Sir,

Re:- Replacement of nokia 3110 set Colour black Batch no. [protected].

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. the display is blank automatically. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.I went to nokia care center last 22 august .due to that day I have been went to nokia care but they did not provide set to me.once time they provide duplicate body of nokia 3110 black.Its keypad is duplicate all are structure is broken .So i reject the set.But they still provide that set to me this is not fair
After that in 24 September 2008 i go back to nokia care they tel me ur hand set is replaced with new.But now after 40 days goes but my handset is not provide me.I was went to jalandhar(punjab) nokia care center.They tel me will go back on 4
October .my job sheet no is[protected]/080924/68 date:24/09/08 time:16:15

Re:- Replacement of Display Card of black colour Model No 3110

I shocked to bring to your Knowledge that I have recently purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problem. The display card are checked by two service centre one center told me that it is not physical damage & other one told me that it is physical damage reason was told me that liquid is out from display card I told them to pls send my display card to service center how you can decide it is a physical damage or not but they pressurized me we will not send this service center.& they have charged Rs 750/- to replace the display card with only one month warranty. I told them to hand over my display card which has been replaced by you, but they have changed by display card & handover me a broken one. When I asked them to give my display card then they told me it is the same. I am aware that this center is making money by giving false statmt to customers. Request you to pls take necessary action against them.

3110 — over heating of the set.

RESPECTED SIR. GOOD EVENING TO U SIR.
VERY SAD TO NOTE THAT AS BEING THE CUSTOMER FOR NOKA SINCE FROM TEN YEARS, THIS TIME I PURCHASED THE 3110 SET, IN TUMKUR KARNATAKA, SLANS COMMUNICATION SIR. HAVING THE VIDE SERIAL NO.[protected]. LAST MONTH I HAD PURCHASED THE SET OF OF ORANGE COLOR SIR. FROM THE DAYONE I OBSERVED THAT IF I TALK FOR 5 MINUTES THE EAR PIECE GET OVER HEATED SIR. NOT POSSIBLE TO TALK ANY MORE, TILL THE SET GET COOLED SIR. IMMEDIATELY CONTACT UR NPD. SLANS COMMNICATION SIR. THEY TOLD THAT TO GIVE THE COMPLAINT TO NOKIA CARE.
AS SET IS A NEW ONE I AM NOT INTERESTED TO GIVE IT TO THE CARE SIR. I WANT THE SET TO BE REPLACED SIR, KINDLY I REQUEST THE CONCERNED PEOPLE TO RESPOND TO MY MAIL AS FAST AND HELP TO GET EXCAHANGED FOR THE NEW ONE, RATHER REPAIRING IT SIR.
EAGERLY WAITING FOR UR REPLY SIR.
TOTALLY WE ARE USING THE 12 NOKIA SETS, THIS IS THE FIRST COMPLAINT I HAVE NOTICED THE MANUFACTURING MISTAKE SIR.
