possess a Mobile Nokia model N70-1, Product Code 0524129, IMEI no. [protected], which was purchased approximately 3-1/2 years back from a Gurgaon Mall from an authorized retail store which was an exclusive Nokia mobile franchise.
On 1st March 2010, while transmitting Holi greetings, the handset developed a fault because of which its display screen vanished. As the handset was beyond warranty, I decided to utilize repair services of Nokia care from their franchise M/s Net Dot Solutions. Address and other details of this franchise are WZ 200, Bajaj Tower, Jail Road, New Delhi, Telephone no.[protected], E mail address: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com.
Upon presentation of handset on 2nd March 2010, I was issued Job Sheet no.[protected]/ 100302/15 with a target delivery of 2nd March 2010 as per service job sheet issued to me, though personally I was told to come within 1 hour. Upon enquiry after 1 hour, I was advised that it would be ready by the end of the day of 2nd March 2010. I did check up on phone by evening only to be told that it would be ready within 2 to 3 days i.e. 5th March 2010 as the set has a “Hardware problem” On 4th March 2010, I was informed over phone by the service agency that the set has to be sent to HO and may, therefore, take further 7 to 8 days.
I personally went to the service agency on 13th March 2010 to collect the set but after making me to go up & down was told by one M/s Anjali that the set would be ready on 15th March 2010 and was also informed by her that I could come to their office without a need to check readiness of repaired handset. However, when I checked up on 15th March 2010, the agency again came up with argument that the set has yet to be received from HO. I must check up same on 17th March 2010.
Having been frustrated all along, I registered concern/grievance on TF no.[protected] on 15th March 2010 and was given a complaint no. 1-[protected] and was asked to check up on their number once again after 48 hours i.e. on 17th March 2010. When checked up the same, I was informed that the set is ready and I can collect the same from Net Dot Solutions. When contacted by me on Telephone on 17th March 2010, I was informed by one Mr. Karan of the service agency that the set has not been received by them from HO and may be received on 18th March 2010. When I again went on 18th March 2010, after making me to wait for some time, I was told by one Mr. Vicky of service agency that I must come on 19th March 2010 as it is still not ready. When I protested about calling up and reaching their office by spending on petrol and wasting time, I was informed that Service agency would have the set delivered at my house without any problem.
Since I felt like being cheated, I once again approached TF no.[protected] for assistance, where one Mr Rajeev responded. He still maintained that the set has been with Jail Road Office of Net Dot Solutions but may be that the office carrying out further quality checks. When pressed for important official’s numbers, I was given the name as Mr. Gurvinder Singh (mob no. [protected]). When I contacted him, he asked me to speak to his Manager Mr. Manjit Singh (Mob no. [protected]). I spoke to Mr. Manjit Singh between 18th March 2010 to 23rd March 2010 at least 3 times. Except to put his Jail Road Office on Telephone, he has neither tried to listen to me properly nor asked his Jail Road office person to speak to me giving correct status of the job.

Last call with Net Dot Solutions through Mr. Manjit Singh was on 23rd March 2010, when I was told by one M/s Komal of the office that the set would either be delivered rectified or unrepaired on 25th March 2010 to my house. The concerned lady just kept mumbling that the problem is of recurring nature as the set after rectification again develops the same problem. When questioned about who would rectify the handset, if Nokia can not I was informed that there are 700 IC’s to be checked, which is not possible for them.
Present position is that all promises including delivery of set on 25th March 2010 have failed. The service agency is not bothered about its responsibility in serving the client. Manager Mr. Manjeet Singh is just not bothered about Nokia image and his clientele. Mr. Gurvinder Singh, as in-charge just passed the buck to Mr. Manjit Singh. Employees e.g. M/s Anjali, Komal, Karan and Vicky do not seem to be bothered as bosses do not question them.
Result is utter frustration for a person like me. For a handset costing Rs 17000 app., repair cost is phenomenal as it involves phone calls, petrol expenses for Car, payment of post paid telephone calls to Vodafone for services not used (courtesy M/s Net Dot Solutions as moble continues with them). I wish I sue the service agency for causing mental anguish over apathy to the client in addition to what is written above.

Sir, i have deposited a N 70 - 1 model handset for repir in your Cellular clinic, bhubaneswar, orissa nokia care center vide job sheet no[protected]/080626/98 dt[protected]for repair of disply and the same has been replaced and i have paid for the same however same problem coninued again got it repaired still not rectified again submitted for repair, request you to please let me know whether your engineer can rectify the same or not so that i can save my precious time and energy

    Hello Sir/ Madam,

    I’m Here with expressing my un happiness towards Your Product Nokia N82-1 Model. I was being cursed by the NOKIA as I bought this handset at your Priority showroom a year ago with 21,000/- and now I’m really effected with the software problem and no where sorted out Now I don’t like to lose my money. I would like to claim the concern and I want to get my money back for which I’m struggling for the ways…

    My Problem is as follows.. It is just a software hang... I took it to the nearest Nokia care and showed it to them. They told me that we need to check it and this software will be up dated and nothing to worry about it. This cost you about 500/- for service and software up date required.

    Now after a day I got it back and working fine... Suddenly same problem continued to come. I went to the same care (Mobi quest, Hyderabad.) and Informed about this. This time they took it and they told us we’ll do it again (Job Sheet No[protected]/100318/138, Date- 18/Mar/2010). I said yes and we‘ve proceeded for the same with out any charge. Now after 2 days They started telling me Your Mobile has got a software problem which cant be sorted out.. It’s a Level -4 Problem. We need to send it. As a costly mobile I okayed for it even they told us I‘ll be charged 5000/- for it.

    After two days I got a message that your mobile is not repaired. Collect it. I was not happy at all with this. I approached them asking the reason they told me your mobile cant work. I was scared. How can I leave this mobile just for this silly software problem? It costs me 21,000/- I Just don’t want to shut up for this silly reasons any more. I approached Nokia care ([protected]) they suggested me to contact Nokia Service Center. These two are throwing me on one another. Is it fair? Is this a service Nokia would give a customer? My Phone is just a Year old. Now I want to lodge a complaint the Director, Customer care with cc to concern head.

    I’m surprised how a Nokia Care, Service center is just not bothered about Nokia Customer? Where should I go now? Can I go to Samsung? Sony Ericson? Please suggest me where to go now? I’ll go accordingly.

    PLEASE SUGGEST ME A FEASIBLE AND AFFORDABLE SOLUTION WHICH SERVES MY PURPOSE.

      We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. buy 2 3 new charger but phone not taking charging,battery backup is very low, some time its automatically swiched off , Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

        i bought a nokia 5233 from a genuine nokia retailer on 20/03/2010.the mobile battery was shown folly charged so i didnot charge it the same day.

        other day mobile switched off due to battery discharge. then i sput it on charging but it didnot switched on. i took it to nokia care on 22/03/10, they told me that its software problem and it need to be updated. as today they have lots of work so you bring it the other day.i took it to nokia care on next day.on investigating they told me its charging point is short.but its impossible as charging never took place.

        kindly suggest what i should do.

          In January i brought a new nokia 7210 super nova mobile.but after 1 month i faced a problem....whenever i open my profile,personalize and ring tones in settings then mobile is getting strucked. so i decided to use other mobiles...because i thought nokia is best company but it is getting lie...so you can close the company or stop manifacturig of 7210 model...thn it will be help full all indian..today i told to my friends to dont take nokia hand set's it is waste o[censored]r money so u take other set's.....

            I purchased a Nokia 5800 handset on 31/10/2009 from Planet M, Mani Square Mall, 164/1 Maniktala Main Road, E. M. Bypass, Kolkata - 700054. My Phone's IMEI No. is [protected]. I used the set for 2 approximately 2 and 1/2 months. One day when I was updating my phone's software online through the data cable, it suddenly got off, but never again start up. I thought it may be a software malfunction. So I went to the service center near Girish Park Metro Railway Station on the 2nd next day. They took the set, got inside, came back and replied that the set is physically damage, has a record o[censored]nauthorized opening, an essential clip thing mission, the LCD display panel having problem..bla...bla...bla...!! And most importantly added that I have to pay around Rs. 4500 /- to service the thing.
            I had no idea at that point of time that how a brand new set that have not even a single scratch mark in it can have so many problem in a sudden.
            I had a talk with the regional sales head Mr. Doipayon regarding the matter. But he said what the service center had to say is the final word. Now when I get there to take the set back without having the repairing job done, they handed me over the set with semi-broken part inside it.
            If this is the kind of service that Nokia will provide, everybody can think four times before buying a handset.
            I hope this letter will have some response about this strange matter. What I think is if this is not cheating then every crime in the world is Legal.

                I have recently bought two Nokia 3120c. After six months both phones shows no NETWORK OR SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED. Hence it was taken to CELL WORLD, NOKIA CARE AT KOLLAM DISTRICT for checking the same but not repaired by them. They said that the hardware parts are OK, but showing Software problem. They updated the software but the phone is completely dead as to receive signals . At first the Phones showing no signals from the service provider. Later two or three days it completely dead to receive the signals.

                I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No 7210 Supernova) last year.It had a warranty for one year.
                I have lodged many complaints in the past and still the Software problems keep coming up.

                Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my
                amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with
                the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 Sec-12 .

                I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to the problems occurring on day to day basis.I m completely fed up and frustrated now.

                Nokia — C5 mobile signals are not coming

                I purchased one NOKIA C5 mobile, it dropped and fell on ground, since that day no signal is coming from the mobile.Now i am unable to use my mobile.
                Sir, I used Nokia Mobile phone last 5 years.Now iam using Nokia Xpress music(5130) and is not functioning lastweek.I came to Nokia care centre at Kollam but they told me this mobile phone is not repairing here because of some booting problem.I request you to arrange minimum facility at Nokia care centre kollam and how to solve my phone complaint.My contact no.is [protected]
                Sir, I used Nokia Mobile phone last 5 years. Now iam using Nokia x2-02. the same bought two months before from Calicut, Kerala. Now I have many problems with my phone.

                1) Contact is not in right order. The names in my contacts not in alphabetical order! In between the R's there comes J's ! When I type for a particular contact it will not appear. But when searching by one by one it appears in screen! Also all the contacts not a right order. After "Pa's" there comes "Pu's" then "Ph's" again Pu's and Pa's !

                2) Dual sim not working properly. Some times First sim also not working.
                3) Some times the phone off automatically.
                So I request you to solve my phone complaints immediately. My contact No. is [protected].

                  I bought a nokia 5233 from nokia priority Thiruvananthapuram, I bought this phone especially for hearing music, the nokia's TV ad about this phone is that it is good for music playback. But when i compare to my friend's low end phones, they have awesome sound than my phone's. This phone works with a motion sensor, it automatically rotates screen according to the phone's position, most of the application hangs or crashes when i rotate it, the camera will goes ir-responsive.
                  I payed Rs7500/- for this dump, Any way to get my money back or get a new phone set?

                  Whenever i get a message, the phone restarts.
                  Its still a brand new Nokia 5233 which i have used for about less than 2 months.

                  hi my name is varun. i passed my 10th and as a gift my dad gifted me nokia 5233. but the fact was that on the purchase of 3rd day my handset was dead. The shop keeper told me that i will get my phone in 10 days.

                  I am from Biswanath Chariali , Dist.Sonitpur
                  I bought a nokia 5233 on 27/8/2010.
                  After some months my display was not working properly.It became white and nothing can be visible then I went to nokia care of TEZPUR and gave them to repair on 29/3/2010 and after 20 days or so they returned my mobile saying that it was ok. But after sometime the problem was again shown. They did not repair the mobile. They took more than 20 days and did not repair the mobile. they are not loyal to their customers.

                    I bought a new Nokia E63 Mobile from "The Mobile Store Ltd" Dilsuknagar, Hyderabad on 8th March 2010.

                    When the Store sold me the mobile I was told that I would get a Blue tooth Hand set along with the mobile as an offer, then the Store owner told me that the BT Hand set is out of stock and I would get the same next day. The Store owner also Mentioned in writing on the Bill/Invoice as "Blue tooth Handset pending" with a seal and signature.

                    Now after almost 3 weeks, after several follow-up's with the store owner/associate, I am getting dorged, I have also visited the store and I get a standard answer saying "We haven't received stock yet and will inform you once we have it".

                    I am feeling duped by the store for a business, Now the Store does not pick my my calls made on their mobile or cut my call abruptly saying "we will get back once we have the stock".

                      Universal Mobile Stores at A S Rao Nagar has not yet provided or send the gift vocher to me for which I brough Nokia E63 on 12th Dec 2010. I would like to approach consumer court to sort out this issue. They are playing with customers. This is not first time for me. This message is to alert the public while choosing the above shop.

                        i have nokia newly nokia n97, and had given to nokia care(mobile clinic, jalandhar) under warranty to be repaired.
                        they promised to return back in 15 days but they returned in 18 days. in return they exchanged my cover of nokia n97 worth rs 4650. i had new one on my handset but they exchanged it.
                        i have a proof of it becuase i got it exchnged to new one from nokia care(elite communication,varanasi) on 27th feb and again i gave to another nokia care on 4th march they replaced it and returned that cell after 18 days.

                        Nokia — Nokia Care Fraud

                        I got a new vibrator fitted from Nokia Care in Bangalore for which they charged me Rs 550/- and exactly after one month the vibrator got screwed up on its own and my phone has started making again that irritating sound.

                        Well, this is technically impossible that any new part (vibrator), starts malfunctioning on its own exactly after one month. This is a clear case of fraud that Nokia Care has fitted a duplicate part in my phone.

                        I am the one who posted the above complain.

                        Well, I'd like to thank Nokia for their supportive help. I got my phone fixed within a week, after contacting them. I got a new vibrator fixed, 'Free of cost', from the same Nokia Care center.

                          I am not sure if Nokia Care center guys will be supporting or giving services to the customers specially those who have got the warranty. They are just making money and not providing the services. I had purchased Nokia 2330 handset on 6th Dec 2009 and on 20th March 2010 I suddenly noticed that the display of the handset was not proper, It was kind of scattered. I visited the Nokia care on 23rd March. The representative over there saw the phone took out the battery and sim card and informed me that some issue with display and it cant be repaired and would be replaced. Then next thing he asked me if the device is still under warranty. then he took the handset inside to consult their people(so called engineer) and after few minutes he came back and said that the display is broken and warranty does not cover replacing the display.When I switch on the mobile a thick line was appearing in display which was not there when I handed over the phone to him. These F#$%ing people are cheating on innocent customers. They are just bloody [censored]s. Please take some action against them.

                          I took my Nokia 5230 to Jayanagar Nokia Care as it was not switching on. But the display was perfect when connected to the charger - was displaying NOKIA with the hand joining graphics. This service center people took my phone in for inspection and asked to came back in the evening. In the evening they said the phone cant be repaired and gave back my phone. On reaching home when i connected the phone to the charger, the display was broken. When I contacted them, they said the display was already broken. But when I told them that I was 100% sure about the good display, they started arguing and shouted back at me.

                            i am alok jee from bangalore.i have i nokia hand set modal no 1662 with a head set.which i taken from nokia show room at 10 july 2009. but i facing problem with head set in dec. so i gave it to nokia service center at 15 dec. they give delivery date was 25 dec. but they didnot gave delivery at the date. they gave me this head set at 27 jan.in this interval i call many time to nokia care.they gave me complan no[protected].but when they gave me at 27th. than i check in 2 days and finding same problem at the head set .but they told now you have not warranty so we can't chang it.

Job sheet No is[protected]/090824/1 I have bought the mobile set as on dated 11th July’09. I am following up on them after returnable date by giving numerous calls after new date by date given by them, as on 16th Sep’09 they give me this number[protected]. But when I call on this number no proper response given by them.

                              I am really frustrated to hear this answer from company. But sorry to say that the service which you provided to the customers is really pathetic…What I am planning to do is buy cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definitely this time.

                              I purchase a Nokia 7210 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 27/06/2009, After 2 month phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: MOBILE CLINIC, F-7 AMAR PLAZA,OPP. DAULAT BAAG ,AJMER (Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. after 08 sep.09 I can not use my phone. They not doing repaired. I don't know that where is my phone now.

                              Nokia 7210c — Misbehavior of Service Center

                              I have purchased a mobile model Nokia 7210c. The set has occurred power problems after some time, it was not switching on. So, I went to Nokia Service Center (Arora Communications) in my city. They deposited my set and issued Service Job Sheet (no.[protected]/091218/10) on 18 Dec. 2009 with NCC no. 284_433527. But after some time they said my set is out of warranty, while it was not true. They returned my set after so many rounds (in no of months) of Service Center while warranty of set was over.
                              Pls. look into the matter and do the needful.

                              whenever i am communicating to your costumer care team, every time i am getting different answer from different person overall i am not satisfied with that particular each communication with your costumer care service center.

                              even on the date 09/02/2012 i have called to your costumer care center thrice, last i have talked with your costumer care executive with I D number 1-[protected] but that person on the line was refusing me to even register my complain regarding my handset, so kindly be helpful for me and change my mobile handset or give my money back

                              waiting for your immediate reply or i have to take some help from consumer court because i will not going for software updation again or i need this mobile to be changed

                                i have the nokia e52. What a piece o junk. I upgraded in feb and have already sent my phone 2 JHB to replace my speaker. Not only is it a NEW phone,but the signal SUCKS,it freezes up every 2 minutes,i switch it off i have 2 set my WALLPAPER everytime. I have used NOKIA for the last 15yrs. Im unsattisfied with your new phones. I am a bussines man and cannot afford going without my phone. PLEASE have this sorted out.
                                I am also a frustrated owner of E 52.

                                    COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

                                    I am Sasindran, I purchased the Nokia handset7210 Graphite (Supernova) on 12/02/2009 and the IMEI No: [protected]. On 14/2/09 my handset suddenly switched off, I thought it is due to low battery, but when I was charged it is not working then. I had purchased it from Nokia Priority Dealer, A.R. Communication Systems, Main road, Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala, India, 670309. When I approached the dealer they replied the warranty period is over just before two days. I was just agreed and ask for their service, they suggested to replace the display, I had changed the display (cost – Rs.940/-). But the set is still not working, so I just approached a mobile repairing shop, they suggested to replace the battery, I follow their suggestion, but the same result, it is not working. In this scenario what will I have to do? In my knowledge and belief Nokia is the only one mobile company with more customer satisfaction. Here in my case it is the worst happen, only one year I could have to use the mobile. So I am expecting a positive suggestion or solution to get my mobile working from your good end.
