MY NAME IS SRIKANTH I STAY IN CHENNAI,AND I HAVE BOUGHT MTS MBLAZE USB MOBILE BROADBAND MODEM MODEL NO.AC2746 AND ITS NO. IS '[protected]',I HAVE PURCHASED IT ON JANUARY MONTH, IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED THAT IT GIVES THE MAX SPEED OF 3.1MBPS,BUT TILL NOW I NEVER GOT THAT SPEED ,INFACT MY DOWNLOAD SPEED IS LIKE 5 TO 15 KBPS,AND HAVE REGISTERD COMPLAINT ABOUT IT,THAT IS COMPLAINT NO.APR/4561 , APR/4277 AND FEB/2241 REGARDING SPEED ISSUE,BUT TILL NOW IT IS HAS NOT SOLVED MY PROBLEM,THEY HAD SENT THEIR EXECUTIVE TO E TO RESOLVE IT BUT THEY GAVE THE STATEMENT THAT IT WILL BE DONE IN A DAY OR TWO,BUT I AM FEDUP WITH THIS ISSUE,AND IM SUFFERING WITH THIS PROBLEM,

MTS India — Cheating And Improper service

I purchased a MTS connection and recharged with Rs 999 unlimited plan which offer 12 gb at 3.1 Mbps and then unlimited at 1x speed. After using around 10 gb it stopped working with 10 days left in validty. After calling 17 times and raising complaint 5 times I wasted nearly Rs 250 and no satisfactory action was taken from their side. Now on expiration of validity it started working. They assured to extend the validity for the duration it was not working but still there is no action regarding this. My MTS no. is [protected]. Two of the complaint nos are dec9430, dec15187.

Kindly take suitable action regarding this.
on 31 dec i had received a call of callertunes inatead of not taking the caller tunes then also they have deducted my balance amount i want my reversal amount this is the cheating to my self and there is no place there i get my money back they dont have any kind of gallery around mumbai. what is this?????????????????????????????????????

        sir
        when taking mts internet data card they say that the speed will be the same throughout the whole month (as subscribed). they say it even after specifically being asked about this issue and when they install the connection and customer start using it they reduce the speed drastically after the usage of 12 GB.

        i took the connection of 999 plan (unlimited plan)

        Its not only me lot of my friends were cheated (trapped) like this, so it cannot be a mistake. its obviously their company policy to tell customers that there wont be reduction in speed after some usage but they reduce the speed after the usage.

        If this is their policy they should say it clearly to the customer when taking connection, but here they lie to customer even after being asked about this topic. its is pure case of cheating

        please do something about it so that no more people are cheated this way.

          Sir,

          I have a mobile connection with MTS mobile service provider with connection number as [protected]. The company is charged me approx rs.50 in one month for some value added service called "Cricket pack".
          I have been requesting the their customer service to kindly stop the same service immediately. But they have always been misleading me with different options to stop the service. All those options have never worked. I have been trying to register the complain, but they are not ready to register the complain also.

          They are not ready to provide any alternative solution for the last one month. This shows their malicious intention towards customer account to be charged indiscriminately. Since they are not registering complain also, I am not able to report the matter to higher authorities.

          Please do the needful so that action can be taken against these companies and the customer service cell.

            I have purchased a MTS data card on 19/01/2011 from oracle communication fariapukur shyambazar.The person had recharged me a coupen of Rs700/- and told me that the validity for the coupen is 6 months.In coupen itself it os been printed 6 months validity.But just after 2 months the recharged card got expired.I complain about this to the cocerned person.But he just avoided me and told me that the card is on use from October 2010.But thing is that i purchased the card on 19 th January 2011 i.e nearly after 3 months after that .It had clearly suggested that the day i recharge the card is the day the validity starts.How can the validity start without the coupen being used.I have asked the person regarding this ,but he just avioded me.Secondly i had an offer of a REEBOK shoe from this data card.I have conformation mail from the company.Now they are telling me that i will not get the shoe,without any reasons.Please HELP ME.

              My mobile no is [protected] and using this service from the beginning of MTS. The condition of network is very poor here. Only one or two among 6 bars can be seen. Sometimes no network remains for one day or more. Then the Battery goes down quickly and the phone gets hotter. Every customer here Suffers the same and compelled to cancel the service. I expect a better network. That's all>

                  I've purchased a MTS broadbandMDN No. [protected] on 17 Feb 11. Till date the same has not been activated by the Co. On inquiry, the seller is denying to take the responsibility and advising me to contact the customer care. The customer care is telling me to contact the seller since the same is not yet registered. Further, I've submitted photo and address proof twice to the seller. I am feeling as being cheated by the seller and the MTS itself.

                    I am using MTS mblaze datacard they are selling it to consumers on false promises. well problem I am facing are
                    1> Low signal: when i purchsed datacard retaler said that signal are having all over india and you will get good speed. but i never find it max speed i am getting is only 500kbps and generally its 100-200 kbps. ans there is only 3 signal bars instead of 5. that show poor signals.

                    2> I had done online recharge of Rs. 999 on 9th April and it was not successful. and message came on screen was " your recharges is not successful. you amount will be refunded within 2 days" today is 14th April but i haven't got my amount yet.

                    3> when i purchased datacard retailer said that you will get free rebook shoe as gift. but even after 5 month of purchasing I haven't got my shoe.


                    I had complained on MTS customer care regarding these issues on phone as well as via emails. but didn't got any solution. I am also attaching some screen shots of signal bars and speed test. check yourself. and if you are thinking to buy mts. than plz stay away from it. try something else.

                      My name is kiran patil and I stay in wakad.

                      I purchased MTS MBlaze from Sai electronics kalewadi ([protected]) through agent Mr. Anand Kate ([protected]) . For 10 days the device was working fine and then suddenly one day it started malfunctions merely in 12 days. The problem was in connecter.
                      I contacted MTS service center in Pimpri . which is Galaxy services shagun chowk Pimpri Phone [protected] and Manager Mr Raj told me that MTS connectors are not in stock and need to wait for 15 days. Today (12 Mar) I called again and he told that he had no idea when MTS connectors will be available.

                      I fell like I have got cheated for 2500 Rs from all those mentioned above and MTS company. They know that their is Fault in MTS device and still they sold that to me.

                      My hard earned 2500 Rs are really wasted.

                      MTS Blaze is fraud comapny and I would suggest to you not to take this at any cost . you will loose all your money and time also. I am also filing a case against all of above in consumer court and teach them a lesson.

                      I will surely take back my 2500 Rs from those cheap players mentioned above.

                        My two young boys and husband ordered magazines from a young girl that came to our door claiming to be selling magazines to raise money for a trip to better her education. My kid paid with cash that they had earned from their last report card. It's been over 3 moths and my kids still have NOT received their magazines. Receipt# M103436

                        I bought magazines for my grandson from a young man that claimed he was trying to win a trip to help better his education, im a disabled lady and i feel i have been ripped off. I ordered this back in February and i still have not received anything yet. Receipt # 141832, Maybe its time to look futher into this to get my money back!!!
                        I had immediately looked up online and found all these complaints. Stopped payment on check, filled out a police report and now have to change my bank account because in fear of identity theft. They are a total scam with very convincing young men selling these subscriptions. The phone number given to me was bogus and totally out of state area code which sent off the red flag. DO NOT BE HAD BY THESE "college" students.

                          in condition apply column it shows like this:

                          **Weekend timing - Friday 10PM till Monday 7AM
                          ***Night timing - 11PM - 6AM
                          #Subscriber showing zero activity (recharge, voice, SMS, VAS, data) for 180 days will be temporarily deactivated
                          # Extra usage charges apply within 30 days of bundle validity
                          * 10 PM - 7 AM
                          • Usage charge of Rs.2/MB apply post validity period

                          Now when i am started downloading my balance reducing from 10GB (night Amount) but its 9:13pm only.

                          The Customer Care executive "Niraj" said it is now within weekend timing.
                          He also added it "this is a silly mistake, we will change the Web Page immediately" is this a new way of cheating. i dont know what is that.

                                  My complaint is regarding barred of outgoing call against my mobile number [protected]. I made complaint on 18 March-2011 at customer care against complaint number Mar-5340 Mr Rishi the eecutive told me that recharge the number I recharge the number wit Rs. 50 but outgoing call still barred after again talk with Mr. Sunil, he said that I have to recharge with 200 Rs. But this type of information never told by Mr Rishi. And he given the time of 6 hours for open the barred calls on 19 March-2011 now today is 22 March-2011 my outgoing still barred. In today morning call at service center Mr Jagdeep was there and he also given the time of 6 hours.

                                  The whole scenario has proved that how MTS Company Making Fool to Customers.

                                  If any one of the staff have little bit of shame, must open my barring calls.

                                    MTS Circulation LLC (MTSCIRC.COM) IS A SCAM! Do not waste your time or money. I had a young African american man come door to door to offer magazines. He was stating that it would help him with school and that he was trying to take some sort of a trip.

                                    I picked out a few magazines that would be good for my 4 year old son and wife to enjoy. The order was placed on 12/27/10 and has never arrived. When I went on the companies website, it only had a cheap form to fill out and did not look legit. There is no phone number to contact and I am sure, I will not see the $49.00 that was stolen from me.

                                    The unfortunate part about this, is I will no longer give my trust to any door-to-door sales person again.
                                    This company solicits young adults into prostitution --they promise these kids to travel around the world only top beat them and pimp them out!!
                                    I spent 150 on these books from the young girls who came to the door. I have communicated with mts circulation via web site. they told me the books would be mailed mon. my niece just received one book today!
                                    If she dosen't recieve the rest soon I'd like to do something about this fraud! Any iedeas?
                                    I bought a magazine for my husband for Christmas and have not recieved it. Isnt there some way we can sue them?
                                    You might try The Better Business bureau of Arizona.. At least that is where my receipt shows their office is. I'm calling them first thing in the morning.. If it is a scam they made out like bandits in our small town of Whitewater ks. Will post results tomorrow night

                                    We were almost scammed, we gave two young girls a check for $35 and $20 cash for 36 children's books to be sent to Johns Hopkins Hospital. At first they wanted all cash, they said it gives them extra points for this trip they want to go on. That should have been the first red flag but we gave it to them anyway. They were very sweet, complimentary, and fast talking. As soon as they left we got on the Internet and checked out the web site on MTS. Nothing but complaints! My husband headed for the RV Park office and saw the two girls at one of the RV sites. He confronted them and told them the company has a bad reputation and then asked for our check and cash back. He got it. The park management then told the girls, no more soliciting in the park. Seems they are going from RV park to RV park for sales. From now on, NO THANKS to every salesperson, no matter what it is for...
                                    We just had a young man come to our door here in Denver, CO. Smooth talker and same story about earning money to win a trip to Italy. My husband was going to order a 2 year subscription to a magazine which started out to be $40 but after handling fees it was $55... I asked who to make the check out and and just happened to be on the web checking out some stuff so thought I would just go ahead and check out the legitimacy of MTS Circulations... Well saw all the SCAM alerts and BBB complaints and quickly ripped up my check and told the young man sorry but no sale. I hope no one else falls for this... We almost did...
                                    I am feeling angry that i was scammed and wrote a check for 55.oo also, and was promised childrens books in 5 weeks, still nothing.                                     Thank you mra1. Mark Shumate owns the business. I called the 888 number, which is for a company called Fulfillment Services. They are the middle man between the sales company and the magazine companies. They had my order on file and told me it takes 120 day or less, which is in the fine print of the receipt. If the magazines don't show up then call them back and they will call whatever magazine you ordered. I have dealt with Fulfillment Services before for my elderly mother when she ordered too many magazines or the magazines kept sending her bills for more years. This is not a scam, but the kids need better training.
                                    This just happened to me in Weston, WV yesterday (8/4/2011)... The girl was all nice and told me that she earned point towards earning college money and that I could even donate a subscription to military personnel. The police showed up right after I handed her a check for $55. She kept wanting to come in the house & I kept saying no. The officer informed me that there had been 14 complaints the day before & that they were soliciting illegally. He informed this girl (on my front porch) that she needed to stop what she was doing or be arrested. She got very angry and started saying nasty things to me and told the officer to [censored] off... He then asked her where the rest of her group was and she said she didn't know of anyone else.

                                    Later that evening I saw her 3 more times walking by my house and then sitting with a young man on the corner of my street @ dark. I was actually afraid they were going to do something to my property or myself. She knew I was home alone & she knew which vehicles were mine in the driveway...Be warned people!!! Shut the door, lock it & call the police!!
                                    Scammers. They got 4 checks from us, we asked for them back, they said, NO. They called their supervisor and she said NO, as well. She said they would be charged for the forms they filled out. We were scared, called our parents, they had us call the bank and stop payment on the checks. Since we asked for our checks back and were refused, they were considered STOLEN, so we were not charged any fee for Stop Payment. In hindsight I would not have given them anything and should have called the police to get my money back. Beware!
                                    I got conned today. Two handsome, smooth-talking and flirtatious young men came to my door explaining some contest they were in whereby they get to go to Italy if they win. It's selling magazines but it's a charity see, tax deductible (or so I was told). You order magazines that will be sent to one of our troop members. They have great ratings by the BBB I was told. I wrote a couple of checks thinking I was helping these kids, the troops, and getting a tax deduction! Normally I'm not so gullible and it would have been way easier to get rid of them if they'd called me on the phone. After they left I went online to research the company, MTS Circulation, and found tons of reports about them being a scam. I checked the BBB and not only are they not accredited, but the BBB rates them as an "F" -- again tons o[censored]nresolved complaints. I called my bank immediately and put a stop payment on the checks. Expensive lesson -- each stop payment cost $30.
                                    I got conned yesterday ...Same story as most of the ones above, friendly girl trying to earn a trip to Ireland...wish I would have looked up MTS circulation before I wrote the check...learned a $30 lesson (stop payment on check).
                                    My son was 19 years old and decided to work for MTS Circulation in Sept. 2011. The help ad was very appealing so he took the bait. My son was arrested twice and charged for soliciting without a permit that he did not know he was suppose to have. Both times he was bailed out, but the company did not take him to the hearings. We have already went to Hamburg, NY two weeks ago for a charge and he was fined. Last week I received the other charge from Lockhaven, NY and they also have a warrant for his arrest. Again, this is because the company does not care about these unsuspecting youth who put their trust in them to take care of them. Two other young men were arrested as well. This is rediculous!

                                    These youth are innocent thinking it is a great opportunity to travel and make good money. The youth are taken from city to city and stay in a hotel. They are driven to communities outside of where they are staying and dropped off and told to meet the van in that spot at 8:00 p.m. They work alone for eight hours and have no idea where they are. What a dangerous position to put these young women and men in. This company is a joke and are using youth to solicit magazines without permits. When my son questioned them he was told they can't afford the permits because of all the cities they work in and it takes too long to get them. They only stay in the city a week at a time. I myself ordered A Taste of Home magazine at the cost of $55 for 2 years. I thought I was helping my son out and I got ripped off.

                                    There has to be a way to make this company be responsible for there inconsiderate actions and to stop pimping our youth to make money. I will contact the Better Business Bureau in Arizona. Short of hiring a lawyer, I don't know what else to do.
                                    Oh my god! Same thing...2 young people, 1 young man, 1 young woman. Fast talking, trying to take a trip to Italy. Subscriptions going to military overseas. Then the bill of $55.00. My husband said no way! I wrote a check for a $10.00 donation, which I will stop payment on! I thought I was pretty savvy and street smart... Look out Whittier, CA for these young adults being used and trying to use you!!
                                    I thought I was pretty savvy, too, but I guess I'm still naive! Young man came to the door, books and magazines for children's literacy, I'm thinking, "Great I was thinking about getting a subscription anyway AND I'm helping people." Totally pulled on my heartstrings, I feel like such a fool! Even asked for his ID, and still convinced myself it wasn't sketchy. Anyway, wrote a check for $55, then saw all the complaints on the internet. Luckily the bank was able to transfer my funds and close the account, so they won't get any $$ from me. Hopefully, they won't use my name or identity for anything now that I gave them a SIGNED CHECK! Can ya tell I feel like an for this one? As Judge Judy says, "No good deed goes unpunished."
                                    So Oklahoma can be added to the list of being scammed - the girl I wrote the check to was so sweet, saying how it WAS scary to be out there in the dark alone in a city she didn't know etc... I almost didn't buy anything - but we just kept chatting away and I got suckered. $59 - not alot but I just got a new job, really didn't have the money, but wanted to help her and save myself one less stop for Christmas shopping and got some books for my daughter. She swore they would call me first of course to verify I was who I said I was because the girl said some of the kids doing this had put false information and they just want to make sure I did agree to the check and so on - plus that way it would give me a heads up on when the check would be cashed. Just checked my account - the money already went through and that had me upset - so I came online to send the company an email - only to see nothing but scams pop up. So needless to say, I got suckered. And I'm out the money I guess. It's sad that there really are people like that in this world. Learned my lesson though!!!
                                    I ordered books for my grandsons on 9/14/11 as of today 1/10/12 have not received anything and have tried to contact MTS Circulation with no response... order # M 220856
                                    omg I was thinking that I was the only one with this problem. I gave a check to this students stating that they were trying to raise money for something. I bought these books for 65.00 in November. I have still yet to receive anything. My husband is extremely angry and I feel stupid. I just don't know what to do about it now. I have sent at least four 'contact me' requests to these people and all they keep saying is that there is a no refund policy. I could kick myself right now. Talk about learning from your mistakes!!
                                    If anyone else is looking into reporting and sueing this company for their money back, I want in. They really need to be stopped.
                                    so just call the cops & the 888 number now my book should be here in 2 weeks from today & called the cops on the 2 young men who left my house 1 who happen to be very mouthy DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!

                                    I got a order whiched cost 65 bucks and never got it ! This young girl saying that she wanted to go to Italy and she was a special Ed student not saying anything bad but she seem sweet and nice so my wife and I gave in an said sure why not! Na idea I tired contracting them no phone number no nothing so they suck I wish I never ordered anything from them there scam artist and they deserve everything the law can do to them
                                    Well Lexington, SC has been hit. A young man named Jordan just came to our door with the same story saying we could even donate some books to the children's hospital. As soon as he left we canceled the check and put a warning on Facebook.

                                    A young fast smooth talking and very funny young man came to my door 03/09/12 here in Henderson, NV. He asked me some questions that were none of his business (but claimed that the answers help get him points for a trip to Brazil I believe). I thought red flag it seemed like he was trying to find out how many people and what kind of animals were in my home. So I told him some half truths and picked out two items for my kids. He then told me that my bill would be $103. I apologized to him and said I didn't have the cash and then he stated that I could pay with a check. I told him that I don't write checks. Then I asked him if I could complete the transaction online and he claimed that he would not receive credit for the transaction if I did. He kept telling me that my husband and I would get the money back when we filed our taxes. I told him no and he walked away looking defeated. In most cases I try to be nice (especially when it involves young people who are trying to do things with their lives) but after this experience I will no longer attempt to help out. The answer will be no thank you (and that's IF I decide to answer the door).
                                    Same thing happened to me in Manteca, Ca. I am out 55.00 for the subscription I never got. A very cute and bubbly teenage girl came to the door selling magazines. She claimed she was trying to win a trip to Italy... I will NEVER buy anything from anyone that comes to my door again. I am angry and mad at myself for being so gulable!!!
                                    Yes They are located in Phoenix, I reserached them and they are right off Happy valley and 39th Ave.
                                    My family did something similar, using the business account they attempted to do something nice for me and the kids as well as to win the nice young girl a trip to italy. However the books for me and the kids have yet to arrive and ontop of that i lost $400 to the point now that my account is overdrawn. I am now in the process of trying to close the account just to keep myself out of debt.

                                    i was scammed i bought some books for my grandson in march my order number is m325403 i have been trying to contact this company for awhile 65.00 dollars is a lot of money they called me and left a message on my phone when i tried to call the phone number back it was not a good phone number i was stupid i learned my lesson. you are pothedic for using childern to get money from hard working people get a life and a real job loser.

Who ever came up with this scam needs to get a real job that doesn't involve stealing hard working peoples money. You are pathetic and a loser. You are so pathetic that you have to use children to get money. I've learned my lesson and will never do it again even if it is for a child goes to show you can't trust anyone. They called and confirmed that the check was in the bank. Left a message to call them back and when I did call back the number was disconnected.

                                      My mobile no.[protected], is a CD MA. now i want to port my no, when sent to 1900 immediately i received an sms saying PORT.1-Failed: Number is not Active. and i informed this to the Customer service of MTS, they registered complaint and gave a complaint number :MAR/1305. I received a call from them and they said there is no problem with their side. and sent me and sms saying the registered complaint has been solved. now the same problem is there i cannot port my number.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have bought this device([protected]) almost 8 months back after seeing their ads and promotions. 3.1mbps was the the promised speed. I dont think they even know that they have promised this speed.
                                        It doent even give 10% of the maximum speed.

                                        One more frustrating observation is that, connection becomes dead slow 4-5 days prior to the validity date.
                                        So, I have ended up recharging it 3-4 days before the actual validity date on fewer occassions.
                                        That means, I have lost 3-4 days of service usage on that particular month.
                                        Video call is never been successfull because of the poor connectivity. Thanks to Mblaze.

                                        I have lodged complaints with customer care and they had promised me that their technical team would visit my place. But, no one has turned up so far. I dont think they have any technical team with them.
                                        I feel that, I have been victimized. I want to give their device back and take back my money.
                                        In first place, out system should allow these companies to operate with such a poor quality standards.

                                        Please some one do something about it!
