MTS sells MBLAZE BROADBAND MODEM with Recharge 999 Rs. Plan for Unlimited usage (Putting ** for Fair usage policy), but they DO NOT PUT ON LEAFLET that it is actually 12GB Broadband speed & next usage will be 1x speed. Neither they mention about REFERING TO MTS WEBSITE about FAIR USAGE POLICY.

Upon asking, they expect customer to go & check the WEBSITE.

So why they at first instant, DO NOT MENTION that it is 12GB BROADBAND LIMIT, why they use word UNLIMITED.

THIS IS REALLY CHEATING OF CUSTOMERS BY MISGUIDANCE.

    Hello,
    this is chaitanya bhandari from pune. I have purchased one wireless internet dongle of MTS company. we had made a recharge on it in the month of january of 599/-, but we did not get ant recharge. we have made it from a retailer through internet. we called customer care of MTS and launched a complaint but they closed complaint without solving it. we want our recharge back. what to do now? can you help? Please!

      Few days I had faced a lot of problem to your Company.Such as activate Jokes,Cricket Packs etc.So in my A/c I had loss by Balance without any pressing Key.whole Story I will tell the Customer Executive.He does respond my telephonic Coversation and I also said the Please Give me your Senior number.He cant give and disconnect the line at his end.So please request you look into this matter other wise I will take action to your Company and also registered a Complain in Consumer Court.I hope you will Solve my Problem as Soon as Possible.

        But now a days they not come for land verification and DD trancefor in my account.
        So doubt that they already fraud to me.Now A Days Mr Jim Anderson repeately call to me and more rupees demand for money trancefor pounds into Indian money.(Demand Rs:65000).
        So Please kindly solve the problem and return my money.

          At the core of this communication lies the permanent disconnection of my MBlaze (MDN: [protected]).

          I had purchased the broadband USB modem from Vijay Sales, Inorbit, Malad (W), Mumbai. While purchasing, I was told that i needed to submit my relevant documents, but my card would start within 24 hours for the 1 GB free usage for 15 days. Which it duly did. Now, it worked for a day after which it just stopped connecting.

          When I called the MTS helpline, I was told that I needed to recharge my card. I did a rechard of Rs. 99. Yet, the card wasn't working. When I called the MTS helpline again, they said the card wasn't registered. I asked them how could I register, they said i needed to contact the place I purchased te card from.

          When I called Vijay Sales, they said they had no idea and I needed to talk to MTS customer service itself. When I called the MTS helpline again, I was told I would be contacted by a representative soon, but no response for another 3-4 days.

          This happened over a period of around 15-18 days.

          I submitted my documents after around 3 weeks at MTS service centre at Lokhandwala, Andheri (W) which were accepted. Yet, my card remained inactive. repeated calling didn't help in any which way. Thereafter, after around 15 more days I received a verification call from MTS. But yet, the service remained inactive.

          I visited the Vijay Sales shop at Inorbit where I was connected to an excutive of MTS. I was told by him that my card was permanenty disconnected because of non-submittacce of documents. When I tried to delve deeper, I was told that the documents needed to be submitted within 15 days after which the number gets permanently disconnected if not submitted. I told him the entire story (as stated above) but he said he couldn't do anything about this. I told him I wasn't told by the MTS customer service executives about this clause and he simply said it wasn't his problem and that the matter was out his reach. And quite rudely at that.

          Thereafter, I visited the Lokhandwala service centre only to be told that they're helpless too. When I asked them why did they accept the documents, they had no idea about what I was saying and simply told me that they're only a franchise shop and they can't do anything.

          Thereafter, I exchanged around 20 emails (all documented) with MTS Customer Service executive by the name of Zeeshan Mohd. All I got fro them is that they're looking into the matter. I emailed the Nodal Officer of Maharashtra too, not once, but twice. I got no response from there.

            yesterday I bought, MTS Blaze and due to some issues I called MTS customer care ( i CALLED THEM AT 4:30 pm APPROX ON 08 TH MARCH 2011 .( MY MDN NUMBER: [protected]). The call started with normal note but I did not like calling my name being an indian I do not like younger people call me by my name.

            After listening to ( may be acting as he is listening) my issue, he asked me and put me on hold with out confirming iff I want to be put on hold or not.

            Once he put me on hold he never came back... I waited for close to 10 minutes and call got disconnnected, beacuse I was running short of mobile balance.


            Do not know what should I call that guy feel like calling him names starting from mather....behain...but know he is shame less black sheep.

              Hi ,

              I have taken a MTS broadband connection (prepaid) and the data card number is [protected]. MTS said that the speed will be upto 3.2 mbs but most of the time it is zero kbps and max upto 150 kbps. I called customer service at [protected] for help. They have reply for each and every problem. First they told me that the users have increased so there will be problem of speed or your system may have some problem bla bla bla. It takes half an hour to be connected to the customer care and then there silly replies. They are decieving the people with making big promisses and providing worst services. Strict action must ne taken against them either to provide the services they promiss or they should stop this business.

              me using mts data card...its very poor speed and cant able to download a single small file...pls rectify my problem else i will switch over to other brand...
              I have purchased MTS MBlaze on 10th October 2013, under 999 plan giving me 10gb of data and simultaneously i recharged 550rs night unlimited plan for downloading through night. When i purchased the data card I was told that I will be getting hi-speed of 3.1Mbps but 3.1Mbps is too far rather I am not getting even 1Mbps speed neither through day time nor through night time. My speed remains below 256Kbps and sometimes it becomes zero and i have to reconnect the connection then speed goes upto 200Kbps then again after some browsing it again falls to 10Kbps and sometime again to zero. I called to customer care on 16th October and they sent me one executive to check the speed and network. When he came he took some snapshots of the speed and network from my desktop and mailed it to respective representative and told me that i shall get a call from company and then some technical engineer shall come and will solve the problem but today its 5 days i didn't get any call nor anyone came to solve my problem. Whenever i call to customer care my balance gets deducted a lot and line also gets cut in between talking to them further the toll-free no of mts gets connected but the moment i press "0" for talking to customer executive the line gets cut. I question to MTS that when u cant provide the speed u tell while selling the data card then why you tell such a indecent lie?? And if MTS assures speed upto 3.1Mbps then why my problem is not getting solved and why I am getting so poor speed of 200Kbps and network lines upto 2 bars??? Please look into the matter urgently.               I have also faced same irritating problem.. Isnt there any way to teach MTS a lesson??? Isnt there any way to solve our problem??

                i have purchase a MTS device for internet .they promised for the speed of 3.1MBPS fo surfing and1 MBPS for downloading on 999 recharge plan.when i recharge MTS device with 999 plan then i found that it is giving very less speed for downloading.sometimes the speed is too slow to open any website.in starting 120 kbps speed came at morning only but now it is unable to watch any youtube video or to download any movie.i have complained 4 types in the MTS office but i found nothing. what should i do .i spent 2600/- rs for toatal MTS device with 999 plan and i am very upset.plz help
                They are providing the pathetic services and they are so fake of promises .

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    I took a new connection from MTS Mblaze two months back and they promised me to give a pair of reebok shoes free with the new connection as per their promotional offer within 15 days. But its three months still i have not recieved it from them . I called them on numerous occasion and everytime they say that they have dispatched it but to no avail. Its really disgrace to such a company which is fooling around with people with such fraud offers. I would reccomend anyone reading this not to go for MTS connecton as performance as well as support wise also it is pathetic.

                    Kindly look into my matter and please help me.

                      Its a serious issue about the fraud policies/practices of the company...
                      Whenever there is a balance exceeding Rs.30, the company deducts whole money for some weird reasons that says we've activated some non-sense VAS packages like caller tunes, Juke box, Cricket updates and so on... In fact we'd never have heard of such offers or packs ever before... This has happened several times and only once they responded by refunding the deducted amount... But all the other times, they just lodge a complaint and keep quite... Moreover the company does not allow calls to any Toll Free numbers... This is again very uncomfortable to the customer... So I plead you to take serious action on the company.. Anyhow Now I have decided to switch over to some other network through MNP... But I am confused which one to choose... If possible, please suggest me some network that is trustworthy...

                      I have an MTS Set. There has been a deduction of Rs. 1 / - daily from my account since[protected] for some astroservice which I have not opted for. I have not asked for that. I have been visiting the MTS franchise at AGRAHARA, , Mysore, daily, since[protected] Everyday I am being told that my problem has been set right. But every next morning, I see that my account is still getting deducted. IThe CONSUMER CARE/ COMPLAINT Numbers ar not answeroing our calls inspite of waiting for hours together. Nobody from MTS cares for our comlaint. I have clearly told the franchis people that I do not want any advertisements, no mssages from MTS, I want a refund for the wrongfully and illegally deducted amount.

                        My Self Charka Vinay Kumar (Inspector Railways) my TATA Number is [protected] my TATA Network & Moblie was very very fine it has never given any problem but suddenly i got mad & shifted to MTS network because of the bleady mobile potability by using ur MTS network i am not able to do calls or receive calls it is going on searching network, so i called custmer care executive he told my micromax GC225 will not support MTS so please spend 5000/-Rs & Take a new mobile which suites MTS then i asked i go back to my TATA nwtwork he told me it is not possible, He told me to suffer for atleast 90 days to go back to TATA what should i do ?


                        If i will not get any solution immediately, i will write a article u please read it in news papers

                          Hi,

                          I had purchased MTS data card in the month of Aug 2010. Everything went on well but after 2 months speed started to decrease. In the day time there will be no network coverage and at nights network coverage will be full but no connectivity.
                          From a month i am not able to view my balance, Check my balance functionality is not working at all. I have been calling the customer care daily but off no use. Those put the call on hold for atleast two mins and they get back saying issove resolved. Customer care guys blame on device. When approached service centre they say network issued....

                          Any one planning to buy an of the MTS products please think twice......

                          HI,
                          I brought MTS Data Card for 999 + Starter pack 496( 3GB - 3 month ) So, total cost 1500/- is fully waste of money. I advice please don't go for MTS data card. Conclusion: Worst Service, No network coverage, 3.1 Mbps speed but it won't work and u will get only 2 - 10 kbps. If you go for customer care they will say network problem or residency area not having much network. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN BUYING MTS DATA CARD.
                          I bought my MTS one and half year back. I never satisfied with the speed and their service. Even if I sit on the MTS mobile tower, I don't think I can get good internet speed. You can never make any voice call with it. Past 4 months balance check is not working at all. Not much response from customer care. Planning to throw my Mblaze and planning to choose new service. Dont go for MTS at all.

                            I spoke to Jotsna , I spoke to Vinay he assured me the sim will be delivered to my residence. and the executive took my residential address and phone number . But he didn't turned back , I dont know whether Vinay is controlling his marketing team or they are controlling him.

                            I want a solution not an assurance from your end

                            Kindly get back to me as soon as possible. It is almost 24 days I have submitted my document and they activated sim on 17th of Feb in Mts network.. and My mumber is in switchoff mode. form 17th Feb, I hope I will get solution as soon as possible.


                            I think there is no proper authority in MTS to sortout this issue.

                            I have submitted the documents for mobile number portability on 1/2/2011, in your outlet(VIDURYA MARKETING, BASAVANAGUDI), and they provide me the receipt for that which I am attaching a copy for your reference, and they have charged me 210/- for that, and they have promised me they will activity with in 7 days. Since they didn’t do that on time I visited to your outlet for several times but they didn’t do that. I went to out let again on 12 /2/2011 , I got a bad experience I had a conversation and argument with them and I gave it back that SIM, and told them to don’t activate I will go for other network where I will get better service. After that immediately I called up to the customer care (155 AND 198)from my Mts number [protected] and I requested them to raise an issue regarding that, and told them to lodge a complaint which I face with that MTS outlet, I ask them to provide a complaint number. I spoke to Imran , and other CSR, and I didn’t get proper solution for that problem, and I requested them to escalate that call to floor supervisor/ team manager. They them self predict them that they are the floor supervisor and they kept my call on hold disconnected the call, they made it several times and blocked my number so that I wont called them, after that I approached to DOCOM service provider where I got good reply and they offered me a very good plan where in If I opt DOCOMO with MNP with their network, with min 19/-Rs MNP charge. They will give 10 Rs talk time and if recharge with 52/- they will give 52 talk time and local and national calls ½ paisa per second, for 3 months, and 200 local and national SMS for 1 years. Once I sent a request a DOCOMO with out my knowledge your MTS let people activated on 17 of Feb 2011, even though I returned my SIM to them, when I contacted Mts CSR regarding that issue I explained every thing to them, 1st I spoke to sriram, he didn’t give a proper reply, I requested him to escalate the call to floor in charge he kept me on hold, and disconnected, and once again I called up and explained again to prasad and requested him to escalate the call he kept me on hold for 20 min and escalated the call to madan he told he is the floor in charge and after listening entire thing he told me to approach to the same Mts outlet where I had bad experience, I requested him to lodge a complaint and provide me a complaint number so that I can send a mail to nodal officer, he kept me on hold and disconnected the call. And when once again I tried to call the customer care my number was in not reachable mode. I called up form other MTs mobile [protected] it got connect to customer care now Lawanya took the receiver and when I asked her what is the comment that is updated in our system she revealed me that customer I very irate so we force disconnected that call) once again I explained her every thing and requested her to escalate the call to Madan she kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected the call. Again I called up this time Nagaraj took the receiver and once again I narrated the story and I request him to escalate the call to Madan, he kept me on hold for about 6 to 10 min at last Madan ,forcibly took the call and took the details and he refuse to lodge a complaint he took the details and he told backend people will get back.



                            Now my point is if a customer is having a problem, if he calls he has to get proper solution, no one will call again and again if the quires is handled properly. Because MTS outlets a only few in number they fail to provide proper information, jayanagar outlet got closed, Lakkasandra MTS out let they them self told don’t go for MNP with MTS, they told me document pick up and updation is not proper and customer service is worse compared to other network, They are encouraging to go for MNP with instead of opting MTS. I heard that, from them now I realize when I suffered with that.



                            One more point is why CSR people not revealing their identity Login name, when they are speaking with customer, if they are having problem to handle the calls I don’t know why you people are forcing them to work, I spoke Shriram, Madan(2), Prasad, Lavanya, Imran, Nagaraj. Seven times at the end once the call end I got an SMS stating that thank you for contacting MTS. If you are satisfied with the recent interaction you had with CHAKRATHARA.N sms yes/ no to 1551.



                            Sometimes Imran and Sriram themselves predict that they are team leaders and floor managers I don’t know how you people will improve your service with these members.



                            Now my concern is I don’t want my number to be misused, and if it is not possible from your end to get me a new SIM with the same number to my address , or else please help me to opt for shifting my numbers to other network. I want a solution for that either I want a better service or I want to get rid of your service; please don’t force us to approach TRI / consumer court with this issue.

                              Hello,
                              This is to share my pathetic ongoing experience with MTS Broadband Internet connection.
                              I normally don’t like to post any complains over here unless I have been tried of my patience. Also, companies feel what impact a single customer can do to them? My last and only post was for Samsung washing machine and I immediately got a call from them the next day for settling the issue.
                              Well, I am a senior IT professional working for a top IT company in Bangalore and I had Reliance broadband connection for 2 years. I disconnected it only to go for this MTS prepaid connection because they claimed it has good speed compared to its peers.
                              This sales executive Mr. Murali (mob : [protected]) came to ITPL to sell MTS wireless modems, and believe me the rate at which he convinces you to get your card swiped for Rs 2499/-, at that same rate these people don’t care a damn after you get the connection.
                              I got it on 15th Feb 2011 and as agreed, immediately emailed my documents to him on the same day. He informed that the connection would be active within 30 mins (my MTS no: [protected]).
                              I checked the same day night….it was connected but not browsing a single page. “Let me check tomorrow”…I said to myself.
                              Tomorrow has still not come…..and I mean it!
                              Till now I am not able to browse internet using MTS. Well, my Reliance broadband works, my friend’s TATA photon works, but not MTS.
                              Should I have called MTS customer care? I did, not once…..but 7 times; out of which 4 times call was disconnected in between the conversation and 3 times advised me to do baby technical troubleshooting steps like checking for antivirus, uninstalling other internet connection dialers, restarting laptop, browser settings, etc.
                              I finally managed to get a complain no raised (no: 6171) for a field technician, named Mr. Charan to visit my place. That did not happen and the case was closed without my intimation. I called back to Mr. Murali and also spoke with Mr. Ranjit (mob: [protected]) from Technical Department who again raised a case (no: 7091) and arranged for a field technician, named Mr. Shafiq to visit. He tried all he could and finally suggested to reinstall my OS. I am fine to do that as I already being an IT guy, tried many things like reinstalled my Internet browser (IE8), upgraded my OS from XP SP2 to SP3, disabled windows firewalls and uninstalled my Reliance & TATA photon dialers and reinstalled MTS dialer….No go.
                              What is more frustrating now, on 22 Feb 2011, I got a mail from MTS stating the address proof provided from my company’s HR letter is not sufficient and would require my passport scanned copy instead. I immediately emailed back with my password scanned copy and asked to inform / call for any more documents. Within next 24 hrs, without any mail or call, now my internet account is DISABLED. I called the customer care ie 23 Feb 2011 night and the person disconnected my call in between.
                              I am writing this to alert my Internet savvy friends to think twice before swiping your card for MTS.
                              I am going to forward this to my company’s internal blog site and also forward on other IT companies blogs, face book, twitter, etc.
                              These people from MTS mentioned here are all based in Marathahalli location, Bangalore.
                              Beware of dogs…..beware of MTS.

                                Hi, Today I have decided to throw my MTS MBLAZE DATA CARD to dustbin. I have raised several complaints to MTS Customer care and none have resolved the issue.

                                My kind request is before these companies show hi-end ads in televsion or any other media, govt should adopt a strategic check before leaving these players in the market.

                                Frankly speaking, I get speed of 110KBPS and max of 144KBPS, but their add suggest maximom of 3.1 MBPS, which is really a sick and false update given by MTS Company.

                                I am not sure how is the service and speed outside Karnataka, but in Bangalore they are really hopeless. I am sure at any places their speed will never touch 3.1 MBPS.
                                MY DEAR FRIENDS, MY KIND REQUEST, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE MTS INTERNET. After purchasing their datacard, i didn't even receive free gifts as assured at the time of purchase.
                                i have purchase MTS MBLAZE they said to give speed uoto 3.1Mbps and now my speed is is 15 kbps . I just want to say that PLEASE PLEASE downt buy this product MTS company are the one of the grate lier

                                  I am Shubha Brota Raha from Bangalore. I bought an MTS blaze data card and have suffered invariably since then. I Had submitted my DL xerox as id proof on the day of the purchase of MTS Blaze (mdn no: [protected]). I recd. a call after few days intimidating that the photo was not clear in the xerox and that I needed to submit some other identity proof. No executive from MTS came to my place and instead, blatantly sent one gmail id for me to send the id proof. How do I trust that the guy calling was genuinely from MTS (the email id sent was a gmail id and not an MTS official e-mail id) ?
                                  So I didn't send across my passport xerox.
                                  In the mean time the connection was barred without any prior info and then nobody cared to call to provide post-disconnect info/assistance also. Its me, who found out from the call center that the connection was barred.
                                  On the eve of 16th Feb '11, I recd another call asking me to submit an id proof and I was told that if I do submit by the end of day, then connection would be restored by the morning of 17th Feb. I submitted the passport xerox on 16th Feb at 10pm. As of now, half of 21st Feb has already passed away and connection is still not restored.
                                  Is this how the customer care division of Shyam telecom operates? I wish to escalate this issue to TRAI authorities and await their intervention to offer me justice.

                                    I have purchased a Data Card from of MTS bearing No. [protected] from Global Telecom NX vide invoice No. 665 dtd 09/02/2011. The card worked upto 14/02/2011 and stopped working after that I have been regularly requesting the franchisee for the rectification. On 22/02/2011 I have contacted MTS Customercare on [protected] and came to know that the datacard with the number [protected] does not exist and MTS representatives have shown thier inability in the case.

                                    I am a freelancing person in the field of Industrial essential where I need to communicate with the clients for any critical requirements. Because of the datacard failure I have lost a business of Rs.3,00,000/-

                                    I request you to look into the matter and demand the MTS to compensate the loss amount of Rs. 3,00,000/-

                                      I had purchased an MTS Mblaze connection on 30th October 2010 in Noida from a Mr. Vishal who had put up a stall of the company outside Shipra Mall. His phone No. is [protected]. There was an offer going on at that time that if you paid Rs. 3000, you would get a pair of free Reebok shoes with it. I availed of the offer and accordingly registered my address in Gurgaon for delivery of the shoes. I received a confirmation on my email on 8th November which stated that my shoes would be delivered soon. Since then it has been almost 4 months and on calling the company they just promise to get back to me which never happens. My MTS no. is [protected] and I have not received the shoes that I paid extra for despite calling the customer care everyday. they claim that it is the responsibility of the courier company. After a lot of pestering they finally gave me the tracking no of the courier which turned out to be for some other persons shoes. I am fed up with their excuses and bad service. I bought the connection because was assured that their connection works well in pune which turned out to be a lie. Also, their hardware turned out to be faulty and came apart while connected to the computer, after just a month. I paid the above mentioned Mr. Vishal Rs. 1000 for the repair work even though it was not my fault for which he has still not given me a bill.

                                        pls pls don't by MTS its an cheating company at new connection only they are giving 300kbps after 2nd month if we put for 999 download speed is just 10kbps my network is full only pls friends don't select MTS very very worst service in customer care they are telling 3.1mbps is just for browsing not for downloads
