I am Pravin Keluskar very unhappy with your people in call center, I am using trump network since last 7years, my number is [protected], I just call on 13/02/2012 at 10.37pm at ur helpline number 1503, becoz on 3rd march I have top up of rp.30 for the sms package, but on 13ht that service has been stoped, I was just asking ur person regarding this, then he react "i m not setting here to calculate how many sms u have send" then he cut the phone, again i call 4 times he pick up n cut then I try on hind language same person answer, i ask him to trasfar my call to ur senior he said can not then he react " i[censored] want to see me dear u can come to bkc any time" I just want to ask you sir this is the way u help ur consumer n make happy???? or u people are sitting their to make a fun on us???? sorry to say that I am very unhappy and sad to use ur network, , hope i ll get ur feed back very soon, , ,

my complaint No 265128 of 21 June2011 at 03:59:47 has not been cleared/rectified in spite of few more reminders, also two SMS sent on 16 June2012 to 52020 was not sent to but money deducted, Also one SMS to NEWZLAND is still pending wef 16 June2012 but money deducted from my balance A/C

MTNL — Mobile network problem

I am Naresh Kumar R/o Roopali Encleve,Karala, Delhi-81. We have 4 MTNL mobile phone but there is very network problem in this area.We can not able to listen or make call from here.

Please do needful.

My Mobile No. - [protected] is not working at all since 4 Sept., 2014. I have already complain Dolphin Customer Care Cell (1503) and via email. But not any action properly/ Customer Care Cell does not respond possitively and always says your Complaint is under process. I shall be thankful if you kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

My phone location sector 65 noida always faces weak network or no network

My mobile number has no network coverage or weak coverage in sector 65 noida

I have MTNL dolphin pre-paid connection. for the last few days i am facing a strange problem with my mobile in tis hazari court, khari baoli, chandni chowk, Area of Delhi. when i dial or receive a call i hear my own voice, the other person who have called me also hears his own voice, i am unable to receive or sent any call from my mobile. I tried to check whether there is any problem with my mobile, i tried my phone in my work place at central delhi, there it worked properly. what's the problem in khari baoli area.

I have been complaining since[protected] about poor network and tower collapse problem in my room in prime central delhi colony just 0.5 kms from Karol Bagh Exchange BTS Tower. Previously SMS were being sent & delivered in an instant but since june I have to wait for Bank OTP's for hours. Complaints to highest Authority has done nothing so far. My twitter a/c has all complaints recorded.

My mobile number is [protected]. Since last 10 days, I am getting the message that Rs. 5 wuld be deducted fm your account on availing the facility. I am not availing any facility and my account is deducting Rs. 5 or Rs. 7 automatically. I have made this complaint to your customer toll free number [protected] twice to disconnect the services and reimburse my money, but no action taken so far by MTNL.

same Network issue in dolphin gsm Mtnl Delhi is a ####ty company i have 2 sim card and a landline connection all are working like a ####. please make it better or i have to PORT all the connection to airtel and vodafone. because all other networks even jio is working fine in my society. but dolphin scukss. DONT USE DOLPHIN MTNL WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS ALL THE STAFF IS looks like 60+ AGE and have no idea how to FIX A routor or connect simple cable.
