no response.I had submitted my complaint about overflow of water from mcd supply line from last couple of months and harming the basement of the building of Maheshwary aptt. sector 14 rohini delhi 110085.Nothing is being done in the matter.

Our faimly resides in P-79, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Every now and then a sewer line which belongs to a LAL dora village Masjid Moth, which happens to be our border and incidently was illegally connected to our South Extension sewer line, long time ago, overflows and the sewage passes right in front of our gate. It causes a lot of horrible smell and is a horrible sight for anyone who looks at it.
It has made our lives miserable as there is no respite from this problem, due to no action by M.C.D authorities. Can anyone please help?

No Street Drains — No Street Drains

I am logging this complaints regarding non availability of street drains in our locality, H-Block Vikaspuri New Delhi. Because of this water blocked in front of my house, H-67 Vikaspuri and that cause the foul smell and also lead to Mosquito born diseases like Malaria and Dengu..
Well, don't know where to go for this, as looked out for MCDOnline , talked to MCD employee but of no use. So finally i though let me put my compliant on this site.

Yes. I also faced the similar problem on 27/12/16. I went there ( Defense Colony)around 10.15 pm at Moets for dinner. The parking person gave me ticket @Rs.20/hr. I just want to know is it the right charge at this hour in night? I came out at 11.40 pm and he charged me Rs.40. I feel these parking people are charging the citizens illegally. Can anybody confirm that the actual charge and parking timing.

Pathetic Road Condition

Its feels most irritated while writing this complaint as it feels that democracy is only the play game for certain people and no one is there to listen to the grievences of Public. As after several complaints to Muncipal Councillor ( Devendra MOhan Katyal) the Road which was Uprooted by His orders in December'2008 has not been constructed.

Please check as if why we need to suffer...

Nowadays you will find dustbin everywhere, what your reaction when someone throwing garbage on the floor of train, bus etc.

I have already registered the complaint earlier also against Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav of premises no JB-11, Ist Floor, Left Side, Gupta colony, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. I am so upset and regret to say tht no action has been taken so far. I think Police and MCD are also involved in that particular case tht is why is making everything in the garage. He is converting garge into LG Flat. He is covering unauthorised space also. How he can make the LG in the garge whereas people are facing problem in parking their cars. He don't allow the people to park the cars inside. We are the member of the Khirki Extension but you people are not listing anything. One person is doing illegal construction but no concern department is taking action against him beause he is giving bribe. Instead of informing you about the illegal construction but no action is going on.

The unauthorised construction being carried out by mafia contractors are a threat to the life of citizens living in a construction vicinity.
The people at MCD shoud wake up and thrive to work for better india by helping law abiding citizens and bringing unlicensed contractors to justice.

With this street floor has also gone very low resuling the accumulation of sever water in the main hole. Waste water particularly in the morning when water is supplies the water flushes out in my w.c. with the result it becomes difficult to use w.c. Sir, I request that immediate attention may please be made to get the sever lines repaired uplifting the main hole so that the water is cleared from the main hole. Level of street floor may also be uplifted from the centre.

After digging it out no body is caring to get it repaired which is causing real discomfort and hardships to the residents. I appeal to the Commissioner, MCD to take stern action against the concerned officials and the contractor for causing intentional discomfort and hardships to the residents of our Gali. I would like to draw your attention to our colony Devli Apartment inside the village DEOLI in south dellhi. For a long time i.e. approximately 8 years we are out of water connection of Delhi Jal Board. No pipe line connected to our colony. This is our earnest request to you see this matter as a top priority basis so that this colony can survive otherwise the colony people are dying without water.

I am a resident of Deoli, Nai Basti, New Delhi - 62. I, as a citizen of India, demand the concerned MCD people to visit the road from Deoli to Sangam Vihar. It is a nightmare for people with car, bike or for people who walk with unhygienic situation. Nobody cleans up the garbages here causing clogging of drains and water logging. This in turn increases the risk of many diseases like dengue, malaria, flu etc.

The Deoli Road was re-constructed this year and we were happy to see some development at least. But much to our regret and our bad fate that the monsoon has eaten up the entire NEW road within four months of construction. It is evident that except quality many things were involved in the works.

We live in the capital of India, pay proper property tax and in return do not get our basic right to live in a healthy environment. I am really ashamed to express my grievances towards the authority.

The Unauthorized construction was found in this house by MCD officers. The court is also passed the Demolish order. But the MCD is failed the destroy Unauthorized construction in this Mentioned Property. The Details o[censored]/C Booked During Calender Year 2004 in Civil Line Zone also Present on Internet. I have also Put complain so many times in MCD office at Civil Line but they didn’t take any action against this. Its mean there is no any Respect of Court in front of MCD. Please Look in this matter and help us for taking necessary action to remove unauthorized construction in shape of Stair Case at G.F, & room, 1 Kit, 1 bath, Stair case at F.Floor. and Mumty at Second Floor by MCD. The MCD officers are corrupted because after the demolish order of court why they are not able to destroy unauthorized construction in the mention suit property. The same case is also running in Tis Hazari Court Room no-251, (Deepak Wason). We have win the case after the long distance of Four years but because of MCD officers. We have failed. After this complain if the MCD officers would able to take any action or failed to destroy unauthorized construction then I have to go in Consumer Court. So please help me in this matter.

MCD — big bushes attracting monkey

Hello,

I am resident of Saket K-Block, residing in K-17, the bushes around our houses have grown so big that it is attracting lot of monkeys inside the house specially balcony and terrace. We are unable to keep balcony door open and dry our clothes. Even if a slight window is kept open the squirrels are getting inside the flat. Please do the needful by clearing the bushes so that squirrels and monkey do not attack inside the house.

I am residing in prem nagar new delhi 3 nearby safadarjang turminal. A park located between block number 25 and 26 is required arigation. Plants are becoming faint and one corner there is huge of rabish.

I would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

I have submitted an application no 643 to MCD Green Park office about a month ago regarding cutting down a large tree out side my boundary wall, as a large portion of it fell down in a duststorm. Now the rest of the tree is tilting on one side and may fall anytime injuring passerbys or damage the boundry wall. I have attatched the application with the photograph of the tree as well as the mandatory undertaking on a stamp paper of the value of Rs 50. The inspection has also been done by your designated person. Please remove the tree as soon as possible before more damage is inflicted.

I stay in KD-105, PITAMPURA, DELHI-88. The trees on the back side of the house have grown so big that the sun is blocked completely.
Also there are people who climbs upon jamun tree and enters are balcony.You are requested to please trim the trees as we have old parents who are unable to sit and enjoy the sun, and also we will hve to glow lamps during day time which result in wastage of energy.

THE CONDITION OF ROAD FROM U&V BLOCK SHALIMAR BAGH (CANAL FLYOVER) TO PITAM

PURA DOUBLE TANKY IS VERY BAD. IT IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE VEHICLES ON THIS

STRETCH. I AM SURPRISED WHY MCD IS NOT BUILDING NEW ROAD HERE FOR PUBLIC. IT IS

URGENT. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND MAKE THE ROAD IMMEDIATELY.

We r residents of B-Block Vivek Vihar Phase-II, Delhi, for the last 4-5 years no road has been constructed in front of houses, sthe conditions of road is very bad, we donot know why councillors and MLA are not interested for making the road. We think, it is better to live in re-settlement colonies where the councillors/MLA's have vested interest of vote bank.. and we think we should shift from B-Block Vivek Vihar-II Delhi area.
If sufficient funds are available with MCD, they can renovate the inner roads, very shame ...to the concerned officials/councillors/MLAs...

hope, the favourable action shall be initiated from the end of good officials...
I am afraid, how this Government will make over before Common Wealth Games... i don't think ...the work (when government can no do basic work of roads, sanitation...etc.) how they will do something else...

I have been staying at Mahavir Enclave for last 3yrs and its relly very sad to say that for last 3yrs the condition of this road havn't improved even 1%. MCD — Very Poor condition of Road

Dear Sir,
THe condition of Rama Road (from Zakhira to Karam Pura) getting from worse to 'do-not-know-what'. No body knows when it was last relaid. There are lots of showrooms of cars and Banquets on this road but still the roads are worst and in the rainy season worse than worst. My cab to office does not pick me from there because of that road, I have to travel by bus just because of that bloody road.There is an unfathomable amount of money being lost as a result of damaged vehicles, traffic delays, jams and accidents. True there is some disruptions when infrastructure works are undertaken...but this one is amazing...there is no end to the digging work which has been going on for years now. There is total govt apathy. Kindly let the govt.know importance of that roads.

I am a resident of ELDECO Udyan II, Raebareli road, Lko, near Sardar patel dental Institute. In this colony the roads are completely damaged and the so called jheel became garbage area.Since 7-8 years roads are not being repaired by Lucknow Nagar Nigam. So I request to maintain the road asap to prevent the daily accidents and a better life style for the residents of this colony.

MCD ROAD — Bad Condition of roads

The road between the Zakhira to Ashok Park Main Station is deteriorating day by day. From past 2 years we haven't seen any maintenance of this road. Earlier we thought it might be due to metro construction, now metro track is ready and in working condition. And so many commuters commute from that road. We would really advice you to take care of this road as well.

Also, the state of road at Gulabi bagh red light is also bad. Due to the road condition we get stuck in traffic jam.

Evn I have and still is facint the same problem since May 2005.I have lodged my complaints in every government office that you can think off. The various complaints that I had and still I am lodging them is clearly shown in the coplaints that I have lodged
appears under "Illegal Constructionin DDA Flat legalised in Vasant Kunj ".
In short I can say that Indian are shamelessly CORRUP.GOD SHOULD REALLY Send SOME CALAMITY LIKE "TSUNAMI" OR "EARTHQUAKE " and PERIS INDIAS.I just hope and pray that the day COMES SOON.
In short I want to tell you that your problem can only be addressed i you gave very strong links in the GOVERNMENT OFFICE and that too at a very high level where the BRIBE OF your NEIGHBOUR wlll not be effective.
In case you come up with a solution please do tell me so that I can also follow the same steps.

Subject : Request/ Complaint Letter.


Respected Sir/Madam,


This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :

1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.

3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.

4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.

5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.

6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.

7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.

So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.
