[Resolved]  MTNL Dolphin — MTNL dolphin network problem

I AM FED-UP, WHENEVER I NEED THE SERVICE THERE IS NO NETWORK. ALL TIMES NETWORK PROBLEMS IN RC CHURCH AND NAVY NAGAR COLABA, MUMBAI AREA. I HAVE FOUR PREPAID MTNL TRUMP CONNECTION, BUT NO USE. DUE TO THIS, I AM SUFFERING A LOT. I AM ALSO SUGGESTING EVERY BODY BE AWARE OF MTNL SERVICES. I AM GOING TO STOP USING THIS SERVICE.

MY PREPAID CONNECTIONS ARE; [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I AM ASKING THE AUTHORITIES WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO WAKE UP ?

Amendment in my complaint against MTNL Trump mobile prepaid service sent few minutes ago:

MTNL Dolphin — billing

i m the user of mtnl dolphin post paid the begiging of the schemei nspite of my various mail fot the outstanding amt which i had already paid for this i had alt-ready sumitted my bank.s statment
i am sorry to state that till date the MTNL people had not bothered about the customers complaint
this is shamed for the higher authotity &for those who claimed lots for the users........

i think all are doing the job just to get salary in time nobody bothered . but now i decided to go to consumers court if the outstaanding amt shows in my next bill .

PLEASE NOTE THE MTNL DOLPHIN NETWORK HAS TRIMENDUS PROBLEM IN THE OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS BOTH,

THE SAID PROBLEM IS NOT ONLY FACED BY ME AS CONSUMER BUT I MYSLEF HAVE DONE A SAMPLE SEVRVE WITH 50 OTHER CONSUMERS AND CAN PRODUCE YOU THE DETAILS IF ASKED FOR

KINDLY TAKE AN IMMIDATE ACTION ON SAID ISSUE OR I WOULD BE FILING A CASE ON SAID ISSUE

MTNL Dolphin — Outgoing discontinued despite bill payments

outgoing facilities on my phone #[protected] discontinued since today morning i.e. 23.2.2011 despite all payments of past and current bills. My office work is suffering badly without my fault.

MTNL - DOLPHIN-TRUMP — Poor Network Connection.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been observed, from past 3-4 months i am continuously receiving a very poor network connectivity service from MTNL dolphin.

I am using this service from more than 5 years, till today i haven't received a proper service, forget about the service which is up-to the mark. which is beyond my expectation, but a proper service has not been provided till date.

'N' of complaints has been registered, which is of no use. Today if we make a call on the customer care no. there is no reply, the output which is being received is "currently all our executives are busy, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible". and there is no reply from the service provider.

If you make a call at any time (around 24 hrs), the executives are busy.

Till date I have tried 'N' no. of time, but i haven't received a single call from my service provider.

It reflects a very poor and shabby service from the service providers end.

Hence requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful thing.

This is request from you that we have make so many complain related to our phone no 25996720 in delhi, mahavir ngr, tilak nagr.. but no body is going to take an action. if this problem is not shoted with in this wekk we will disconnnect our phone immediatly we suffer alot .

i amit b gajra,
there is no network ,frm 11am on 6-8-11,
and the callcentre dnt no when the network will come.
and they are saying it is tempory problem.
after calling 5times i recive the compalin no. 363967.
because of this i have lost lot of alls and money.
please take a nessary action

there is no network since 7 pm 29th august 2011...this kind of issues are common.when will it resolve??and what is the costumer care number which we can dial from any network??

Very Bad network of mtnl dolphin its licences must got cancel by trai.
