I have got MTS connection (Data Card Number: [protected]) last October and since then facing many problems. And initially they took a week or two to get the issues resolved. But finally, on 3rd of Jan 2012, I faced with a problem, that was whenever I try to connect to the net it said that there was a connectivity issue. I called up the customer care ([protected]) and asked them to raise a complaint, but I was told that there was no need to raise a complaint and the problem would get resolved soon.. But it never got resolved and I called up the customer care every day. And this customer care number is actually chargeable. Every one of them that I talked to uniformly told me that there was no need for complaints and the problem would get resolved. I started feeling desperate.

A week went by, then I called up the customer care with the same problem and this time around I insisted on raising a complaint and successfully got it raised (). I felt so happy as if though INDIA has won Australia in a test series in Australia. But my problem was still there, it was not resolved. I was hoping to get a call from customer care centre for my complaint which didn’t happen.

As I usually work from home, without internet connectivity I was not able to work from home. I became restless and after couple of days, I started calling up the customer care every day till 27th Jan, 2012. I begged, shouted, requested, even warned them of legal action.. But none of them replied. Every one promised that they would get back to me in an hour or so. But no one did. The worst of all is I talked to many supervisors and managers (Rahul , Rawat Singh, Anu priya and many .. ) but even they didn’t feel responsible enough to give me a solution.
Then finally I raised a deactivation request on 27th Jan, 2012. Only after I raised deactivation request did I start getting calls from customer executives about my actual problem. But I refused to go with their promises of better service and insisted on deactivation. Then on 5th Feb, 2012 I called up the customer care for the status on deactivation request. And I was really dumped to hear that my service is barred on outstanding payment amount. I told them that “Please deactivate my account and I was not using your service for a month and even have a proof ( ) for that”. And again the customer care executives said they would get back to us. Since then calling them ( yes, even talked to couple of more managers on this problem ). But no one really got back and my account is still barred ( date is 8th Feb, 2012 ).
And today (8th Feb, 2012 ) , I talked to a manager by name Tawseef and he said he is the senior most manager and I have explained him all of this and I told him that I am ready to pay the outstanding amount too; finally, he told me that he would come back to me with a solution in an hour. Hope that I will not get a call back.

Guys, please suggest me what I should do in here. I just want to cut-off my connection… And I really feel frustrated and worried on the inability and irresponsibility of MTS CUSTOMER CARE executives and managers. I went to MTS, rather than other players like TATA, RELIANCE; because I wanted the start-up companies like MTS to grow in here. But the way it is mismanaged feels like we should always go to well-laid players like TATA, RELIANCE. At least, we can hope to get good customer care service.

As expected Tawseef didnt' call me and i called up the customer care and this time around i talked to IRFAN who told me that they couldn't do anythign..

They neither can solve my issue nor deactivate my account... as long as the issue is open and under process they can't do anything, even if i pay all my outstanding due ( in this month i didn't get any service... had connectivity issue ) ...

This has really put me down..

Not sure whether any one will reply... but i[censored] reply.. pls let me know what should i do?

    i am MTS Mobile User....
    and i had recived a messas (Dated :- 2/2/2012 time 2:48) a MTS-JUkebox serviceis in process kindaly await a confirmation sms from us. after reading this SMS i call @ 198 and cooplain about it. complain number febury885. the told us wail 24 hours. after six days say to me. this service activated bye us.... but i says i'm not actived this servicesss....
    plzzz sugest to me what will i do....

      Talking about the service of MTS Data card which is provided by Redington India Limited on behalf of MTS in Goa is the worst service I’ve ever come across. I can’t understand in spite of filing so many complaints by so many customers against Redington India Ltd & its services, why MTS is not taking any action against it. Unless MTS is not bothered about its services to customers BUT SALE.

      I had purchased MTS Data Card in November 2010 with an intention to use it during my official tour with a warranty period of 6 months. It worked for few days and when I complained of it not working in January 2011(during the warranty period) I was told to submit it with Redington India Ltd, No. 409, 4th Floor, Citicentre, Patto Plaza, Panaji, Goa who is the service provider of MTS in Goa. I did so and was asked to collect it after a week. When I went to collect it from south Goa to North Goa, I was informed that the service was discontinued for the device which is activated again. I asked Redington how the service can be de-activated without informing me. They had no answer to my question. I came home with the device and found out that the device was not working again.

      I had to visit Redington India Limited office in North Goa 6 times to get the device working but nothing worked out. I was given false assurance by Mr. Rahul Dongre from MTS & Ms. Leena Kankonkar from Redington India Ltd that the device will be activated. Meantime the warranty expired BUT the device did not work. Rahul Dongre had to give an additional 6 months warranty in December 2011 since they could NOT provide professional service for 1 year. Before my 7th visit to collect the device I called Redington India Ltd i.e Ms. Leena Kankonkar on 27th January 2012 to confirm whether the device was activated and I was told it is. I told her to show it to her engineer and check again if it is activated and inform me on 28th January 2012 so that I don’t waste my time and fuel to travel to North Goa BUT there was no sign from them. Therefore, I called Redington India Ltd on Monday the 30th January 2012 and was informed that the service was activated. I gave her a time till 2nd February to do the necessary checks and informed her that I will be collecting the device on 3rd February2012. Here I had already lost 1 month warranty again without even using the device.
      On 3rd February 2012,(my 7th visit) I m told that the device is working and that I can collect it. When I go to collect I realized that the device was not working & on raising a question I was told that the device is still not activated. On top of that I m informed that Redington India Ltd has done a BIG favour by providing an additional warranty of 6 months. I m also informed by Ms. Leena Kankonkar that the device will be activated on 4th by Mr. Rahul Dongre from MTS and the same will be couriered to me on 4th February 2012 itself. To which I raised a question, what if it does not work. She replied saying “ I give you my word”. I asked her what about the words you had given me before my 6 past visits, I asked whether she still expects me to trust her word. I challenged her, if she is so sure that the device will work provide in writing that if it does not work she will send her engineer to collect it as I have no time to visit their office on and off to which she refused.

      Seating in their office without internet I somehow managed to get the helpline no. of MTS. I complained to the senior executive Mr. Rohit Arora about the entire situation. He assured me that a strict action will be taken against it by 11th February(max time) longed a complaint with complaint No. C[protected].

      Today, i.e 7th February 2012, I called Redington India Ltd, Ms. Leena Kankonkar about her word to which she replied that the device is still not activated and will be activated by Rahul Dongre tomorrow.

      I feel MTS has taken service from a WRONG company and MTS themselves is not bothered to provide good service to its customers. I TRULY REGRETT PURCHASING MTS DATA CARD. ONLY IF MTS REFUNDS MY MONEY BACK I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE AWAY THE DATA CARD BACK TO THEM.

      This entire 1 year 2011 Redington India Ltd has wasted my precious time and money. For these companies (MTS & Redington India Ltd.) time is money BUT for their customers it is nothing. I wish I could raise this question to the CEO of both the companies and I’m sure even they will have no answer and solution to my problem.

      Yes.. man..you are really 100% correct.. MTS itself is not a good company to provide a good service.. Anyway, they are under supreme court order to close down their services in india.. which i think will happen.. so that there will only be good service providers in the indian market.

        I have been using MTS' MBlaze Boradband Data Card since last year whenever the company was capturing the market. Now, company has its own market but it is selling it's product at higher rates specially prepaid connections.

        I am offered by one of its sales executive for conversion into postpaid at 625/- monthly rental with 5 GB Data. I agreed and submitted all the required documents last week. Even verifications has also done in the same week. But now company says that they are not interested to do so.

        What is this happening. Company has playing with its customers.

          Hi,

          Me and my friend purchased two connections of MTS BLAZE from an outlet in Trivandrum on the 14th of December (Wednesday). Both o[censored]s purchased the 444 Postpaid plan (3GB)

          The Sales Manager Mr Biju, with whom we dealt with took over the ownership of the sale. He was very smart in convincing that the connection will be activated in 24hrs. Since they could not take the payment using Debit card, the agent even accompanied us till the ATM to showforth their fass service.

          There was no update from them for the next 2 working days. The connection was not get activated till then. I had to chase this with the Sales Manager 2-3 time everyday. Nothing was updated even though several call backs were promised.

          The connection remaind inactive for 1 week and finally the Head of the Connection activating department commuinicated with us. Finally one of the connection got activated by the last week of DECEMBER that is 2 weeks after the proposed time.

          The connection appeared to be pretty fine but only until two weeks. An error message appeared saying 'Authorisation Failed' after 2 weeks. Whenever I tried calling the cust service department they say that the systems are all down and would advise to call after 2 hours. The same was informed all the 4 times I called them on various days.

          After another weeks' dead connection I received a call from a lady at MTS informing that my bill is due and that my connection will be terminated failing to do the same.

          I did not receive any payment details by Post / Email / SMS. Infact I could hardly use the connection for 2 weeks and I am really surprised to find that a bill was generated less than 2 weeks from the activation time.

          Till date it is approximately 1 month since my connection has been terminated and I have not received any Bill requesting for the payment either by Post/ Email or SMS. I am not even aware of the bill amount.

          Despite speaking with the head of activation I can only comment that this is exptremely poor and disgraceful service from MTS.

          I would advise everyone NOT TO OPT MTS BLAZE even at the worst times. You wil end up chasing connection issues everyday with the Customer services team. Being in touch with the MTS call centre has become a daily routine for me.

          The profit they acquire are the charges of the Device which come at Rs 1800/- (Even though the cover mentions this to be for Rs 2300/-)

          No one would bother to continue with the connection after 1 month since they get fed up with the service. Since the device is non-returnable the customers will be in huge loss.

          A couple of my friends had to experience even worse situations than this. I would advise everyone NOT TO SUBSCRIBE MTS BLAZE. It is literally WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !!!!!

          I would be contacting a solicitor to proceed further with the same.

            I have brought prepaid MTS Internet connection through agent (MANOJ KUMAR) Phone # ([protected] , [protected] not picking call). I have submitted the Driving licence as address proof( OUT SIDE from Jharkhand).After using a few week they disconnected the account . I was talk customer care number ,they told me submitted the document again i did that after that my Internet services resume for two day's Then again they disconnected . Again i talk to customer care number they told me we can not resume yur service beacuse of yur connection disconnected permanently.
            Please help me to activate the service again..

            mts is a fraud company and so are their retailers. even i am facing the same problem. One called bipin singh took my documents. has not submitted them, My connection is de activated now.
            When i will get the call from yur customer sevice..(Any Time limit )
            Bloody u people making fool to us, customer will contact you.Are they will realy contact to me.

            Data Not added after recharge

            Recently I recharged my MTS Mblaze ultra for Rs.999 . But on checking the balance it shows 0 MB of data.

                I made a big mistake by taking the MTS connection. I took a MTS connection MDN Number [protected] around 20th Aug 2012. I took a plan where the cost of the data card was waived off on payment of 3 months advance rental 799 X 3. Under that plan I was to get upto 6GB unlimited download per month at 3.1 MBPS. After 3 months, ending Nov 2012, I have been trying to get my plan changed to Rs 899 plan where I will get 12GB download at 3.1 MBPS.
                It has been over 2 Months and I have called the customer care atleast 10 times int he last 2 Months+ to get the plan changed but nobody is able to resolve the 'COMPLEX' request. MTS plans can get changed only starting 1st of any month. Once I have even been given wrong information by the customer service executive that the plan change request are only entertained if they are taken between 1st-15th of a month.
                Details of my complaints / request for plan change (the ones that I have made a note of):
                1. R[protected] Raised on 1st Jan 2012- Still Pending
                2. R[protected] Raised on 26th Jan 2012- Still Pending

                Every time I try to speak to someone senior so that he can help, they tell me that I will get a call back but I never do.
                The customer service of MTS is a NIGHTMARE. I would definitely not recommend MTS to anyone with a sane mind and wanting to be the same way!

                I am anyways going to file a complaint with the consumer court against MTS.

                      Yesterday I made a complaint for the migration of my MTS number ([protected]) to the Blackberry handset provided by MTS and somebody had called me by 3.50pm on 31st Jan 2012 (the number from which I received the call is [protected]) and asked the details of my SIM which now I am using, I gave the details and asked when the problem will get resolved and she said she had forwarded the details to somebody who look after Thanjavur Division and it will be resolved by evening. But till now my number not migrated to the Blackberry phone. I called the number [protected], but the mobile switched off till I am typing this complaint. I had called the dealer from whom I have got the handset and he told that the Executives of MTS herein Thanjavur was trying to get the problem resolved, but from the language of the lady I found that they have not received any communication from the Executives here, as it is clear that she ask for the every detail that I have provided to the Executive here at Thanjavur, but the Executives here promising that they had sent request for migration on 23rd of Jan'12 (But actually I got the phone on 14th Jan'12). They are making fool of me. I need your help to file a case. I request you guidance in this regard to file a case.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I feel very sad to inform you. I had purchased Mobile Broadband USB Modem. MDN : [protected].
                        Dated[protected] from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. But it could not be started right now. Actually It
                        is postpaid connection so therefore company must be done verification to verify to customers
                        reality. A man came to my address C-321, Gali No. 7. Ganga Vihar Delhi-110094. for verification.
                        I provided my Voter ID for conformation. however He demanded me Rs. 500. for verification. If you
                        give me Rs.500 I will verify it accordingly. I refused. than he said me I will send the wrong
                        verification like couldn't search this address. You could not start your MTS broadband in your
                        life. That is my bad luck to purchase mts. broadband connection.

                          Got my MTS data card activated on 27 Jan 2012 from pune my data card number is[protected]. I stated to use in bangalore and the speed was very bad i was just getting around 60-70 KBPS speed and was not able to use even for normal mail checking. The speed promised was 3 MBS but never got that speed i tried to call the customer care but it was of no use. I just spent money on making a call and finally been told to call back again nothing else happened. Why don't you have a toll free number to call customer care from non mts mobile.
                          I feel cheated by buying this i want the problem to be resolved or would like to have the amount returned back.
                          You can call me on my mobile number and to know the problem later don't tell me that you were not able to call me.

                          No one called me till now. I have started to use in pune the location where i bought the device i am getting the same speed as got in roaming. This is really worst speed i have seen. On my mobile using 2G Gprs only i get better than this this is realling fooling people and nothing else. I would like to have my money returned back immediately and take back your device which is of no use.

                              MTS have committed to replace the Huawei Dongle with the MDN number [protected] with a ZTE ,within 2 days.The site test engineer Roshan has visited us today 16th Jan 2012, tested and taken screen shots of the speed at which the above mentioned dongle works.He has also spoken to you and given you a heads up regarding the dongle, which was checked on his laptop in my residence today , which was extremely slow as far as downloading is concerned.

                              Also, as per the discussion in case the replacement cannot be given the connection will be surrendered with a refund of the original amount paid Rs.5228/-inclusive of the service tax to Mr.Kiran.

                              Just to sum up the events , yesterday 15th Jan 2012 at 12:30pm we visited staples (Banerghatta) after a conversation with Mr.Kiran as this Huawei Dongle was not functional at all in the laptop and the desktop that we have.Another employee of MTS told us that this dongle does not support Windows 7.Meanwhile, Kiran @ Staples Banerghatta) had no idea on how to resolve the problem and told us that his boss(Mr.Prabhu) is shouting at him for being disturbed on a holiday (15th Jan 2012) as he was out of station.


                              We have also complained stating that this is a "faulty Dongle" which had some fungus on it while delivery itself (10th Jan 2012).Upon refusing to take this , there was a reassurance given that his dongle is not faulty and it will work by Mr.Kiran.We also tested this in the desktop when it was delivered and it was not working , for which the reason given to us was that the connection has not been activated and hence , its not working.Therefore, we took the delivery trusting Mr.Kiran Kumar.



                              We also called up the MTS customer care centre on the 15th Jan 2012 and they said they had no connection in our name.I gave them my Phone number and name to check in their database.



                              My question remains though , that why when one person has taken 2 connections 2 different dongles, one ZTE and the other Huawei has been delivered?


                              This issue remains unsolved and they also had the cheek to give me a used dongle of some old customer or employee saying you can take this as a replacement.

                              This man Prabhu who happens to be the manager gives lame excuses and harrases customers.I have written to the nodal officer and i wonder if i will get any response.Today is the 24th jan and i am still running around for the same.

                                I have purhcased MTS internet dongle from 2 exectives who have visited Vasai on 28th Dec 2011.I hve paid 1996/- and was told that it is a demo card and internet will be free for 3 months. But now i am facing problem of speed i am getting only 10kb speed for both surfing and download. This is abslolutely cheating done by this exective who came from Kalyan. Now it has been told that the executive has done fraud and left the company.Request you to solve this issue otherwise my 1996/- is got wasted,

                                MTS MBlaze Internet — NO GETTING SPEED

                                I have recharged my mts m blaze internet for 1298 for unlimited plan 5 days ago which says u get a speed of 3.2 mbps for 20 gb and later on 256 kbps but after recharge i never got speed above 120 kbps and i kept calling there customer care and nobody is picking up the phone for past 3 days.Please look into the matter.My data card no is [protected]

                                  on Monday(16 jan) i got a call form mts costume rcare ([protected]) at 1.pm regarding a offer on recharge of 348 i will get uses of 4.5 gb data in next 72 hour because i m not using my data card ([protected]) form a long time so this is a special offer to me than i make a call to mts customer care ([protected]) to confirmation of offer they told me if i get a call about a offer than you will definitely get.
                                  and today(20 jan) when call to customer care ([protected]) at 9.00pm they told me there are no offer like this and they can`t take any complain against it because they don`t have authority.
                                  i am already using another internet service and only because of this offer i recharge my data card

                                  Sir,
                                  I am using MTS data card /internet. My no. is [protected].Sir, on 2nd August,2011, my husband contacted MTS customercare service and Asked about the internet unlimited plans. As per their information we recharged my account with Rs, 799/- for 60 days. But the company has terminaed my services after 30 days (About 1st sept.) After this my husband contacted the MTS customer service center and registered the complait. Their representatives Assure him to resolve my problem.But on 9th and 10 th Sept. they called my husband on his cell no [protected] and said that my compaint cannot be accepted as they have 30 days plan. He tried to made it clear that it is not our fault We have recharged the account as per the information provided to my husband by your representatives so it is your fault. You can verify calls and find out the facts as the calls are recorded. Now you are using infair practice and cheatting me.
                                  Sir, but the company is not accepting their fault and refused to add 30 days validity. The MTS has used unfair practice and cheated me. Almost all of their representatives were saying my husband that it was 60 days validity You can get the facts though the calls my husband have made between 1st August till date.

                                  Dear sir/mam,
                                  I am prepaid internet data card user of MTS-MBLAZE no.-[protected].I recharged it on 4th august for 2GB &remaining GB's outof 10GB(which were given when i first purchased data card)
                                  were to be added on untill i keep on recharging within 28 days.But these remaining 5GB's had been deducted before validity on 30th august before 28 days .I called to customer care but they didnot file my complaint. I want these 5GB BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.PLEASE HELP ME.

                                    i'm venkataraman, above mentioned my complaint was rectified. but, customer care executive says 198 recharge is avilable in shops. but retailer says no recharge availble in 198 denomination. what a pity..! mts people always says lies. my alternative number is[protected]. surely april 30th i'll return to airtel. otherwise port to vodafone.

                                      Since im user of Mblaze service from shyam telecom,they send promo offer frequently and randomly announcing recharge with 348 Rs -instead 512mbps Ur a/c off 700mbps ...Since Their Recharge voucher is show in karnataka circle rechage for 298 rs get 1gb .... it is hard to bear after approving from the page i went and rechage 298rs for 1gb valid for 7 days ,Listen Blady Swine Rajiv Mehrotra cmd of so called company i got ony 188mbs,which i speak and register complaint those sitting with comfort on fraud public money...go to any consumer cell we have have politicial backing....if this is india and we indian and politician and emblem of honest Honerable CM Smt Shela Dixit shud pull up this goons, who are worst breed of swine flu.

                                        I was using MTS MBlaze Postpaid Internet package. They sent me the bill lately. After that they have deactivated my data card. Obviously, I was not able to connect the card and access the internet services for the subsequent month. I have received a bill eventhough my card has been deactivated. How can they send me the bill for the unused month? How can I deal with this problem? Please help me out.
