I m P.S . Mohamed Kani I have purchase new nokia handset 5030 on 09.11.09 but that mobile given problem with in 2 days on purchace date so I submit mobile nokia service centre more than 3 to 4 times but I facing that same problem again and again ( I m Student Of H.S.C Board I facing problem I not getting time to study When I give mobile for repair that service centere take more than 15 days but not at all solve my problem) Nokia service center people not giving proper resolution for problems & not given proper response . i atleast use the mobile only 3 to 4 days but i given more days kept mobile with them self to repair

nokia mobile/mobile-5030 — mobile not working properly

i purchased nokia 5030 handset with radio whose emi no.[protected].problem of this when radio is on it wonking and then radio is off then phone also is off.

I bought Nokia N85 from USA. I came back to India. It was working fine. But there was some problem in speaker phone. I took it to the Nokia Care center @ Borivali, MUmbai. The problem got rectified but since then, whenever i try to call or talk (pressing green button) it switches of automatically. I took the phone to Nokia care center but they are not doing anything to rectify the same. My handset is still under warranty period. I also wrote to them, but they said they can not provide the service as they do not have the required software.

I am unable to use my handset.

      Mr. deepak (attandant)called me at center he gave me my phone back in the same position
      telling me that they are anable to fix my problem as they told that this is the company responsibility or fault
      so we can not repair this do whatever you want...manager Mr. Hemant Arora told me so...if you want me to be with your company in future please fix my problem otherwise I will be not yout client in future

      Today I went again to centre I told them the same problem consist they told that they have fixed the problem but nothing happened they made me fool sayig that Ishould leave the phone with them for 2-3
      weeks time which is not possible my job sheet no. is162 patel ngr. new delhi.Kindly do the need full to replace it or fix it properly so iIcould carryon as youe client .

            Nokia 6303 Classic — Softwares are not working.

            My name is Vikas from Ludhiana. I have nokia 6303 classic that i purchased a month ago. Its inbuilt softwares like opera mini, messanger are not working. I updated its softwares 4 times bt still having the same problems. I am harrased because i m not able to use internet on that phone. Please tell me what should i do or will have to give any begger as beg. I am waiting for ur response. Thanx.

              Sir I purchased nokia 3110c on 9th jan 2009, from then i must have visited nokia care center 4-5 times regarding by firmware issue,I told them why are they not providing better firmware for this model. Everytime they reinstall n give the firmware it works fine but within few days it again goes corrupt and music file not found, bluetooth problem occurs etc. I m fed up of all this. Please provide me with some solution.

                I have just purchased a NOKIA E72 on 17/12/09. On the set top it is mentioned that i will get 100MB of free internet download each month for three months. here is the offer, printed on cover box of nokia e72 handset.
                'Airtel offers 100 MB/month internet browsing free for 3 months with select handsets.
                If you want to get this offer send SMS 'My Data' to 543210 from your handset. 100MB free data download per month will be credited in customer's account within 24 hrs of receiving the SMS. Please note that this offer is available only for Airtel subscribers who own the following handsets. This offer is valid from October 2009 to December 2009 and customer will be charged at 30paise/50KB forpost free MB usage.". I received confirmatory activation message from airtel. But as I went onto browse i am being charged for web surfing. I have tried talking to airtel customer care and nokia customer care. Airtel CC care siad they didnt know that such offer exists at all. Nokia customer care didnot receive any of my calls at all. I am registered customer of NOKIA with my mail ID: [protected]@yahoo.com. Please help.

                    Non-performance of Nokia Mobile Phone 7210 Supernova
                    Nokia 7210 Supernova purchased at Siliguri from Mobile Tel – Item:002J3F2 – IMEI:[protected]


                    I purchased the above mentioned Mobile handset from Nokia authorized seller Mobile Tel, Sevoke Road, Siliguri in the month of June 2009. The handset worked for about two months well and thereafter stopped working. It suddenly went dead. The handset was taken to Nokia authorized service center in Bangalore and they said due to virus problem the set stopped working. They claimed to have set it right and few days after again it went dead. This time they gave no reason and returned the set after few days. When we enquired about the recurrence of this problem they assured us that it would work all right. Again the same problem occurred after two weeks. They said they would send the handset to Gurgaon and get it serviced and if it doesn’t work all right they will replace the same. On 12th December the handset went dead. My daughter took up the matter with your call center and communicated via email. They assured her to give the set to the Nokia service center near her college. The hand set was returned two days ago. Though it worked for while, it went dead again. We are really frustrated because, this handset is given to our daughter who is studying in Bangalore and it is necessary for us to keep in touch with her regularly.

                    We request you to please look into this matter and arrange to give us a new working handset without any problems. We trust that a company of your repute with customer case as one of the main service will treat this as a serious matter and come out with a permanent solution.

                        Subject: Nokia N73 Music.
                        Purchased: 29th April 2008

                        Dear Sir,

                        I write to you in regard to Nokia N73 Music version that I had purchased on 29th April 2008 from Expression Novelties Pvt Ltd.( Priority Dealer) 18, Sarat Bose Road. Kolkata 700020, India.

                        From the very first day since I have bought the phone, I have experienced problems. The phone stops responding and hangs almost every time I use it. When I returned it to the retailer, they said there was a virus without even examining it properly and they reloaded the Nokia software. The were unable to come up with an answer as to why they thought it was a virus and later pointed towards “Message waiting to be sent” icon and said, “that was the virus”. I was appalled by their lack of knowledge on the products they were selling!

                        When the problem re-occurred, the retailer was contacted again but they were rude and said they were not responsible for the phone that they have sold. We contacted the Nokia Priority Centre who reloaded the software also saying it was a virus. Interestingly, there was no data on the phone whatsoever and nothing was downloaded nor was it ever connected to internet or any other device.

                        The problem however continues to persist and no one related to Nokia seems to take responsibilities. I had bought the phone based on Nokia’s reputation but I am thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated and victimized by the course of events. I feel that the fault lies with this particular instrument itself and may need to be replaced.

                        I had written to the Nokia head office in India but nothing was done nor any action was taken to resolve this problem. I use the phone for my personal and especially business purposes. I am an educationist and I have already lost several clients, as they were unable to get in touch with me as the phone stopped working in the middle of the conversation.

                        1. I have sent my mobile to Nokia Care Centre several times.
                        2. They have reloaded the software five times, each time I lost my all my stored data.
                        3. I visited the Vodaphone headoffice to reload service provider’s software – at Nokia’s suggestion.
                        4. They have changed and put a new memory card
                        5. They have sent my phone to the Nokia headquarters and returned it after two weeks – the phone still hangs.

                        I have spent a great deal of time and money doing all of the above.

                        In spite of all these efforts, no one seems to want to rectify the problem or replace the set. The attitude is – “we have sold the phone and that is where Nokia’s responsibility ends”!

                        I thought that you may wish to know about my experiences and use your good offices to restore (this) customer’s satisfaction.

                          I am VIKRAM S from BANGALORE. I purchased Nokia 1650 on 24/07/2008 and the IMEI No. [protected] my handset suddenly turned off on 20/NOV/2009.

                          I thought low battery & I charged for 2 to 3 hrs but my set was not turning on. There was no problem from my side & since the warranty is lapsed they are charging heavily from the Nokia customer care in order to repair the same. I am not ready to pay anything, since i didn't do anything. If i don't get a proper response from you people i would courier the phone to the head office & let it be a gift to you all.

                            I have purchesed a nokia 7210 from nokia prioroty shope after six month set was given maney problems like total dead, some time very slow, some time sim card not supported. set was already send to delhi through nokia care, after one month i have received my set with working condition. after three four day same problem has showing. once again given to our nokia care on 18.12.09. they solve that problems on same day. Next day same problem , sim card not suppoted. once again today i have given my set to our local nokia care (berhampore, murshidabad, W.B.). please look after the matter seriously. and solve the problems as early as possable. If possable replace the hand set. my warranty valid upto 19.03.2010.

                            I totally agree about complains of 7210. I am also having same set. Many similar problems like this. Battery is also weak. not proper back up.
                            Earlier many times it went dead, but resumes service on itself after sometimes. But this time set is dead from last 3-4 weeks. When I went to service center, they says that set is dropped. They are not even accepting this. It seems there is a serious problem with this model of nokia, due to which they are not even accepting this.

                              I purchased the most unfortunate Nokia 6303 Classic on[protected]:10 hours. I mailed them on 3-11-09 by 11:00 hrs stating that the sound produced by the alarm function is very low.

                              When we buy a phone all that is shown or tested is the sound from the media player which i found to be good enough. How on earth would one expect that the alarm would produce a very low sound in comparison to the media player sound? Is this not misleading public.

                              Whilst I mentioned in my mail that i do not mind continuing to use the set if they can rectify this 'defect' I also said that alternatively I can purchase a better Nokia phone with the price adjusted.

                              I managed to deposit the phone at the Nokia care center after debating with the care center people who insist that this reduced sound is a feature!!! The phone returned after a 2 week trip to Delhi with no change.

                              Now I would say that NOKIA fix the sound or return my money. I mailed to Rajeev Suri (CEO of NSN) and also Ashish Chowdhary(Service head) with no results.

                                  I am sharing my experience with Nokia Care Agra
                                  I bought a Nokia N79 handset 4 months ago. After 3 mnths of purchase my (1,5 no.) keys were not working.
                                  They examined the phone & just after 5 mins told there was hardware problem and asked me to collect it after 15 days.(This irritated me) . After 11 days they called me up and said to collect a new phone as my phone could not be repaired. I was excited to collect the new phone. When I went thr they gave me an old phone with scratches all over the keypad and screen. this made me angry and I shouted at the lady for cheating me. (my original phone didn't had any scratch) . I didnt accept the phone. They told they will never give a brand new phone as it was against company policy. I asked them to give my old phone body with new hardware. Which they told cant be done. i waited for more 15 days to collect another phone .This time its condition was better. So with no options left I collected this phone with a new IMEI number. Moreover, they changed my Xpress-on Cover with another one. Now I have 2 back cover of the same color. all apps were deleted. No wavesecure, no full version n gage games, oxford, theme diy etc. Well these can be dloaded but the game cant be made full version with the activation code that I got at the time of purchasing.
                                  More twist is that my GPRS was not working(mind it i am a hardcore net user) there was some problem . so i again went to N care. They resolved it but now my keypad unlock button at the top is not working.
                                  Above all NOKIA ALSO SUCKS


                                  CAN nokia authorities answer these questions.

                                  1) What will u do to a phone 1 month old. If it cant be repaired . Will u give an old second hand phone to its user.

                                  2) will nokia activate services like nokia maps,ngage subscription again. Becoz after s/w change the subscription goes.

                                  3)Why will nokia not install all its pre installed 3rd party software.

                                  Big boss these are small and acceptable things which a leader company like NOKIA can think to implement.

                                  The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

                                  I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.

                                    Ok, well to get the PUK code you need to go to your carrier/service provider. Each Nokia 7210 has it's own PUK code. It's used to protect the sim card.

                                    Believe me cause i also have a nokia 7210 and I had the same problem. My sis was playing around with my phone and she screwed it up. So yeah...I went to my service provider and they had PUK code for me. So do the same if you want to get the PUK code!
