MCD — very bad codition of drain

This is to inform you that the drain condition outside my house is overglowing since 4-5 months but even after repated complaints to local authorities there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the drain keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of my house smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. My address is House no 1484-85, Block H Jahangir puri Delhi 110033.

This is to inform you that the Naali / drainage was blocked in Garhwali Mohalla, I - Block, Gali No. 3 & 4, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092 since 10 -12 days, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water was jammed and very bad smelling coming from the drainage. Please take necessary action and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Sir Some person (they are ny neighbour) has constracted safety tank of their latrines and they had exit of this tank in open sever which is very hygenic please do the needful.

Dear Sir /Madam,
We want to highlight before you, the bad state of Street no. 6 in New T Block, Matiala road Uttam Nagar that falls under your territory.
Need your urgent intervention to solve or to fix the problems with the basis amenities.The drainage has not been properly managed or cleaned periodically. All the drains are full of water & blocked with garbage that may cause life-threatening diseases like Dengue, Malaria & more harmful diseases can be affected by the water coming out of the drains on road. Due to sewer line joints Street Roads are in bad shape & there are quite big potholes on it as well. From few years there has not been any new work/repair work on the road conducted by MCD with specific reference to Street #6.
Hence, an early and immediate action towards these paining areas will be highly appreciable & in benefit of humanity.

Car Bazaars — Road encroachment

Car bazars in Mahanagar and indranagar are creating great problem to the commuters because their hundreads of cars for sale are parked on the main roads blocking the roads completely. Please inspect YASH CAR BAZAR situated at Sec.B near the temple at Badshanagar Railway road crossing. Their 2nd cars on sale are parked on the roads stopping traffic! Even entry to the Sec.B road is 100% blocked due to which the other vehicles of the colony cannot find an alternative route to enter their houses.

In total about more than 100 cars are illegally parked 24hrs every day. Sundays and holidays are the worst days apart from from the other days.

ITS A SERIOUS ENCROACHMENT WHICH HAS TO BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY.

We r a resident of BAPU PARK/BHOLA NAGAR KOTLA MUABARK PUR NEW DELHI 110003 . On behalf of the residents of BHOLA NAGAR /KOTLA MUBARK PUR, we would like to file a complaint against the traffic problems seen recently in our residential colony. There is a sudden increase in the commercial traffic movement in our colony, mostly by the, trucks, tempo and the Building Material tempos.

These vehicles are barred from using the internal residential roads, but they are now openly using the inside lanes of bhola nagar kotla mubark pur (specifically the road from CH.SHANCANDH MARG till AGERSHEN PARK/D.D.A PARK) and creating a nuisance for the residential area.This is to inform you about dubious and mysterious actions of the MCD Monitoring Committee. They are just taking actions against those who are poor or without connections.
We have been constantly complaining and pleading to him to take action on the illegal commercial activities run by the local councilor Ravinder Chaudhary but no action is taken by them or the MCD central zone.He can take action only on poor and helpless people. Shame on such hypocrites.

Not only this, because of thesecommercial traffic movements, the safely of small children and the old pedestrians in the area is at risk.

It is also creating safety issues for the people residing in the area, as there is no control on the movement of people in this area. There is a huge movement o[censored]nidentified personnel in the area, leading to greater risk.

We request immediate action on the same, with the following:
1. Immediate stoppage / barring of the movement of commercial / non residentail vehicles within the colony
2. Placement / installation of speed breakers in the area to ensure the speed control of the movement of traffic.

We request your immediate action on the same. Please let us know the action planned by you.

There is an illegal astable of cows in that astable the countity of cows is 150 back side of R Block Jama Masjid Raghbir Nagar New Delhi 110027 and that astable is situated here from near about five years i complained rajoury garden mcd office by phone again and again but there's no response we have the a lot of problems in rainy season by mosquitues and smales dairy owner is a criminal minded person he said that he have'nt any afraid by the any complaint your cow hacker staff reached here before two or three days but there's no any solving matter and the front side of Jama Masjid Raghbir Nagar is illegal rikshaws stand rikshaw owner's name Nasir, S. Ali, Mehrat there is illegal rikshaw garrage of 200 rikshaws there's a beautiful society park but they park their rikshaws in front of that park's gate inside wall of Jama Masjid Raghbit Nagar there is illegal almirah shops so please solve our problems if you can't so i go to the high-court to solve that matter.

MCD — mosquitoes breeding over open drain

Mosqitoes breeding over open oxidation pond at pocket-6/3, Nasirpur, Dwarka, Delhi-110045
there are lots of mosquitoes breeding over the above mentioned pocket at Dwarka and chance of spreading of epidemic very soonea. Pls help/ spread DDT or filled this oxidation pond.

This is to inform you that in our adjoining underconstruction building, mosquitos are breeding largely in the basement as the place is dark and damp having no natural sunlight at all. Due to the moist and damp conditions the no. of mosquitos are increasing causing severe threat of dengue and malaria to the localites. The place is not covered by the owner of the building and not a door in place.

This is a humble request to please take this matter into the knowledge MCD and do the needful.

MCD — mosquito breeding

Mosquito breeding – negligence on the part of authorities
Dear Sir/Madam,

We are residents of quarters No.221 to 232, Block C, Nanak Pura, New Delhi-110021. There is a small nullah (Waste water Drain) which is passing through our square and is adjacent to House No.231 and 221 and which is not covered. That is a good place for mosquito breeding. Last year, in only 12 quarters, 7-8 cases of dengue were reported. Despite our complaints to MCD to cover the nullah, the same has not been covered and we are still waiting to face another season of mosquitos. One one hand MCD is penalizing the citizens for not keeping their coolers clean on the other, this nullah has been left open for years. Someone from MCD has to take the responsibility for this. It has become a problem and particularly a threat of epidemics like Malaria, Dengue or Cholera to us.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly forward our request to authorities to first grace a visit to the site and then take appropriate steps towards covering the nullah as early as possible.

We the residents of the vicinity would also like to place following lines for consideration and action by the concerned authorities:

1 First of all some measures for spraying of insecticides there.
2 Cover the nullah immediately.
3 Some arrangement may also be made that garbage dumping is avoided in this nullah.

There's a major mosquito breeding which is happening near our appartments due to garbage dump..

Mosquito breeding – negligence on the part of authorities
Dear Sir/Madam,

We are residents of STATE BANK NAGAR, Paschim Vihar, we are facing the enormous increase of mosquito breeding, due to negligence on the part of MCD. Thay have made OPEN RAIN WATER DRAINS but the water is not flowing out of the colony and water is standing and increasing day by day.

One one hand MCD is penalizing the citizens for not keeping their coolers clean and on the other hand water is not drained out of colony which is the main root cause of the MOSQUITO BREEDING. It will lead to the diseases like Dengue, Malaria, chickengunia etc. Morever we are not able to sleep at night, children can not play in park in the evening.

Serious Action should be taken to prevent breakdown of serious diseases.

under our home there is a store which is having mosquitoes and even last year my & even my daughter suffred from dengue. Kindly do some thing to that store.

Even though the salary is not been credited till date, after that the Education Dept (Kantinagar Zone Mrs. Sima Sharma) saying they required Approval from Deputy Commissioner for the same, she also confirming that they cannot able to trace father’s service book for nominee. Illegal Encroachment of land of an ancient Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir at Wazirawad Chowk near Signature Bridge Delhi- 110054 by land mafia
Dear Sir,
It is informed that Sh.Mahesh Gujar S/o Late Sh. Harswarup R/o H.No. 50 Gali No. 2 Village Jagat pur Delhi and Sh. Anand S/o Sh.Dharam Singh R/o House No. 244 Brahaman Mohalla village Sabha Pur Delhi along with other accomplices are encroaching the land of ancient Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir at Wazirawad Chowk, near Signature bridge Delhi- 110054 ( “The Mandir” hereafter) in guise of change by addition, deletion etc. of any words, marks, devices etc. to the name of mandir i.e. Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir so as to show some connection of any of their ancestors with the land of the mandir. It is necessary to state here that this Mandir was named as Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir near about 50 years ago.

The above said persons along with their accomplices drink Alcohol everyday and abuse and make filthy comments on the passer-by ladies and girls. They have completely deteriorated the ambience of the Mandir and made very difficult for general public to pass from there.

The above said persons have also constructed two rooms, for their personal and business purposes, in and near the Mandir and deliberately encroaching the land of the Mandir. The abovesaid Sh. Mahesh is running his real estate and finance office under the name and style of “SHYAM ASSOCIATE” at the Mandir and Sh. Anand is also operating his Motor Cycles and Car Repairs shop at the Mandir.


The abovesaid persons have encroached the land underneath the above said two shops i.e. auto repair shop and real estate office in the name of Shyam Associates and also under the process of encroaching the whole of the land of the Mandir by constructing rooms successively for their own benefits and other surrounding lands particularly the land earlier used for gas plant in connivance with other persons and officials of concerned police station and govt. departments.
The necessary complaints, in this respect, have been made to concerned police authorities. Instead of restraining the above said persons from encroachment of land of the Mandir the police officials are helping the above said persons in encroachment of the land. This encroachment is done with the connivance of concerned police officials, it is prayed to take necessary action to save this holy land of the Mandir from the grip of land mafia and honour the religious feelings of people coming to the mandir to the worship.
