I purchased 3110c, just 7 months back, and the software goes junk, twice, inspite of the service undertaken by authorised service centre, only to loose all the contacts.- not once but twice.
asked for a replacement of hand set, as there is no satisfaction, neither from my side, nor from the customer service centre.
But was asked to complaint to the given toll no. They rejected to take my request neither, agreed to take the issue to the higher authorities.
Lastly was told that i wil get call in 24 hours, and now its more than 4 days, to receive any call.
Wat do i do> should i throw away the set? or should i place it in the main road, with a huge banner saying that the service is poor and this is the only good place for the handset?

I had purchased the mobile on 25 Nov 2008, This Nokia 2600 classic mobile contains extra body with its pack. When i fix the body of mobile, i found it imperfect.
Its shape is not appropriate to fit on the mobile perfectly.
on 26 Nov 2008, When i asked the shop owner to replace the problematic one with new one. they refused to do so.
Even i had visited "Nokia Care" for this issue but same response i got from there.
They are telling that "Body is not covered under warranty" But my question is that "ITS A NEW MOBILE CASE WHICH IS INSIDE THE NEW PACK PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY" and i think it should work if IT IS GENUINE PART
