Network Problem

I have been using this mobile phone service Dolphin for almost 2 years. its network is extremely poor. Voice clarity is worse and calls dropvery frequently. They offer cheap call rates, but due to dropped calls, one ends up paying way more than promised.

whenever we complain to customer care of mtnl, they say that network upgradation work is going on, and it will smooth in a little time. But i have been hearing this for atleast...

Disturbance in Line/Broadband not working

My Phone no is 26303732.

After 15days MTNL finally installed my connection. But there is heavy noise in the line.

Lineman just installed the number on a bad Line.

I bought Modem myself as MTNL failed to deliver the modem on time.

but well now the Internet is also not working. there is no ADSL light in the modem.

I am loosing 400rs per day because of this....

EXCESS CHARGES - COMPLAINT NOT PROPERLY ATTENDED TO

broadband does'nt work

I HAVE MTNL UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION. I PAY EVERY MONTH 700/ RS TO MTNL BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE NOT A SINGLE BIT OF IT.

Bad Connection

I have been registering complaints on Tel Nos 198 and 1504/1 almost every alternate day for the past 3 weeks regarding my 512kbps connection as under but the matter is still not resolved :

The phone no. mentioned above is not working from around last one month. I have complained regarding this matter on your recorder system. The last complaint no.1006 dated 21.07.2009 is still pending. This shows the negligency of line man on duty. Please look into this complaint and take strict action.

Misinformation of plan details

Initially on application I had requested for a night unlimited plan and assumed it was done as whenever I logged in to the mtnl account to check details of my account it would show night unlimited. Based on that we downloaded accordingly. 2 months later I get a 14000 bill stating we were on 200MB free only plan. When we took this matter to the exchange they made us produce the receipt and never in our wildest dreams had we doubted the person...

broadband not working/ server is not there

My telephone no. is 27550359, and CA no. is [protected]. My broadband connection was installed on 19.7.09, via wi-fi modem no. HG520. The signal is excellent, and the connectivity is there. Account usage too high

Hi,
I am facing this problem from the past 4-5 months now. My account usage is having problems. I am not using the net still there is 5-6 MB's o[censored]sage shown. Once I opened a yahoo page and I was charged 3 MB's for that. MTNL Mumbai is charging, I hope for the upload also which is against what they have written on their website. Excess Billing of Broadband

I have landline telephone connection of MTNL bearing No.24312544. I have taken boroadband facility on same number. My average bill of MTNL phone with borad band facility is Rs.900/-, . Excess billing

I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June 2009 for desconnection of my internet connection(CA No. [protected])
Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being 'breakage'. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

poor network

The mobile networks of MTNL in Noida(sec-41), are really poor there has been no network coverage for the past 2 days, the network is lost after every 5 minutes. even after repeted complaints no action has been take by MTNL.my complaints are rectified on the system itself, without any action on ground.
