SPEED low before its usages

I USED ONLY 2.6 GB TILL NOW AND MY SPEED (RECEIVING) IS LIKE 100-200 KBPS

COMPANY OFFICE TOLD ME AT FIRST IT WILL BE 3.1 MBPS WHOLE MONTH, THAN THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE 3.1 MBPS UPTO 5 GB.

NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT ITS UR PROBLEM, CALL CUSTOMER CARE, CHECK UR DATA STATUS.
WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEY SAYS ITS NOT A VALID NUMBER AND CALL...

Snail speed of internet

Recharged with Rs 999/ for 10 GB-one month. Speed is so slow(Maxm speed obtatained 140 kbps). I could use my 10 GB in one month. This is less than the 2G speed that I can purchase with much less money. Why you pick-pocket your customer with false claim.

If you could not provide 3G speed, then why you allowed me to recharge with the 3G value. Rectify it immediately. This speed is curtailed from your side.

no network

i m from Hyderabad. i am using this mts connection since two months and from the first day i am getting the problem of no network in my house or near by and i must have spoken with their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES more than 5 times regarding the no coverage issue and they were just telling that it will be all right with in a day but till now they dint resolve it. my fist complaint no ( JUN/1476 ).. now i complain u that plz solve my problem...

On 21.06.2012 I recharged my Data Card with 1298 unlimited plan, which provides 15 GB at 3.1Mbps with a validity of 30 days and when data usage exceeds 15 GB the speed reduces to 144 Kbps. My browsing speed was very less 50-60 Kbps. I could not browse and even basic sites like Gmail inbox did not open as everytime the server timed out. I am staying near NDA road, pune where generally all cellular companies signal are a bit poor. Though this is a very dense populated area in between main Pune city, everyone is aware of this problem.
