    power,phone restart/reboots,keypad,keypad do not work,

    my is bing problam with powar
    hanging while doing work on it

    Nokia 2323c - 2 — sometimes switch off

    when opening create message it show memory storage not ready. Themes are automatically deleted sometimes mobile get switched off
    this has been for the 7th time my mobile has a problem... i gets switched off and then when we try to start then it only blinks the light and then switch's off again..

        I bought a Nokia E51 Mobile Phone from Car Phone Warehouse in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland in May 2009. Two weeks after buying the phone it started giving problems. I brought it back to the shop.The phone kept hopping to different applications and occasionally I would get no response when I would press a key. The man there took out the battery. He said this will reset it and that it will be OK. A few days later I had another problem. I was getting no response when pressing keys 3 and 6. I brought the phone back. The gentleman in the shop said the buttons had popped out and he pressed it back in.
        The original problem kept reoccurring. I would take out the battery and reset it myself and it would be ok again for another while.
        I was hiking in Donegal in September and I found myself in a situation where I needed to make an urgent telephone call. The phone would not work as I was getting no response from any of the keys. Taking out the battery and resetting it did not solve the problem. I again brought the phone back to Carphone Warehouse, Blackrock. The gentleman there tried to convince me that it was a network problem and I had difficulty convincing him that it was a problem with the phone. He said he would send it for repairs and that it would take 2 to 3 weeks.. He could not give me a replacement phone whilst in for repairs. I brought it to the repair centre myself and had it back within a few hours.They told me it was a software problem. However the same problem recurred again after a few weeks. I again brought it back to carphone warehouse where again the gentleman there tried to convince me that it was a network problem. At this stage I wasn't able to even send text messages.
        I asked that the phone be replaced. He said he could not replace the phone as it had to be in for repairs 3 times before he could do so. He also had not recorded my previous faults which I had brought to the shop on his computer system. I got onto carphone warehouse helpdesk and got no satisfaction there. I brought the phone into Carphone Warehouse, Grafton St. where I met a very helpful Manager. He said all he could do, as it was company policy, was send it back again for repairs. This will now be the third time that the phone has been in for repairs. He said it may take 3 weeks but he was able to give me a replacement phone.
        The service I have been getting from Carphone Warehouse has been deplorable. I have wasted several hours going and it this stage I feel I can't trust my phone when I get it back.

        E51 — NOT RECEIVE MY PHONE

        Purchased nokia E 51 invoice no 1180 dated 5th June 08 from the local dealer namely Hotline Service Center 4 Tulsi Complex Tower Chowk Ujjain (Madhya Paradesh) Country India dealer phone no[protected]. The mobile underwent dead within 10 day of its purchase. The dealer was contacted. He referred to Nokia Care who took the mobile and deported it to Bhopal. It was apprised by theme that the some problem in software has crept in and would be set right. I am of the opinion that the quality product of yr Company in no case should suffer any deficiency in such a short period of 10 days o[censored]se with due care. Since at present i am phone less i m loosing my business, as there were around 1000 contact numbers that i have lost at the moment. There were no any kind of complained so far i have been using yr company product since last 10 years except this one. I therefore feel that the product instead of repairs should have been replaced so that my faith stands bound. I hope that a kind ear to my submission will be turned in order to maintain customer loyalty

        Nokia E51 — lost my nokiaE51 at Stone water grill Pune

        I lost my cell phone Nokia E51 on Jan 31st 2009 at Stone Water Grill in pune. It has all the precious pictures, videos and sounds of my little baby of which i don't have any back up. Please..please return my phone to me if anyone finds it. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. I will really appreciate it a lot.

        This is regarding the nokia phone i purchased with warranty.
        The phone showed some problems so i went to the nokia priortiy centre.
        they took my phone and kept it for 15 days without giving me another piece to use.
        i somehow managed. they called me after 15 days and told phone has been repaired.
        again after 2 days the cell broke down. same problem faced where no keypads were working.
        i again submitted my phone saying what did they repair. they again took my phone and have still not called me.its been 12 days.
        i requested them to issue me new phone they have refused. this is really bad service they think we have all the time in the world to 100 times go to the priority centre and submit our phones.

        can anyone look inot the matter.after taking warranty this is what we get from nokia.

        after keeping the phone for almost 15 days with them i got a call form nokai care to collect it as it has been repaired. but the phone is now showing sopme pther problems.i am not able to hear clearly at all.

        i requested them to issue me new phone they have refused. the manager out there some MR sanjay at the opera house nokia care even used abusive language. This is really bad service they think we do not have all the time in the world to 100 times go to the priority centre and submit our phones.

        can anyone look inot the matter.after taking warranty this is what we get from nokia.

        Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.

          My Nokia N70 had problems with the Keypad, some of the keys where not working. So I visited Nokia Care Centre Near Shankar Seth Road, Pune. The lady took note of the problems and handed over the mobile in the repair section. After 50 minutes I enquired with her, then she told me that it will take time to check as they do not have the required part. She asked me to keep the mobile with them. The next day they gave a call saying that the mobile need to be formatted. I told them, if the problem can be solved they can do it.
          Same day i visited the Nokia Care Centre at the closing hours. First they refused to give the mobile, then they told me that it is non-repairable. I took my mobile back. Later I realised that the Ringer volume was very low and I was not able to hear any sound. Next day I visited them again. Then after 2 hrs of wait they repaired it. I am sure that they have replaced the original part of my mobile was replaced and duplicate part has been place. the people working in this Nokia Care Center are CHOORS. I would like to file a complaint against them. The Center is located at Shankar Seth Road, Near Dhobi Ghat, Pune.

          I hope some action will be taken, if possible.

            now i m facing battery backup problem for last one month. i though it is not working baceuse of battery.. now tell me .. I went to customer care . they said to me there is no peoblem... but still i have this problem.

              Sir,
              i rahul patil staying in akola had purchased a nokia handset i.e nokia 6303 classic, EMI number is [protected] in september month, it hs been 3 months since i hv purchased the handset.my problem is that my phone memory is very poor,,hardly 150 sms can be stored and i am not able to browse net too.
              i gave my set to nokia care in akola i.e MIDAS COMPUTER & STATIONARY on 21st Nov.2009 my jobsheet number is 091118/44, and i have done complaint also my complaint number is [protected].from 2 months myn handset is been being taken 2 nokia care for the same problem but yet it has not been solved.tell me why have you opened nokia care then better shut done your company if you cant solve the customers problem at once.
              I have spended my 8,000/- for myself not for nokia care, more then me my handset has been used by nokia care, coz i have to gv my handset after every 15days for the same problem. tell me how could i trust on nokia products any more.
              More over when we call nokia customer care they dnt give us any detail about our phone condition. what the hell is this.why have you opened customer care then.
              Now the only option is either i want my cell to be replaced with a new one, or i want my money i.e 8,000/- back else i will have to take further action.

              Nokia 6303 classic — Phone memory problem

              Sir i pradeep kumar purchased nokia 6303 classic this october the phone memory is about 20mb but the handset does not shows it. Once i had shown my set to nokia care they returned it after 2-3 days the problem was solved to some extent they reinstalled the software but again the problem has started i think the problem is with the handset what should i do?

                Hi, I am Deepankar.

                I bought a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone back in April, 2009. After a short time I started experiencing problems with my original mmc. The phone's screen will go dead in stand by mode while it worked perfectly inside the menu items. My phone's screen got replaced the first time I took it for repair but the problem with the screen resurfaced after a few days.

                The second time I insisted that my mmc be replaced. Now more than 2 months have passed and I have been without a mmc. The best part is when I call them and if I do not get hold of the right person the standard reply is that my card is ready and that I can collect anytime. I was once duped into believing that and I went like a fool to collect my card. I have been careful ever since. When I brought to their notice that I had been asked to collect it, they responded that the staff is new and inexperienced. I receive exactly opposite responses from the same office depending on whom I am talking to.

                Today, I was told by the only responsible person there Supriya, that I should have taken another invoice for the card and it was my mistake like I know which one's to take and what not. Great, if I had known all that why would have I had gone through all the trouble.

                The Nokia Care line is also a joke. They will seem very helpful at first but when it comes to resolving the complain I don't feel they can do anything. It took them 20 days to resolve my complain after I contacted them and more than 2 months 10 days in total.

                Please be careful when visiting EDGE COM in Bangalore for repair and do it at your own risk. Also be prepared to wait for ages.
                A friend of mine had the same problems... Avoid EDGE COM, Bangalore at any cost
                Same here... i have had horrendous experiences interacting with these people... my handset is still with them for last one month...Their indifferent and defensive attitude is really surprising and has made my mind to change about how I perceive Nokia as a brand.

                  nokia 2323c — THE COMPANY IS ACTING VERY CARELESLY AND NOT PROVIDING ANY HELP

                  I BOUGHT NOKIA 2323C ON 1 AUGUST,2009.SINCE THEN I AM JUST RUNNING TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTERS. 5 TIMES MY PHONE HAS GIVEN SUCH PROBLEM EVERY TIME I GIVE MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED THEY JUST CHANGE THE SOFTWARE.AND AGAIN AFTER A WEEK OR 2 IT STARTS GIVING THE SAME PROBLEM.THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES IN DELHI TALK SWEETLY AND MAKE THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY FOR 2-3 DAYS BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.                         Nokia E50 — Forged date of MAnufacture

                        Hi,
                        I have purchased a Nokia E50 just a Week before. The date Manufacturing mentioned on the box is 07/2007 while the actual date of manufacture shown in mobile is 10/2006. That means the cell is already a part year old stock which reduces its cost.

                        Hope someone can help to how to tackle such a situation as I came across this issue first time.

                        Hi,
                        This is connection to your overwhelming (sarcastic) response extended to my earlier mail dated 2 March & for the wonderful service delivered to my Phone.
                        Today I got a call from Coimbatore Nokia Care center, calling me for the delivery of my phone. To my shock the phone was in a awkward condition. The phone is definitely not mine, picked up from any junkyard in your factory and shipped to me in name of replacement.
                        If this is the Kind of service the Great Brand is offering to Indian Customers, my Kudos to your team effort Guys.
                        In my words "I gave you a Genuine currency & you guys in return give me a Fake one".
                        Fortunately I have taken few snaps of my phone on 15 Jan, a month before i dropped it you for service, I'm sending it to you. I have totally lost my Trust in the company & your service, Now i doubt if the entire phone including the so-called replaced board is also a fake one.
                        So from Now, I'm not going to trust your service any more. I either want my phone replaced to a new one or my Money Back. I'm not ready to accept any other outcome.
                        And to the extreme goodness, There is no regional/zonal manager whom i could resort in person around my city as the other brands have. You want every thing done over the phone at the end of it you cheat us & make us spend some 100-200 bucks plus a feedback survey for the poor service offered.
                        The service center is above all, with their answer saying that they did not make a remark on condition of the phone while accepting it for service. In-total this a failure of your customer service system.
                        Whose Mistake is this, "is it mine for having chosen Nokia Brand or Preferring to purchase from Priority shop or Seeking a service from Company service center or some thing beyond this"
                        Its now 20 days i have dropped my phone & still uncertain about my phone.
                        I'm disappointed for having lost my own phone in name of faith.

                        As an active member of Consumer Forum, i would not hesitate to walk in to our office and lodge a petition.
                        I Mean it, I would not accept any replacement unless the phone/instrument is seal opened in front of me (i feel cheated with the first impression your guys gave me)

After 4 times problem was solve & no responce from Nokia Company. Roshni mobile gave me new Box pack E50 handset and i went to Rayrhythms and ask them that shoud i take this handset or not.After assure me that there was no problam in E50 model you take this new handset.                         Nokia E50 — No responce from company

                        As i have purchase Nokia E50 handset . Spekar mode get's on while reciveing incoming call & hendset get hang no function or switch works. After removing battery & replcing mobil work's . My mobil given to repair for 9 times yet they cannot solve this problam handset is at rayrhythm nokia care center at vadodara from oct 2007. I demand any new other handset of my purchase value 12150=00 of E50. Or refund may amount back because i am fedup with this handset

                        The phone started hanging while the spearker phone turned on itself when recieving the call. We complained again and again but there were no improvements.The handset is still lying at the nokia care centre from oct 2007.The people can still not solve the problem and are also not giving a proper answer and also are not refunding the purchase amount.I am fed up with this phone please do not by nokia handsets.

                        Hi,

                        I have Given my Nokia E 50 for servicing to the Nokia Care Indira nagar (New Tippsandra) Bangalore in May 09 . The issue was few of my mobile keys were not working. I got the delivery within a week mentioning the problem been rectified but infact next day itself it was again in same condition. The keys were not working, becuase of my hectic shcedule i was not able to go again for a week and i went to the Nokia care i.e. on Jun 6th 09, i waited around 1 hr and they given me back saying the problem been rectified..but to my surprise same day evening the problem came again..I went to the Nokia care again on Jun 10th..this time i was quite upset as this was my 3rd visit for the same problem, I had a chat with centre manager and he assured me within 2 days the issue will get fixed..i didnt get a call for next 6 days, Today i again went there, the phone is given to me mentioning the issue is been fixed..but in fact the issue was still there. I shown that to the Nokia care manager and he took the cell again and came back after 30 minutes saying there is a problem with mother board and replacing mother board is as costly as buying new phone, , by this time i was completely lost..i have asked these simple questions and i didnt get any answer for any of the question..except saying they will return back the money taken..in addition to this to my surprise they have changed my cell battary for which they didnt have any explation..
                        1) Does it take 4 round to identify the problem
                        2) What is been fixed in first 3 trips...everytime it was mentioned to me that issue is fixed.
                        3) What are the quality chks they have internally.
                        4) Over the phone the rep was not able to get my job details, how do these folks manage/keep tracks of the jobs.

                        Please let me know if anything can be done so that other folks dont have to suffer/get the bad service.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I'll like to bring to your notice that i had given my Nokia N-70 Music edition for Virus repair n software update on 29/08/2009 at Nokia Care, Rohini for the !st time.

                          But my handset was not repaired and was given back a few days later and now it didn't even start up and the display was lost.

                          Later, I came to know that my handset was tampered with and the original IC and Motherboard were replaced with non working one's.

                          Later I handed the set to Nokia care - Tilak nagar, They returned it back saying the set is not repairable.

                          Kindly look into the matter as it has caused a lot of trouble for me.

                          I didn't expect this from such a reputed company like yours.

                            sir ,
                            i purchased a nokia 7610 supernova mobile on 23/10/09 whose imei no =[protected] .and is still in its warranty period.
                            The mobile was ok till one month but it had slider problems later ... there was a big gap between the slider and phone and the display also was a sort of diffrent it looked concave which normal previously .
                            i went and enquired about this in madurai . There the service engineer never even looked at it properly and said it cannot be repaired and there was no warranty for display. and he said that he never saw any problem there . how is this possible sir i purchased this mobile with my hard earned money working day and night ... and things are very hard now ... i should have gone for lower version ...but i thought ok let me try once for a good mobile and now iam held up .....
                            please help me sir ... i spent so much onthis mobile and it not working properly and in the nokia care the employees are not even responding properly ... please suggest me some idea sir these things should not happen in india .the customer is not at all respected ...

                              now i have problem from nokia care mulund mumbai i am having nokia e 90 last month due to mike of same handset was not working i given to repair i received after 8 days n they charge me 2100 rupees i checked mike was working properly n data was intact but at night i seen that inner button light was not working and speaker ( when we open ) was not working i went to same nokia care mulund they reply we can not help you have to check properly now if you want to repair you have to pay rs 3900 i shocked i decided to go to consumer court but before move to consumer court i wish to take your advise if you can help me then ok or what to do please guide me in this matter emei number of my phone is [protected] n my mobile number is [protected] thanks

                              I broth a nokia e90 set from Spectrum Trade & Communication Center (Guwahati Assam) dated 19.02.2009. Last two month i bearer several problem like Nero sound, main display problem, usb problem etc.I submit my phone to cure customer care nokia to solve about problem at guwahati (ulubari & chandmari). But they Give me a lesson about paid money. After all i broth above m set depend only nokia.

                                respected sir, i purchased nokia6300 from mercurry electronics.113 shankar road market. newdelhi-110060 on 10/05/2009. its IMEI no[protected]. after 3 month it depositted to nokia care centre namami enterprise,22 office lane agartala, tripura. due to non functioning of its camera/video. job sheet no.32278, dtd.25/08/2009 code-0572716. after prolong period when the set return back at agartala. they could not handed over as it had no tower. again they issue jobsheet no.34356 dtd.16/x/2009. but again after months it return back at agartala even they could not handed over me as till it has no tower. what a fun is creating to me by nokia care as a reputted mobile company , iam very much dpressed and astonished.
                                so i beg to request you to do the needful and issue necessery order to nokia care agartala for instant issue of a new handset to me.
                                I hope you may kindly realise my pain and oblige there by.

                                  I had purchased one NOKIA 5800 bearing serial no.[protected] on 12/03/3009 for a sum of Rs. 19000/- from M/s Janata Stores, P-166/1 CIT Sheme VII M Kolkata-700056.
                                  The set is under warranty for one year and battery for 6 months.

                                  After a couple of month use the set stated giving trouble & on 10/10/2009 I took the set to your service center namely M/s Crazy Infovision, Golaghata Road, VIP Tower, Kolkata-700048, and it was diagnosed that the backup battery was empty. They kept the battery with them & delivered the same to me after two days stating that the battery was working. In good faith I brought the battery back & fitted it to my set but to my utter surprise I found that the set was not working.

                                  Then I took the hand set to your service center M/s Tele Solutions, DN-1, Sector-V salt lake Kolkata -700091, on 06/11/2009. They kept the set with them for repair & asked me to take me the set after two days. I took delivery of the set after two days but I found that the handset was still not working. Then they had further kept the set with them & asked me to enquire after fifteen days – I WONDER WHY THEN THEY HANDED OVDER THE SET TO ME ON THE 2ND DAY AFTER MY TAKING THE SET TO THEM??

                                  I have been working in a renowned service provider company & we always recommend NOKIA sets to our customers & I am shocked to have received such reciprocity from no less a company than NOKIA itself.

                                  I would seek your intervention in the matter & to ensure that I get back the value for what I had spent for a costly set. Would you please ensure that I get back my set absolutely trouble free or a replacement by a new set failing which I shall be constrained to take up the matter with an appropriate forum at your cost & responsibility apart from throwing the issue before the press as its 18 days and the service center person is saying it will take another 10 days time. How long should I wait?????

                                  I have purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music which started developing a problem of getting Hanged & Battery getting drain very fast which I have taken in the Nokia care centre for this problem. After inspecting the same the Handset was found faulty from there side and they have replaced the Handset which was again faulty, they have replaced total 3 Hansdset which has the same problem & for all this process they have taken almost 4 Months and the Executives from the Care Centres blame me that I m doing this Purposely.
                                  I have also raised a complaint to Nokia several times but the only reply i m getting from there end is they will solve the problem but when.
                                  Sir I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter as the company or the Care Centre is in no mood to listen to my complaint & neither my problem is getting solved, i m without my handset for more than 3 months & needs kind reply from the company.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Two months ago i submitted my nokia N-73 set at your nokia care centre at allahabad to get repaired.I was provided with a job sheet number[protected]/09/009/79 for further proceedings.

                                    It has been now two moths since then and i am not getting my phone back. The Nokia care people at allahabad centre are now refusing to return my phone back because they have lost it.

                                    If i will not get my phone back within a week i wil be bound to go to Consumer Forum to lodge a complain.

                                    Hope you will pay attention to my case and take proper action.

                                      sir after so many problems i regesterd my nokia mobile complaint on your website but after one month there is no response from nokia company. i know nokia is world fame company but..............
                                      i buy a nokia mob last year on 8/5/8 from Shivam telecom,22civil line, near prakesh hotel roorkee uttrakhand. but after one month i found that my mobile was not working properly .so take it to shopkeeper but he was not respond well.then i went to nokia care at roorkee they could not do nothing . i went here and there in this period no one respond me well . i know the warranty has gone but it is not my fault. what i do ....... please suggest me soon.i am a senior citizen of this country

                                      I have brought Nokia 36100 slide set of IMEI NO. [protected] of cost Rs 9200/-of invoice no. B-06434 from your shop on 02/01/2009.And it is covering warranty period of 1 year which is yet to be expire.But after some days of purchase the set went wrong .I was unable to receive correct sound frequency from the caller or whom iam calling. That means i was unable to hear other parties sound .I made it notice of your shop and it was given for service. After service i got the set after one month.But it was of no use it again went wrong arter some days.So iam requesting you kindly to take appropriate action to replace the set with other series.I have great faith and beleive on the company so only i went for the option to buy Nokia companies set.So please dont let my faith down.I shall be always thankful to you if appropriate step is taken.If the appropriate step is not taken by you then i should move for legal aid under consumer protection Act.

                                        This is imran ahmad I am writing this mail on behalf of my my friend . Munna lal . I have purchased one Nokia 2626 on 16th aug 2009 from kanpur. I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the hedset started giving troubles. Its was not working properly and gradually it stoped working. I approach to the nearest service center that is at Nokia care, shop no UGA 12 Somdutt plaza Kanpur on 12/10/2009. against job order no. 346_504886

                                        Till date (i.e. around after a 45 days) neither I got my headset back nor I got any satisfactory answer from service center. Several time I called there but they did not receive my call, I am not at all expect this type of services in current totally service oriented era. Being a word class company please look into the matter. And do the needful as early as possible. So that I can remain my faith in your company.
