This is bring your kind attention towards our area (H Block Gali No 16 area near M.R. Jain Public School Sangam Vihar New Delhi 110062), there are number of Dogs creating lots of problem, whole night barking, biting people, unhealthy environment.
People cant even leave their homes, they are more than 20 dogs within the area of 400 yards.

We request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.

Dear Sir,

I normally park my car at DMRC parking as I take metro to reach my office but at times if I doesnt get space then I park it in MCD parking which is adjusent to it. The attendent there is always drunk, often misbehaves and turns abusive. Today he asked 50/- to park my car. When I refuesd to give the money he started using abusive language and was trying to get physical.

I am not sure wether any action will be taken on this request or if its just a waste of time. I request someone responsible person in MCD to take action against this guy as he is not even Dangerous but may also cause physical harm to the public.
I will appreciate if the action taken is intimated to me as well.

Sir,

I made a number of complaints to the Commissioner/MCD, VC/DDA and SHO/PS Janak Puri seeking to take appropriate action to demolish the unauthorized construction raised at the terrace of my Flat No.C-4C/254, Pkt 14, Blk-C-4C, Pankha Road Residential Scheme, Janak Puri, New Delhi. On my complaint dated 24.7.10 made to SHO, PS Janak Puri, the local police also sent an intimation to the DC, MCD, West Zone, Rajauri Garden, New Delhi filling a prescribed form together with photograph for the illegal construction for demolishing the same. The O/o the V.C., DDA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi also transferred my complaint dated 24.7.10 to the DC, MCD, West Zone, Rajauri Garden, New Delhi stating that the area has since been de-notified, hence necessary action on the complaint is to be carried out by MCD, West Zone.

On my personal enquiry from the office of the Supdtdg Engineer-II, MCD, West Zone, I was informed that since the property whereon demolition has been sought is a DDA Flat, hence demolition of illegal construction made on the terrace of the property is the responsibility of the DDA itself and MCD has nothing to deal in this matter.

I am deeply anguished that both DDA and MCD, West Zone are evading to demolish the illegal construction at the terrace of my flat and passing the bucks upon each other, with some malafide intention.

I have strong apprehension that DDA and MCD are deliberately not taking any action on my complaints in collusion with the unauthorized person enjoying the illegal structure at the terrace of my flat.

The encroachment is increasing day by day in our area(Near DDA flat phase - 2). 5 floor building has been raised. People are covering the road area so it is making difficult for us to take our vehicles from there. There is a sewer line from the middle of the road. but now people are making their homes on the half of the covered area of the common road. No place is left for the car parking. Even when the wall of parks were created people pressurize the workers to shorten the park. And park is now became a car parking area for which one villager is taking the parking cost( police man). No other option is left to park vehicles in park and give the parking cost. No body tried to raise their voice because villages threatened us. Pls sir take necessary action as soon as possible as a new building is at intial stage.

Dear sir The condition of Road is very very poor; it is very difficult to cross this road on foot. We are facing this problem from itself there, many people of our area visited to him for this problem, but he is not looking into this matter.

And, the condition of Road has become very congested due to poor condition of road in various places in between like Chandrapur To Ballarshah

I would like to bring to your kind attention that in our locality street dogs have grown extremely ferocious these days. They bark on anybody and have even bitten few people in the society. We are facing a fear for ourself and our children.

They keep-on barking through out night which disturb peaceful environment on nights.

Hence on behalf of all the people living in our locality, I request MCD to kindly send Dog catching squad and help the society.

I would like to inform that Shri Raj Kumar is running illegal and unauthorized restaurant in Shop No. 1, MCD shops, Sudama Market, Near FUN cinema, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015. He has encroached upon the pavement, putting gas cylender on the footpath and cooking food stuff on the road especially after 5.30 P.M. every day. He is creating chaos on the public place and it has become difficult for the residents in the area to live their normal life. He has also sub-letted the public pavement to the cooker mechanic as well as to the tea sellter and is distorting money from them in the form of the rent. The illegal and unauthorized activity of the owner of "Chache da Dhaba" being run by Mr. Raj Kumar is causing problem for the residents in the area. In the past his complaints were lodged in the zonal office on 13.11.2010 and 16.11.2010 (Registered at serial No. 1504 and 4772 respectively) but no action in the matter has been taken so far.

I am resident of House No. B-40, First Floor, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015. Dr. Monika Thapar is running Medical Centre Hospital in my adjoining premises. The Medical Centre has encroached the road by putting flower pots, Board and hoardings of the Hospital, creating reception on the public footpath, keeping coolers and vehicles at the public place in front of my house as well as on the entire road creating chaos and discomfort to the residents. He has also done the unauthorized construction on the fourth floor (exceeding the permissible hight of 15 meters). The situtation is further deteriorated when the patients visiting the hospital park their vehicles on the road. It becomes very difficult to walk on the road in such a chaotic situation. I, therefore, request the authorities concerned in the MCD to take immediate action to remove the encroachement to save the residents from the discomfort being caused by the Medical Cenre.

Subject: Regarding unauthorized construction at House No. 2361 Hudson Line, Kingsway Camp, Delhi.

Madam,

I, very respectfully, want to bring it to your kind notice that Sh. Om Prakash Chopra R/o of Ist and IInd Floors of the House No. 2361 Hudson Line, Kingsway Camp, Delhi, is constructing additional stairs at the Ist and IInd Floors and rooms on the roof-top unauthorizedly. Please refer to my previous complaint in this regard submitted to you on 25.10.2010. He has since then constructed stairs and rooms on the roof of the IInd Floor of the house. I own and reside in the Ground Floor of the same premises. The unauthorized construction has already led to cracks in the walls and causing damage to the house as the entire building is old one. It is posing danger to lives of my family members which includes myself, my wife and our daughter who is a minor. We are afraid that the building may collapse anytime, injuring and killing us.

Additionally, Sh. Om Prakash Chopra has stored a huge number of bricks and other construction material on the rooftop of the house to carry on the illegal construction of a complete set of rooms on the roof of the IInd floor of the house.

Please refer to my previous complaint in this regard submitted to you on 25.10.2010. I had met you also on 26 October in this regard and was assured to stop the unauthorized construction.

It is therefore requested that the unauthorized construction made by Sh. Om Prakash Chopra may please be demolished and the illegally stored material on the rooftop may please be removed.

I am living in DG2 Block,Vikas Puri New Delhi from the past 10 years.The problem we are facing is of stray dogs roaming in and around the society.It has become really difficlut to even enter our own houses. Lately, these dogs have bitten many people and it seems like these dogs are taking over the whole society.

Please help Authorities.!

I am a resident of DDA multi storied flats, Sector 19B, Dwarka
For nearly 2 months the sewer line in front of our Apartments has been overflowing and water and filth is getting accumulated there. To make the matters worse the residents of nearby colonies (Amberhai Village) have been dumping garbage from their homes into this water resulting in a stench and posing a serious threat (a perfect breeding place for mosquitos and water borne diseases) to the health of people living in our apartments.

MCD has always neglected arears in and around sector19 and you will never see a garbage collection (either a truck or dhalaos/trolley/steel bins) in that area.Just 2 weeks back MCD has put 2 trolleys in order to full-fill a formality. Although I am writing a complaint though you to MCD,after having failed to find any way to register complaint on MCD official website but I'm not sure if anything would be done to reslove this grave matter

I am residing at H.No. A-7, Street No. 2, Shiv Ram Park, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. The Nangloi-Najafgarh Road from Nangloi to Najafgarh has completely damaged and is having very deep pits in It.This road is having very heavy load of traffic and driving on the road has become very dangerous. The light vehicles are very difficult to be drived on the road. There is a need to re-carpet it immediately to avoid fatal accident on this road. I have taken up this matter with PWD department of Delhi Government but the department has replied that the road is to be repaired and recarpted by MCD.

i have to travel every day from janakpuri to inderlok metro station. and for last 4 months i have seen that the road stretch from motinagar metro station till inderlok metro station is in deplorable condition for all tese months i have been hoping that aftersome weekend may bee mcd will wake up after collecting so much tax and may repair that road but to my dismay this hasnt happened till now. i dont when will they wake up.if this is the condition of roads in delhi what can you expect from rural area or some other city

I am a resident of BB/47A, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058. The Sewer in front of my Window is blocked for more than a year, inspite of , as was made to known by my RWA, repeated complaints to MCD. Water in and around the Sewer remaned stagnant all the time, causing great health hazard to my family. Condition/ maintainance of other sewers in my block is also far from satisfactory.Very often the water of blocked sewers use to overflow in my drains and flush as I am residing on the ground floor. I fear, such a state of sanitary condtions in the Block my result into outbreak of any deases, like Dengu.
Urgent remidial action is required by concerned dept. of MCD

Sir, kindly save the life of the neighbour of the four storeys building situated at Mahavor Enclave Gali No. 3 ( South West Police District) under Dabri Police Station New Delhi.The Building is leaning(bent) on right side if its structure and is very dangerous to the neighbours and their life and property.

Please take up the matter with MCD authorities and put a restriction of the builders and their loby in Mahavir Enclave...

The owner of Flat No. 468, Pocket-F, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076 is presently carrying out illegal construction in a massive way in their flat thus causing obstruction to natural light and free flow of air to my flat. Apart from this it has spoiled the outlook of the block.

This illegal construction that has objection from the neighbourhood should be demolished immediately by MCD.

With this complaint an immediate action is required to stop further illegal construction but also to demolish illegal construction carried out so far.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that an illegal Diary is being continued at C-51, Sudershan Park, Moti Nagar Area, New Delhi-110015 with over thirty buffalos creating nuisance to the residents and also breeding mosquitoes to the detriment of the health of the people. As the people of the locality are concerned they have been informed that the owner of Diary has already been allotted alternate plot at Nangli Diary Area (Najafgarh) still they are continuing with Diary illegally unmindful of trouble and danger to the life of residents.

The Health authorities of MCD and other concerned Inspectors are having closed their eyes because the owner of the Diary is politically connected with the ruling group of MCD. The owner is threatening those who object to this running of the said Diary.

It is therefore requested that immediate steps be taken to remove the said Diary from the area in public Interest.
