I purchased 3110c, just 7 months back, and the software goes junk, twice, inspite of the service undertaken by authorised service centre, only to loose all the contacts.- not once but twice.
asked for a replacement of hand set, as there is no satisfaction, neither from my side, nor from the customer service centre.
But was asked to complaint to the given toll no. They rejected to take my request neither, agreed to take the issue to the higher authorities.
Lastly was told that i wil get call in 24 hours, and now its more than 4 days, to receive any call.
Wat do i do> should i throw away the set? or should i place it in the main road, with a huge banner saying that the service is poor and this is the only good place for the handset?

i have purchased new set of nokia 1650 few days back.after some time, i changed my sim from idea to aircel and used it for some time. when i changed again from aircel to docomo and one day i went outside there is no charging in my cell.i switch of it . later i switched it on it shows enter security code. i had not given any codes. this is my problem. so i request you please give me the solution for this and help me.
