my phone is being affected by a virus from computer, almost all web based applications are automaticlly deleted from the mobile. Only basic applications are available now. Games, themes, default ringtones, graphics etc got deleted. A solution with approximate rate may kindly be intimated to the above mentioned email id.

    I had purchased new Nokia 2600 classic from "The Mobile Store" Ahmedabad on 25 Nov 2008.

    I had purchased the mobile on 25 Nov 2008, This Nokia 2600 classic mobile contains extra body with its pack. When i fix the body of mobile, i found it imperfect.
    Its shape is not appropriate to fit on the mobile perfectly.
    on 26 Nov 2008, When i asked the shop owner to replace the problematic one with new one. they refused to do so.
    Even i had visited "Nokia Care" for this issue but same response i got from there.
    They are telling that "Body is not covered under warranty" But my question is that "ITS A NEW MOBILE CASE WHICH IS INSIDE THE NEW PACK PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY" and i think it should work if IT IS GENUINE PART

      Hi All,
      It's been approx 2 months i have bought my Nokia Cellphone 1203. I am experiencing some issues with my phone. The audio of the phone is not at all clear and sound instead of coming from the earpiece ,it's coming from the back of the cellphone. Nobody is taking care of this issue and if we contact somebody then they all say that it is a design issue in this phone but why do we get suffer for a mistake which NOKIA is making.
      This is really ridiculous and we should be reimbursed for this by the company.

          Nokia — Bad Battery Backup

          I have purchased Nokia mobile model 6300 which is a wrost for me. I can not use the phone due to poor battery back up. Kindly replace this phone with some other model

          This is to inform you that i purchased Nokia-6610i but with the duration of time the battery has faded away. Now it is not giving sufficient backup and discharges rapidly. Nokia is now not supplying the battery of 6610i and henceforth i'm facing a lot of difficulty.           Nokia 5230 — Battery problem

          I brought the Nokia 5230 on 1/8/2010.
          It has a very poor battery backup, when fully charged it lasts for just 1 day on normal use.
          yep, same case is with me too..
          have to charge my battery everyday..

          Nokia 5230 — Poor battery backup

          On 14th November, I have bought one Nokia 5230 mobile handset from Nokia priority shop in Shipra Mall in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad at a price of Rs 7050.               I purchase new E-63 nokia mobile from nokia priority Bhiwadi 301019,Dt.27/12/09. I have found hanging problem same day and I complain to shopkeeper but he missguide me and told only software problem, so I send my set on nokia care in Rewari two time but both time after few hour found same problem,now I am facing third time same problem I am totally puzzled by your service and I loss lot of time and money regularly,so please replace my mobile immediate otherwise I go in consumer court fo faire dealing.

                I am Uday Paratap s/o Sohan Singh (President District Industrial Association , Jhalawar). I had purchased a mobile set from ”Jeet Radios” mangalpura, jhalawar (ph.[protected] of nokia 7210c super nova company on 21/11/09 IMEI no. [protected]. I am having a severe problem in my set and having inconvenience in using it.
                The Camera in the set sometimes go on standby mode and works only when I switch off the phone. The purchase date is 21/11/09 and this problem occurred on 24/11/09. I had given my set to Nokia care on 26/11/09 and set had gone to Gurgaon fifth times but I dint find any proper response from the Company and from jeet radios. Now the set is with Nokia care and again sent to the company in Gurgaon. Today is 16th Feb and purchase date is 21/11/09. In these three months I had used the set only for 10 days and in rest days the set was with Nokia care.
                I am totally distracted with Jeet Radios and Nokia company, I want to replace my set , the company is neither replacing or repairing it. please help me out.

                Nokia 7210c — problem occuring while using

                The Camera in the set everytime go on standby mode and works only when we pierce earphone or switch off the phone. The purchase date is 21/11/09 and this problem occurred on 24/11/09. I had given my set to Nokia care on 26/11/09 and set had gone to Gurgaon four times but I dint find any proper response from the Company .Today is 14th Feb and purchase date is 21/11/09. In these two months I had used the set only for 10 days and in rest days the set was with Nokia care.
                I want to replace my set and some compensation for this.I am totally distract with nokia company.

                  I purchased 3110c, just 7 months back, and the software goes junk, twice, inspite of the service undertaken by authorised service centre, only to loose all the contacts.- not once but twice.

                  asked for a replacement of hand set, as there is no satisfaction, neither from my side, nor from the customer service centre.

                  But was asked to complaint to the given toll no. They rejected to take my request neither, agreed to take the issue to the higher authorities.

                  Lastly was told that i wil get call in 24 hours, and now its more than 4 days, to receive any call.

                  Wat do i do> should i throw away the set? or should i place it in the main road, with a huge banner saying that the service is poor and this is the only good place for the handset?

                    On 27 oct 08 i have purchased one nokia express music 5220 handset.just after six month i have gone through the software problem which is being adressed by the nokia care where the mention me the problem as some default in the software which could be solved & wont occur again . then after i got the same problem just after three month of first repair & still date the problem consist

                    while asking then about the problem they say the warranty period is over now we cant help u , more over asking about the product they replied me as the product had some technical problem due to which company has stop its sale.now the problem will occur consistently.


                    now i feel cheated from nokia as i trusted the most popular brand in mobile . i had hope in our judiciary that i will get proper justice.

                        Hi,

                        I have a Nokia 5220 Xpress Music handseg which I bought in the month of August 2008. After 3 months, it started having problems and would go blank and switch off automatically. I would restatrt it again and it functioned normally thereafter.

                        On December 26 2009, the phone suddenly stopped functioning and instead of catching the Network Service Provider which in my case is Airtel, it showed as "Contact Service". I took it to the Nokia Care showroom in Waltair Uplands, Visakhapatnam and the executive out there said it would cost me INR 225 and it would take 10-15 days for the problem to be rectified. He said it would either be an IC or a Motherboard problem and that they would get back with an update once the problem is resolved.

                        On receiving no update, I went to the showroom to check the status on 02 January 2010 and was shocked when the person concerned said that it would cost INR 3900 and another 10-15 days for the problem to be resolved. They were simply unaware of what is the problem and were shooting in the dark. I got the phone back and visited the Nokia Priority showroom in "Dwaraka Nagar", Visakhapatnam and the executive there said he could not do it and asked me to visit a shop "Mobicare" at Daba Gardens. I took the phone to the shop on 02 January 2010 and Mr. Duke over there said it would cost me INR 1700 for the problem to be rectified. After some time he said the problem is resolved but now a new problem has risen wherein it is not catching the network. He said it would take a few days for this problem to be resolved and insisted that we pay the 1700 Rupees for the earlier problem which according to him he had resolved.

                        I went to Bngalore and came back on 28 January 2010 and on visiting the shop, I was hoping to find my mobile intact but to my surprise Mr. Duke said the problem could not be solved and additionally a new problem had risen wherein the phone switches off and restarts automatically after every 8 minutes. I got my phone back.

                        It is a blatant case of Incompetence and cheating by Nokia and inspite of spending money & time the phone is a 15,000 rupee disaster for me.

                        Please help me as to what can be done and how i can prevent other customers from being cheated likewise.

                          Tracking my lost Nokia N73 mobile set with IMEI number [protected]
                          I lost my Nokia Mobile from Post Garduate Institute of Medical Sciences,Rohtak on 13th Feb'2009. I have since registered a complaint with Medical College Police station about the lost mobile set which was purchased from authorised Nokia Priority Dealer M/s A-one Gallery, Rohtak with Invoice # 6247 dated 04/02/2008. Its hardware was swapped by the same dealer dealer under warranty and the IMEI of the hand set is now [protected]. I would appreciate your help If you could help in tracing my mobile hand set.

                          The BSNL sim is there in the mobile whose number is [protected]. This number is continuously reachable and I am able to call it. Please help in this regard.

                            This is to inform you that I have bought this mobile phone (Model : 7310C) a few months back but all of a sudden noticed that some of the keys were not working. On 14th Aug 2009 I took it to your centre for necessary rectification. I was attended to by this lady who told me that the set has to be sent to your head office for the repairing and the time required for that is minimum 15 days from that day. To my surprise I’ve noticed in the job sheet that target delivery date is 17 Aug 2009. On 17th Aug I received a call from your office that my set is ready and I can collect it. So on 18 Aug I went to your center to collect the set. After waiting for a while Mr. Sonthosh Pandey called me inside and told me that my set has been sent to your head office and it will take another 15 to 20 days for necessary repairing. So how do you react to that when you get a call confirming you that the set is ready and then very next day some one says you’ve to wait for another 20 days to collect the same ? When I told him about the phone call, he checked out with some one and told me that tomorrow I can collect it. I obviously did not like the unprofessionalism of a company of your repute and on pulling up the person on this irregular feedback, he informed me that I can sent someone the very day after few hours to collect the set.
                            I am utterly disgusted at the level of efficiency among your staff and the harassment caused to me for their incompetence.

                                I am Ayush Sharma i have purchase nokia 2330 & it will creating problem as it will go switch off own its own during its warranty . i will submit this mobile handset 2 times before , but there is no progress & 3rd time now on 5th feb.,2010 i have submit it to service centre[protected] , bhopal whose complaint no. is 1- [protected] & job sheet no. is[protected]_100205_32 & on dated 12th feb.they have told the mobile had gone to New Delhi for repairing. if this type of service is given by nokia ,then in future i think we have to go for such other company for mobile handsets & this company will get no such response from other customers also.
                                so kindly look after this complaint otherwise i have to take strict action against your firm in consumer court also.

                                Nokia-2330 — Technical

                                Sir, I have purchased Nokia-2330 model. This model costs- Rs. 3080/-.
                                My Complain is this the simple mobile is contain the facility of Assign tone. In this facility we can set differenet ring tones for different caller. Now a days this is the basic requirement in a phone & each phone contains this type of facility. During purchase, customer never ask for this facility hence I have also not asked during purchase of this phone. But now I have came to know that this facility is not available in my this phone. I have complained about that to Nokia but they are trying to escape from this issue. They simply tell that this feature is not available in phone.
                                My question is that why this facility is not available in this phone. Because other cheaper mobiles have this facility. Even I am using 5 years old model of Nokia which also contains this feature. Also FM-Radio is not functioning well in this model.

                                So, I request you sir/madam,
                                Please resolve my this complain at the earliest. Either Nokia can solve the problem they should give me my money for the handset.

                                Nokia-2330 — INFERIOR QUALITY HANDSET

                                I have purchased NOKIA-2330 handset on 8-7-2009 from Planet Telecom, Shop No.1, A.J.Complex, CTS No.281, Near Navi Peth, Navi Peth, Pune-411 030. From the last one year, the handset given problems frequently. I have given handset to NOKIA care centre FOUR times, but the problem is still there. Before expiry of waranty, I requested shopkeeper to replace the handset. But he refused to do so.

                                I have purchased NOKIA-2330 handset from Planet Telecome vide invoice no.5854 dated 8-7-2009. The handset giving problem frequently during the last more than 10 months. I have given handset for repairing FOUR times to NOKIA Care but problem is still there. Before the warranty period, I requested shopkeeper to replace the handset. but he refused.

                                Now, I am thinking of taking press conference and way the NOKIA care centre giving treatment to me also I am planning to go the consumer Forum Court within SEVEN days from the date of receipt of your reply. For that, I am not responsible.

                                i bought a nokia hand set 2330 on dated 4/01/2010. ist i faced problem in my hand set on 08/06/2010. i went nokia care sanjay place on 10th june problem was 1. battery back-up low. 2. autoswitch off. 3. signal week. problem was not solved again i went 12 th june for same problem they told me for sma problem we will send the hand set to Gaziabad and 10 days will be require for rectifying probem. they sms to me after 6 days your hand set has reparied pl. collect it. again i went there on 21th in too frastration they again assured and deliverd hand set after 2 hours . but problem still was same. i am too much frastrated with your service and product . i have made complaint at customer [protected]@nokia yo customer care manager two times but still now they have not contacted me. i am attaching my bill copy of purchasing hand set .

                                      I had recently purchased Nokia Hand set 6303, on 17/11/2009, hit has some defect with the speaker, i cannot hear the voice from the other end. i had given the cell for service 4 times after purchase. Still the problem is continuing. they told me that after 3rd service if the problem continues they will replace the handset, still there is no response even when the cell phone is in warranty period.

                                        I bought a new Nokia E71 on 18th January from Mobile Store Sahara Ganj,, and realize that phone gets hang atleat 10 times a day, I visited Nokia care center at Alambagh Lucknow and they update the software on 27th Jan.The problem was same on the next day and so Center people asked me to submit the phone and they will forward it to Noida for repair on 28th Jan. Yesterday i.e 9th Febuary I got back my phone and realize that the problem is still there. Now I contacted Mr Sumit Tripathi who manages UP East and as per him I have to again submit my phone. When i requested him to replace my phone, he misbehaved and shouted on me stating "How can you expect your phone to be replace" because I have submitted only once for the repair, he said as per Nokia policy if your phone doest function properly after 3 times of submission for repair, than in that case you will get a replacement. I have spend Rs 16000 on Business Nokia E71 phone for myself to use but out of which only 6 days this phone was with me. Again they want me to submit my phone for 10-15 days to get it repair and are not ready to give me written assurance that it will be fixed this time. Still they are not giving any assurance of replacing a bad hand set they have given to me. My Rs 16000 have gone in vain, Nokia is cheating with its customers.
