I went to Nokia service centre, Mathura as I have some problem in the Handsfree of my Nokia Mobile set.
The centre Manager took my mobile set in a unprocessed way and without asking me he updated the software. When he returned back me the mobile, I was shocked as all the important data of my mobile is now being lost.....& the problem in the handsfree is still the same.

Please suggest me what to do...towards this...

At the same time My battery was also poor functioning and i consulted Nokia Care and they have sent the defected piece for replacement, and replaced by new battery after 15 days. however they didn't provide any...

firmware version of the Nokia 5220 Xpress music hangs itself restarts. many third party applications is not compatible with this handset. some sim-cards cannot be read. Infact the Nokia application is not compatible though it was provided by factory itself.

This handset was given four times to the Nokia Care but no helpful action taken yet and the above problem persists.

The warranty period is near to end and...

I had purhased Nokia 71 on Dec 2008 from Ahmedabad. Now the problem is, the phone automatically swith off & on while taking & in idle conditions.
