I purchased the most unfortunate Nokia 6303 Classic on[protected]:10 hours. I mailed them on 3-11-09 by 11:00 hrs stating that the sound produced by the alarm function is very low.

When we buy a phone all that is shown or tested is the sound from the media player which i found to be good enough. How on earth would one expect that the alarm would produce a very low sound in comparison to the media player sound? Is this not misleading...
