Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, i am Rahul S. Shinde (Mob. No. [protected]) customer of HTC MTS Pulse mobile, i have purchase this mobile on 7 March 2012. But from last few week this mobile has lose its sensitivity of touch screen, moreover it get hang always, cross connections are there, and while talking on mobile it get hot.
My other colleagues has also suffering from the same problem. Their name & number are as below.

Mr. Santosh Singh had already taken one servicing from their servicing centre but there were no any solution, Now again problem has been relapse. I have been already pay Rs.7000/- which was very high in three month .Till date our bill is Nil & we are ready to pay the bill of current month, So i am requesting you that look into the matter & help us to withdraw our submitted documents and cheques.

My name is Sesha Kamal Kumar, my contact number is [protected], I was using the MTS HTC Pulse mobile phone for alomost two monts in 2011, because of the poor service I've spopped using it and stopped the payment also, finally MTS went court and I've paid almost 20, 000, twenty thousand rupees inspite of not using the hand set and the phone service as well, after all this recently I've received summons from the court of law and still the case is going on after paying the amount above mentioned, I'll never leave this, I'll go to consumer forum soon...

    Dear Sir,

    I wanted to purchase Mts Broad band and called up Just Dial for the concern number with in 15 minutes i got a call from from Mr. Yunus Khan(mobile No:[protected]) who said that he is an employee of MTS broad band Hyderabad and covering areas around Hyderabad and asked for appointment in the late evening at my residence which i confirmed. Later he visited my residence and explained me about Mts prepaid scheme the offer was broadband connection for Rs900/-with 6gb free valid for month and by paying additional Rs 325/- i would get 6+4gb free with validity of 60days with procedure sending sms to mts customer care after 48hrs and asked for cash.Since i was not comfortable with cash i requested for cheque payment he agreed and asked to pay the cheque in is personal name which i paid as the connection got activated and also promised me 2 movie tickets of spider man where the procedure was to send sms to 52500 after 48hrs.Payment details(In favor to Mr. Yunus Khan,Amount is Rs1235/-, Cheque no 0306559, Bank hdfc )after week my usage got over of 6gb but promised 9gb and movie tickets either customer care nor Mr. Yunus is responding.

      I BOUGHT A MTS BLAZE WITH A Rs.750/- PLAN.

      I USED ONLY 2.6 GB TILL NOW AND MY SPEED (RECEIVING) IS LIKE 100-200 KBPS

      COMPANY OFFICE TOLD ME AT FIRST IT WILL BE 3.1 MBPS WHOLE MONTH, THAN THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE 3.1 MBPS UPTO 5 GB.

      NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT ITS UR PROBLEM, CALL CUSTOMER CARE, CHECK UR DATA STATUS.
      WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEY SAYS ITS NOT A VALID NUMBER AND CALL OUT TO YOUR OWN CIRCLE
      I GOT NUMBER FROM CUSTOMER CARE IT DOES NOT EXIST.

          Recharged with Rs 999/ for 10 GB-one month. Speed is so slow(Maxm speed obtatained 140 kbps). I could use my 10 GB in one month. This is less than the 2G speed that I can purchase with much less money. Why you pick-pocket your customer with false claim.

          If you could not provide 3G speed, then why you allowed me to recharge with the 3G value. Rectify it immediately. This speed is curtailed from your side.

          I want to bring this incident to your attention regarding your employee poor response regarding new broadband connection. Before 25 days I paid 500 rupee for new mts data card to your employee, my Mts data card number is [protected] . your employer phone details is [protected] now he is giving us bad response for new Date card connection even your all team who control the new boardband connection customer in laxmi nagar they all giving me a bad response……your employee was giving me surety that after 1 days my data card will be working but they all are liar and rascals.             i m from Hyderabad. i am using this mts connection since two months and from the first day i am getting the problem of no network in my house or near by and i must have spoken with their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES more than 5 times regarding the no coverage issue and they were just telling that it will be all right with in a day but till now they dint resolve it. my fist complaint no ( JUN/1476 ).. now i complain u that plz solve my problem as soon as possible....

              MTS online bill payment service is not working. I have paid 4 times and the amount has been charged from my bank account and when I asked it from customer care then they told bill has not been paid yet.

                On 21.06.2012 I recharged my Data Card with 1298 unlimited plan, which provides 15 GB at 3.1Mbps with a validity of 30 days and when data usage exceeds 15 GB the speed reduces to 144 Kbps. My browsing speed was very less 50-60 Kbps. I could not browse and even basic sites like Gmail inbox did not open as everytime the server timed out. So on 12.07.2012, I recharged again with 999 unlimited plan, which provides 10 GB at 3.1 Mbps. Now one day later the speed is still about 60Kbps. On contacting customer care they told me that Speed will increase when the validity of the last recharge expires that is on 20.07.2012. On further inquiring they told me that the data usage will be deducted from the latest recharge. That means if I use say 2 GB from 12.07.2012 to 20.07.2012 (at speed of last recharge i.e. <144 Kbps) then I will get speed of 3.1 Mbps from 20.07.2012 onwards but will reduce after further 8 GB usage. That means 2 GB is being STOLEN from me. I request MTS to take up this matter and provide me what is due to me.
                I had applied for a job in Executive shipmanagement, which provides manning for the ships of British Petroleum. I had to reply for the confirmation yesterday via e-mail but due to this problem I could not get the job. The job offered me a monthly salary o[censored]S$ 2,600 which amounts to about INR 1,30,000. So, in lieu of this and the mental harassment, I will be claiming a compensation of Rs. 2 Lakhs.

                    I got my new MTS MBlaze connection yesterday itself (12-July-2012) from authorized MTS dealer (Shree Cellular, Karve Road, Pune). I am staying near NDA road, pune where generally all cellular companies signal are a bit poor. Though this is a very dense populated area in between main Pune city, everyone is aware of this problem. I properly enquired before purchase whether or not MTS signals are proper in that area. I asked it multiple times and the authorized dealer assured me that MTS is the only company offering 100% signal strength with its CDMA network.
                    Now after using this MBlaze for an hour or so, I realized that signal is not even 20% and data speed is less than 5 KBPS (far lesser than even GPRS). When I approached MTS customer care, they straightaway refused that they'll not take this MBlaze product back in any condition. Same was the case when I contacted dealer also. I just dont want to use this product and want my money back because I trusted this company and I've been cheated.

                    It has been 3 days now purchasing MBlaze. I contacted authorized dealer twice. I contacted MTS customer care also twice but all of them clearly told me that a product once sold means sold. There is nothing that company do for me to assist. So now I think it looks like I've been deceived and MTS is nothing but doing fraud.

                      RECHARGES ARE MADE FOR MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTH. THE BENEFIT OF 1 PAISA/2SECOND WOULD

                      CONTINUE TILL RECHARGES ARE MADE FOR MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS WITH NO TIME LIMIT. I

                      HAD TAKEN THE PLAN SOON IT WAS INTRODUCED LAST YEAR. I HAVE BEEN GETTING RECHARGES FOR

                      MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS AND GOT THE BENEFIT OF 1PAISA/2SECOND TILL 2ND JULY2012 .

                      ON 3RD JULY I NOTICED THAT MY CALL CHARGES DEDUCTION IS 1PAISA/1SECOND. I MADE MANY

                      COMPLAINTS 4739666,47945314,47955085,47995281. I MADE SO MANY CALLS TO MTS.INTIALLY THEY

                      KEPT ON ANSWERING TO WAIT FOR SOME DAYS AS THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN MTS SYSTEM WHICH

                      COULD NOT RENEW THE BENEFIT OF 1P/2S, AND LATER THEY SAID THE AGREED BENEFIT WILL NOT BE

                      GIVEN EVEN IF YOU ARE RECHARGING FOR MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS .IT IS STRANGE. MTS MAY

                      DISCONTINUE AN EXISTING TARIFF PLAN FOR A NEW CUSTOMER BUT MTS CAN NOT DENY THE BENEFIT

                      OF A TARIFF PLAN TO AN EXISTING CUSTOMER WHO HAD OPTED A TARIFF PLAN EARLIER AND WHO HAS

                      BEEN FULFILLING ALL THE CONDITIONS. PLEASE RESTORE MY 1PAISA/2SECOND PLAN IMMEDIATELY.

                        MTS SUCKS!!! ..it seems if doomsday is not gonna come naturally they will bring it in other ways ..
                        I was also using MTS post paid data card no [protected] ,My Story starts from the sales man i told MTS sales man that i need high speed data card as i was already using reliance data card prior to MTS because of the speed issue i thought of changing it ..this guy named Sachin(i remember his name because of the cheapest thing he did) he came into my office ,he assured me that i wont face any speed issues ,1.8 MBPS Anytime that was his solid promise although they provide 3.1Mbps god knows why d hell they are making these false promises .
                        Anyways as i was in my office already busy with work he asked for the payment of 2749 for 3 months advance rental inclusing VAT and service tax ..
                        i gave him 3000 Rs in total as did not have change money .he said will return the balance d very next day along with the payment receipt in my office ..The Next day never arrived for this guy.

                        ANY Ways ,Luckily my Data card started working (i was presuming of fraudery because the sales man never returned with the receipt nor with the consolation call) now here comes the big problem " SPEED " my goodness i was feelin like cutting the sales man's Balls off. The speed was apalling , it was taking so much time to load google that eventually i used to forget tht which webpage i was trying to reach. it was crawling speed never loaded speedtest.net ..Anyways rung their cmr care for god sake their support were trying to resolve the problem over the phone by asking me to delete cookies,files,browsing histories,cache files,trying different explorer,restarting my laptop twice. nothing worked eventually the guy told me a person will visit me in 2 to 3 days ,i said okay n thankyou for wasting my 1 hour over the phone .he mentioned a complaint no that i did not make a note of.

                        A technician came in after 5 days ..cheked my laptop doing all those things again cookies and ,i held the guy and said listen u so called technician i am a mechanical engineer with sound knowledge about computers ..any of this is not gonna solve my problem .

                        he asked me to try a diff PC . i tried on a diff PC in my office but no Joy. even i mentioned the sales guy thing also and made a written complaint and handed over to him .he said both issues (speed & advance rental pending/receipt )will be sorted out soon .

                        hence forth i was waiting for the right speed some times it used to manage to give a speed of 234 kbps thats the maximum speed i have ever received with that dongal that too in night around 3 to 4 AM .
                        Time passed ..my frustration was getting bigger n behemoth .i started calling their MTS Office in Magarpatta ,a lady very soft spoken used to promise to resolve my issues but no joy their also .

                        I called customer care again somewhere in near november 2011 the gentleman told me that their is ticket opened we cant log another complaint i said for how log do i need to wait for my issues to get resolved ..i spoke to d floor supervisor ..no help..i was feelin like i was paying for something which i am not getting practically from the past 45 days..i mean checking my email was also too painful ,it was much easier to check on my phone although which i was doing for that time .
                        One day i again called the customer care ,i told them my issue all over again ,,and the guy again started with deleting cookies ,,i literally shouted on him i used slang words i fought with supervisor with so many bad words were coming out (u can imagine my frustration )

                        then i was out of town for a almost a fort night in Himachal pradesh i was using the dongal their for my work, i was literally going down to a cyber cafe for the internet .i threw away that dongal some where in my bag .i returned to pune was thinking of changing my service provider as almost 3 months were elapsed but was nt getting time to find a decent provider ,,Tata ,Reliance ,airtel ,MTS now what XYZ internet services ?everybody are the chips of the same block .by that time i got a bill of 367 Rs as it was for couple of days with the adjustment billing cycle ,i did not pay the bill for almost 15 to 20 days of the due date they disconnected my service.i went to MTS magarpatta office ..Met with a guy named Sarang .he said he was the manager i spilled everything in front of him he got my dongal checked right there in his office and it was woking fine in their goddamn building .

                        i paid d bill personally to Sarang
                        got the bill signed by him as well this time .

                        Now guess what ?the same dongal doesnt work at my place ..WTF.same crawling speed google chrome's loading circle going round and round and round .i was wordless literally, i was annihilated with my patience level .

                        I literally went outside and threw that dongal in the garbage box. the right place for The ""MTS a Step Ahead"" Mblaze what nonsense company

                        From that particular moment i have never used MTS though they have made my bill of 2758 rs now i dont know what kind of calculation they make and how many penalties they have added on .which comes in my letter box every fortnight .i am not gonna pay that stuff. which took my hell lot of time n never got resolved must be a Vampire service needed to resolve their issues .they keep messaging me on my cell phone for the bill ..and so on and so on

                        Today i was reading consumer complaints ..and the my innerspace blasted on this page.
                        There should be a governing body who take the advance strict steps for the complaints filed by the consumers like d 1 in United states ..

                        MTS — Data Card Speed

                        Dear,

                        i have purchase MTS data card
                        only 1 week it was very good speed arround 100kb /s downloading speed
                        but after a week it will be max 25kb/s, frankly speaking it is extremely cheating with consumers
                        Very true.
                        MTS Data card is horrible. I never get speed more than 10 KB till date.

                            Mts doing fraud they generate wrong data usage details and not fulfill any of their policies
                            I am Ankit Agarwal using MTS MBLAZE DATA CARD SERVICE since more than one year and suffering also from beginning now I am totally fed-up with this service because there is a lots of problems with this service but I am mention some of the major are from five months before I was recharged with 798 unlimited 6 gb but I am not able to consume more 500 Mb because of there is a network problem and very slow speed and fluctuating speed as always for that’s way I was complaining and they answered me that the network problem
                            is going on at that area for a quite of time so we are not able to resolve your problem that time so that’s why I wanted to refund or extension of one more month on the behalf of my payment for that package and always I am not able to take the full advantage of this service because MTS showing wrong data usage reports every time and then they stopped my data access. So that why I have no choice recharged with 999 unlimited 10 gb offer but there is a same problem as I listed above there is no satisfactory speed is given so that I was unable to consume not more than 7 Gb of data but they(mts) said you are finished your 10 Gb of data so that we are giving you a low speed but at that speed nobody is gonna able to do access internet properly and for last 15 days I was complained it for more than 7 times and that time they cross the all the limits of cheating people they said you not telling the right identification as that listed to their document, is that means in just one month they changed full of my identification, So that I am try to call the NODAL OFFICER ABHISHEK RAJ GUPTA but the number is always busy at any I call time, there is a some of my complain code which they give to me in last 15 days but not to call back for a single complain –

                            As I shore this problem cannot be solved because they are not at all accepting customer complaints, they show the wrong data. Government have to take a serious action for that and have to make system for easy open to check correct data usage and easy to generate information of fault and complain to inform that time in just one or two easy steps so that it can be easy and fast to complain because I am shore that this is not only some of consumers problem but it is a each and every person’s problem which is using this service, but not every person is raising their voice because it is very complex and very time consuming system which has not surety of resolution on time.
                            As the customers has no data regarding internet data usage with them and 'its mts game they show there own data'.
                            never believe mts company again.

                                I have recharge my MTS MDN bearing NO.[protected] through online (website i.e. mtsindia.in/RC.html ) on 18.04.2012 for the amount Rs.999/- from my SBI ATM Debit Card Account No.[protected] and gets a massage from ATM SBI i.e. "your SBI Debit Card 6220xxxxxxxxxxx4261 was used for txn of Rs.999/- on POS 00005344 with txn no. 924041" and I have check my SBI account there is already Rs.999/- has been deducted from my SBI Account no. [protected] but till date my MTS hasn't been recharge and I have gone to physical complian to MTS customer care, Siliguri at "Orbit" they didn't response and I have also compliant through online on 26.04.2012 and gets reply the recharge was not done by this transaction Id. But massage was sent to me i.e. Now RCH online www.mtsindia.in/RC.html

                                In view of the above I have sate that either recharge my MTS MDN or reimburse Rs.999/- in favour of me in my SBI A/C no. [protected].

                                  Hi Sir, This is G Vijay from Hyderabad AP, iam cheated by MTS data card services, i have taken a MTS data card postpaid connection, My MTS data card no: [protected] with MTS executive 700 Rs, his name is Rafi and his Mob No is [protected] on 28-Oct-2011,

                                  My postpaid Paln is (400Rs per month 1GB free usage- after 1GB 40p/MB) but after 21 days my MTS data card connection was disconnected, because of over limit, I called up to customer care they are saying that already one bill generated 125Rs (Period 28Oct to 31 Oct) and now 1030Rs(Period 1st Nov to 17th Nov).

                                  But i have the proof that i used around 600MB only, and i did not download anything.

                                  my actual plan is 400Rs per month 1GB usage free, with in 21 days 1175 Rs generated and disconnected, this is purely Cheating.

                                  even-though i paid 500 Rs Bill. But still i have to pay 675 Rs, why should i pay.

                                  please give me a good suggestion, and help me out from this...

                                    I have four numbers of MTS service. Now I want to convert my one mts cdma number [protected] to 3g GSM service for my new GSM Mobile Phone. But last two week I try to sent PORT [protected] SMS to 1900, its every time shows massage sending failed. I think MTS has actively blocked porting out service by blocking porting messages to 1900. Rest all other messages are being sent to other numbers without any hassle except the porting message to 1900.I am also fed up with the situation create by MTS because no other service provider act like this. I request to kindly resolve this issue asap, to able to use my new phone.

                                      I had a MTS broad band data card post paid connection no. [protected] and A/c Id No.[protected]. For which I regularly made payment. In March 2012 according to the bill I made a payment for Rs. 496/- through my HDFC bank credit card (mcheck payment) on 22.03.2012 (transaction no is 096516 as per bank record). But after paying the same after seven days they suddenly disconnected the connection without giving me any notice or information or phone call. I made a complaint in the customer care no. (complain no. C[protected]) but they never called me or solved my problem. Next month they again sent me a bill by adding Rs. 496/- which I have already paid and after seven days sent me a letter. With the reference of the letter I talked to Mr. Debakanta Nanda [protected] and told him the whole matter and he assured me that if I have paid the bill I don’t need to pay any more. But when I told him to send me a fresh bill which will show my payment he sent me a bill over mail with Rs. 1088/- outstanding.

                                      I paid Rs. 600/- while I took the connection. And as internet connection in very much required for my work I took another connection by paying money again. On 7th June MTS sent me a notice through an advocate Sh. Chandrasekhar Sarkar which I received on 25th June. They just kept it in my letter box and not by post. It all seems to harass me deliberately. I

                                      As I was forced to take another broadband connection for my use by paying money I wish to get Rs. 600/- back from M/s MTS SistemA Shyam Teleservices Ltd. and wish to STOP THEM TO HARASS ME.

                                      MTS SUCKS!!! ..it seems if doomsday is not gonna come naturally they will bring it in other ways ..
                                      I was also using MTS post paid data card no [protected], My Story starts from the sales man i told MTS sales man that i need high speed data card as i was already using reliance data card prior to MTS because of the speed issue i thought of changing it ..this guy named Sachin(i remember his name because of the cheapest thing he did) he came into my office, he assured me that i wont face any speed issues, 1.8 MBPS Anytime that was his solid promise although they provide 3.1Mbps god knows why d hell they are making these false promises .
                                      Anyways as i was in my office already busy with work he asked for the payment of 2749 for 3 months advance rental inclusing VAT and service tax ..
                                      i gave him 3000 Rs in total as did not have change money .he said will return the balance d very next day along with the payment receipt in my office ..The Next day never arrived for this guy.

                                      ANY Ways, Luckily my Data card started working (i was presuming of fraudery because the sales man never returned with the receipt nor with the consolation call) now here comes the big problem " SPEED " my goodness i was feelin like cutting the sales man's Balls off. The speed was apalling, it was taking so much time to load google that eventually i used to forget tht which webpage i was trying to reach. it was crawling speed never loaded speedtest.net ..Anyways rung their cmr care for god sake their support were trying to resolve the problem over the phone by asking me to delete cookies, files, browsing histories, cache files, trying different explorer, restarting my laptop twice. nothing worked eventually the guy told me a person will visit me in 2 to 3 days, i said okay n thankyou for wasting my 1 hour over the phone .he mentioned a complaint no that i did not make a note of.

                                      A technician came in after 5 days ..cheked my laptop doing all those things again cookies and , i held the guy and said listen u so called technician i am a mechanical engineer with sound knowledge about computers ..any of this is not gonna solve my problem .

                                      he asked me to try a diff PC . i tried on a diff PC in my office but no Joy. even i mentioned the sales guy thing also and made a written complaint and handed over to him .he said both issues (speed & advance rental pending/receipt )will be sorted out soon .

                                      hence forth i was waiting for the right speed some times it used to manage to give a speed of 234 kbps thats the maximum speed i have ever received with that dongal that too in night around 3 to 4 AM .
                                      Time passed ..my frustration was getting bigger n behemoth .i started calling their MTS Office in Magarpatta, a lady very soft spoken used to promise to resolve my issues but no joy their also .

                                      I called customer care again somewhere in near november 2011 the gentleman told me that their is ticket opened we cant log another complaint i said for how log do i need to wait for my issues to get resolved ..i spoke to d floor supervisor ..no help..i was feelin like i was paying for something which i am not getting practically from the past 45 days..i mean checking my email was also too painful, it was much easier to check on my phone although which i was doing for that time .
                                      One day i again called the customer care, i told them my issue all over again, , and the guy again started with deleting cookies, , i literally shouted on him i used slang words i fought with supervisor with so many bad words were coming out (u can imagine my frustration )

                                      Please find below the summary of the complain

                                      -June 2011- two hand sets ([protected] and [protected]) received by door to door sales man paid PDC and signed ECS

                                      -July/August got a call to make payment without the bill-went to BTM layout koramangala, Bangalore and made payment.

                                      -August/September Again the demand to make payment without the receipt of bill- demanded to take back the hand set which was also faulty.(meanwhile number disconnected-incoming/ outgoing)

                                      -complained by mail and phone to take the handset back- kept receiving bills now for the instrument.

                                      -December 3rd finally an executive came and collected both instruments but did not return the cheques (as requested to the call center executive previous day)

                                      -Cheques not returned where as in the last week of December 2011 cheques dropped in bank and bounced. Complained again

                                      -Received legal notice, replied back with facts.

                                      -2 months back ECS cleared from my bank for 17, 000- complained again and demanded to return back my money, mean time receiving bills for handsets I don’t possess and already surrendered on 3rd Dec 2011

                                      -Got an intimation for court summon for 17th August 2012

                                      With a clear conscious, please explain to me, just because I have been constantly in touch with MTS and regularly complaining, do I really go through all this. I request you to look into this matter, return my money, advocate fee, an apology letter and withdraw the court summon, failing which I may have to take necessary actions from my end after consultation with my lawyer and go to the consumer court and sue the company for harassment.

                                      Fraudulent practices by MTS will only spoil the company's image and the advocate that you've appointed to send out legal notices to hapless customers demanding money is very fishy business.Instead claim what is rightful instead of resorting to unfair trade practices.
                                      Worst connection totally fraud company MTS dongal taken and made complete payment MTS guys commited will give 5 GB with new connection but they denied .                                         I bought mts mblaze device on the basis of promise that i would b getting a speed of minimum 500 Kbps whatever be the number o[censored]sers in the circle ..i wud be getting a minimum speed of 500 Kbps(kilobits per second) to a maximum of 3.1 mbps and i am not even getting a speed of 300Kbps and that too i was told by mts call executives that i am in a high speed area of janakpuri,new delhi..............the speed was so bad that i was forced to call the mts executives on the day of purchase of data card..........after one week an engineer visited ....he took the observations by the instruments and located the position of mts towers....he told me( as i am myself a technical person) that there are 3 towers of mts nearby my location ......all the 3 at a distance of just 500 metres from my house's location.......and he showed me the proof on software...............this shows how inefficiently the mts towers are working.......................and engineer was himself surprised that i am only getting 100-300Kbps(maximum)........he told me that not even me every person in my colony using mts mbaze wud be facing the problem........i am deeply frustated by the mts now..........that engineer told me that he will forward the details of the records that he has taken and accordingly some other engineer will visit who will check the signal strength of towers and will solve the issue............its been 3 days no one visited till yet..........that means its been 10 days in totality that i am facing this very low speed problem............i want to ask these mts people :-why should i be paying rs.999 per month(10 gb) for a mere 0.1-0.3 mbps???????? most of the mts executives are so illiterate ......they dont know how to speak....they dont have any knowledge ...........a number of times they have told me that i wud be getting a minimum speed of 500 kilobytes per second......loll....how is it possible in any case with a device stating 3.1 mbps(which means 396 kilobytes at maximum)....how come the device offers 500 kilobytes per second..........so customer care is very poor.......even in delhi.......i culdnt imagine wat would be the situation in small towns............................and speed fluctuates a lot at my location(on the basis of observation on www.speedtest.net …..at one instant it shows 0.32 mbps even after 30 seconds i[censored] click on retest speed,it will show only 0.07 mbps what the hell is this…….if an isp shows such drastic speed fluctuations within a 30 sec. time span ,it shows mts towers at many locations in delhi are totally inefficient………………whenever I call mts executives they tell me:-sir today by 4 pm ur problem will be resolved………….yesterday and day before yesterday mts executives told me that by 24 hours ur problem will be resolved….i don’t know when will these 24 hours end……..and wen will a fruit from mts emerge……….

                                        MTS — ZERO SPEED/FLUCTUATING

                                        Hi,
                                        myself Samir,i am using mts mblaze and every month recharge 999 for unlimited,but recently i face that every times its speed become zero even my balance is sufficient ,i have complaint so many times no positive feedback,at the end of the month its spped will become ok but when we will recharge again then same thing happpen repeatedly, i think they are filtering from HLR for this unlimited profile and MTS making fool all customer.so Govt. should take necessary action against them.

                                        I hope that nobody will take any action because our Govt is handicapped because they dont have any law for this kind of illegal activity.

                                        MTS — Technical problem facing from 3 weeks

                                        i have recharged with Rs. 37 the benefit i should get is 2000 local mts min but i got Rs. 30 talktime
                                        i called customer care, visited galley also called nodal desk but my problem is still unsolved.
                                        also they are not taking my complaint

                                        This is my number ...[protected]...u mts people cant overcome the problem by just saying "regret the inconvenience caused"...even wen I call ur extremely poor customer care...they make false promises, bluffs a lot, dont give a solution at all...lets C what u can do???? deeply frustated by ur service...once inconvenience caused is caused...u people dont even tend to rectify the problem...

                                        Agreed. the speed fluctuates too much.. Cant play serious game where you need constant speed, you lagged out every time.. my regrets buying MTS.. will change to aircel ASAP. and the plans is not that good.. my advise: Dont choose MTS
