[Resolved]  Nokia 3500c — nokia care at madurai service is very worst

Dear sir,
my name is akbar my nokia 3500c is headset problem warranty period not finish i am going to nokia care 20.02.2010 at madurai simmakkal branch one person not response talk very hardly i very mentaly accept this person is very ugly face and hard words please forward to complaint to nokia department this men tell u r going to civil service centre ur handset, my warranty period not finish but this men all customers very hard to face the problem not solve any customers only talk hard words and ugly face this is one men problem totally affected nokia product so suddenly action this men. DATE 20.02.2010 TIME 3.30P.M BRANCH INDIA-TAMILNADU-MADURAI-SIMMAKKAL NOKIA CARE

nokia 3500c — bad service from nokia care

my mobile was not supporting enhancement. i went to nokia care, chinchwad, pune and i told about the problem. they said that the problem is in the handset not in the enhancement and make me to visit office 3 to 4 times. and at last without solving the peroblem they simply replied there was a problem in enhancement only and not in the mobile. it totally waste my time and energy. so plz make enquire about that and ask your agent to give me the solution.

nokia 3500c — Bad service

Last week ago i went nokia care i ask him to flash my phone because battery doesn't giving packup i have warrnty he ask me to pay money for next time onwards
Plz help me
nothing enhancment, , without charger only. Help me, , nothing to use headset. And, my 3500c can't use applications (java or others) to internet, but can web.
Help me, , I have nokia v 06.60..
