Tracking of my lost NOKIA N 97 SERIES Mobile set with IMEI number ZMEZ [protected], which was stolen by representative of First Flight Courier, Jamshedpur during transit..

I would be thankful and appreciate for putting the set is under surveillance using the IMEI number ZMEZ [protected] and traced out which would give me confidence and satisfaction on the OEM ( Nokia India ) of having purchased the set from an authorised Nokia Priority connecting dealer, M/s SURYA, Shop No. D-2/3, Ravi Bhawan, Sharda Chowk, Raipur ( Chattisgarh ).
I Prakash Pednekar holder of Mobile No [protected] was robbed by two motorcyclist in Kalyan, Dist.Thane. I have lodged complaint with Local Police Station. Details of my hand set are as under,

    I'm Hemant . I submitted my Nokia - 1203 in Nokia Service Center Kalka ji . I mobil set is underwarnty but the service provider saying to me for paying Rs.140 for warntyextend .

      I HAVE PURCHASED MY SET ON 27.02.2009

      AFTERWARDS ON JULY 2009 I HAVE ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS RELATED TO KEY PAD ( 7,5,9 AND THE MUSIC VOLUME HOT KEY).IT WAS RECTIFIED & RETURNED DURING SEPTEMBER 2009 BY NEAREST NOKIA CARE CENTER.

      BUT FROM 12.12.09 I AM AGAIN ENCOUNTERING THE SAME PROBLEM IN MY SET.WITH 7,5,9 & MUSIC HOT KEY NOT WORKING.

      Yes, same problem occured with my mobile too. After 5 months my mobile also stop working with the keys 7, 8, 9, and a volume key. I gave it for repairy, but after 2 months, it again caused the same problem. Now I just copy, and paste the numbers for sending any short message. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM! I agree...

        I got Nokia 5130 Express Music in Feb 2009. During May a little water went into the handset. I could not switch on the mobile. SO I went to Nokia service center in VenkatNarayana road in T.Nagar,Chennai. I never knew it was recently opened center. They said the problem could e resolved within a week. When I called them back they said they want one more week. Later one day they called and said motherboard is damaged and the mobile cant be used anymore. I believed their statement and got my mobile back. But I did not want to completely believe them. SO I went to another Nokia service center in Ashok Nagar which is near hot chips. The first question they asked was whether I gave service to local service center.
        I asked why. They said the person who service dnt know to handle the motherboard. There were many scratches and he showed me. Also the side bar has been damaged and quick fix has been applied to hide the damage. I think I can do better service. I mistakenly told the new service person that I serviced only in Nokia before coming to this center. And I asked him to write the complaints . He stubbornly refused and said it is against violations. Then I went back and fighted with the first Nokia center which is in T.Nagar. They said they cant do anything. There is no responsible person to speak . Then I called the Nokia customer care. They asked about my complaint and they said they cant do anything since their office is in Delhi. They asked me to talk to the manager of the center. When I asked for the manager of the center they said the person who serviced my mobile was the manager.
        Hopeless managers !!!!!!!! I lost my 8000 Rs mobile
        they are not at all responsible at all.
        they are highly money minded and the are not servicing properly
        the break our orginal parts and asking money for replacement or else saying this is a 2 yrs old so you had to chance your mobile

          Ref IMEI NO. [protected] model NOKIA E 63 product code 0572527

          I have bought a E63 NOKIA mobile out of my hard earned saving during the month of February 2009. the said mobile set was handed over to the nokia customer care centre Sukhdev market Kotla Road, New Delhi with the complaint hanging on after receiving a call on and off during the month of April I have been given the impression that the mobile set has been repaired after a period of 8-10 days. But the problem remained as such on and off. I kept ignore this problem as after hang on after 10-15 minute the set again started working. But on 17th December I received a call and that could not be retrieved after that the set could not received a call due to the same problem and remained unfunctional. I went to the nearest nokia customer care centre and shown to them and requested that thee are lot of contact numbers of my known to persons please save these numbers before doing anything to the set. Instead of saving them the service engineer told me that the phone will not be repaired in the warranty as there are some liquid marks they could only see in the inside the handset. The sorry state of affairs happens to me. It is evident that the handset is being given to the service centre for the same problem time and again but now have rectified the problem in the other manner that there are some water marks inside the mobile set despire the fact that the set is laminated from outside and a drop of water cannot go inside. If at all possible the water will damage or could ben seen in exterior part before entering in the centre of set.

          Now I would like you to kindly take the matter and let me know how could the problem could be rectified in the warranty I am open to challenge that if the marks shown inside the handset are water I will not ask the company to even repair this, A reputed company like NOKIA which occupies 75% of Indian mobile market is behaving like. I will not say the company, the negative minded persons seating in the customer care are behind this. I hope the compnay will come out with a significant rectification of the problem which is not at all justified.

          Nokia E63 — My NokiaE63 got hang

          I bought nokia E63 1 week back and i am facing the problem. My mobile gets hang when i click on menu option. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

          I am nizar i was purchased e63 6month before @ universal mobile retailer store, 2nd day itself i got a serious problem in mobile, and i visited the universal mobile service station, they verified and say like your mobile effected with virus....
          Problem facing till now :
          More than 5 month's facing problem in sending the sms, if i send it stands in out box, it ask to resend the same ...... finally it shows message sending fails ..
          Hanging when i suddently answer the call , i need to wait for 3 to 4 ring .....
          More than 40time i restarted the mobile
          Request you all dont go for nokia e 63 mobile...................................

            I Purchase a Nokia 5130 mobile in june 2009 from a vendor of nokia in Asansol, west Bengal. the mobile is in warranty period. the mobile is not working properly. any tone saved gets deleted automatically. We went to customer care centre at Asansol, west Bengal. Every time they take the mobile and say to come after 15 days, they will send it to new delhi.After 15 day when we recollect the mobile, it has the same problem. Lastly it happened on 18th dec.2009. Once again they are saying that please submit the mobile, we will send it once again. When area Manager was contacted, he told that he can’t do something. What else you want you can do. Please suggest what I should do. Through this site I want the attention of concerned person to tackle my problem and solve it at the earliest.

              Sir,

              I have purchased a NOKIA E 51 handset in HUBLI on 25.03.09 bearing IMEI No: [protected].

              Further the handset gets hanged up most often and the earpiece volume is also very low, i had my handset repaired at NOKIA Service centre in HUBLI on 02.10.09 and again the same problem occured today i.e 17.12.09 when i visited the centre for repair i was shocked to hear the board is bend and i will be charged for repair inspite of the handset being in warranty. the handset has no physical damage and the warranty is very much valid .

              hence i kindly request you to look into the matter and arrange for replacement of the handset at the earliest.

                before May 2009 the WAP service on my mobile number [protected] was suspended or cancelled.
                I purchased the new Mobile phone in May 2009 from Croma Juhu it was HTC as it supports only windows I called the Loop helpline and was informed it will not support WAP service for this reason I exchanged and bought the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music checkd with the Loop Helpline and was advised to go in for zero rental plan instead of WAP for Rs 99.00 whihc i am familiar with and had no problems.

                I accepted the advise for zero rental plan not realising that this will be a great mistake, to my surprise the immediate next bill message shocked me had a large amount for the net usage (this is what I mean that i was not explained and taken aback by a huge bill which i never expected to pay for 15-19 days usage.

                My please were not heard either over the phone nor at the outlets.
                Next month onwards I decided to pay the bill not with full amount, though i have never defaulted my payments.

                Today without notice my outgoing calls were barred when I met the stores person in Lokhandwala i was told no consideration for the bill can be done as the case is old the stores manager told me to take an alternative plan that will compensate however did not accept my request, that i pay the half amounf of the net usage bill charge whiule i was misinformed.

                Please take this matter seriously if you want me to continue as your customer

                Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — DELAY IN SERVICE

                MY HAND SET WAS SUBMITTED TO NOKIA GALLERY, AKSHAY, FC ROAD, PUNE, ON 26TH OF JUNE 2009 FOR SOFTWARE REINSTALLATION. ALSO THERE WAS PROBLEM IN MEMORY CARD.. IT WAS SAID BY THEM THAT BOTH HANDSET AND MEMORY CARD ARE SENT TO COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT... I RECEIVED THE HAND SET ON 09TH JULY 2009 AND CALLED ON 10TH JULY FOR MEMORY CARD... ON TELEPHONE NO[protected] I CONFIRMED FOR MEMORY CARD BUT WHEN I WENT TO NOKIA GALLERY, THE CARD WAS NOT READY... THE SAME INCIDENT HAPPEND FOR 4 TIMES FOR THE HANDSET. ON TELEPHONE IT IS BEING TOLD THAT THE PHONE OR CARD IS READY AND ACTUALLY WHEN I GO THERE, IT IS TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM.
                ALSO THE SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE EMPLOYEES AT NOKIA CARE IS VERY BAD AND ARROGANT

                  hai, i am from salem. i had purchased 7210 supernova before 2 months in salem mobile stores. and when ever i will start working with mobile ( sms, change themes.....) that time the screen will appear white in colour and automatically restart..than i was given the mobile to service in nokia care center in salem.....than again i had the same problems...........what i have ti do.......give me the solution......plz,,,,,,,,,,,

                      i have purchased nokia 3600 slide in dec.2008,,
                      from the first day there was problem in my handset,,first its camera doesn't work properly ,,so i submit it to customer care ,they return it to me after 1 month,,after few days there is some problem with slide and speaker of the phone,,so i again submit the phone for repair,,and it take same time ,,,
                      after that its bluetooth stop working,,i submit it to customer care,but they return me handset saying that your warranty is canceled,,
                      i donot know how my warranty is voided in just 6 months,and i never repair my phone except nokia customer care,,
                      on asking from nokia,they are not able to answer any thing and make me wonder between customer care and nokia..
                      i request u to please do something for me,,
                      nokia is giving very shamefull performance to its customer.

                      I would like to draw your attention towards the poor performance of Nokia 3600slide handset. I had got the phone last December and not even within one year my keypad on the slider was disfunctioning. My phone went dead and when repaired by Nokia Care, within one week(now) dere is dim display and none of the navigation keys and the call buttons are working. Even one of my friends who owns the same set is facing similar problems.So I kindly request you to look into the durability of the phones so that it is worth the money and for better customer satisfaction.

                          We have purchased a set model number nokia 1202c on 5/12/2009 but on 7/12/2009 a problem occur we visited The Mobile Store on same date first they ignore to take our set hardly 48 hours past they simply ignore customer service .Problem sms sending fail as per the word of service centre its a physical damage and Nokia care service centre not even provide us job sheet number if nokia care takes a set.but no resolution provided by nokia .NOKIA IS A NUMBER ONE BRAND BUT STILL REGARDING SERVICE PATHETIC .Kindly resolve as soon as possible otherwise we will go to cunsumer court.

                            i do have nokia 3500c...
                            i purchased it before one year..
                            my problem is,
                            there is a message in my mobile which i couldnt delete...
                            Text shown in the message box stats as follows:

                            "picture"

                            but when i open this message the direct option available was

                            "delete"

                            instead of being as

                            "reply".

                            Actually it was a text mess which i deleted a long while ago...
                            i dont know why this problem occurs...

                            further i'm a airtel customer...
                            when i send message through this phone, i'm not getting delivery reports though my inbox and the entire phone memory is free... I don't used to send many messages...
                            when i rung and enquired about this to airtel customer care,they stated that there is no network problem..
                            further when i use some other mobile,i'm getting delivery reports for the same number.
                            this confirms that there is some problem with the phone....

                                This is request to you for checking the transaction details at your side..

                                As 13000 has been transferred by me on 12 dec 2009 between 7 to 8 PM on (Branch code # 1349- Umaria ) this account is the name of Mr. Shubhash Tiwari in Branch o[censored]maria (SBI-01349).

                                The reference number that i got from HDFC bank, and i confirmed from HDFC bank that the same transaction has been successful done by HDFC only, but it is not showing at your end (SBI)....Its almost 3 days gone but the transferred money is not reflecting in Shubhash Tiwari 's account.

                                This transaction has been done from HDFC to SBI....

                                This is my request to check the same and let me know asap..

                                Nokia — bill payment

                                Dear sir/ madam,

I am using your airtel service for my phone. my bill payment due date falling on 30th of every month end which is bit uncomfortable for me for the payments on month end. So i want to change my bill payment due date nereby 3rd to 7th of every month which will be easy for me to make the payments without any delays.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had purchaced the Nokia handset (Model No 6300) from Sangeetha Electronics, Mathikere - Bangalore.
                                  Right from the day of purchase, i faced the problem of automatic restart(Swith off/on) on its own.
                                  As i use it rarely, i neglected. After that some slight lines started appearing on the camera screen which gradually grew larger. Finally i went to the Nokia Care in Mathikere/Yeshwantpur.

                                  My question is
                                  1. Is it worth visiting Nokia Care Within 28hrs o[censored]sage (thought it is 3 months after purchase) of the device after paying that huge amount to the so called Branded mobile Company?

                                  2. Is that the way Nokia treats their customers when they visit their Centers even after such a big disappointment with the mobile?

                                  Can anybody help me out?
                                  I am ready to provide all the necessary documents/information required.

                                  I purchased h/s no. [protected] in May 07 product code 0541498 model name 6085 warranty ref no. APAINY[protected]. Instead of giving new hand set as replacement the dealer Divine Cell Phones has offered repaired hand set and told me that this is the policy of the NOKIA. Please let me know that is it correct policy of the company or the dealer is playing mischief ? Please reply without further delay as I am without handset for last 2 months.

                                  I also have the same problem, I am witnessing the same keypad problem even after getting it repaired from the service center two times.                                   In spite of my daily follow-ups by calling and visiting A.M Mobile Tollygunj Kolkata where I have given my mobile set the Replacement was not done.

                                  The Owner of A.M Mobile promised me on August 5 that within Two days she will replace the Handset.
                                  Whenever I have given the call to the regional office they have advised me to go to A.M Mobile and ask A.M Mobile people to call Nokia regional office this is a serious communication gap between Nokia people who boast tag line CONNECTING PEOPLE

                                  I have never got my Handset back this was not expected from a brand like Nokia.

                                  Finally Mr. Prabhat Kr Sahi who works in A.M Mobile has given the commitment that they will deliver me the replaced Set on 1st of September 2008.

                                  Sir This frustrated customer of yours cannot take any more pain you are giving.
                                  If the set is not delivered on 1st of September I am bound to take the Legal action against the Nokia and I will not accept any Handset from Nokia I will charge a case of Harassment and Cheating the customer, I will seek Full Payment in cash of the bill amount which I have paid to Nokia.

                                  Nokia India Private Ltd, Nokia 3120C — Refund of Purchase Money

                                  Trusting the quality of Nokia phones, I purchased one Nokia 3120, Classic Phone (IMEI number [protected]) from Nokia priority Dealer M/s Happy Creations, Mavoor Road, Calicut-673001, Kerala on 2 December, 2008 (vide invoice number 11526) by paying an amount of Rs 6, 500/-.

                                  Within one month of the date of purchase, I noticed that the incoming calls were not getting recorded through the normal speaker, which means the audio was not working (though the loud speaker was working).

                                  Having left with no other options, I took my phone to Sheetla communications, authorized service centre for Nokia phones as given in the website of nokia.com and the customer care people rectified the problem and represented to me that it was only a software related problem and the phone will work smoothly.

                                  To my utter surprise, the phone started having the same problem within one week and I took again my phone to the above service centre during last week of November, 2008. As done in the previous round, they rectified the problem and gave the phone back to me saying the software was upgraded and the phone will be working with out any problems.

                                  However, again within few days, I found the same problem recurring and I was constrained to take the phone to the same service centre on 2 December, 2008 under the belief that atleast this time the problem will be rectified once for all. After the preliminary checking, it was represented to me by the service centre that I have to leave the phone with them for 7 days and the phone needs to sent to their head office. A job sheet was generated by them ( Job Sheet Number[protected]/081202/01 dated 2 Dec 08) and I handed over the phone. Later, after seven days I got the call from the service centre that the phone is ready for delivery. At the time of taking delivery, I was told by them that they have changed the audio system and the same problem will not recur any more.

                                  I am desperate to say that, within one week from that date, the phone has again started giving the same problem that too when I was on an official trip which put me in great trouble, since I was not carrying an alternate phone with me (normally no one carries two phone at a time). After coming back to Gurgaon, I had again took the phone to the service centre and requested them to refund the purchase value of the phone. They apologized for the inconvenience caused (which is an very easy way of apologizing) and again requested me to leave the phone that too after making me to wait for 20 minutes in the service centre. It was represented to me that they will replace the phone this time and it will take another 5-6 working days for getting the new phone from the head office. They once again generated the job sheet number 48243408/081219/11 dated 19 December, 2008.

                                  Since I didn’t receive any feed back even after 7 days, I called them and they made a casual statement that the phone is in head office. Being a next step in the matter, I called up the customer care number given in the web site and they had asked me to give the head office Job Sheet Number, which I was not provided with by the service centre. Later I had to call 5 times on Friday, i.e 26 December, 2008 to get the Job sheet number of the head office.

                                  You may please note that I was not provided with an alternate phone by the service provider and I was left with out any handset, that too after purchasing a well known brand like Nokia and for no fault of mine. The deficiency of service (both in terms of the quality of product and after sale service) has caused irreparable loss in terms of my official work and also affecting my day to day personal affairs.

                                  I submit that each time when I had to go to the service centre, I had to take half day leave from my official work, since the working time of the service centre is between 10 AM and 6 PM and considering the time taken by the service centre in getting the problem checked.

                                  Even today i.e 29 December, I tried to contact the status of my phone from the Service Centre and I was informed that it will take another few days to get the delivery.

                                  Since it is now clear from the facts as stated above, that there is some inherent manufacturing defects in the phone and also considering the gross deficiency of service, I am no longer willing to accept the same phone and request you to refund the purchase money with in 3 days from today.

                                  You may appreciate the fact that there are lots of cheaper phones available in the market and it is only after considering the better quality promised by Nokia, I was prompted to buy the same.


                                  The loss sustained to me because of the technical defects and the poor quality of service, is un countable in terms of money and therefore, I hereby call upon you to instruct your service centre people or any other concerned in this regard to refund the purchase money (inlieu of the legal actions against your company) within 3days from today, failing which, I will constrained to take appropriate legal actions against your company.

                                  Purchased a hand set of Nokia model 3120 Classic in the month of October 2008 presented the same to my son Ravi.The set is defective one and lodged for repair six to seven times. The set was sent for exchange through their Service Centre ( Nokia ) Lap Lume Service Centre, Thane ( Maharastra). Their E-mail:[protected]@nokiacareindia.com and the set has been deposited four times for repair/replacement, Presently the set is with them and the Jobsheet No.[protected]/090325/4 dated 25th March 2009.Hardly it works for an hour so. Each time they return the set with confidence that it got repaired and after a day or two again I lodge there with the same comlaint. The process started in the month of January 2009 and god know how many more months will take them for replacement of the set.

                                  On 19.4.2009 as per Tax Invoice No. 720 of Rhythm (28, Vaishali Shopping Centre, S.V. Road, Malad (West) Mumbai 400064, Tel nos.[protected]/[protected]/[protected], I had purchased New Nokia 3120C-1C Graphite 1 GB (IMEI NO. [protected] and Battery No. 108815,0670560, Charger No. 0675605, D.code – Dar 329, 14.4.09) for Rs. 7390/-

                                  On and around 20.8.2009 (WITHIN 1 YR. WARRANTY PERIOD) my mobile started hanging, key pad was also not functioning, therefore I gave the same to Nokia Care Centre - M/s. Fones 4 U as per their memo dtd. 21.8.09, they have collected service charges for Mechanical Repair (including key pad) & spare parts used shown as L3 repairs (sent to main centre – Delhi), for which they charged Rs. 1489 + 10.3% service tax total cash Rs. 1660/- i.e. in the warranty period…!!!!

                                  When I collected back the hand set of said Nokia from Fones 4u on 9.9.2009 (they had sent it to their main centre – Delhi (L3 Repairs) for services etc. as they told me so, thus taking more days i.e. about 20 days from 21.8.09 – date of submission) I found that the slot in which the sim card is to be inserted was not fixed properly. When inquired, the service centre person told me that it does not matter if the slot of Nokia hand set is not proper, the Sim card could still be inserted & the hand set will still work properly. For some days everything was properly working.

                                  Suddenly, on and around 19.10.2009 my said Nokia handset started hanging & keypad was not working properly, so on 20.10.2009 I gave back the said handset to the same Nokia service centre i.e. M/s. Fones 4u who had already collected Rs 1660/- cash from me previously.

                                  On 23.10.2009, I collected back my said Nokia hand set from said service centre M/s. Fones 4 U this time on my request they did not charge anything & also told me that little servicing was required.

                                  While collecting the said handset on 23.10.2009, I further found that the slot for SIM card was not repaired & fixed at all – just as in the previous case. I requested the said service centre to do so, but they asked me to pay further Rs. 1660/- as they had already provided services on 21.8.2009 which was valid only for a period of 1 month i.e. upto 10/09/2009 (1 month from 09.09.2009) !!!
                                  1. In the warranty period, the said service Centre collected Rs. 1660/- from me on 9.9.09 without repairing the slot of SIM card & within a very short period, i.e. on and around 20.10.2009 the said Nokia handset again became dead/functionless.

                                  2. The 2nd time services were also not provided properly & without repairing/fixing the slot of SIM card & by doing little servicing, the handset is delivered to me.

                                  My Demand

                                  In the circumstances of the case, kindly refund me my Rs. 1660/- and provide me new hand set of Nokia 3120C-1 by replacing the same with my handset or refund me the entire amount of Rs. 7390/- being the purchase price paid by me, or the amount as the competent authorities of Customer Care / Jago Grahak deem fit.

                                  Please settle this issue as early as possible as I am not at all satisfied with the services & handset provided to me.

                                  Previously, I had made use of 4 Nokia handsets but no such problems were found and I would never ever like to purchase a Nokia handset in future and would also suggest everyone to not purchase any Nokia handset.

                                  I am facing a problem with my Nokia set7210. Actually the problem was in my set intermittently there was showing a message that

                                  “simcard registration failed” and at the some of switch on sometimes display was getting white& also sometimes there was no tower.

                                  I had purchased the set from Mumbai on December 2008.I brought my set to my nearest nokia care it was at 81/A, S.P Mukherjee road

                                  Kol-26 on Saturday 08.05.2010.(The same day I was facing the problem first) At that time they told me that may be problem was in software and they will update the software. After that in the evening I went to nokia care but after inseting the same sim & different sim I found the same problem. Then I refused to take my set.

                                  That day they told me that, they will inspect my set properly and call me after resolving the problem. I called up on Monday & they told me that the set is under observation, then today finally after getting a SMS that my set is ready I went to the service centre & I see that the same problem is remaining but their representative told me that the problem is in my sim because they have already checked up with another sim. I rely on their words and take my set by giving an amount of 225 ruppees .But within half an hour I change my sim & facing the the same problem.So, please tell me that how my problem can be solved. In this way I am feeling harrasement which is not expected from NOKIA.One more thing is that they had taken amount of 225 but i with tax (10.03% which is mentioned in the bill copy)on 220 the amount is coming 221/- i dont why and how they can take extra rupees. Tough i am not bothered about the meagre amount but i never can expect such a mismanagent from nokia.

                                  this is raj from mysore , tis regarding i had purchased a nokia 5233 touch sceen mobile on 15 aug 2010 at nokia priority dealer , cheranellor road, edapally, cochin, kerala. india .from day one of purchase the mobile iam facing a automatically switch off, touch screen hanging etc.............then i walked in to nokia care, new kanthraj urs road,kuvempunagar, mysore.on 20 september 2010, they checked my handset & told me to their is some problem in hardware & it must to be send to nokia company to repair the handset& it will take 10 to 12 days. but iam nt agreed to repair the handset & told them to replace the h/s bcoz i just used used for only 1 month of purchase.
                                  but they r blaming to nokia co & nt ageed to replace the h/s from nokia care & it should decided in nokia co only.
                                  this is my reqest to replace the h/s to new one & i will nt accept the the same repaired h/s bcoz i just used h/s for only 1 month of purchase. so this very hurted me. this is nt question obout my money, this is question o[censored]r co reputation & trust. hope u u understsnd my request & do needfulll..........

The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.


                                  I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

                                  I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

                                  If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wanting a acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

                                  I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



                                  since the then time the mobile set is hanged problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

                                  sir i have given a handset at the date of 08/07/2014 which has a probleum to auto switch off. after reparing the phone they given the set which switch off and never on. i have given again they called me after 10 days and said to replace the phone. after 10 days they given me a defected handset, i give him again and they called me again after 7 days, and again given me defected hand set. this process is continue with me till date(06/09/2014) total 4 time. and they does not want to give me a new phone
                                  sir at starting time when i was gone to repairing the phone, phone has one month waranty, they called to extant warranty in 160 repess for one year, which i pay.
                                  sir in 12 month if they take 2-3 month to repaire the phone then what is mean by warranty.sir they have given me a hand set of single sim but i have very problem without dual sim phone. they did not take me seriously every time
                                  i want to convinence to the company for every time. they are eritating me..
                                  today they also given me a defected phone which speaker was defected.
                                  &quot;sir one major problem of nokia is they have no complaint number toll free for customer. they given a number for specific region with call rate and if you called this number they advertice there phone in call nothing else and call rate started and no option for talk customer initialy.&quot;

                                        Hello dear sir,

                                        Two days back, ie. on[protected], I gave my mobile to service centre for repair of the following needs:-
                                        1) Dialed numbers
                                        2) Received calls and 3) Missed calles are not swown in my mobile and editing options are not functioning due to some mishap of application.

                                        After repair, when I checked , my all phone numbers --- all --- about 860 numbers are lost. Your service centre workmen are argueing that that is not their fault. Is it correct on your part? If it is so, your servicemen should have alerted us to be careful and to send the phone numbers into SIM.

                                        Now, I lost my all numbers. How to recover them?

                                        Is there any solution to get back my Numbers?

                                        Is there any mechanism to at least to know the numbers I had dialed from [protected] to [protected]?

                                        I am having very important work spot as well as business dealers numbers? Your service men are not trained properly and not only me, that day about 10 persons came after for the same reason _ ALL PHONE NUMBERS ARE LOST DUE TO THE FOOLISH SERVICE EXPEIRIENCE.

                                        WILL U PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD BY sending the numbers I have dialed
                                        between[protected] and[protected].

                                        Please send those numbers to my email so that at least I could take back some data.
