I am Vikas and residing at H.No. 6, Street No. 1, Shiv Vihar, Rishal Garden, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. The Nangloi-Najafgarh Road from Nangloi to Najafgarh has completely damaged and is having very deep pits in It.This road is having very heavy load of traffic and driving on the road has become very dangerous. The light vehicles are very difficult to be drived on the road. There is a need to re-carpet it immediately to avoid fatal accident on this road. The Low floor Buses has been stopped by DTC becouse of these conditions therefore, public have to face many difficulties in the travel. The matter has been taken up with PWD department of Delhi Government but the department has still replied that the road is to be repaired and recarpted by MCD and MCD is become dumb and taking no action.

I am resident of S block, MCD primary School West Patel Nagar. There is a small park near MCD Primary School. Some residents and school chokidar involved with Mafia and locked the Park for there personal use. Earning their bread and butter .They give Park for Marriages and Parties without informing MCD and earning good Money. MCD has not taken any action. Please take achion against these people.

WE want to bring to your kind notice that the road in B-Block Maya Puri Industrial Area Phase –I, New Delhi so worst and deplorable. It is difficult even for the vehicle to drive cross that way. There are potholes on the roads, the roads are not uniform further the condition is deteriorated in times of rainfall. The potholes on the road are causing traffic hurdles as well as damage to the vehicles and also increasing air pollution due to traffic jam. In the rainy season the waste drain comes on the dugged road ladies and workers staff faced the walking problem and how to cross the road .

I humbly request you to take action against these roads and construct them as early as possible.

I am a resident of sector 15, Rohini Delhi -110089. Due to heavy rains last year i.e. 2010, big craters (holes) have been developed on this road between connecting road from outer ring road to sector 18 Rohini via Badli, Rohini Jail and it causes a lot of discomfort for the resident of Badli , Rohini Sector 15,16,17,18 & 19, . Recently, a lot of accidents have also started occurring on this road. This road needs to be re-constructed as soon as possible.

Sir, A flyover near pankharoad-dabri is being built by m/s Dinesh chandra Agarwal. It is almost 3 years since this is being made and crossing here is blocked. This time period is a huge for such a small project and it has been troubling people for too long. Even now they have blocked the foot crossing of people forcing them to go too distance for this and through very dangerous way. Can MCD tell why they are allowing this so slow contractor is being allowed to trouble people like this? If this contractor is not completing jobs in time how he has been awarded latest contract for road building near Manglapuri terminus? RTI need to be filed to seek info on flyover project and its time period and about latest contract.

Dear Sir,

We are the residents of Pitam Pura Vaishakha Enclave Delhi residing in UU block opposite AP block near City Park Hotel. The road in front of our house is really in a bad shape, there was some work happening before of digging the road by Delhi Jal Board which is now over. For that also I had put a complaint in Public Grievance Cell, as per that the work which DJB was working on got finished after mentioned period of time due to which the condition of all the residents living there became hell with dust flowing all the time and residents are eating and sleeping dust all the time due to which we are facing health hazards.

Now we received a letter from DJB that there work is being finished and the road restoration work will be done by MCD Delhi, but no action is being taken as yet by any authorities regarding the road. As now the road has been open and traffic is flowing day and night due to which the dust and sand on the damaged road enters in our houses and in our bodies. The old ones and children are going through a real problem.

The life is becoming hell day by day and we are suffering like this for last two years. Kindly look in to the matter as this is really serious.
Hope the problems get solved. Kindly let us know how take further action.

Complaint was registered on MCD & Delhi Govt website but bounced. Please take necessary action to help a social cause.

Dear Sir,

I am not sure whether this email will reach but if it does, then I
will request you to take necessary action against the guilty persons.
An unauthorised multistorey building is coming up on a triangular
park/government land opposite Vanasthali School (this itself is
unauthorised) at Madhuvihar Mkt and adjacent to Maurya CGHS at IP
Extension Patparganj. Whoever is constructing is very smart as no
worker can be seen working yet the building is nearing completion. I
am sure the local MCD inspector responsible for this area must be
aware and in collusion with the people.

As a responsible citizen may I request you to do the needful please.

Dear Sir,
There are manySTRAY DOGS seen loitering around , can be heard barking at passersby,many a times bites at strangers/ guests ete. Do the authorities feel it approprate , then let it remain as it is.
BG5/BG5A Paschim vihar is already a den of anti-social elements, not liveable for a common man with his family.
I'M sure if authorities interupt and take action against corrupt officials and local goons who bring in stray dogs , the problem can be ressolved.

Illegal extension of Temple
Hi,

I am a resident of Vikas Puri, Block FG/1, DDA LIG flats and have been trying to get hold of someone in local MCD department to lodge a complaint against illegal extension made by the priest in our area. This is a DDA ground on which the temple was constructed as FG/1 was once a lonely area and had no connection with nearby spots.

This Shani mandir is not a very old temple and its boundaries has been extended way beyond covering the DDA park. The local residents randomly face problems with the people visiting this temple with threats and abuses due to traffic jams and car parkings.
The local Pandit has also recently picked up habit of organizing special early morning tantric pujas and open pandal pujas for collecting money.

I request someone to look into this matters and help to forward the complaint to the concerned department.

Sewer line blocked outside my house

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house & in entire locality is overflowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY BROUGHT TO YOUR GENERAL NOTICE OF THE BAD ROAD CONDITION AND SEVERE TRAFFIC JAMS ON THE ROHTAK ROAD, IN THE ANAND PARVAT INDUSTRIAL AREA.. THE PROBLEM STARTS FROM DOWN THE ZAKHIRA FLYOVER TO THE ANAD PARVAT RED LIGHT AND ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE FROM LIBERTY CINEMA TO ZAKHIRA FLYOVER. TRUCKS AND VEHICLES ARE PARKED ON THE MAIN ROAD UNAUTHORIZEDLY CAUSING SEVERE TRAFFIC JAMS. iT TAKES NEARLY 30-40 MINUTES TO CLEARLY CROSS THE STRETCH AND IT IS GOING BAD TO WORSE DAILY. i WAS STUCK FOR 1 HOUR IN THIS SEGMENT ON 3RD FEBRUARY WHEN IT RAINED, tHE WHOLE STRETCH IS FULL OF POTHOLES AND ADDED TO THIS IS HEAVY INDUSTRIAL VEHICULAR MOVEMENT.

IS THERE NO ONE WHO WOULD LISTEN AND GET THISROAD REPAIRED AND RESTORE PROPER TRAFFIC MOVEMENT BY REMOVING PARKED VEHICLES FROM THE ROAD?

ADDED TO THIS IS THE FACT THAT BAD WAY OF PARKING OF COMMERCIAL TEMPOSAND TRUCKS ON THE ROAD, IT TAKES NEARLY 30 MINUTES TO 50 MINUTES TO CROSS THAT STRETCH. I GO TO OFFICE DAILY ON THAT ROAD AND WASTE 1 HOUR IN THE MORNING AND EVENING EACH.

WILL SOMEONE SEE TO THE REPAIR OF THE ROAD AND ALSO THE BANNING OF PARING OF VEHICLES ON THE ROAD?

i want to say that, after the installation of sewerage line, since three - four months are been but nobody from MCD came back for the proper removal of waste material, that is spread on the road as it is. and even they the have not repaired the broken road.. and people with car are also not able to move there car out of the streets....and that also have recreated a huge dirtiness on street road... i also had talk with the contract 3 -4 times but he is denying me and making fool o[censored]s... so plz i am requesting to you to do something. plz plz... we are facing a huge trouble in moving our vehicles out of the street. or otherwise suggest me .. that what to do regarding this problem...

A meat shop owner throws beef pieces in the street (House no.206, hauz rani) to stray dogs which creates pungent smell, unhygienic conditions and a dirty lane. Even the number of stray dogs are increasing day by day. The rotten pieces of beef left by the dogs are taken in the house by the rats which is highly objectionable. No meat shop owner can throw the beef pieces in the street. I have complained many times to MCD but of no use, status shows that the complaint has reached to the Municipal Commissioner, but instead of taking action, complaint is closed.PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE OTHER CHANNEL FROM WHERE MY GRIEVANCES CAN BE LOOKED INTO OR REMOVED.

is this the real structure of india in the period of elections as our own councillor do not want to c the problem as our councillor resides just infront of our house.

To, The Municipal Commissioner of Delhi, Sir, slowly and slowly an illegal DHABA is coming up opposite House No. 47/19, Old
rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060, just near the Rajindra Place Metro Station. Sir, the staff of local unit of MCD and Delhi Police officials can be seen enjoying the food , may be free or on discount, thus patronsing the Dhabha. The dhabha owner is also using DOMESTIC LPG GAS cylinder that is also illegal. The gas cylinder can prove to a fatal in case of burst or any other acident. The dhaba is also set up on the road thus occuping, illegallly, a road that is meant for motor vehicles. There is a traffice jam beca
use of the dhaba. You are requested to take action accordingly and ordr removal of the dhabha with immediate effect. THANKS

I lodged 17 complains(to MCD,POLICE a copy of which is attached dated 19 jan 2011) against a builder Mr. Anil Mehta who is constructing a dangerous 5 storey building in unauthorized colony (Area is about 203 yard) and location is plot no 25,near Sunday market, sector -3, Sainik enclave, Mohan garden,New Delhi 59. But till today not a single action has been taken to stop the work. The work is still going on and the construction is about to complete. The weak building structure can be shaken even by the light tremors of earthquakes causing deaths of hundreds of people. As per delhi govt before any construction in unathorize area He/She has to taken a permission of MCD Delhi, and need to pass a property construction map, but he is a builder and I think no rules for him. MCD & Polish come here but instead of stopping this unauthorized construction, they bargain for the money they gen get to ignore the reality. He has spread his cash in all Departments like MCD, POLICE (Beat constable had taken Rs.25000.per storey) etc. And local people cannot fight with him because he is a strong person. Local authority police and some local areas officers additionally included on it. You are requested to please take a necessary action and demolish the unauthorized/illegal construction without any further delay.

there are so many mad street dogs in this locality. The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people and sometime these dog bitted some person .There are so many (approx 30-35) mads dogs moving on the street and have bitten me and many other peoples.

these dogs barking in night which creat problem to us. these dogs also creats unhygenic condition on street. you are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad Local authorities such as NDMC and MCD along with the "Dog Catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.
