On DaryaGanj the entire pavement and even one side of the main road is occupied on Sundays by cloth and other merchant hawkers though sunday bazar is meant only for books local police, traffic police and MCD officials are ineffective to check the menace rathefr appear to support the same As a result local residents are put to inconvenience as also the traffic is blockedThere is no traffic cop to handle the situation .

MCD has been digging the main lane, right in front of the house lane for B block market, Phase 1, Ashok Vihar, for more than 2 months now. They dug front of 15 houses to start with before, to make drainage vent and made drastically slow progress there. They picked the next 8 houses 2 weeks back and now the whole lane looks to be full of pot holes and mud piles leaving it as a misery for all the residents.

This is to inform you that Mr. Rajinder Kumar R/o A-7-A, (Old) D.D.A. Flats, Paschim Puri, New Delhi - 110 063 is making an unauthorised construction on Foot Path which is used by public. He is covering the area upto 4 or 5 foot from his house. He is making a kitchen on the foot path & creating problem for the people going from this path. He always starts his work in the midnight so that no one can see them while doing unauthroised construction & slowly slowly they are making this illegal construction. And also there is a sewer which has now been covered by him. But all these things are making trouble for us. So, therfore i request you to pls. look into the matter & stop this illegal construction which is being made by him as soon as possible.

The facts of the matter are as under:
1. The property notified under section 4 vide notification no.F9(83)L&B/LA/MRTS(S)/14616 dt 17.1.2008 is A- 17 East of Kailash New Delhi.
2. The property notified under section 6 vide notification no.F9(83)L&B/LA/MRTS(S)/17135 dt 11.3.2008 is A-17 East of Kaiiash New Delhi.
3. No notice under section 9(1) of Land Acquistion Act, 1894 was ever issued/ served in respect of captioned private property as the said property was never subject matter of any acquisition proceedings.
4. On 23.4.2008 the owner personally met the ADM/LAC(S) to seek a copy of the S9 notice in respect of above notifications but was denied a copy of the same. Barely 3 days later on 26.4.2008 t officers of Delhi Metro and Gammon India obtained forcibe entry and carried out demolition of built-up private property not notified for acquistion as per law.
5. On 26.4.2008 itself two police complaints were lodged followed by another complaint dt 30.4.2008.
6. Subsequently owners made representations to various govt. autorities. The office of the Hon’be CM of Delhi lent positive support and issued orders to help the senior citizen.
7. Order No CMO/OSP2/08/682 dt 6.6.2008 issued by office of CM of Delhi to ADM Revenue clearly stated that property No A-17 Kailash Colony had been wrongly taken over. Copy attached).
8. GNCTD issued a corrigendum dt 28.8.2008. This is a public admission of the above facts. We have challenged the legality of said corrigendum by way of writ No. 7417 of 2008. The matter was heard, notice issued and since govt decined to file a counter it was reserved for final orders on 23.10.2008.
9. In addition we have filed several complaints on the Public Grievance Cell of GNCTD and Deptt of Public Grievances, GOI, Commr Delhi Police
10. The vigilance cell had conducted a hearing on 7.10.2008 and advised the owners to meet the Hon’ble LG of Delhi. Appointment with LG not yet given.

In the light of the foregoing the owners are aggrieved that
· the civic agency has failed to examine the legality / validity of the statutory sanctions obtained by the said govt agency to occupy built-up private property and illegally occupy the same without following the statutory procedure under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
· Public funds have been used against the provisions of the statute and in violation of Art 300-A of the Constitution of India to grab private property and demolish built-up office premises and engage in unlawful activities thereat since 26.4.2008.
I am 86 years and in lawful use of the said premises since 1956. I am deeply traumatized by the above events and fail to understand how the various authorities can ignore the orders of the Hon’ble CM of Delhi as well as other independent govt. agencies.

Hi,
I am a resident of C-Block, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-53, our main road was digged for some DJB project about 6-7 months ago there work got over about 3 months ago, since then road was in terrible shape and now just before15 days of election the road construction work has started once again and MCD is in the process of remaking the road but to my surprise and disappointment the quality of the road is horrible, if inspection done the results will prove that even in rural India road are of better quality then what is being made here in Yamuna Vihar. Stones from the road have already started coming out even though the work is not over yet, imagine what will happen to such quality road in few months from now.
All the residents are unhappy and disturbed by looking at this quality of work done by MCD. We request MCD and other concern bodies to look in to the matter at the earliest and help us get better quality road.

Respected Sir, THis is to inform you that i am a senior citizen and our house is built till 2nd floor and it is totally approved and we want to make 3rd floor as it is now been allowed by mcd and we want to make it also by plan and we have aalu for plan from 5 month's but the J.E of our Majlis-park area keeps on delaying it and whenever i went to office he pay's no attention and i went there 20 times and i am seniour citizen and it is not possible to go there again and again ! They make lot of noise in group in night and this disturbs all residents. Moreover, one dog is mad who always try to bite people and roaming in that locality. I have already complained about the missing Cover of Manhole to on the back of my house at 7/55 Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015. I have alraedy complained the same to Kirtinagar Office but the complaint is still pending. They had recently put one cover which is smaller in size and is of no use. Kindly replace this.

The MCD workers are not cleaning the AREA opposite DDA flats near Canara Bank VIKASPURI. The SHOPKEEPERS of PVR Sonia complex throw their garbage in front of our houses, and the cattles are also spoiling this area. The roadside is now like a dumping ground. The unhealthy surrounding may cause diseases to the residents of this locality.

Problem of empty plot
Dear sir I am living in "B-275, glai no.6, Subhash Vihar North Ghonda Delhi-110053(Near Yamuna Vihar).
Sir we are so disturb from a empty plot. This plot is empty from last 10 years. And many people are throw the garbage in this plot. This plot is just face on my house. So there are many mosqutoes and insects. Many person do Toilet there. Sir please help us. We had say of landlord of this problems, but he ignored and he don't make this plot.

I would like to make attention towards all concered authority that illegall commercial activity is going on in C-1 HOUSING SOCIETY SOUTH EXTENTION PART 1, under the name of ISLAM MOTORS CAR SALES AND PURCHASES. They are doing the car denting work which are the greatest headace for us and they block the whole road and dont allow our car to pass away from there.

We are the residents of Chhattarpur Enclave, Phase-II and would like to bring to your kind notice that there are some serious unauthorized constructions going on in our locality by different builders which has made the life of the residents miserable. Builders are constructing High rise buildings with many flats. They have already illegally completed the construction work of 4rd Floor and trying to start adding...

This complaint is regarding the MCD authorised parking attendants at jhadewalan near videocon towers. I am am employee of AAJ TAK and my office is in VIDEOSON TOWERS. i park my car in the office parking mostly but sometimes when the parking is full there i have to park my car at the MCD parking and the attendant at the MCD parking area charges Rs. 20 for the parking, but the actual rates as written on the parking slip and mentioned on a board...

i am resident of north delhi pitampura. there r many street dogs n monkeys in our colony and they r increasing day by day. many ppl are getting injoured daily. childrens n women can't walk on road properly. i had complaint before also in north delhi mcd office . my complaint number is 1050099.. no action has been taken . we really need ur help. plz take action as soon as posible so that v can live our life peacefully...

I want to complain about the road near parade grounds..near model town the road on which the "prachin shiv mandir" and "hanumaan mandir" is located... the footpath is covered with and only ...
there are slums of rickshaw pullers and all and there's no facility for them whatsoever. Crossing that stretch of road is such pitiable experience...when one comes from the university to model town via vijaynagar. Iam sure something can be done about it.. Its so close to police lines.. Its really sick that such condition exists in the capital of the country.
