Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of MCD Flat, Jahangirpur area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable. The Owner of Flat No 147, Near Mukundpur City, jahangirpuri, New Delhi – 110030, is presently doing unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally completed that construction work of adding 3rd floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He has inturn started the construction of covered the road thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbors as the road is very narrow.
We had requested the local administrative body including the office of Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Jahangirpuri Zone (copy enclosed), to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

He has already illegally completed that construction work of adding 4th floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He is also running a factory from the aforesaid address which is not allowed as per the norms as this is a residential area. He has installed heavy machinery inside his residence which causes lot of air and noise pollution. We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators.

A lady whose name is Bhagwan Devi, a resident of House No. 164/165 in our street, is constructing her house for which she has illegally blocked both the street of her two sided plot. We requested her not to block half of the street but she refused us and is also abusing us. She is extending her house’s area in an illegal manner.
This is our second complaint against her, we had complaint once earlier also. The J.E. came to our area, but did not met us, he met the lady and went away.
The illegal construction is going at a greater pace and one floor has been completed and the next one is going to be completed soon.
Two complaints have already been given in written against her.
So, we request you to please take appropriate action against that woman and stop her illegal encroachment immediately and break down the entire illegal construction which has been done. We will be grateful to you.

From the aforesaid it is clear that Mr.A.K.Chopra r/o WZ 1304, Rani Bagh, Delhi – 110034 is in a habit of violating the local bye laws and is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
