I also was solicited by a young girl going door to door saying she was trying to win a trip to Europe. I ordered 2 books totaling $162.00/wrote a check. I am 2 weeks away from the 4 month timeframe the company gives themselves to send the items to me. I finally got a phone # for the company and spoke with Isaac today who said a refund is not possible since they have 120 days to send the items and I had 3 business days to cancel. I explained to him the girl who came to my door told be I would get a call from their quality assurance department before I would be billed. I never got the call and Isaac stated they do not honor verbal agreements. BS!!!!!! I filed a complaint with the BBB and also have contacted Channel 8 news in san diego/Turko Files. I know I wont get my money back but I want to do whatever I can to ensure this does not happen to others.

    I ordered $95 worth of books for my son from a young man saying he was trying to earn points to go to Europe. I purchased the books for my son .... waited forever and never received anything from the company. I tried to contact the company but the mailbox is full. I don't have extra money to throw around. This sort of thing should never happen especially in the united states.

    MTS CIRCULATION — NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

    I had a high school kid come to my door February 25th. He stated that he was selling magazines and books through a company called MTS Circulation. He said the money they made by selling these products would go towards a entry for him to win a scholarship for college or a trip somewhere I don't recall. I ordered a magazine subscription to an MMA magazine, and a kids subscription. I have emailed them and received a reply stating the order could take up to 120 days. After the 120 days I went to their stupid website and tried to email them again.......but their website doesn't work, you click send and NOTHING happens. I'm beyond pissed off, and there is no way to contact these a holes.

      I had called MTS Customer care in dec 2011 to canx my postpaid MTS Broadband as i was not happy with the speed and with the service. I was promised speed of 3.1 mbps but i was getting a speed of only 300 kbps... but till today the a/c has not been canx and they expect me to pay to them for not using the service at all... i told them so many times that i have cancelled the connection and no arrears on a/c but they still keep calling me ......

        i have recharged my account of MTS data card(No.[protected]) with Rs.999 on saturday 17th march 2012. from the 1 hr of the recharge i am facing the speed issue.
        as my data card is working on 1x speed . it should work on 3x speed. i complained almost 6 to 8 times to the call centre. every day they are asking for 1 more day.
        as i will not be able to use 3x speed for limited 10gb data and services comitted by provider, i am raising this complaint.
        please do revert back to me.

          i had taken the new MTS data card connection on February 14 2012. around 2 weeks after that i got a confirmation message to my phone, 1 week later my Internet connection got disconnected. after that also i got a confirmation call from MTS to my phone number enquiring about my name, address and phone number. i told that lady who called me that my Internet is not working and she told they would send someone to check that the same day. but no one had turned up. i called the customer care and they told me my documents have been rejected. i asked them why it had been rejected after i got a confirmation call, they did not have a proper answer for that. but they told me it would be rectified in a day and that they have send a message to the complaint department. i waited for two there days, still my connection was disconnected. i called again and again to talk about the same thing. each time i call they tell me to wait. i called them yesterday and the told me they would connect my call to the senior desk, since they were busy she told me they will give me a call in an hour maximum. i did not get a call till now. they are very careless about the customer requirements and did not even bother to call me even after approaching them several times.

            I had purchase a MTS Blaze post paid data card on 26 february 2012 but not yet activated nor refund. When I talk to the concerned people from where I purchase the data card they told that my address is of negative area thats why it will not activate and they told me to it refund within 7 working days but the day pass and not anything happen even they not pick my phone.
            Please help me regarding this.

              I would like to request you to go through my below mail.
              I purchase the MTS data card, but your executive not provided the bill copy of it. I request him many times over the phone (Satish- [protected]). He said will send through the mail. Also not given any offer bag to me for which one month has been completed.

              Moreover, i am not satisfied with your MTS internet speed, which is very poor. Average internet speed is 50 to 60 kbs.
              Regarding speed issue i have complaint many times (No. C[protected], but no action has been taken. I got very bitter experienced with MTS services from your sale team & customer care

                I bought MTS mblaze (RS 1500) data card on 04 march 2012 from computer world raj plaza dehradun.they told me that i will get 3 gb of data for one month but after few days i notice that my data validity is expiring within 2 week i.e on 18 march.
                I called to seller he gave me a no. of MTS office in dehradun.when i called to office they told me that your card is activated on 18 feb due to some kind mistake in update of date.
                what should i do now..because i wasted 1500 rs to get data for one month but my validity expired on 18 march.i want extend my validity for complete one month with remaining data.

                  mts mblaze is pretty damn close to a scam, their service is pathetic. in pune i use the 1298 plan in which they say that you will get throttled speed till 15gb and 155kbps after it. i know when they claim that 3.1mbps and they say throttled you shouldnt expect any where close to 3.1mbps but i get speeds of no more than 155kbps while i am with in the 15gb limit it self, you might hit 200kbps at nite 4am but dont count on it, happened maybe twice. because of these horrible speeds i havent ever crossed 15gb so i have no idea what they would give after that. calling their customer service is like pure torture and a gigantic waste of money, trust me i have wasted 100s of rupee calling them over and over again. all they will do is get you to clear your search history and shut down your firewall. finally they will register a compaint to which no one will reply. only if you are a really sadistic person should you opt for mts otherwise go for anyone else

                  PS: it took me about 8 mins to get speedtest website open and test running.

                  I'm planning to drag MTS in court, if not justified there, I also have alternate plans to bang the nodal officer. They all r responsible for this and their deceiving policies !
                  It's Fact.
                  am also getting speed of 30-90kbps most of the time... and the ***** executive not giving satisfactory answer.

                    The website gives discription of recharges and in that i selected to recharge my Mblaze modem with Rs. 1898 for 15GB which will last for 90 days. after recharge i did not get the specified space i.e. 15GB and approx 756 MB got transferred to my mts account. the expiry date of mentioned is 22nd mar 2012, wheras i recharged my modem on 19th mar 2012, how come the company gives only 3 days of validity??.

                    MTS — web related recharge

                    i, mohd arish,
                    i had recharge my MTS mblaze modem through web by a site called "www.paytm.com" on 23rd october with 595 Rs, but somehow recharge was failed and balance was deducted from my account. i called customer care of MTS about the balance refund but they are not responding, it is about 3 months but neither there is any call from MTS nor any balance refund till date, please help me.

                      I am a subscriber of MTS Mbalze and did a recharge of 999 plan on 3 March 2012 which is unlimited for a month.
                      My MBlaze Data Card no. is [protected] and registered in name of Ch. Uma Shankar Rao.
                      My complaint No. is MAR/5437 dated 11th March 2012.
                      The internet connection worked barely for a week and since 10th March has not been working. I have filed several complaints since 11th March 2012 and inspite of innumerable assuarances of the problem being resolved from their highest authority, there seems to be no end to my plight. Every time I call I get assurance of resolution and somebody calling me back with the solution, but noone has ever called me. Also MTS closed down my previous complaint without resolving it and sent me a message saying my problem has been resolved, where in fact my MTS is still not working.

                      Due to this I filed in a new complaint the no. of which is MAR/9223. It has been about 10 days my very expensive connection is not working and I have had to face a lot of problems due to this.
                      Please help me in getting my problem fixed

                      M T S Mblaze — not working

                      Hi

                      Last month jan i brought MTS Blaze data card but that speed is very less i think 2000/- rs scheme coming only this much speed but thus month i recharged 999/- unlimited plan but speed is very less.

                      MTS Blaze is worst and don't buy any one. This company directly cheated to all consumers
                      999/- unlimited plan comes only very very less speed i[censored] want open google site also it will take minimum 5 mins.

                      But MTS Blaze is 3.1 speed but wireless modem is 3.1 but download speed max means 6kb speed

                        I have bought a MTS mblaze connection in feb 2012 i had been promised by the salesperson that i would get a speed of 3.1mbps but thee speed i got was shockingly slow i.e i used get about 150 to 200kbps how many ever times i called up the customer care they are just useless and hopeless. I had been told by the salesperson not to pay the bill if i was not satisfied with the connection. I tried to cancel my connection but these MTS guys have a stupid procedure that if we want to cancel a connection we have to go to a MTS outlet and fill a cancellation form but i could not find that cancellation form in 3 stores that i visited so i called up to the customer care where the took the complaint to cancel it but they are telling that the connection will not get cancelled until i pay my bill they call up daily and trouble me to pay the bill.I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO BUY MTS PRODUCTS AND BRING HOME SUFFERINGS.

                          I am Harun Pathan, current residing in GURGAOn. I had purchase the MTS MBLAZE Data card on 23/11/2011. Earlier it was working good, but sine from 09/03/2012 there is no connectivity and zero uploading speed. since then i have registered 3 complaint, complaint no MAR/8998; MAR/9813; MAR/11679. but there is no response from there side to resolve the problem. i have waste my hundred of rupees talking to their customer care executive and supervisor namely IRFAN and DEY to resolve my problem.

                            I like to complain you a very serious issue of MTS. I am using MTS from last

                            9 month and i like its service and offer specially more than 100 % talk time

                            and lower call rate 1/2p/sec. Impressing to these feature i highly promote

                            the MTS to my relative and now 10 of my kin using MTS and some of my friend


                            also buy it i have also 3 MTS connection ([protected],[protected],[protected]),

                            But sir i want to mention here i am facing very serious problem from last few

                            month every time some money is deducted from my account and when i call to ur

                            executive they tell u download wallpaper , ring tone etc. Since i didn't do

                            such a fullish activity ever but being a helpless customer i have no option

                            rather then saying ok. Some time some of executive credit the amount when i

                            stik that it is ur mistake and i want my refund.To being safe side i change

                            my handset and now i am using a open market CDMA handset having none of any

                            shortcut key like MTS handset to download such content.But still i am facing

                            same problem i call regularly twice or thrice to customer care for such a

                            issue some time i get my money and some time i got answer that sorry i can't

                            do any thing.
                            In a recent issue 20,10,10 rs deducted from above mention number respectively

                            and when i call to ur executive i got same old answer and finally i am the

                            foolish helpless customer who loose 20-30% of talk time for such activity plus

                            wasting 4-5 hr/month for calling to customer care.
                            This is my kind request to solve my problem else i suppose that it is a way

                            to cheating the customer.

                                I bought MTS Mboaze device after hearing of good speed , but what i am getting now is awful, sometimes i click a page and wait for minutes to see it load, or sometimes to open a page i have to refresh it many times.
                                I was managing with that but the real pain is when i contacted thr customer care through online chat, i tried again and again but after asking this question customer care dept. just disconnected my chat, and it happened many times. I was not shouting at them, i was just asking a reason for this, but this kind of attitude, disconnection of chat again and again.
                                MTS customer support is really a third grade, with no monitoring at all.
                                I was not expecting this kindaa attitude and after sales service from MTS.
                                Plz do something regarding dis matter ASAP.

                                  this is prasad my complaint to MTS broadband service that they have very bad customer service, i bought this connection on 12/03/2012 and since i have got connection i been called customer care more than 12times regards the speed of modem but they try to skip all the time and still now my problem haven't been rectified.

                                    i am Sushil Kashyap,i port my airtel number (
                                    [protected] ) to MTS around four months ago... After three months..
                                    they starts many services on my number such as-TRAF nd MTS info
                                    services.... which cost me ... but the thing is that.. DND services is
                                    already activated on my number....i contact to MTS customer care
                                    executive related to this problem... they just giving me excuses that
                                    this service has not been activated from our side this has been
                                    activated by you..... but after some time they accepted that this
                                    service has been activated by them...they activate that services
                                    around seven to eight times.. but they refund only one time.... now a
                                    days.. they activate MTS info.. service on my number.. which deduce my
                                    balance constantly.... i contact to their technical team but they also
                                    give no response.. after that i contact to NODAL and APPELLATE
                                    officer... they every time said that '' I WILL LOOK UP IN TO YOUR
                                    PROBLEM'' but the fact is that they are doing nothing.. and my problem
                                    is same as it was.... they also bard my customer care number every
                                    time and they also bared my MNP request also....
                                    SIR,I AM JUST FED UP OF ALL THESE NONSENSE BY MTS...
                                    SIR.... PLEASE HELP ME... AND GIVE RIGHT DIRECTION TO ME... AND
                                    PLESE.. TAKE ANY STRICT ACTION AGAINST MTS...

                                      MTS is not representing actual uses of data in their unlimited plan. customer use only 5 to 8 gb but they said sir your 10 gb are used. when i ask their software is not showing it they answered " it will show only download not streaming" . why company do this , i don't know.
                                      in their chat facility they give only 1 second to respond otherwise they will disconnect you.

                                        Hi all,

                                        I'm Saravanan. I'm using MTS Blaze data card. I was purchased it on Dec2011. The MTS people said, this connection will work with up to 3.1 mbps after your limit it will be convert to 256 kbps.So that I decided to buy and bought. For a month I was working with normal speed.
                                        eg: 300 kbps to 400 kbps. Now a day’s, I'm surprising it didn’t connect with even 50 kbps.In case network problem means, is it suffered for a month?
                                        What the technical people are doing?
                                        And my friend is using Tata Whiz data card in my same room with connection speed of minimum 1.1 mbps.

                                        What my question is why the people are saying lie to sell the product? How do I Suggest MTS for others?
