Dear Nokia Team,
This is wrt the Handset (Nokia 6500) which i purchased from Planet M (Pune) located at Pune Central (Aug 2008) under a special scheme which promised 3 things:
1. Price Protection
2. Stand by phone
3. 2 years warranty

Now, the problems that i am facing are as follows:
1. Battery gets discharged within 20 mins
2. Handset hangs very frequently.
3. Bloated Battery
4. The speakers not working (have to put the speaker phone on while conversing)

When contacted the Dealer (Planet M) repeatedly, they arranged for a standby phone after 5 visits to their shop. The dealer is not even bothered to take the complaint seriously, instead, when i said i would escalate the matter to Nokia, Mr Santosh Singh (Area Manager, Pune) blatantly asked us to complain it to anyone i wish to.. This attitude of the dealer was very disappointing and has led to me using this forum for my grievance. If this is the kind of arrogant and indifferent dealers that you have appointed i am very sorry to say that i've probably made a wrong decision buying a NOKIA phone. Shall think ten times before buying your brand, forget about recommending it to someone..

Hope you would take appropriate action on such type of irresponsible dealers in your distributer network..

I Purchased Nokia's Prestigious E-75-1 Mobile phone for 23K + in the month of Jul 09. The IMEA no. is [protected].
Within few weeks the phone, started giving problems ( Last row of the key pad not working, some features are permanently on despite trying to disable it. When I showed to the Nokia Care ( Sector – 14 Gurgaon); they first tried to sell me extended warranty cover for 01 yr more for Rs 1400/- which I refused. Then they flatly refused to give any warranty saying that has water mark inside so it is out of warranty.

This says volumes of bad quality of handset now a days nokia launches in market. Even if water has gone inside then it must be normal sweat during the taking through tel. My question is:-
1. Do Nokia expects customer to talk over phone while keeping surgical gloves on?
2. How come normal sweat enters inside the phone. It means the sealing is very poor?
3. Earlier Nokia’s handsets were really robust (about 05 yrs back).... However, recent exp is really bad. This is my second exp with Nokia handset in last 02 yrs, where high end phone gets faulty quickly, during normal use.
4. Service centers are always too happy to cheat and point out fine prints of agreement to refuse any warranty cover. However, they would become friendly only when you agree to cough up additional sum of money.
5. I tried to call Nokia Care without any success. The online survey which occurs at the end of call is also fake, as it done not register caller opinion as soon as it senses that caller will not recommend Nokia’s phone to any one. It means the customer feed back is also doctored and real picture ( of bad quality) is not reaching to the decision makers.

Very bad product & very poor quality stuff. I would never ever go again for shoddy handsets you produce now a day (especially high end).

I hope some one from product team looks into it and take some corrective action to bring back the prestige of Nokia Phone which was enjoyed by it once.

Is there any hope to get my phone repaired??

nokia 7210 battery backup is very low and i had bought on 25.01.10, when i went to the dealer they told me to go to the nokia care center, which is very painful.
after buying a product the customer should run around if there is any issues & when i asked him to exchange , he quotes Rs 2500/- that means nokia handsets are not having any resale value.
this is not the service i expect from NOKIA, I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OTHERS TO BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT.

I've being using Nokia 5610d-1 XpressMusic for about 2yrs now. But the memory card which came with it suddenly got locked 4weeks ago. It's requesting for password before I can access my files which are very important to me. Please kindly help me with a password that can unlock it. I really need to access my files.

i really appreciate the products of nokia and due to this only i had bought brand new N97 on 13th jan,2010 but the problem i am facing is ridiculous.the mobile gets auto restart daily around 2-3 times. i got it serviced twice from Nokia Care,Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab but still i am facing the same problem. i am really feeling bad that i had spent my 30,000 Rs/- to buy this problem.

My Nokia phone doesnt switch on, whenever i try it blinks 2-3 times and then switch off automatically.

I have purchased a Nokia 3110 C phone from Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon
on 19 Oct 2008. With in the warranty period its been serviced 4 times due to same fault.

It is the fifth time i am facing this problem with my phone.

Dear sir,
my n96 mobile software update in Nokiacare Alapuzha (Autorized nokia care)on 01/02/2010 (11.9 to 30.9) in cost of RS - 225/-. But after the instalation that time my mobile camera is not working . When i take on the camera then displayed feature not supported message.that time i am inform to the office head they said camera IC is complint change the ic that cost is above RS - 8000/-.(my mobile warranty is over in september 2009) But i thought that complints responsibility is on nokiacare centre Kindly solve my issue

i would like to inform u that on dated[protected] at about 7.00 am while i have was travelling between mulund to kurla by cst main .i found my nokia mobile missing at mulund station while boarding .

i purchased the above mobile phone on 19.7.09 and have to state that after a month or so it started malfunctioning i visited service centre at dilshad garden , delhi -95 on 2.9.09, than 12.10.2009,than 31.10.2009 , than 6.01.10 and 17.01.10 for rectifying the problem of screen disapearring. but inspite of visiting service centres so many times problem still exists with the mobile. The above set is under warranty at present . we are now fed up . We want product to be exchanged .

please reply satisfactorily as soon as possible

What is the truth? I have seen in the Indian Complaints Forum that many people have got this type of SMSs. Can u please tell me more about this on my email ID. [protected]@yahoo.com

My nokia 5130c, i purchased last year on march end is not working properly,
alwayz creating errors and corrupt the software, not is a single application work that time.

I used to update software many times, and one time nokia care charged me 700 for
the moisture problem but after few days same problem start again. then i realise
this phone is having technical problem and nokia care finding error like there is
virus in memory card and there is moisture and they refused to replace it.

I am not using memory card in my phone and even not using my phone coz of this error problem.
in 10 months i used it for 2 - 3 months, bcoz other time i was waiting to get time for nokia
care to update the software.

My phone is in warranty period till march 2010.
From april 2009 till now my mobile goes to NOKIA Service center 7 - 8 times and
it still have the same problem. Please tell me what should I do now. I faced so much
difficulty to go again and again to service center as I am a working lady.

I am struggling for it since may 2009 . plz help me.

Hello Sir,

I have purchase my Nokia Mobile handset model no 5130c EMEI no. [protected] on 21st Nov 2009 from The Mobile Strore Address:- no 487/2 CMH Road. Binnamangala 1stage, Bangalore with Invoice no KN4165.

The mobile hanset is in warranty of one year with its accessories(Six month warranty).

I am geting battery backup issue since from last one month. I have submitted my handset three times for one week each time in last one month but the problem is not yet resolved. Every time they take my handset & at the time of returning they inform me that it has been repaired but no results till yet. Neither they are ready to replace the handset nor repairing it, basically no commitment. Today itself I had spoken to them, now again they are asking me to submit my handset & will same thing going to happen again. I can't continue this procedure anymore, because it is not giving any result & wasting my lot of time.

I am struggling for it since from last one month, Please help.

Please feel free to ask if any other information is required. I have xerox copy of my last jobsheet dated 23 Jan 2010.

I had bought a nokia e63 handset 4 months ago. But soon its keypad started troubling. I submitted at nokia care (hotline comm.) 4 times but still ithas not been repaired these guys are keep on delaying it. I want to replace my handset but they are not ready to the same. My phone is still with them I submitted latest on 29th jan.

I bought a nokia 5220 expressmusic handset on 5 may 2009..since then i am facing repeated problem in my handset like sim cards except airtel cannot be read,it freezes n hangs n restarts itself n shows a white screen of death, whenever i use the timed options given in profiles menu it hangs. I have got my handset repaired from nokia care thrice within 9 months and i was supplied job sheets only once. On 26 january i again faced some problem and nokia care took the handset again and told to come after 12 days and supplied a job sheet this time job sheet no.[protected]/100128/38. After around 3 months the warranty period of my handset will be over,so i expect a replacement or a proper solution so i dont face the problem again.
