I BOUGHT THE NOKIA N97 ON 29-10-09,IMEI NO. [protected].SINCE THAT DAY MY CELL IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.ITS GPS DOES RECEIVE ANY SIGNALS SO IT SEEMS THAT IT WAS SOLD TO ME UNTESTED.MANY TIMES I WENT TO THE DEALER FROM WHERE I PURCHASED,HE SAID GO TO THE NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE,AND IN THERE I WENT THRICE THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY AND SAYING THAT U HAVE TO LEAVE THE HANDSET FOR 10 TO 15 DAYS TO THEIR MAIN SERVICE CENTER.KINDLY SEE TO THIS MATTER AGAINST NOKIA.AS I CANNOT LEAVE THE BRAND NEW SET FOR 15 DAYS.
MY SUBMISSION IS THAT NOKIA SHOULD ISSUE ME A NEW SET UPFRONT WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

    I have purchased the nokia set E-71 , from Shiv Communication ,B-24 shyam Park extension,Main GT Road Sahibabad.For Rs.20800/- dated 18-12-08 ,invoice no. 100.This set started trouble from very next month .Then the company upgraded the software and handed over.Now one day the set is found dead with blank screen.I have given the same to repair to Nokia Care Centre ,(MAA Communication) B-36, Laxmi Nagar on 14-nov 09.They confimed to get it repair in 3-4 days. However when i have reached to nokia care center to get my set back , found that my set is in Physically demaged conditions with screws cracking the Body of handset. On complaining the same to nokia care , they misbehaved with me saying we have not done any demage and this set is now not repairable.Also they are intentially getting the repair time raised to get the set out of warranty. Concern person at nokia care is Mr. Vikas ([protected]) incident date[protected].Kindly to provide me proper resolution , as i felt cheated with such a big brand like nokia.Presently i have not picked the set back from nokia care.

      This a copy of the last mail sent to Nokia team and request your help

      Dear Nokia team ,

      I am getting contradictory communications from you and your mobile care and this is the frustration what is reflecting in my mails.

      Attached is the mails received from mobile care for your reference.

      Let me know what action your are taking and how many more days you are going to fool the customer or is it the way Nokia works in India?


      Let me explain it once again, this phone is purchased on 19/10/2009 from Sangeetha outlet and is already visited all nokia care center's in Bangalore for solving its manufacturing problems from day one. Currently Nokia mobile care need my permission for sending it for higher level repair.

      I have visited various nokia care / dealers more than 6 times and the phone is with Nokia mobile care from 14/11/2009 and currently mobile care need my permission for sending it for higher level repairs. I don't have any more time in visiting Nokia care centers as I have wasted enough time and money in visiting Nokia care centre / priority dealers for solving this phones issues also I have not paid my money for keeping a more than six times repaired phone with me.

        Sir,
        I have the following to address for your kind attention and suitable favourable action. I had submitted my request in the month of June 09 (copy enclosed) seeking your assistance towards rectification / replacement of my mobile handset purchased on the 6TH of Jun 2007 at a cost of Rs 9700/- with specifications as under mentioned:-

        2. I am sorry to convey that in spite of my humble request no action on the grievance represented has been taken to-date. A company of this stature should not have a problem in handling such a redress of grievance. It makes one feel sorry for having gone for the brand wagon of Nokia and made this purchase. I would like to mention here that I am a first class gazetted officer of the Indian Navy and I do have a grievance to be attended to and sincerely believe that a solution can be derived if taken in the right spirit and rightly attended to.
        3. This model had been working fine, but the stainless steel cover that is provided on the face of the handset has got disjointed/ dislodged of its adhesive joint from the frame of the mobile. Without this metallic cover frame, the components like the screen, the key pads etc are all exposed, unguarded and are vulnerable to damages/getting detached. Additionally the aesthetics do not allow the set to be used without this metallic frame.I have addressed the problem twice to Nokia Care and got the defect temporarily rectified but the adhesive just doesn’t hold. I am made to understand by the Nokia Care people that this happens to be an inbuilt/ inherent problem in this set and this also happens to be a common problem and cannot be resolved.
        4. In view of the foregoing, I as a customer at the receiving end would request you to replace this handset or if the problem is of a known and re-occurant nature, I will further request you to upgrade this set within the cost range or I can also pay the difference in amount. I am sure with a company of your fame, repute and profile will be able to entertain my humble request. One handset for your grandeur stature is nothing but it does pinch an individual as a customer. I would thereby solicit you to forward your directions/ orders under intimation and do look forward to an early and favourable action on this.

        Nokia 6300 — Not given good replaced Cell

        I have purchased new NOKIA 6300 model on dated 24/10/007.
        I have used this cell in only one month then it show following Problems
        1) Vibrating not working
        2) battery discharge
        3) Hanginning problem.

        Then I send this Cell to repair in NOKIA center from Muland in MUMBAI.(ph no:[protected]
        They repair this cell & Give me back. After some day same problem occurs.
        Then I have again give for repair on dated 16/02/08 , this time they send to their main center .
        This center give me replaced cell, but this cell is used & not in good condition. I have purchased RED color & they give me BLACK color.
        So can I complete in consumer court. Give me advice

        NOKIA HANDSET 6300 — SET UNDER WARRANTY BUT NOT REPAIRED BY THE COMPANY

        MY HAND SET IS UNDER WARRENTY BUT THE NOKIA CARE HAS NOT PREPAIRED THE SET YET
        I HAVE DEPOSITED THE SET ON 06/09/08 TO THE COMPNAY BUT THE SET WAS RETURNNED UNREPAIRED TO ME .
        I DEPOSITED THE SAME AGAIN ON 20 TH AND TILL TODAY COMPNAY HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY TYPE OF INFORMATIO NEITHER ANY PH NUMBER IS WORKING OF THAT COMPNAY

        Nokia Handset 6300 — repair of 6300 Handset

        My wife gave her nokia 6300 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care at Bandra centre, (Rainbow)due to the network problem on 12th September (Job Number[protected]/080912/08)
        After around 10-15 days they repaired & return back the same which worked for 5-6 days & we faced the same problem, afterwards once she visited the same stores where they explained her the problem is with SIM Card, pls get it changed.
        We have gone ahead & change the SIM but once again we faced the same problem, so she visited stores once again & given the same handset for repair, Now this time the rainbow team has reverted that you may tried to repair the handset from outside or there is some internal damage is happen which may not cover under warranty

        Now the current status is handset is with Nokia care & we are waiting for the feedback whether it will cover under warranty or not.

        Want to know if we have to esclate or inform this issue to Nokia team higher up to whom to contact & if their is a repeated problem then can nokia team can replace the product

        Nokia 6300 — Status not known of the handset given for repair

        Dear Sir,

        I had given my Nokia 6300 handset for repair in Bangalore Thippasandra Nokia Care center on 10th of Jan'09.Water had gone into the mobile and wasn't switching on and the Job sheet no. for the complaint registered is[protected]/090110/67. The response has been very poor and every time I called they asked to call me the following day. Later when I asked back for my instrument they said office was under renovation and all the instruments have been sent to Noida. We were not informed about the same by them and when i visited their office it was locked. It is shame on an international company to provide service like this. Till date i've not received any call from them or my instrument back.

        I hope necessary action will be taken and my handset would be returned back even if its not repaired.

        Nokia — replaced phone is not in good condition

        I SUBMITED MY NOKIA N79 FOR THE 5TH TIME ON 28TH DEC 2009 TO NOKIA CARE,AFTER A WEEK THEY SHOWED ME A BLACK N79 SET WITH SO MUCH OF DIRT ON SCREEN & EVEN SOME HAIR AND DIRT INSIDE THE SCREEN,I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME A GREY COLOR BRAND NEW SET OR REPAIR MY OLD SET OR REFUND MY MONEY.THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS SET ONLY AS THERE IS NO OTHER SET IN STOCK AND NOW AFTER WAITING FOR 21 DAYS ON 18TH JAN 2010 THEY ARE SAYING I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE SAME SET.

        Nokia Handset — Complaint towards Nokia Handset

        Sir,

        This refers to my Nokia Handset purchase vide bill no.645 dt.12.05.2009, NOKIA 5130-2 Red IMEI: [protected] of Rs.6240/-

        After using 4-5 month this handsets starts giving number of complaints, its starts hang on, now its display is totally blank and music system is not working at all.

        And its warrany period is going to over now on 12.05.2010.

        Now tell me what to do? Are you going to replace my handset or should i knock the door of consumer court.

        I have given my handset twice to the Nokia care Centre but they refused to repair the handset? I am very much harrassed by the services provided by nokia care centre.

        Kindly revert with the positive reply.

        Nokia — Repain fo handset

        Hello All

        I had faced a serious problem with my Nokia 2700 handset...

        I don't whats go wrong.. but it dosen't turn on.. i submit my hand set to Nokia care center... but there were not able to repair and said it is a scrap cannot be repaired...

        nothing happned.. no water spill, no external damage. nothing

        so i gave to road side repair shop and they repaires in mere 200/- .... with out any problem

        This shows inability of nokia...

        they don't know how to repair there hand sets... shame on you..

        service in not good there.. and no respect to customer..

          Dear Sir,
          i am facing a terible problem with my Nokia 2700 classic which i had bought from a leading mobile shoppee in Durgapur. The problem is that my mobiles speaker is not working properly.whenever i am going to play the mp3 song via my mobile speaker its got cracked and the sound is not coming clearly. I was going to your concern Nokia Care which is at Durgapur( Benachity) but they were unable to solve the problem and when i complaine dits not got solve yet they behaved rudley with me and gave a conclussion which is not acceptable at all.So this is my heartily request to you please look into that mater and take proper and necesary steps...
          i bought 2700 classic on jan 4th or 5 th...the problem persisting with ..that is when i am changing the sim card . phone is restarting 2 times ..why this problem is coming is i don't plzz tell bout this

          Nokia / 2700 — Charging during Warranty

          Hi,

          I want to bring into your notice that i am being asked to pay for a fault in the set during Warranty period. I purchased the Nokia 2700 set on 10/04/2010. It had problems from very beginning as it used to switch off itself. When i went to Nokia care, I was shocked as they asked me to pay 1150 Rs. as they said this is liquid damage. I use this set and i am sure it never came in contact of any liquid. This is still under Warranty (1 yr warranty), then how come they can charge me for that.

          Please can you pitch in here.

              Dear Sir
              I have purchased a NOKIA 6700 classic handset on 13/09/2009 from THE MOBILE LIMITED(Branch-38, Gariahat Road,South,Ground Floor,Space No. 5,KOLKATA).Since the purchase I have been harrased quite to suffer a lot of moneytory losses & mental harrasements in the last two months.The handset was sold to me in a defective condition which I found in the very next day I requeted the seller to change the andset within 2 days of purchase.Instead of changing it they just told me to go to nokia care & told me that they have nothing to do after selling the handset.I went to NOKIA Care (Branch-Satya Telecare.229 Chittaranjan Avenue,Near Girish Park Metro Station,Kolkata-6).I also requested them to change the handset everytime(total 3 times) I visited them when a new defect was coming out one after another after each time some patch repairing was done.
              In the last time when I came to know over phone by a call from the above said NOKIA Care on 16/11/09 that this time also my handset was just repaired I did not go to collect the repaired handset that I am affraid that a new defect will come out very soon & wiil cause me to suffer mental harrasements & waste my valuable time leading to suffer more moneytoty losses as like before.
              I also complained to NOKIA Care head office bangalore & mailed to nokia.co.in to chane my handset but no one heared me.
              It is obvious that the handset was sold in a defective condition has the defect found in motherboard just within a 2 days which is completely gross manufacturing defect.
              As the total matter is taking a long period(already more than two monyhs of warranty perion is lost almost without any use of the hansset by me).The usable warranty period is shortening day by day.Therefore it is desired to issue fresh full warranty period from the day of supply of the new handset.

              Here are below some important documents which you may need.

              Here are below in double bracket from no 1 to 3 the original copy of mail I sent to nokia as on 11/11/09,thier reply on 12/11/11/09 & on 13/11/09.

              I have purchased a handset of Nokia 6700 Classic on 13/09/2009 from THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED(Branch-38, Gariahat Road,South,Ground Floor,Space No. 5,KOLKATA).Unfortunately it was found defective on the next day & according to the instruction of the seller, I returned the set to NOKIA CARE (Branch-Satya Telecare.229 Chittaranjan Avenue,Near Girish Park Metro Station,Kolkata-6)within an week & requested to swap the handset.After examination of the set they said that the fault is with the motherboard.Instead of swapping they arranged to repair the set & returned to me after 3 weeks approximately.
              Again within few days when I tried to use bluetooth for the first time,I found it is also defective.Again I requested them(in the same branch of NOKIA CARE mentioned above)to swap the handset on 30/10/2009.But this time also they had done some patch repairing on spot & said me it is okay.But within few hours I found the same defect was remaining & additional to that,search menu(for internet) was becoming hanged frequently.Again on 02/11/2009 I deposited the handset to the same NOKIA CARE with request of swapping it.They received only the set without the accessories,Battery & Memory card(the TRANSCEIVER) & did not assured about swapping the handset & said IF IT WILL BE SWAPPED THEN ONLY THE NEW HANDSET(Transceiver) WILL BE DELIVERD WITHOUT UNPACKED & UNSEALED BOX.But I am afraid that whether the new set is undoubtedly new one because previously mysely & some of my friends have some unfortunate & bitter experience about the different nokia cares in Kolkata.
              I have already informed & launched the request to the Nokia Care Head Office at Bangalore(phone no[protected] over phone on 03/11/2009(Complain No-[protected],IMEI No of my Handset is [protected],Model Description-Nokia 6700c-1 Black).
              But on further enquiry on 10/11/2009 to The Nokia Care Bangalore(phone no[protected] I came to know that whether the set will be repaired or replaced that is still under consideration of your office.
              So,I request you to look over the matter & arrange to replace the old set to a new set sealed in box with all accessories & relevent parts in intact condition & make me sure of the worldwide fame & goodwill of Nokia Telecommunications Ltd.
              As I am a medical practitioner & a teaching staff of KPC Medical College & Hospital at Kolkata I have been already enough harrased & suffered to moneytory loss due to absence in my duty & practice for this hazard.So,I hope that you will be kind enough to grant my appeal & save me from further loss & harrasement.
              I think according to your terms & conditions of the warranty,replacement of the set is quite eliguble as different faults in different parts of the set is coming out one after another & therefore possibility of new defect is qiute anticipated.So,replacement is the only way for the permanent solution to get rid of the continuous hazards & harrasements ACCORDING TO CONSUMERS RIGHT(LEGAL) OF THE CUSTOMER.
              I hope you will inform me about your DECISION within seven days as the stipulated period (15 to 20 days) given by the NOKIA CARE(Branch-Satya Telecare,229,Chittaranjan Avenue,Near Girush Park Metro Station,Kolkata-6) for completion of the whole process will be ended highest on 22/11/2009.

              I have purchased a handset of Nokia 6700 Classic on 13/09/2009 from THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED(Branch-38, Gariahat Road,South,Ground Floor,Space No. 5,KOLKATA).Unfortunately it was found defective on the next day & according to the instruction of the seller, I returned the set to NOKIA CARE (Branch-Satya Telecare.229 Chittaranjan Avenue,Near Girish Park Metro Station,Kolkata-6)within an week & requested to swap the handset.After examination of the set they said that the fault is with the motherboard.Instead of swapping they arranged to repair the set & returned to me after 3 weeks approximately.
              Again within few days when I tried to use bluetooth for the first time,I found it is also defective.Again I requested them(in the same branch of NOKIA CARE mentioned above)to swap the handset on 30/10/2009.But this time also they had done some patch repairing on spot & said me it is okay.But within few hours I found the same defect was remaining & additional to that,search menu(for internet) was becoming hanged frequently.Again on 02/11/2009 I deposited the handset to the same NOKIA CARE with request of swapping it.They received only the set without the accessories,Battery & Memory card(the TRANSCEIVER) & did not assured about swapping the handset & said IF IT WILL BE SWAPPED THEN ONLY THE NEW HANDSET(Transceiver) WILL BE DELIVERD WITHOUT UNPACKED & UNSEALED BOX.But I am afraid that whether the new set is undoubtedly new one because previously mysely & some of my friends have some unfortunate & bitter experience about the different nokia cares in K]

              Nokia mobile Accessories — non receipt of Accessories within stipulated Period.

              i handed over my Battery (Product Code 0670528) of Nokia Company for replacement of the same within stipulated time (Warranty period) of 06(six) months as it was faulty since purchased. it was handed over to nokia customer care center of Silchar, District Cachar, Assam on[protected], but till date it is not returned to me.

              Nokia — MAnufacturing defect in Newly bought Nokia 6700s

              This is regarding malfunctioning of My new Nokia 6700s.
              On 09/07/10, I purchased a Nokia 6700s Slide phone from Nokia Priority, Koramanagala, Bangalore. However, within 2 months, it started having numerous problems.
              It started off with the battery getting completely discharged in a day even though I used to charge it fully. As a new phone, the battery should work for at least 36-48 hrs which it was not supporting. I visited Nokia Care Indira nagar for this issue and it got rectified.
              But, once this got resolved, within a week itself, issues with the display started popping up. The display Brightness used to fluctuate automatically. As a result I had to again rush to same Nokia Care , Indira Nagar. I received the phone after a week with no resolution.The problem still persisted. I again gave my phone the same day with the same issue to be rectified. After almost 10 days,I was informed that some chip has been changed but to my disappointment, the problem was still not resolved and once again, the phone had to be submitted.This was an add on to my agitation that I felt on that day.

              I have also called Nokia Customer care helpline[protected] twice and registered a complaint with them. I am following up on them after returnable date, But when I call , i dnt get a satisfying response..

              It has been over a month now with uncountable visits to Nokia care and still nothing has been done about it.
              nokia 5230 going to offline mode automatically i will given 2times in nokiacare center but the problem is same and also the charginig is not workin after the service ravi [protected]

                I had been using Nokia for the past 8 years ie from my 8th standard and had been a great fan and personally ranked Nokia smartphones the best mobile phone manufacturer as their products are unpredictablly fuzzy logic and functions as per the need of the user.I had used Nokia 1100,Nokia 6600,Nokia N70,Nokia N73,Nokia6630.Now at presently own Nokia 6681 & Nokia N82.I had tried almost all first second and third party softwares for these two handsets as i liked these two handsets the most.After getting this N82 a much higher handset than Nokia 6681 i still dont feel like giving away that handset since it is defeat free and long lasting possession.I at times felt proud to be a part of Nokia family.
                But after started to use Nokia N82 i had found two major faults.One of which is a fault to be blamed upon partially by Nokia and Air Tel India Calicut service provides.
                I know almost everything about Nokia regarding both technical and UI as i am both a fan of Nokia and an Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer to understand all aspects of Original Nokia Finland.
                But with Nokia N82's purchase i was disheartened when i found out that this phone lacks 2 great things that a technical engineer like me give value to,and i had verified this with other N82's to check if it is the problem only experienced by my handset due to faults in my handset and confirmed that this is the manufacture fault.
                Defects:-
                1.Coverage problem:I had been using Air Tel prepaid [protected] from the time since i started using a mobile phone and could not find any fault with Air Tel even i[censored] try to find faults with them i give u the guarantee u will not find any as they are 100% perfect technically.I[censored] dont agree pls prove me wrong.
                The problem is with coverage .The coverage goes nil at times and i have to restart my handset to let the coverage return.This problem is experienced only with Air Tel service provider and the handset works fine with all other service provider.Earlier when i was using other handsets with Air Tel same SIM there was no problem so this problem is totally with Nokia.Nokia pls rectify my coverage problem.
                2.Firmware v31.0.016 upgrade problem :-
                There is some problem with the upgrade u have published on your website as the software updates stops on reaching half way and asks for disconnection and reconnection which should not happen.I am right dont think i was foolish to give this defeat belive me.
                Pls solve these problems then Nokia N 82 will be the king of year 2009.

                Nokia (N 82) — Complaint on N82

                I have purchased a Nokia N 82 model (worth rs 14500) on 21th June 2008 from ALFA in Mumbai
                The instrument was hanging for couple of time's, I went again and I exchanged mobile again with N 82 model (on21th June 2008) but i find the same problem existing.I'm frustrated with Nokia, I haven't come across in my life, until know sure a worst mobile.I need some solution for this issues, So says that it is a software problem/N series hold this problem which can't be resolved.

                      Touchpad stops functioning after a while. Last registered complaint number is[protected]/091117/10.
                      The phone has been to Nokia Care three times at Dwarka Sec 4 branch (Om Ujala Communication), District Centre, Janak Puri once & Jail Road branch (net Dot Solution Pvt Ltd.) once.
                      Phone was purchased in October'09. The software version was upgraded & left for chechup a few times at Nokia Care too.
                      Moreover this time, they are asking to send it to Nokia head office, but not providing any other handset for use while my phone is with them.
                      Kindly look into the matter & resolve the problem at earliest opportunity & pls mention the branch too, where you'd like me to leave the phone.

                      They dont even have a feedback option on their website, nd the guys there at Nokia Care dont give a damn.
                      Nd i[censored] r waiting for them to give u a handset for a while to use, i got one after a month's waiting, nd that too operated on power only. No battery backup.
                      Better go for a chinese phone. Coz u know, its worth the price it costs.

                          I have purchase Nokia model no. 3110c on[protected], but after 20 days its bluetooth is not working. And I have change my city also. Because of which i can't go to that store also.
                          The problem is that when i receive a file via bluetooth is shows operation fail and i could not receive the file. But their is no problem in sending a file or receiving a file by data cable. Hope you can suggest a way to solve a problem. And for this i will be thankful to you.

                              I have brought Nokia N70 2 years back.For one year the phone worked perfectly fine without any problem.But in last one year i have got the screen,keypad & I.C. Changed costing me more than Rs.5000. Recently one month back the phone used to get hang & when i used to remove the battery & try to switch on it the phone didn't start. Then i send the phone to nokia care center & they told me that the problem was with my memory card. So i removed my memory card & it worked fine for just 1 month.2 days back the phone again got hanged & when i removed the battery & tried to switch on it the phone gave the error "Start-up failed contact your retailer". Then i took the phone to nokia care center & i clear told me that they won't be able to repair it.One of the nokia center told that it is a hardware problem while the other told it is a software problem. Now u tell me how to get my phone repaired after spending so much money on it? Is there any reliability of nokia products? As i think they work fine just for 1 year. What should i do with my phone?

                              I had purchased my Nokia N70 Music Edition handset on 15/07/2007 from Nokia Priority Dealer, Bank Road, Rai Market, Opp. Electricity Office, Ambala Cantt.
                              But nearly after completing a year It has started giving problem. The display is not proper and handset light is also not coming. I had given it to Nokia Care for repair. They had given me a estimation of Rs 2200/-(approx).
                              I am having a very bad experience with NOKIA brand. Though the company seems to be No 1 now a days in the mobile market but their technology is not reliable.
                              I suggest my friends not to go for Nokia because They people are loosing their image day by day.
                              It's my hard luck but I can't do anything.

                                Hi,

                                Recently in March'2009 I had bought a Nokia 5310 from The Mobile Store in Ahmedabad. From the next day itself, it started giving problems. This handset started giving problems from May'2009 itself, and from then till now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the screen is damaged inside.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I got the screen changed on my own expense of 850 Rs. at the nokia customer care, still again without any issues the next day again the screen was damaged. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.

                                Nokia 3250 — Forced to move to consumer court

                                Hello,
                                I bought Nokia 3250 on 18/12/2006. On 08/11/07, display of my phone went blank. I got my cell repaired by Nokia Care on 27/11/07. But same time, the same problem came and I gave back my phone to Nikia care. theyt returned my phone in december 07. But just after the day when my warranty lapsed(05/01/08), the same problem aroused and Nokia care refused to correct the problem. then I got my phone repaired out of warranty at Nokia Care for which I was charged Rs.1650 with warranty of 30 days. But again within 15 days, the same problem came. I gave my phone to Nokia Care again on 20/02/08. But after around 40 days, today Nokia Care provided me with a replacement. I was given an old Nokia 3250 which was in a very bad condition. So i refused to take it. And Nokia Care told me that they could do noting, as this replacement is from Nokia Care Headoffice.

                                This is very bad on part of Nokia. After 5 months of continous problem, Nokia is unable to resolve the same. For this, I should be provided with a new mobile phone.

                                Kidly reply to me this problem at the earliest or else I would be forced to move to Consumer Court.

                                NOKIA 5310 — not giving proper service by dealer

                                I bought a new nokia 5310 express music mobile at 8 May 2008. I got some problems with that phone so i consult to dealer from where i bought that phone. But he not given good treatment . My problem is that my phones vidio quality is very bad though it is 2 megapixel camera. Its quality looks like a mobile with less than 1 megapixel camera. When i told this problem to dealer he reacted like he have nothing to do with this, his job is to only sell phones and when once they got sold there will be no relation between him and the customer. the dealer belongs to Parbhani district Maharashtra state..

                                nokia1661-2 — mobile hangs.

                                I have been going to repair my mobile N72 continously for 7 to 8 times in noka care center in kolkata gariahat nokia care center near fire brigade but they are unable to repair it also they are not denying they are not unable to repair it, if I call it goes to other menu and the call disconnects while receiving or making calls, they take 15 minutes, return back, it is ok for 20 minutes and then the problem recurs, I have paid whooping 2500 once for repair, but they are insufficient to repair as the workers are very inefficient there and also not telling that they are unable to repair, please do needful

                                I, Mr. Yougesh Agarwal on behalf of my firm M/S Shakti Electric Co. Had purchased a mobile E51 model (EMEI-[protected]) from BALAJI Mobiles, Shri Ram Tower, HazratGanj, Lucknow on January 17, 2009. The mobile set was not working properly since then even for the 2 months. I faced problem many times and submitted the hand set to service centre many times. Most of time, the hand set was in the service centre or with me to submit it in the service centre. Overall it had not worked even three month. Now service centre has replaced it and give us a set of E63 (EMEI-[protected]) on November 27, 2009. This time they give me the set which had not work even two days properly, and I repaired it on December 1. Which job sheet no is[protected]/091201/79. Now again it had not properly worked and I am bound to submit it to the service centre with job sheet no is[protected]/091204/46. I visited service centre regarding these aspects nearly 20 times. Each times it takes a nearly one and half hour to two hour process. And each time my work suffers by giving time to service centre, and many problem facing due to not one set in hand.

                                This is the matter of great regret that still now our company is at loss, So now we can’t take the matter any longer as our as company cannot hold the matter anymore thus to resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my mobile E51, by which I will buy a new mobile at least which can solve my some purpose.

                                I gave my mobile with following details for repair on 15/01/2010 which holds warranty period.at Sudha Mobiles, 21/441, veeraswamy mandi street, 7 Road circle, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh and they gave a receipt with No. 2162. I am residing at a place far away of 50Km from the above care centre.I went to collect my mobile 5 times but in vain. Even I contacted them through phone nearly 10 times. Every time they gave me the reply "Sir, tomorrow certainly you can come and collect". But the each time I went, they simplly postponing the delivery with very silly reasons. I am extremely vexed with this care centre and complaining to you. Their response is also very irresposible and careless. Even they didn't inform about the status not even once in the last two months. For this I spent nearly Rs.400/- with out any positive result. I request to interfere in this for necessary action as soon as possible as it is causing very inconvience.

                                I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



                                I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.

                                I have purchased NOKIA X6-00 this year 2011. I am facing the Display and Battery back up problem in the phone from the past one month. I went to three centers in the past one month and still my phone issues are not resolved. I went NOKIA Customer Care Gurgaon(Sec-14) and Those people resolved my phone display(flickering) problem and back up problem without taking any charges as my phone is in warranty period. But I am still unable to charge my battery so Now I went to Ghaziabad Customer Care Center and ask them to check my phone and fix the problem. They told me to pay Rs .650 and said phone is damaged Knowingly.There might be some problem with the Handset and they refused to check it. I am so much disappointed with the NOKIA Customer Care services. People at Care centers unnecessary gives trouble to the Customer and may be it's part of making money only. They could have checked the software at least. I purchased the cell with the belief that Nokia is an excellent service provider but this incident hindered my trust in Nokia. I Hope you'll take an action and resolve my problems.

                                i purchased a nokia n8 handset from mobile corner, shop no-38, c wing, vishrantwadi, pune-15, on[protected],
                                after 2 to 3 days i inserted a sim card in theat and next day early morning i missed 4 calls and thee phone is dead, i went to theat shoppe and ask him theat theis n8 device is faulty, but he refuses, he hold 2 keys of thee phone and phone started, i ask him to replace it but he said theat it is good working, theen i use it but not find good working, it was very slow and always hang up, if any call comes it was totally black and hang up, later it was working, it happens many time,

                                i again went to shoppe and ask your nokia person named ganesh([protected]) what ever i faced problems, he played withe phone and said it is ok, not any problem at all, if you feel some problem you go to nokia care at shankarshethe road and upload new software, i told him theat phone is new why it should be do theis?

                                theen i went out station for a week and came back, go to nokia care on[protected] and told all thee problems, he took thee phone ask theat it will be repair withein 15 mints, after 15 mints a fellow came and told me theat thee device is faulty it should send in company. i ask theem to replace thee phone, but theey deny theat and told me theat it will get repaired, theey told me to come after 10 days,

                                i went theere after 10 days theen theey told it will take more 2 to 3 days, again and again theay were telling me like theis every day when i went theere, i asked theem thee reason of theis delay so theey told me theat you will get new piece on 15the of dec, i am going theere daily and theey are telling me theat courier doesn't reach yet,
                                i asked thee person in nikia care mr anil([protected]) theat show me thee track report of courier, theen he said theat your phone came but it was faulty so we send it back, and now theey commit me theat i will get my mobile on monday,

                                so i request you to take action on theis and ask him to give me a pack piece, not opened,

                                i will also planning to go in consumer court regarding my loss, expenses, and mentally harassment,

                                    I have bought Nokia E-71 from a NOKIA priority dealer situated in Lajpat Nagar 3 month ago. The second day phone hanged up and i have to take out the battery to restart the phone. I called the the showroom wherefrom i bought the set and ifnormed them about the incident, they said it happens sometime but there is no need to worry as these sets loaded with so many software and sometime they may hanged up. I faced similar problem many times during last three months but had no choice as showroom refused to change the set. Now the set is completely dead. I visited Nokia Care situated at Kotlamubarak pur. The experience was not good. Staff of that Nokia care was busy chatting with each other and no body seems interested to talking to coustomer. The front desk executive was flirting with her female colleague and when I requested him to check my mobile, he shows as he is doing a favour to me. He passed the mobile to a window behid him, where some engineers (?) are working (let me say gossiping). One of them has opened my cell to check whether it comes in warrany or not. He took 20 minutes and informed that display is gone and you have to pay Rs.3800/- to repair the mobile as it seems drop of waters gone in key pad area, so warranty is lapse.

                                    I don't know what to do now. Should I visit to another Nokia care to verifty what Nokia Care Kotlamubarakpur said to me or shell out Rs.3800/- on a phone which i bought just three months back.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I recently purchased the hand set of Nokia, model E 71 on 28 Feb 2009 from Paragon, Naupada, Thane (W) and extremely unsatisfied with performance.                                     I also have Nokia E-71 model phone. I use it with BSNL sim. Every time I get a message that the sim is not registered. So I approached BSNL, who have changed the sim. Even after that the same mistake is persisting. Then I contacted Chennai Nokia service center. I was told 3G models are not compatible with BSNL Sim and advised me use some other service provider sim. If it is the case this information would have been told to us at the time of purchasing. I still doubt the clarification provided by the service centre of Nokia at Chennai is true. I request your confirmation and solution for my problem.

                                        I sujay kumar a nokia 7210 supernova product holder. Recently I got so many messeges from the proveder or nokia company tha my phone is chinese or some problem is there ans they suggested me that i have to go any showroom for verify.

                                        I had a Nokia 6300, which was replaced by HCL before the warranty period to me .
                                        But the repalced model what i got is not working from day 1 of its usage.Consistently i have been getting the problem of NO OUTGOING AUDIO/SPEECH,
                                        I request you to give me a better replacement and a new mobile
