I am Rajesh Kumar, I have purchased MTS Data Card Broadband, I have not received Signal & Speed in my House, My House Location - C - 172, Ambedkar Place, Baprola Vihar, Nagli Deri, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi - 110043, I Call Customer Care Department than Complain Registered, My Complain No.- JAN/4353, and mail send to Nodel Officer & Customer Care Department, But no resolution received from Customer Care Department & Nodel Officer, Than again call in Customer Care Department when discuss with Mr. Irfan (Senior Supervisor), when advice to me I will try to solved your signal & speed problem but again no resolution received from Customer Care Department,

So I write a complain in Consumer Court, I hope you understood my problem and solved early as possible,

i have register my complaint on 17th nov but still they still didnt solve my problem. worst network i have ever used. worst responds from customer care and managers also.

    Respected Sir,

    I am a resident of Gurgaon. I would like to register a case for MTS 3G Broadband connection. I bought this connection on 29 Dec, 2011 through Matrix Marketing Solutions located in New Delhi. Since the day I have bought this connection I am facing so many issues.

    In December I had registered many complaints against them for more than 6 times in a month. In Order to register a complaint I had to call MTS customer care which is also not a toll free number and that too for more than 2 times in a day. Different customer care representatives came up with different solutions and promises.

    In December I had registered a complaint in the night because the connection was not working. Around 11 pm Mr. Prakash (Customer Care Representative) picked up the phone , the conversation lasted for 30 mins and told me that it would start working within next 3 hours but nobody from technical team called me up. Next day when I again enquired I came to know that my complaint was not even registered.

    I had bought an unlimited connection wherein you can use it as much as you want but they deactivated my services twice in the same month (Dec 2011) saying that you crossed the download limits. For both the times it remained disconnected for more than 24 hours. Despite of taking an UNLIMITED CONNECTION.

    In December my connection was deactivated because of the wrong submission of address documents. I had bought this connection through Mr. Sandeep , his company address is A-96, Saket, Near Metro Station, New Delhi – 110030. Mobile No is [protected].Due to his mistake my connection stopped working. But again on 10 Jan 2012 I came to know that after a Prepaid recharge of 999 my services has been again deactivated due to wrong submission of address documents once again for this time. I called up Sandeep many times sometimes he didn’t even bother to pick up my call . And sometimes he didn’t even. He gave me Navneet number [protected] saying he’s the one responsible for submitting my address proof documents. Only once he picked up my call and after hearing my problem he never even bothered to talk to me . I had called him for more than 50 TIMES.

    Even till now he has not submitted my documents. And in there database they still have wrong address proof. I ‘m struggling a lot because of my retailer who says he is not responsible for this.


    Although, they activated my connection on 12 Jan 2011. But I’m not able to use the internet services. Again, I enquired in the MTS Customer care department because I was facing this issue from 10 Jan.

    They told me I’m facing this problem because of the missing Patch Files. I went to the cyber café didn’t find a clue to download the patch files called up again on 11 Jan 2012 morning to know how to download patch files again the mts representative told me that your connection has been deactivated due to wrong submission of address documents. When I told him that the representative told me it’s because of the of the patch files he said we need it only when we are on roaming.

    He registered my complaint on 11 Jan 2012 (Complaint Id – jan4810) and he said that once my connection is activated they would restart the billing cycle from the day it would be activated.
    I kept on calling My retailer (Sandeep) and his friend Navneet who didn’t address my problem.
    On 12 Jan the connection was activated . But the address was still wrong . I checked the connection by using my datacard but it gave me the same error I got on 10 Jan 2012(can’t access the serial port you don’t have the permission.) I again called the Mts department every time I called the call lasted for more than 20 mins. They again registered a complaint(Complaint id- JAN5459) saying it would be corrected and soon I would be receiving a call from Technical department .I did get a call around 4,30 to check the device from Mr Subhash . I asked the technical dept person to call me up again after half an hour to confirm . I checked it and again it was giving the same error (can’t access the serial port you don’t have the permission.)

    I didn’t even receive a call back . So I had to call them up again otherwise they would close the office by 6 pm(Technical Dept). The representative said that don’t worry madam somebody would be visiting your house tomorrow for sure(call lasted for 30 mins). And again he raised the same complaint with same id on 12 Jan 2012(JAN4810) saying that it would be corrected in next 10 working hours.



    On 13 Jan 2012 I received a call from Tech Dept and I again checked the device. I again asked them to call me back . The device was still not working. This time I didn’t even get a call back . So again I had to call the cust care service. Raised a complaint (jan4361) A lady picked up the call said today nobody can visit your home. It would be corrected only within next 10 hours at 1, 15 pm in the afternoon. I struggled a lot to explain her that this is what I have been hearing for so long (call lasted for 30 mins). She was not ready to listen a anything. I asked her to transfer the call to the supervisor but she didn’t. So I hung up.



    I again called up the mts department to reverse my Rs. 999( Recharge Amount). Finally, the call was transferred to the supervisor Deepak Tyagi . He said it would be most probably corrected within next 24 hours and when I asked him to again register a complaint he didn’t do it saying it’s not possible there is some technical issue. Though, just few mins back I had registered a complaint.

    On 14 Jan 2012 , till now I have not received any call . Nobody from the technical dept has called me up. I am tired of calling the customer care dept and Sandeep who are least bothered to look into this issue.


    I am paying for these days and I’m not able to use the services. They refused to REVERSE THE MONEY AND ALSO TO RENEW THE BILLING CYCLE.





    I look forward to you. I hope you will please look into this matter and would try to resolve my issue.

    The name you can see very well. This is the biggest problem with your company . On my every call i have to again and again repeat all my details. The address in your database is still wrong even after correcting it for so many times.

    My MTS number is [protected]. Which is still not working . it has been 9 DAYS NOW . Don't know what kind of services you guys are providing.

      I bought new MBlaze connection on 6-1-2012 and the executive told it will activate within 24 hours but connection was not activated i called customer care they told the time for activation will be 24 hrs to 48 hrs but nothing happened .

      [protected] on Monday i sent a mail to customer care for activation and Monday MTS verification person came to house and verified and took the signature / Executive again informed it will happen by end of day - Nothing happened
      [protected] Again i sent mail with copy to nodal officer for activation they told document verification is pending
      [protected] i replied all documents was submitted properly if your not activation take back the device
      [protected] . Customer care M.Manikanta replied verification please pay Rs.1000 as a security deposit for activation

      Paying Rs.1000/- is Not a matter but not activating connection on time . yesterday verification was done today sending one more person for verification

      For activating a connection your making this much trouble and delay. Further any service or some thing I don’t thing so you will support

      Don’t activate the connection take back your device. i will buy reliance or tata

        i recharge my mts datacard on 23.12.11 for rs 798.
        first i recharge for rs 798 recharge failed but amount debit from my axisbank account.
        second i recharge for rs 798 recharge failed but amount debit from my axisbank account
        third i recharge for rs 798 recharge success amount debit from my acccout thats no problem for me.

        totally three times account will be debit from my account.

        Rs 798 for recharge mts data card ok no problem
        another 798 the amout is refund on 28.12.2012
        another Rs 798 not yet refund so far. i wait up to 7 to 8 working days for my refund amout. still not yet refund.
        now i call to customer care is replying me why u contact earlier.

          Sir, I'm Saravanan from chennai. I got data card connection from MTS, Ekkatuthangal,Chennai on12-dec-2011. After 3 days the device didn't work. I called the person who sold the device to me. He said me "Please pay one month rent in advance". Before that he didn't tell anything about the advance amount. After I paid the advance amount. That after one week I took another connection for my home. They are did the samething. Again I asked the person. He told me to pay advance amount. Even I took 2nd connection in the same name. Now the people didn't attend even the call.
          My advice is don't go for MTS.

            My name is arun raja, my mdn number number is [protected] am using 3.1 mbs , but am getting only 150 - 472kbs.

            Informed customer care before two months back, but no action has taken, they simply call and close the ticket, two person came to my home see the speed online and informed to wait 2 days , but it almost 1 month over still same issue...

            The complain numbers for the single issue listed below...

            Called more than 40 times check the call log of your record...

            If it leads i will not pay the bill...

            The mts dealer kishore called so many times for brought the device but once i inform the complain about the device he not pick the call also.. Very worst speed and worst responsible......

            MTS Mblaze — Speed issue

            I am a student who has purchased the high speed Internet modem and I am not at all satisfied with the speed as it is next o what u get around 20kb/s. Sometimes I have to send big attachments and even movie clips for the presentation but I am stuck with this issue of Speed. My plan is 999 of prepaid.

            I have been facing slow speed issue with MTS. They promiss 3.1mbps but all I get is max 100 kbps. The net is so slow that 1 movie download shows as 1week to download. When we call customer care they say their technical team works 9am to 6pm only. This is the worst internet service provider I have ever seen. All they do is call at the begining of the month asking you to recharge the net and later no call or no help from anyone.

            I have purchased MTS MBlaze Data Card 3.1 Mbps Speed in MARTHAHALL,BANGALORE. KARNATAKA. The Issue is i am not able to get speed and even network signal strength is 20% to 40%. I went to MTS Customer center here in bangalore to discuss the issue but they are not ready to take even my complaint.             Hi i am from tamilnadu. I am using mts mbrowse more than 4 years. I complaint about speed issue to customer care executive from more than 4 years. Every time i call them they said some resons like first 2 years they said network courage is not in our area but i got 3 point. After that they told change the sim. Next they said they will fix antenna in our area within 15 days or refund the money. But they not do that things. Next i call them the backend team member called and said that they will not do anything now.

[protected])(IMSI [protected]) on 19/6/2014 MY First Complaint is Against Backend team of MTS When it was the time of Document Submission including (VOTER ID CARD, AADHAR CARD AND PHOTOS) I have submitted with my latest photo with them but THE PERSON from their BACKEND TEAM will keep on asking for my new photo again and again inspite of submission of my latest photo with them.You tell me I know how i am and how my photo is.. Not That Person. and MY 2nd Complaint is after its activation in the morning I am having internet downloading speed of 0.11 mbps inspite of 9.8 mbps.

            MTS Company & their representatives n their execuetives gives assurance that internet speed will be 6 to 7 mbps out of 9.8 mbps upto 40 gb bt when i am using it then i am getting speed of 0.11 mbps i.e 11 kbps.
            When i talk to the customer care execuetive they say me after lodging the complaint they say "please be patience and please wait someone from backend team will contact you shortly".But Till Now i have not any call.

            I have Talked with Several Customer care execuetives on this issue but i have not got any satisfactory response.
            Every customer care representative lodged my complaint in this issue but from that time to till now 26/6/2014 I have not RECEIVED any Call or EMAIL REPLY from them and when i am again complaining they don't talk mannerly and cut the call.it is so awful.i am in huge trouble and suffering through the loss of 1.8 lakh in my business in these days because of internet problem.IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD AND CHEATING BY THE COMPANY.
            FIRST THEY TAKE 1 WEEK TO UPDATE THE DOCUMENTS IN THE SYSTEM AND NOT ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BUT WHEN THEY ACTIVATE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE 0.11 MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED INSPITE OF 9.8 MBPS.

            I have given a complaint (complaint no Jul/9012) on 24 July regarding slow speed browsing, I am only getting 24KB/S and 34 KB/S, whenever ask for the status they said "your complaint was in forwarded status & we will resolve with in 24 hrs" after that I will not get any response.

            So I have taken this issue to MTS APPELLATE team Still now there is no action taken from your MTS,

            It looks like MTS is so lethargic in resolving customer problems, even MTS guys don't have the courtesy to call and update the status on this issue .
            Many times I have spoke to the customer care but the response was very poor

            I have bought MTS dongle in May 2014. Since then i am approximately paying 1000 INR for my internet plan each month. The company promises the minimum speed of 750 KBPS. However, my internet speed is constantly coming in range from 250 to 400 KBPS. Even after so many complaints, no action has been taken as yet.

            Customer care is constantly saying it is because of the technical fault in your area, speed is slow and resolution will take around 4 weeks. Their 4 weeks promise is not ending from last 4 months. when i asked for a waiver in my bill as the problem is from the company end not from mine. They refused to lodge a complaint for the same...

            A consumer pays for the service which a company promises to deliver in exchange of money. I request your intervention in the matter. Please help!

            MTS - Worst service everseen in life... Not recommended to anyone. Called Multiple time poor customer service people- poor language- They call back and say your speed is enough. Finally they said your usage limit is over. speed will come only upto 144kbps. Email to appellate and get a poor response saying that you get 1.4 mbps which is good enough.             This is probably the last month I will use MTS, unless my issues are
            fixed. I'm listing all my problems with MTS below :

            1. I've been facing speed issues since October. The speed is okay at
            midnight( After 1AM ), but it is almost unusable in the evenings.

            2. I've made several complaints with MTS, and they have been closing
            it stating vague reasons like - 'Customer not responding to call',
            'Customer unreachable' etc. If they have no other reasons to tell,
            they ask a time period of one week or two weeks. And after the time
            period, they forget about all my complaints, and when I call them
            saying that the issue is not resolved, they are taking a new complaint
            from scratch. So it means they give me a complaint number, and ask for
            even more time.

            3. When I talk to the senior officials, they say that the issue is
            because of high number o[censored]sers in my area, and it will be fixed in
            two weeks. Well, three months have passed, and no reaction yet.

            4. I feel like a complete when all my previous complaints are
            completely forgotten, and when the back-end team calls me and asks
            what is my problem, for the 1000th time. It's like - I have to explain
            my problem to them every week but they won't fix it. This has been
            going on for 3 months, and it's highly disappointing.

            THIS IS THE LIMIT.
            I'M NOT GOING TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEMS ANYMORE.
            IF MY ISSUE IS NOT FIXED, I'M DISCONNECTING. THAT'S IT.

            I am availing MTS services from past 4 years. On 25th of august I purchased new post paid device i.e. MBLAZE ULTRA no. [protected] with unlimited plan 999 for 40gb on my name Chitranshu Mishra. For few days there was no problem with the speed as such but from past few days I am having great problem with the speed. Just before few days I complained to the authority [complaint no. JAN/5286] but they said the problem would be resolved in 22 hours it was not resolved and speed issue started to continue and today i.e. 22 January 2015 I am getting message that your problem has been resolved. There are many complaints which I have done to the authority regarding speed, you can also check. NOV/201, NOV/3898 and JAN/5286. All my complaints are related to speed issue only. If MTS is promising speed up to 9.8 mbps. Does that mean customer should be getting downloading speed of 50-60 kbps?

            Worst service by MTS data card. From past 3-4 months I am facing speed issues. I made many complaints to MTS regarding this issue. But still, they didnt solved it.             This is the biggest non-sense i had heard over the years. I already had complained about the speed issues in most of the important cities in Kerala,
            starting with Cochin, Kalamassery, Aluva, Calicut, Kollam, Pattom, Angamaly and many more. And moreover the device has been deactivated for more than 2 or 3 months. The same has been intimated in your office at Vazhakala, Edapally Toll.

            Regard to this I received a bill a week before. I had explained to the lady over phone that my device isn't working for long. And hence there isn't need for the same. Again after another complaint I registered another guy (Mob No: [protected]) called that he had activated the device (as on 05/07/2015), and asked e to check the speed. On checking the speed was less than 42 mb/s. He said a technical person will call by 7th of July, 2015 and would clear the issue.
            As promised he called me from Palarivattom office (that's what he said), ( Off No:[protected] and said me to check the device. As of now and all through out the conversation, the speed was dead slow. ( At that time I was in heart of town, Aluva.)

            Soon after the phone got disconnected I received the mail of Rs 2052/ (How come Rs 1003 bill changed to Rs2052/-).
            The same speed issue we are experiencing with MTS Devices, so we have to disconnect 3 devices.

            Moreover the technical side of MTS is very weak and irritating, while the Billing side is lunatic or hectic, they only need us to pay the bill, and not even concerned about if the device is working or speed is there. On saying this they would say another personal will keep in touch with you.

            For such kind of response, we should react like hell to them, mind you give and take respect.

                Dear Sir,

                I have requested to disconnect my MTS data card services in the month of September-2011. I do not have any pending bills to pay at that time. I was informed that the services were temporarily deactivated. Permanent deactivation will happen soon.

                In October-2011, I was charged 1200/- and in November-2011, I was charged 400/-. Both the amounts were debited through ECS from my bank account. I called MTS customer service and begged for my money, I was assured that as the outstanding bill amounts were cleared, my Data card will be disconnected soon. Customer service executive confidently said that there is no way I can get my money back. I realised that the only way I can get my money back is by fighting MTS, but I was busy with work and family business at that time and I thought it's ok to lose 1600/- than to disturb my career and family.

                On 23rd December-2011, I got another SMS that my new bill amount of 899/- was dispatched. Then I called up customer care and lodged a complaint# R[protected]. Customer support executive was surprised when he found out that my service should be deactivated in September itself and promised me that Finance team will resolve the issue.

                Today 30th December-2011, I got a call from MTS billing department that I have to pay 899/- amount which they will send to my bank for ECS again.

                All I'm requesting is to please check MTS systems for any usage after September. Please check your own systems. The request for deactivation is made in September-2011 and MTS took 1600/- from me for no reason. And now they want 899/- more, for what?

                This is my money, like all o[censored]s here, this is hard earned money. If I've used any service, then I don't mind paying for it.

                I just want to be clear again, MTS please check your system for my Data card usage and the disconnection request which I registered in September-2011. Please I beg you, I'm not a rich, please let me live. Please.

                MTS, this time I will go to any extent to make you listen.
                I've sent a mail regarding the same issue to MTS customer care email ID, but no body replied. I can attach that too if needed.

                  I have a broad band connection with MTS Mblaze No [protected]. I brought it on Nov 2010 @2000 at that time a Reebok shoe offer was going on that If I buy a new connection and recharge with 999 MTS will provide me a pair of Reebok shoes. Those shoes were never provided to me. I followed with MTS customer care for several months and also registered my complaint. But there was no positive response from them and most of the time there reply was "Shoes are out of stock.". Since they made false promise and never delivered the shoes I never recharged my data card connection after the first recharge of 999. Now MTS is sending a mail that if I do not recharge it they will permanently disconnect my connection.
                  I suggest if they are not able to keep the promise they made in the offer they should compensate by providing Shoe worth of surfing free.

                  So please look into this matter.

                    I have bought a MTS Mobile( MICROMAX C111 ) on 10/4/2011 from Akash
                    Tele Communication and within 6 months the mobileset got proble( SET
                    HANG ).

                    Then I visit to nearest service centre ( AVINANDAN MOBILE SHOP ) and
                    they received the mobileset and call after 1 month. When I went after
                    1 month then they informed me the problem is not solved and again
                    informed me to come after 15 days , when I visit after 15 days and
                    again they informed me the mobileset is not solved and come again
                    after 15 days.

                    So, Madam/Sir, I am really harased and fed-up with this poor
                    cooperation and service and I am getting the disturbence with the
                    communcation for last 2 months. Pls solve the problem and help me out.

                        i took a mts mblaze postpaid connection on 6/09/2011, it was activated next day, baut after a wwks time it was disconnected for some verification charges of Rs.100, i submitted all the documents and they verified, as per the dealer he told there won't be any other hidden charges, somehow it was resolved, but after a month i got a bill, which i paid before the due day to the mts lutlet where i took the connection, he told it will be paid, but it was actually not paid by him....and my connection was disconnected and mts people started harassing me for the payment...i contacted the dealer in mathikere many times...he never respond...worst experience..then i decided to cancle the connection...called up the mts customer care on 25/11/2011 and told just to cancel the connection placed a request.....then i called many times to customer care to check the status they are still says its active....and they are generating bills every month....its been a month i am telling them please cancel my connection...but not sure what they want me to do to deactivate this connection....such a worst customer service.........those people don't know to guide the customer correctly.....please ask them to cancel mts # [protected] cancellation ref# R[protected]

                          I have taken the MTS data card unlimited package (Rs.2643) on 31/10/12 on plan ARP 6gb & since the start has been facing very disappointing downloading & browsing speed through out & any number of calls, mails to your customer care & assistance requested to the sales executive have not helped in any resolution of the same & am facing it very tough to handle the same, as even files on facebook are taking quiet long for download & browsing is real dead snail slow. The rec speed mostly is struck on 0kbps & the max it reaches is 4.6kbps & send speed is on 1.5 kbps.


                          Mr.Roshan(tech support) has been sent by the customer service team, for complaint number C[protected], who also was attonished to see the speed on his own laptop, as was not even able to open any mails or live stream. Am highly disappointed with MTS & need immediate refund of my entire payment made along with the explanation letter from MTS for its incompitability in keeping up its promises made to customers & am forced to approach for legal help through forum for making all false promises & luring people, if the same is not resolved asap.

                          The escalation even to the Nodal officer Rekha Raj, also didnot result in any grievance redressal & its already more than 2 months that i have escalated to the nodal officer too, but in vain

                            I have purchased a MTA DATA CARD from Rajshree Systems & Technology, Shop No.15, Gopal Bhavan, 28 Azad Road, Near Pallavi Restaurant, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 069. It is not activated after 20 day passed though all documents and payment made in advance. Data Card Cost Rs.1200/- plus initial recharge payment Rs.500/-. Total Rs.1700/- paid on the spot. vide invoice No.2091 dated 03.12.2011.
                            I have to purchase internet accessory for my net book, before purchase data card from Rajshree Systems & Technology, Mr. Jain, had inspected my net book and suggested to purchase MTS DATA Card. Immediately i agreed and purchased it.
                            After 2 hours Mr. Prashant from MTS came with data card to me and he tried to connect it, but he was unable to do it because of not enough memory available. Mr Prashant told that Mr. Jain will install the data card, he has done many cases like this and he delivered the data card to me. Accordingly after 2 hours i called up to Mr. Jain for installation of the card, he ignored and told that he is unable, only MTS will help you. I called up MTS customer care centre, there i found that my document not yet submitted by Mr. Prashan for activation because he want to pay Rs.700/- only toward refund of data card. Why should i take Rs.700/- instead of Rs.1700/-. The data card is not useful to my net book, i don't have another computer to use it. I want to return it but both of them not responding. Kindly suggest the solution.

                                I want to port out from MTS to Vodafone, my number is [protected]. I have sent request to '1900' on 29 Nov 2011 with validity up to 13 Dec 2011. MTS approved finally on 12th Dec 2011 till date it's rejecting with statement the prepaid number have been connected for less than 90 days. every time operator also accepts that this number is more than1.5 year old (activated on 12/04/2010). Finally validity is over. so vodafone not able to proceed further.

                                So request has been genrated again on 14 Dec with validity 28 Dec 2011. Still MTS is playing same round. The operator says it has been already proceed. now vodafone not able to submit request because of same reason " The number have been connected for less than 90 days. Now paitence have been ended. can anybody help in this to get resolve this issue..?

                                  Dear Madam/Sir

                                  With reference to the captioned subject, we need your urgent intervention. I had applied for internet service provision from MTS and due to poor service I decided to discontinue the service and on the 25th of September, 2011 I sent a mail to their nodal officer along with the customer care informing that I have terminated the service and I am not using it any further. The mail was acknowledged by the organization and they had agreed that I will not be charged any further and my previous dues will be waived off.

                                  Unfortunately that has not happened. I have been receiving continuous calls/sms from MTS customer care representatives to pay the bill. This is an extremely unprofessional behavior on their part. Kindly let me know how should I proceed in order not to be harassed any more.

                                    This is not a story, this is a fact nor this is a comedy. I purchased mblaze on 29th. I had lot of issues from the beginning till date . First day when i purchased they told it will be activated in hours but it took days to get to activated. that was very funny.(for this I rang them 6 times) Money lost Rs 40 for calls,

                                    Second thing was that I was not getting the speed which was expected, I was only getting maximum 120 Kbps even less than than that even though my signals in broadband were excellent.
                                    So this is cheating the customer!

                                    Third , I made a complaint, my complaint number is dec114, One o[censored]r chat representatives told my issue will be resolved by 5december. But till now today is 13th nothing has happened and no issue is resolved.(I have saved her chat transcripts)

                                    Your chat representative told that my validity period will be extended and I will get more days validity for my downloads but it seems that she have cheated me, for the sake of disconnecting the chat she told so. She was very brave.. perfect service should be given medals.
                                    After about 10 calls. Waiting for 20 minutes.
                                    Today I rang Customer care again, I talked to one of the guy , he told that today my issue will be resolved at 9.30 pm, but that was funny becoz the day was about to be over and nothing has changed till 12.(midnight), He told me that my offer is like 5gb for first 7 days and remaining 5 gb for rest of the 25 days.only for first 5 gb i will be getting 3.1 mbps speed rest i will get only 144kbps.
                                    Today i got a message saying that all my issue is resolved(even though) nothing resolved. Very interesting service!

                                    But when i purchased from mblaze store they told in a different way, they told that for entire 10 gb i will get 3.1 mbps speed , so this is cheating the customer. Ur same agents are speaking in different ways.(In fact I have taken 2 mblaze connections)

                                    Misleading and making fun of me, In my Mblaze log it says 3.1 gb I have used but as per ur agent i have used 7gb. Another medal for the log !

                                    Today ur agent told that one of the senior managers will talk to me in 30 minutes and he himself disconnected, till now that to not happened.


                                    Till now i have lost Rs 120 for calling ur customer care.

                                    In brief my issue is not resolved, im getting only 1x speed now also I didnt get the validity extended as told by ur chat representative.

                                    Now Im going to throw away ur mblaze data card else I will break this. I took 2 mlaze datacards , I dont want this, discontinuing the service, I am going to raise the complaint in consumer court for misleading the customers. on speed and offers.

                                    Not over I will write same in all the forums possible and distroy Mblaze for such a worst device and more than that pathetic and misleading service.

                                    My 10 to 15 friends are having lot of issues with this , I guess we all together will work against mblaze , Will surely write this story in all forums wherever possible. Till now I have lost 1500 Rupees.

                                    Not over Teach ur customer care executive at least "abcd" , they doesnt koow even to speak properly.


                                    Anyway thank u for such a fine service "For me MTZ is the worst service providers in kerala" Keep it up guys. More customers will write the same soon!

                                      I am having MTS internet connection No:[protected] - Post paid plan Mblaze Unlimited 799 Gujarat. At the time of getting new connection the Sales Executive told that I can change the plan from Post paid to prepaid after three months. Now I have completed Six months and I want to change from Post paid to Prepaid. But the sales executives on phone refuses that there is no chance to change over for prepaid.                                       When I tried calling them several times but not a single call mine is answered or connected to the customer care people. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced because of which i am in loss of both money and time.

                                      MTS — ABOUT SERVICE

                                      I bought my MTS connection and I did not use my data card. I bought it about 1 year before. Now I want to know that it will run or not.

                                        I am using MTS since past few months with number - [protected]. I know it would be too much to expect 3.1 MBPS as they claim but at least 1.0 MBPS....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......

                                        Charging for 999 Rs and you have to be satisfied with mere 400Kbps.. What bakwas is this...???

                                        Seriously some action has to be taken against this injustice.. Such a waste of money...!! I have to wait for nearly 1 minute to open gmail that too in
                                        basic HTML...!!!

                                        What is this happening....?? And please don't tell me I have virus in my system. Its a brand new laptop with virus software updated every day and I am a software engineer, I know what internet is and how it works..!

                                        The customer support person called me and spoke to me about the issue and then told me that technical person will get in touch with me but still no one has showed up.. The issue is not resolved...!!
