sir a perrson near my home opened a dairy due to that lot of water stand surrounding my home ( cow dung and over flow of drain ) so i m kindly reuesting you to pls take immidiate and neccesary action against him, i will be really apolozise to you and its a really a memorable action by you to prevent dengue .

Dear Sir,

As a responsible citizen of India would like to inform you that a person Ajit Kumar resident of G-3/40 has connected his toilets with Barsati pipe in his house resulting in choking of sewer water. The water is collected on the road daily and resulting in he growth of mosquitoes. This will inturn affect the people of the locality and we fear Degue to spread. We have complained Ajit kumar about it and he is not listening to our plea. Instead threaten everybody.

You are hereby requested to kindly take strict action against this failing which I will be bound to highlight the issues with various departments and higher authorities.

As a responsible citizen of India would like to inform you that a person Ajit Kumar resident of G-3/40 is running commercial activities in his first and second floor. He has opened shops inside his house and have around 10 workers working on the first floor. MCD officicals came during sealing and have loged a complaint. He stopped at that time but has again started doing it. As per government law any person doing commercial activities in residential area is an offence.

You are hereby requested to kindly take strict action against this failing which I will be bound to highlight the issues with various departments and higher authorities.

I would like to inform you that Mr.Chadurvedi who is the Landlord of the house No M-133, G S Apartment, Sector -13, Rohini, has rented the house to someone. His Water Taker at the roof is started leakage about fifteen days back and its become heaver. Everyday the water flowing very badly and the total watertank badly affected and also water is collected at the barsath. Due to heavy flow of water for almost one hour in mornng and evening the water seepage into our building at M-135 and downstair building at M-132. Lot of mosquitoes are spread at the top and we unable even to go our barsath. We fear of resuling in dengue. We made lot of complait to to the Landlord through the Tenant but he is not hearing to anyone request. He is taking goood rent for hte premised but not willing to do any kind of action in this regard. He is a professor in Delhi Univerysity but showing any kind of responsibility of a responsible citizen.

You are requeted to take strict action against the person immediately.

A house is under construction at C 227 / 1 ( House of Late Shri Amar Nath ), Hari Nagar, Clock Tower, near Gita Bhawan Mandir. Builder have blocked all water drainages and water is stagnated on road in front of other house. A lot of mosquitos can be seen. Inspit of repeated requests no action is taken.
In nabourhood a lady got Dengu and admitted to hospital. Two more are suspected with Dengu as they have all symptoms of Dengu.
We have complaint to Area AE Mr. Garg but no action.

Hi, I am Rahul. About 10 days back, two manholes in front of my house(Asiad Village) was cleaned. The filth was left besides the manhole and has been stagnating since then, thereby threatening the possibility of Dengue. I have inquired, alerted my RWA and MCD also, but of no avail.

In front of my house there is a empty plot (No. B-30, owned by Mr. Om Prakash resident of Jain Park M-[protected]), which is being used for throwing garbage by the whole area and resulting in a big pile of garbage in front of my house
and the whole area around the plot stinks and even water logging is a concern and due to this there is constent threat of dengu in the area, already 3 members of my family is sufferng form dengu. We even talked to owner reagrding the problem but he is not corporating to resolve the problem, and when we tried to stop the people of area from throwing the garbage they stopped doing so in the day time and started the same in the night.

You are hereby requested to kindly take strict action him and reomve garbage dumb as sson as possible.

Hello Sir,

I would like to inform you, As I complaint before regarding the Dengue Mosquito. As my child got affected with Dengue last week. One of our neighbor (A-2/491-492 SECTOR-8 ROHINI DELHI-85) putting water for birds & animal and also not ready to remove the 8 to 10 plant pots, these are not plants it’s like scrubs & big grasses plants touching the top of our gate. If you see the land having green algae due to water. They are pouring water daily into it, which act like suitable habitats for mosquitoes. We have requested to them to remove or reduce the pots, but not ready to remove the pots. They are very adamant to have pots there only. Kindly do the needful, we have more kids in our neighbors. Pls do something to save them.

We are located in the NCERT/NUEPA Campus and found that garbage/malwa is lying here and there in the entire campus. It is the responsibility of the CPWD and its Contractors that Malwa is removed immediately after the work is over but they do not care which can ve verified by paying a visit to NUEPA. By an inspection of NUEPA and its surrounding you will come to know that it has become a breeding ground for misquotes to grow and please be reminded that it is monsoon season. Please take up the matter with the CPWD.

This is to draw your kind attention towards a grave problem faced by the residents of our locality ie QU Block Pitampura New Delhi 110088.As the no of cases of DENGUE FEVER are rising at an alarming rate especially in our locality and no serious steps have been taken yet. Infact no medicines or sprays to counter mosquitoe menace have been taken and every two out of ten people are suffering from dengue. In view of common interest your immediate intervene is required & also request to instruct to the concern flat owners, the details are as follows to get the entire basement cleaned without any delay to prevent from mosquitos bite & various diseases also as Dengue/Malaria, flue, Viral fever etc.

It is also pertinent to state that he is running the factory on residential electricity connection and does not have a commercial electricity connection.

We had requested the local administrative body including the office of Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Rohini Zone (copy enclosed), to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

SUBJECT:- Complain against illegal encroachment in the street.

With due respect we want to state that we are the resident of TA-167/3 - TA- 153/3 - etc. Tughlakabad Extn. New Delhi. A lady whose name is Bhagwan Devi, a resident of House No. 164/165 in our street, is constructing her house for which she has illegally blocked both the street of her two sided plot. We requested her not to block half of the street but she refused us and is also abusing us. She is extending her house’s area in an illegal manner.

This is our second complaint against her, we had complaint once earlier also. The J.E. came to our area, but did not met us, he met the lady and went away.

The illegal construction is going at a greater pace and one floor has been completed and the next one is going to be completed soon.

Two complaints have already been given in written against her.

So, we request you to please take appropriate action against that woman and stop her illegal encroachment immediately and break down the entire illegal construction which has been done. We will be grateful to you.

I want to tell you some work conditions of street constructions. Here is the construction work is going on properly but not in a right way. Because our street half part has been made only. And half part is left from last 2 months. Here is nothing construction work is
going on .Because here is a some problem of water exiting. So some street people want to
water exiting should be go this side and some people want to this side.
But after all we discussed between each other and decided that water exiting should be exit upon a water exiting system. But now main problem. The contractors are not ready to discipline work and he wants to him self work. And he has given a solution to us. He wants make a 2 crossing NAALIS in to the middle street. So we think it’s an out of the rule and looking bad.
Now water is not exiting out side and spreading in to the street. And that is cause of the
Disease Malarias and dengues.Which is unexpected. That’s why construction work is stopped.

Stairs roof is being covered illegely beyond the limit between flat no. C-8/133B & C-8 /134B at Lawrence road, Delhi-35

The same problem is in B Block Preet Vihar. Here people have constructed ramps of full front size of plot extended to 5-6 feets on roads thereby narrowing down the road. We are already struggling with parking problem hence such encroachments on roads makes the position more miserable. No action is taken by MCD despite complaints.

We have an office on the first floor in the shopping Centre at Neeti Bagh. The shop below has encroched on the roof and our balcony so as to block sunlight and ventilation. We cannot run our AC since due to the enclosure and heat it trips. It spite of repeated request he refuses to remove the illegal enclosure.

MK Sharma or Mr Rakesh have to booked to the samaj sadan land for marriage purpose next two months and advance amount already collect from the parties @ Rs. 50, 000/- each marriages. All the budget misused and perosnel use by Mr Nagarajan in home town and presently purchase a scarpioo vehicle. Last two year ago, when he is not a conscellor and he was avail only scootor and after join the MCD conscellorship he is million maker. therefore, requested that you may constitute a vigilance enquiry aganist such personnel involved and mis use the delhi govt. land for perosnnel bebefit.

illegal construction has been started on the big a house in a road in B-58, tagore garden Extn, new delhi-110027, plot is of 80 Yard. it is a leasehold plot, of which 2 parts are sold off, on 2nd portion of 100sqyd the construction of house has been compled, it is lease hold so no official map is there also it is part, and building is old it has no pillars so there is risk of building getting damaged. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws

Due to encroachment of shopkeepers and some residents (B-112, D-49 to D-15 and lots) and beyond this they are parking their vehicles board covered two third of the road, so our office going people and school children are suffering to come out of this colony. So, we request you to please take appropriate action against these encroachments immediately and break down the entire illegal encroachments which have been done. We will be grateful to you.

I'm facing a lot of suffering, due to an illegal construction at the ground floor of DDA housing My house no is 25-B, Pocket A, Siddhartha Extention, ND 110014 near bala sahib gurudwara. Because of this unauthorized construction, we at the 1st floor face many security as well as sanitation problems. This area is a perfect location for the breeding of mosquitoes and this leading to the spread of various diseases. After complaining to DDA sum years ago nothing has been done, no action has been taken so far in order to either demolish or even look into this matter. Also many valuables have been stolen from our house due to the easy access for robbers, from this illegal construction. The senior citizen who had constructed this illegal room threatens us with dire consequences, if we report this matter to anyone. Please someone do look into this matter!!!

In the same locality, flat no-52A, Pocket-A, SFS Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, some unauthorized construction works in process. They are clubbing the outside area of the flat into the flat, which is not legal.


The outside areas of any flat were considered as Govt. Land and no one is authorized to construct it. In this un-authorized construction work, some Govt. Due to this construction work, every resident of this locality facing inconvenient.


Here, I am requesting you, kindly take necessary and strict action against the flat owner and the Govt. Employees/ workers, who are involve in this. Please take strict action to the culprit.

MCD — No Cleaniless

I live in South Delhi in Kalkaji, where i have seen the MCD safai karamcharis not working at all, i dont know why we Tax payers pay taxes where these guys sit and smoke Bidis,

I live in a small locality in Kalkaji, known as Rampuri, where in the inner lanes of houses, you can find all breeds of mosquitoes who breed and spend lavish lives.

one can go and see behind house number: 42, in Rampuri, kalkaji, New Delhi-110019

You can see new extinct breeds of Mosquitoes, flies and smell which can be new to the nose which can burn your nostrills.

I would request any one in the MCD cleaning department to take some actions, so that new breeds cant lavish or else make it a zoo for extinct mosquito species, so that we can become world famous.

municipal corporation delhi — sewer problem

We are resident of F-block JJ colony Wazir Pur (from F-29to F-58), suffering the blockage of sewage since one month. Street is full with dirty stay water. We have complained many time to local authority (under Mr. Rajkumar, office-Bharat nagar).After many time complaining, going in multitude they send their cleaner for formality. As they just open the gutter for flow of stay water in the street .But again next day situation is same as previous. There is a need to solve this problem permanently. it shows non working condition of cleaners. Hope for soon action.

It is requested that we live in Rz 42a, block-a, dharampura colony najafgarh new delhi-43. A group of peoples stop the drain system by filling mulba and other dust material and than covered that area by constructed road above the drain. Due to this the waste water from our house did not flow in the drain and will spread all over the road. By which a heavy smell is produced and not easy to stay there for long. This waste water invites many disease such as viral, dengue etc.
So you may please be requested to take some necessary action in favour of our society.

Hi Sir/Madam,
My name is Rajeev Kumar Dubey. I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which in M-Block, Laxmi Nagar, areas people facing in these days. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses specially at night. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker lose their consideration from the road which become a cause of serious causalities. These dogs have bitten many people including my servant.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.
So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dogs catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon. I want to draw your kind attention that some time ago catcher team came to in my locality and caught 2 r 3 dogs, but it was surprised for us that catcher team released such dogs after giving them injection. I think that is not a proper solution.

It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in these home and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.
Residents Complaint and Call to area Counciller, so many times, his office bearer told us that your complaint has been given to department, who is responsible for cleanleness of sewer but no body has come for cleanliness of sever.
I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard.

PWD AND MCD OF DELHI — BAD ROADS

I would like to draw your attention towards the road conditions in my area.
All the road at and near TU block Pitampura are in pathetic condition.
Driving there is like a roller coaster ride. They are not actually roads but just the sand piled up to fill a cavity i.e. even bad as village roads. During rainy season these piles of sand becomes slippery mud.
