I never started any service on my MTS no [protected], and while i am in roaming they started a service named MuZic and deducted balance 30 rs for 15 days 3 times. I tried to deactivate but not able to deactivate. I send the mail so many times but they are saying your request is under process. but the balance is still deducting.
The responsive person for giving the reply of mail is Manoj Jaiswal.
Because of this type of bad service it will impact bad impression of a customer.
Its giving me hell lot of mental stress. please look into this matter and deactivate this service.

I am Mrs Surekha Subba Darjeeling West Bengal having mobile No. [protected] MTS user.I have used this number since 2 Yrs. but now my balance is deducted without any information.For this I also complaint to customer care but they did not response me .So, please kindly help me to solve my problem as soon as possible.
