I have purchased Nokia E71 set on 3rd april 2009 from jaipur , customer ID[protected] and of Lot no [protected], with 2 month of its purchase i found the set totally dead and non functional, during this period i was on official work to brahmpur(orissa) where i have shown this set to nokia care , which was deopsited with them for 10 days and later they told that its battery is dead and it requires changing ,but...

I am very angry ! This is a second time that I receive mobile message were In nokia promo In UK.I won a sum of 450.000 P .I ask responsible persons in Nokia ,how they left to do things like this .It's a bad images for the name who is Nokia .Regards hari......

DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.

I purchased Nokia E63 on 7/12/2009, found the battery was faulty with a manufacturing defect, Got the same checked from Nokia care Dombivli east, for authenticity, and logged a complaint on 11/12/2009 with nokia care,

Instead of replacing the faulty part, or giving me a stand by phone,They took the handset and called me on 27/12/2009.

Its been 4 weeks since I have given my handset to Kaustubh Telecom, Pune for rectifying my handset....

There was a problem with my display (Nokia 5800),it kept flickering and appeared distorted.Moreover nothing on the home screen was working.I gave it for service at a nokia care centre in chennai - RAKSHA IMPEX at kilpauk and i've got to say this was totally unexpected coming from NOKIA.THe service was really pathetic and the people there were unfriendly,lethargic, very RUDE and sloths.I had to wait for 2 hours just to have my phone checked...
