Hi sir, I am Koushik Mukherjee, living in Domjur, Dist- Howrah, W.B. I want to know about the Company Name Kroma Towers & Company is your authorised agent or distributor or any relation to Install Your 3G Internet Digital Tower ? beacause Already I am deposited Rs. 4550/- as Registration Fees with all my document like Voter ID Card, Xerox copy of Property paper and they send through Register post in today the document is as below.
(A). Acknowledgment Receipt of Rs. 4550/- in the head of Tele- Communication Tower Limited India,
(B) Approval Letter of Your company Letter Head ( MTS ), Letter Ref No - NT- 11001/AA/058 dt. 06.12.2014. In this Approval Letter your company written pl. Deposit Rs.51250/- ( State Tax ) in favour of Kroma Towers & Company's Legal Advocate Or Managing Director ( Your Authorised Partner ) as per Telecom Act1972. here you also mention Cutomer Care Executive Phone No. [protected],
(C) No Objection Certificate ( Permission for the Installation of Tower at your Site ) issue and Stamp by Govt. of India Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. In this N.O.C also Note me :- DEAR CUSTOMER YOU HAVE TO DEPOSIT RS. 51, 250/- AS A GOVT. TAX UNDER ACT 1972 IN COMPANIES ADVOCATE A/C OR IN MD ACCOUNT, WHICH IS REFUNDABLE ON FIRST MONTH OF THE RENT.
(D) Sanction Letter issued by KROMA TOWERS & CO. in his letter head. In Sanction letter some condition of the company mention below.
i) The agreement is valid for 20 years
ii) Advance given by the company is Rs 55 Lakhhs in three Inst.
Rs. 15 Lakhs after depositing Govt. Tax Rs. 51250/-, then Rs. 25 Lakhs ( 2nd EMI ) & Rs. 15 Lakhs ( 3rd EMI ) on the time of
court Agreement.
iii) Advance given by the company will be deducted per month EMI as Rs. 22, 916/- and rest of he money Rs. 47084/- given as monthly
rent.
iv) One official Job Provide by the company to U or your family.
v) Company is providing Rs. 5 Laks Mediclaim with cashless facility to your family.
but vary fun matter is that Your ( MTS ) Ref No.& Date and Kroma Towers & Co. Ref No. & Date is same in their separate letter heaad.
(E) Terms & Condition in the letter head of Kroma Towers & Co.
(F) Application Form In the Letter of "KROMA TOWERS"
(G) Colour Photo of Approved Tower & MTS Internet Digital Tower.
(H) Form of Health First Floater Policy of National Insurance Company Ltd. ( Which mention Master Policy No - 251100/48/10/8500432 & Endt. No. 251100/46/11/[protected].
so. pl. kindly help me the authentication of the Company " Kroma Towers & Co " and can i deposied the Govt. Tax amount Rs. 51250/- with is mention in your letter head. and also attached The Public Notice of " Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ( NSl Division ) for your ready referance.

It has been brought to the notice of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India
that some companies/agencies/individuals are asking people to deposit
amounts of money in their personal/companies account as Government Tax
under Telecom Act 1972 or for clearing of the advanced payment etc. in lieu of
leasing the premises of individuals for installation of Mobile tower. After
collecting the money these companies/agencies/individuals become
unreachable. These companies are issuing fake ‘No Objection Certification’
permission for the Installation of Tower issued by Ministry of Communication
and Information Technology.
The Public at large is hereby informed that TRAI is not directly or
indirectly involved in levying any tax/fees on leasing the premises for
installation of a mobile tower or for issuing any ‘No Objection Certification’
for the purpose.
A Mobile tower may be installed by either Telecom service provider or
Infrastructure service provider (IP-I) as per their licensing/registration
conditions. List of the Telecom service providers and IP-I service providers is
available on Department of Telecommunications (DoT) website i.e.
www.dot.gov.in.
Any person or entity found fraudulently involved in such activity using
TRAI name/logo/recommendations or national emblem is liable to be prosecuted
under applicable law. Anyone dealing with such companies/agencies/individuals
will be doing so at his/her own risk and TRAI cannot be held responsible for any
loss or damages suffered directly or indirectly.

that day was passed his mobile was switched off. i have no another no to call him.i have all proof (2 bank slip of rs 7700, 1 is 32, 200.& ur company aggremant letter ) i request why ur not send me goods o[censored]r mts tower iam watting

Now a days, this fraudulent are active in Gujarat area, and in local news paper they are published small advertisement offering high rent on installing 3g towers. I request all the people not to entertained such ad and keep their hard earning safe. By grace of GOD I can save my money. I was advise to deposit Rs.51, 250/-, but I did not deposit the same.

Kroma Tower is still faking everyone by sending an sms, of tower installation. After we pay money, could not reach the person anymore. They are using MTS letterhead, to cheat the people. Are MTS taking any legal action?
