Dear Sir/Madam,
Existiing/Forthcoming factory owners of Street No. 5, East Azad Nagar, Delhi - 110051 got the proposal sanctioned by BYPL(i) to Shift the centrally Located POLE no. N - 781 at the North enterance of the Street(i)POLE is the only support to the Holy Peepal Tree which saved it from the vehicles(iii)Central Location supports the smooth flow to the PRIVATE vehicles on both the sides but not to COMMERCIAL vehicles(iv)Street No. 5 is a Notified Residential Street(v) Due to encroachment, width of the street is 12 feet at various points and the south enterance of the street is not even 12 feet wide(vi)Street is always parked with the vehicles as the residences of the street are too small to provide indoor parking.
TWO MONTHS AGO on 14-07-09, I submitted my representation to DGM(O&M)-BYPL and enquirred the reason of shifting.He informed that the issue of widening the enterance is forwarded by Hon'ble Minister Shri Arvinder Singh Lovely.With regard to the Peepal Tree,DGM stated that the Tree is dry and will be cut.For LAST TWO MONTHS(14.07.09 to 14.09.09), I have written letters to :
a) TEN CONCERENED AUTHORITIES and reminded with the Copies forwarded to Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Lt. Governer and Environment & Pollution Control Authority(EPCA) for their support to the ISSUE RAISED BY ME.
b) OBSERVING THE INACTION, I started requesting on 24.07.09, Hoticulture Deptt. MCD and Deputy Commissioner, Shadara South Zone,MCD to surround the ALIVE,WELL NOURISHED AND REGULARLY WORSHIPPED HOLLY PEEPAL TREE in accordance with the Norms prescribed by Hort. Deptt. as the PITHOLES WERE OBSERVED arround it,which can award untimely death to it.
c)Instead, getting the Support from the concerned Authorities/Administration,experienced as under :

Sir,

This is in continuation to my letter ML/PL/SOPT/7/DC-SSZ dated 27/08/09 requesting your goodself to get the HOLY PEEPAL TREE surrounded in accordance with the norms prescribed by HORTICULTURE Deptt. in order to save it from the MISCREANTS who are determined to destroy it and also who declared this particular alive, well-nourished and regularly worshipped HOLY PEEPAL TREE as dried and of no use, two months ago.

Further, please recall that the work of laying the pipeline for SEWERAGE Project of Street no. 5, East Azad Nagar, Delhi-110051 has been completed this week. In next few days, construction of road/laying the floor will start.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that the work for:

1. Constructing drains for rain water disposal has been completed for only a particular portion on both the sides of the Street no. 5.
2. Leveling of the same portion of the street has also been completed.

3. The OTHER PORTION OF THE STREET is FILLED WITH DEBRIS collected from the rest of the leveled PORTION of the street.
4. It is understood that the portion filled with DEBRIS has not been handed over to the department responsible for the construction work of flooring/road by the WATER & SEWERAGE DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT.
5. The laying of pipeline from started in the first week of June’09 the Main Raghubarpura Road and Terminated in the first week of September’09 at the other end at SATNAM ROAD.
6. The residents of the PORTION OF THE STREET NO. 5 where the work started three months before is bearing the MALPRACTICES of your office till date.

Such behavior is not expected from PUBLIC SERVANTS in a Democratic country like India and also it is very difficult to Tolerate Favourism/Discrimination by the people of a Democracy. Hence, it is prayed to your goodself to INTERVENE personally and ensure justice by :
1) Surround the Holy Peepal Tree as per prescribed norms before the flooring of Street No.5, East Azad Nagar takes place.
2)Get the remaining portion of the street leveled and also get the drainage work completed before the flooring work starts.
3)The flooring work side should start from the Raghubarpura Road i,e, in the same order of the work as pipe laying took place to avoid Favourism and Discrimination.
4)Flooring work should not start unless the Water and Sewerage Disposal Deptt.hands over the charge of entire Street No. 5 for flooring.

Referring to above, I am disappointed once again by Discom Krishna Nagar for their RIGID/IGNORANT attitude shown on 28.08.09 & 07.09.09 towards the facts submitted by me on various occasions since 13/07/09. The comments of Discom-Krishna Nagar TO RESOLVE THE SERIOUS ISSUE in response to my innumeral letters containing the facts are as under:

Complainant is requested to visit our Krishna Ngar O&M office at B.Y.P.L S/ STN Building, 18-Block, Geeta Colony, KRISHNA NAGAR for any clarification or query in this regard.

It is clearly observed from the above mentioned resolutions that instead of giving due consideration to the facts submitted, BYPL (Discom-Krishna Nagar) kept itself busy in manipulating the issue raised by me. Initially, Discom Krishna Nagar repeated the STATUS OF 13/07/09 till 21/08/09 and maintained “THE SHIFTING WORK HAS BEEN STOPPED” and ignored my request to WITHDRAW THEIR DECISION OF SHIFTING.

Upon realising that I have checked their intensions/manipulations and also have pointed out the same on different occassions. Discom-Krishna Nagar did not repeat the same and hence resolved in different way on 28.08.09 & 07.07.09. Though, they changed their way of resolution yet they maintained same ignorant attitude, did not change their rigid behavior and asked me to visit O&M office at 18-Block,Geeta Colony, Delhi. It means that Discom-Krishna Nagar wants to clarify verbally but not in writing.

Their reaction/behavior of BYPL in response to my letters clearly prove that intension of Discom-Krishna Nagar is not to give justice to the alive, well-nourished and regularly worshipped Holy Peepal Tree by not WITHDRAWING THEIR TWO MONTHS OLD DECISION TO SHIFT CENTRALLY LOCATED POLE No. N-781.

I hereby, once again request your goodself to advice Discom Krishna Nagar to: Either withdraw their two months old decision to shift centrally located Pole No. N-781 OR reply to the unanswered queries raised by me and justify their decision for shifting the Pole No. N-781.
In case, Discom Krishna Nagar again ignores the issue raised by me for the SAFETY OF HOLY PEEPAL TREE, I will be forced to seek the LEGAL HELP.

Dear sir / madam,

We are resident of dp block, pitam pura, new delhi.

For the last couple of weeks, we are facing bad condition of mcd park in front of residence : dp-49, dp-50&51, dp - 52&53, dp 54, dp-160. Several other residents are being faced bad condition of mcd park due to water logging, bad condition of trees & plants in the park. At the same time stray dogs are using this park for releasing.
Bad condition getting worse now. This condition may add to lots of dangerous mosquitoes in the park which leads to hazardous diseases amongst nearby residents of dp block.

Would request concerned mcd officials to look into immediately before it gets troublsome for residents of dp block, pitam pura.

our neighbour in gali no.1, RZF-1/13 mahavir enclave is keeping buffalow in his house. due to this too many flies and mosquitoes are flying in our locality and chances of deases are increased. Even the condition of bufflaow is also very poor and misreable.... kindly remove buffalow from our locality so that all our neighoubrs can live in peace....

I am living in Block No.6 House No.134 Subhash Nagar New Delhi 110027. Since June this year we are receiving the contaminated water supply from Delhi Jal Board . The water is contaminated with sewage water containing foul smell and suspended dirty particles . This contamination has caused epidemic of stomach upset and skin related deceases . I have brought this complaint to the concern officers but no action has been taken so far . It is because of this reason ,I am forced to write through this forum that the water supply to this area should be rectify and immediate action should be taken in interest of public health and welfare at large .

I am a resident of house number 2011, block D2 in Vasant Kunj. The green belt area of the block is being misused as a storage space. Every day the sweepers accumalate all the garbage of the block in the green belt area and the garbage carts are also parked there. Inspite of our repeated requests to the RWA to move these elsewhere, this has not been done.
Also, lately I have got to know that a Mother Dairy booth is going to be opened in the green belt area. Besides polluting the area, this will also become a nuisance for the residents residing in front of the green belt.

Request you to please look into this urgently.

2. I applied for Property Mutation to AA&C/Pitampura, (Sub-Zonal MCD Building, Sector 17, Rohini, HouseTax Deptt.(GFL), Room No.1) & he wanted House/ PropertyTaxReceipt along with other Documents.
3.1 Cheque for Rs 836.00 along with ChallanForms were deposited in HDFC Bank, ORN Branch against. PropertyId No.[protected] for the year 2009-10 for which Duly Stamped TaxPayerCopy of ChallanForm was recd by me.
3.2 Now, Mr. Suresh Sharma, one of the PropertyTax Official refuses to accept TaxPayersCopy of ChallanForm duly stamped by the collecting bank as a Valid Receipt
3.3 I failed to generate Receipt on the Website "http://www.mcdpropertytax.in/offPropSrch.php". Tthe Message Returned was that "Receipt not available"
Now, I feel harassed for paying Property Tax through Challan Form.

a huge piles of malba is lying outside the dhalo no.189 of ward no.118 on which pigs and dogs roam creating problems with the residents and motorists. few accidents have occured due to above,incidence of dog bitting,roaming of swines/ pig dangering residents for swine flu which is declared pandemic by WHO.not easy to understand government stancecommitment to WHO towards fighitingh the swine flu,dengue and malaria on other providing breeding ground.

In the Park, in front of flat Nos.1337 to 1368 at Sector-12, R.K. Puram, Ring Road, the local Councillor, Shri Anil Sharma has installed a hight mast Lamp Post some days ago but as the connection was not given properly, the high voltage lamps are on, day and night, ever since it was installed some 15 days ago. I have complainted to the BSES and the MCD Official concerned (one Mr.Negi ) but so far nothing has been done to properly connect the high voltage lamps. Moreover, about one month back, the Labourers have dug up the Park, accross, presumbly to lay the electric cables but nothing is done thereafter. As a result, small children get injured as the Park is dug up at several places.

Necessary instructions may be issued to the MCD staff to Switch off the lights in day time and fill up the Park where ever they have dug up so that people do not get injured.

Rainwater drain in front of 1753 & 1755, B-1, Vasant Kunj is blocked since last two years and rain watee enters my home - repleated comlaints have not helped. Could this complain make a difference.

MCD has started recently a van for collecting garbage door to door wherever is possible i am a resident of R-111 model town. it has come to our street only 2 days after that it has stoped comming in our street but it comes daily near about streets except our street (why). we are facing too problem of throwing garbage because of this van we refused our garbage lifter man but now we have no option and there is no littering place near about here. Please kindly take action against concerned so that it resumed. Thanking You.

We are Very disturb with the Cooker Factory eastablished in residential area. Illegal factory are going in the colony which is disturbing the resident A lot. Illegal factory is located at, adderss Hs. No. 1/2022, Gali No. 23, East Ram Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. This is a heavy duty machine is established. Sir, when factory is running then neighbouring house is vibration. Sir, i thought this is Supreme Court Order Violation, his factory is polluting the colony. Please rectify this problem.Please seal this factory. The factory’s Owner name is Kamal Chawla (Chawla House) .

Sir, several time to request that your factory shift to industrial area but they did not response properly. Its been 20 days since 3 trees fell in our colony S block Greater Kailash Part 1 , New Delhi 110048 along the wall during one of the rains.
These trees are still lying around without being cleared blocking parts of the road causing traffic and parking problems.

Its a real shame nobody in this country is accountable, no system is accountable least of all the MCD who is paid salaries from our taxes to harass us .

I Maninder Gahlautl has made a compliant regarding over flow of sever , stagnant water and water coming into our houses because of the improper levelling of the cememted road made last night without informing anyone from our locality. I am residing at 3/10 Green View ashok mohalla bhooton wali gali nangloi jat, New Delhi. The sever line of our houses are blocked and sewer are getting over flowed due to which we are facing problems of sanitation and hyeigiene. We had the same problem even when the road was made last time.
These roads are being made every 2-3 years. and the level of our houses is going down. today morning almost a truckload of water came into my house when the people were watering the road. please take care of this problem as its harming many people. I would appreciate if send any of your representative to our locality and see what exactly are we going through.

I am a resident of E-35, Shivaji Marg, Adarsh Nagar. Delhi 110 033. There is a high mast tower installed in the park opposite my house but it is never operational. MCD had installed various fancy pathway lights in the park in addition to the high mast but with no maintenance or monitoring, everything was removed / stolen gradually. The park is in shambles now. No action was taken on this for replacement and monitoring.This has lead to pitch dark conditions inside the park making it unusable after dark by anyone including children and elderly.

Moreover at such times lumpen elements are seen getting together in the park to take advantage of dark conditions creating a law and order problem in the area.
You are requested to forward this complaint to the concerned department / agnecy so that corrective action can be taken and we do not face further inconvenience please.

we have a resident at Aggarwal Mkt., Street No.-14, Molarband ext.,Badarpur,New delhi-110044. There is a broken road in our street where water gets accumulated in rainy days and lot of garbage collected near our home. The garbage is dumped by Safai Karamcharis when they clear drains. We are severely suffering from poor smell and dirty surroundings. Even the no. of mosquitoes increased day by day.

This is bring to your kind notice that area around community centre of Punjabi Basti Subzi Mandi Road is very dirty and people use the community centre wall as public urinal.

There is no sweeper, who cleans the road and that area.

Request you to please look into the matter and get it cleans please.

I run an ad booking centre of Hindustan Times at 1739, Shop No. 1, Laxmi Narain Street, Chuna Mandi, Paharganj, New Delhi -110055 in the name of AD WORLD. An office adjoining ours runs a food cooking business & dump their garbage & waste food in front of our office & MCD sweeper are not cleaning it on daily basis. Please give direction to MCD officials to challan that office & also give direction to MCD officials for removing garbages & waste food from there.

Drains are blocked near MCD Primary School, Gali D block in front of house no. D-63, D-64, D-65, D-66 etc in D block West Vinod Nagar, Delhi-92. Drain's water overflow daily on the road.

I will like to bring it to notice of MCD that we, the natives of Munirka (South Delhi) are getting dirty water with foul smell on a regular basis. Water tanks are filled in twice a day. The day time water supply is the most disastrous. It gives foul smell and there is much possibility to generating plenty of water borne diseases.

I guess there are some leakage in water supply pipes in this area. Please spend some time to rectify this problem, so that we may get clean water for our daily use.

Sir, I live in East Uttam Nagar. There are no drains in the lane of B-7 to B-18. The MCD authorities have made drains in almost all adjoining lanes of our area, but due to one or two residents objecting, drains have not been made in our lane. This has led to accumulation of water, be it rain water or waste water pipe of houses, which in turn leads to creation of diseases like dengue. My child suffered from dengue last year due to this.
Kindly, make arrangements for constructing drains in the lane of B-7 to B-18, East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059.
