[Resolved] Nissan Sunny Car — nissan sunny with nissan micra accessories | |||
As I bought a Nissan SUNNY car through a GSA of HDFC Bank on 11th oct 2011 (Tuesday) and the Bank’s GSA Delivered this car at my home when I was not present. The Bank GSA came to my office and got all the papers signed by me. When I reached home and saw the SUNNY Car it was fitted with Nissan MICRA accessories as the MUDFLAPS and FOOTMATS etc. when tried to contact the Dealer m/s. MALWA CAR ZONE(KARNAL) the phone no.of MALWA CAR ZONE was given on Nissan website was FAKE and when tried to contact NISSAN Company the EMAIL ADDRESS of the Nissan India company was not working. and you do not even find any contact no. for the NISSAN company even worldwide websites. Anyhow when contacted the dealer m/s. MALWA MOTORS KARNAL, they say the company is giving the cars like this only. Is it true that the Company could not complete the car and selling it in a hurry?And when called company’s customers care [protected] on 12th oct 2011( a call centre ) they promised to check the problem and promised to rectify the same in 72 hrs.and given me the complaint no. HA/2011101/3427 but found no response till 5th nov. 2011.. As i have slao wrote them on FACEBOOK wall (as Nissan India iis using a FACE BOOK as their official website) but found the response that i shoild compalint on customer care tel. no.[protected] , I always call them after every 72 hrs and get the promise to the needdful after 72 hrs. as they regularly say. If the DEALER m/s. MALWA MOTORS KARNAL is a cheater or the NISSAN COMPANY? As i have lost all the charm for this new car and feel that my Rs. 8.10 lacs are wasted , how can it be a gaurantee of warranty when i will go to service for the same. i had purchase nissan micra diesel from sky nissan Delhi dealership on 31 march 2011 and since then i have been facing problem in starting the car after taking it repeatedly to the workshop the error has not been rectified and now the stage has come the the car is in the workshop from past 10 days and the dealership are not ready to give satisfactory answer you are requested to plz do some thing to help me

Except Tata and Maruthi, all other MNC car makers are playing games with the indian customers. Nissan would never dare to do such things in US, Canada or Japan. Becoz, the the govt and consumer laws there are very strict and sincere. It is a shame on Nissan which belongs to a great country like Japan to behave in such a mean fashion. All MNCs like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Renault, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley. Lamborghini, etc just feel that indian customer is a bakara. They feel they can play all types of looting games with indian customers
