Nokia 5130 — HANDSET MALFUNCTIONING

SIR,
i have purchased nokia 5130 last year in dec-2008.

since then i have been facing few problems in my handset::

* it does hang very often.
* the contacts stored are not displayed, or get hidden automatically.
but while dialing that particular no. the name on that is displayed .
but still phonebook denies the existence of such a name.

with this problem i have visited few times to ur nokia care at rudrapur.
they just update the software ,it woks for few days but then again the same problem persists.
i have updated the software few times,but it seems a continuous process.which is not possible for me to go to your nokia care every month.

hence you are requested to kindly rectify my problem permanently or change my handset at the earliest.and maintain our faith in your company.

Nokia — MAL FUNCTIONING

My name is Naveen Kumar I own Nokia 5220 (Xpress Music). Some times people at the other end complain there is low voice from my end. Just because its under warrenty, I went to NOKIA care Gurgaon (near Rajiv Nagar). To my surprise for the first time in my life I have seen such executives sitting at customer care they only knows to turn around things. who ever go there will only have the feeling that they rather go to some private service centre to get their mobile repaired by paying money.Same thing happened with me also one service engineer opened my mobile and started telling me that water has gone inside . I told him clearly that its not possible because I use my mobile very carefully and also I make very sure not carry my mobile in my pockets while it rains... Then he told water means no need of water even moisture,,, I asked him its not even winter then how do you expect moisture inside.. All these kind of stories he told me and I left the place with out telling any thing because by that time I understood that they are sitting there only to do some time passing ,,, never to help...MY ONLY CONCERN IS HOW COULD HE DECIDE THAT ITS MAL FUNCTIONING even when he didnt even care to test it.

Not ans there customer care not respons there Very bad sevice customer care. Dial to 121 and selecut Language and selecut after 2 and lasr selecut 9 but no respons ther. Plz sol my problm.

PLZ I DUN LICK THIS PROBLAM. AIRTEL CUSTOMER MY BAD SERVICE. I AM GOING TO THE AIRTEL BHAVNAGAR MAN OFFICE BUT NO ANSWRE GIVE ME AND NOT SOL MY PROBLM. BHAVNAGAR AIRTEL OFFICE IS VERY BAD. Nokia — nokia 5130 handset

Hi,
I bought the nokia 5130 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is on, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under at ahmedabad after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to your dealer has open mobile,so company has no response me . Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

Nokia — MALFUNCTIONING OF YOUR HANDSET

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have bought NOKIA LUMIA 710 Black color on 21st March'2012
IMEI-- [protected] and since then I've been facing problem with the handset as it is not working properly.

The very next day of my purchase I've submitted this handset to your service centre and
since then we've been visiting your service centre regularly. They have also exchanged
my phone with another handset on 16th April'2012. but the handset which i received had some scratched for which
I've complained but did not got any positive feedback.But then again the problem was not sorted
out and now since this is the fourth time when I had submitted the handset with your service center,
as no one yet has understood the real cause behind the problem. still my handset is with N R I communication,
O-9, first floor, Lajpat Nagar , Part - 2, New Delhi-110024. My job sheet no.[protected] / 120730 / 109. submitted on 30th July'2012

I've spent 14,400 on the same and I am not at all satisfied with the product.
Kindly come out with a permanent solution to my genuine problem as soon as possible.
Looking forward for your prompt solution and action, otherwise I will left with no option but
to approach to consumer court for my legal right.
