inefficient official.

My Boradband connecion not working last 8th May 09. I have already complaint against this 8 to 10 time (NO # 1504) but nothing is reply on this.

Pls check this and solve this matter ASAP.

Kindly note my telephone 26382425, We have given several lodging several complaints past 2 months, regarding broad band PPOE & ADSL is not working & connecting properly, and frequently it is disconnecting. My telephone is also not working properly some time it is so noisy & frequently connecting & disconnecting.

After making so many complaint we are receiving only return calls form your mtnl staff but no action being initiated till date & my problem is not solved. Due this I have incurred huge loss
I will take up this matter with consumer court at the earliest.

I her by request you to kindly look in to the matter & resolve the issue at the earliest. Failing to which I have to take legal action in this regard.



MTNL Broadband — brodband is not working

last 15 days my internet is not workingthough the telephone no 22486044 isworking normal.I am not able to lodge the complained on telephone 1504.
