MTNL Dolphin — i hear my own voice while dialing

I have MTNL dolphin pre-paid connection. for the last few days i am facing a strange problem with my mobile in Uttam Nagar Area of New Delhi. when i dial or receive a call i hear my own voice, the other person who have called me also hears his own voice, i am unable to receive or sent any call from my mobile. I tried to check whether there is any problem with my mobile, i tried my phone in my work place at North Block, there it worked properly. what's the problem in Uttam Nagar area.

I AM HAVING MTNL DOLPHIN SIM CARD FROM PAST 1 DAY I.E. FROM 09.05.2009 I AM RECEIVING NO COVERAGE IN CHEMBUR, MY CELLPHONE HAS GONE TO EMERGENCY MODE INSPITE OF HAVING MTNL DOLPHIN SIM IN IT, THE SAME PROBLEM IS SUFFERED BY MY FRIENDS IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD

this mtnl service is not worth using it most hope less service

MTNL Dolphin is the worsestmobile network in india till date, since its a govt. firm its maintaining its incompetence level with other similar govt. bodies or maybe they have some kind o[censored]nderstanding with the private player to woo away its existing clientele to these private players by accepting some kind of favour, that is one of the reason TRAI is not implementing portability of mobile no. under pressure from MTNL and similar service providers in fear that the moment this feature is available most of the mobile users will change their service provider, moblie number portability was supposed to be here sometime in April 2009, its passed long time back but nothing of that kind is visible till now.Anyway the common people like us are used to these tanctrums specially in INDIA.

I am also getting the network problem in the Ghodbunder Road, Thane area even the MTNL mini
telephone exchange is suited in my society i.e. CHARNAMRUT SOCIETY, GHODBUNDER ROAD,
THANE.

MTNL — bad net problem

The mobile networks of MTNL in (chhajjupur shahdara delhi-32) are really poor there has been no network coverage for the past 2 days, the network is lost after every 5 minutes. even after repeted complaints no action has been take by MTNL.my complaints are rectified on the system itself, without any action on ground

I have activate caller ring tone. 9 days have past but caller ring tone is not activated complaint is register with custmercare but any action isnot taken.charges have deduted from my prepaid card.very poor service from-SHASHIPRAKASH MOBILE NO-[protected]

MTNL Dolphin — Negligence in service.

I was having my postpaid Mobile connection no.[protected] with MTNL Dolphin, due to lack of time, I failed to make the payment on the due date and the connection was immediately disconnected on the very next day of the due date and nobody was there to listen to my complaint. After making the payment on the next day, my services gets started. Because of their misconduct, I made an application to convert my post paid number to prepaid and they assured me that it will be converted within a couple of hours after submitting the application form, but after submitting the application they immediately stopped all my calls (incoming and outgoing both) and they took about 5 days to convert the same into prepaid. In between those days I made about 20 calls per day to the customer care to sort out the problem, but they refused to do so. I am also requesting for the last about 5-6 days to the customer care to get my internet/gprs activated my on mobile, they failed to do so. Every time they gives excuses that their system is not working and some time after listening to my query, they disconnects the phone and some times, even after picking up the phone, no body says anything and put the receiver down without any inquiry.

STD out going not actovate since one week.Copmlain on [protected].No action.Nodal officer no. #[protected] not replying.I keepnig two phone.MTNL for receiving INCOMING call and anther for OUT GOING.

i m living in ghziabad.. in this area there is no network from yesterday 3 dec. 2009.. i want to do some important call but due to network problam i can't do .there is not first time but there are some time happen regularly.

ref -invoice no.[protected] dated 7.jan.2010. i have already paid all previous bills. if anything pending, kindly message details - month, amount etc. on my phone. install one drop box in havlok squre kalimari marg. revive my phone [protected] immediately. inform/remind before disconnecting phone. customer care/complaint tlephones of dolphin are not existing.

please deactivate mobile invester on my number [protected].

SAME HERE IN ROHINI SEC-16 AREA

MTNL is one of the most incompetent services.My mobile bill shows Rs 1049/- as outstanding amount, at the bill centre my amount is nil and the mtnl has discontinued my services due to nonpayment of bill . All my bills are paid, On submitting an application with request as to which bills unpaid on their records they informed me that about 1500 such cases have been seen and to wait upto March when this problem will be sorted out. What do I do now? my Complaint no is CC[protected]. HELP!!!

i am fedup, whenever i need the service there is no network. alltime network problem, due to this i am suffering a lot. i am suggesting every body be aware of mtnl service. i am going to stop using this service.
