Nokia 5800 xpress music — Display problem and touch screen makes sound

Respected sir,
I have purchased a Nokia 5800 xpress music from Dhanbad. There is a display problem in the set, the display light minimizes even when i set it to max. and when i lock the set, the backlight which went off before was not switching off now. I have purchased it on 14th Feb 2009 and now i have sent it to Nokia care
which says that i will get it back after 25 days or more. Sir i dont have a spare set to use now i have borrowed it from my cousin. I am facing a problem i have also written a complain to nokia care through web
but there is no reply.

I have 5800 Xpress nokia but some problem with new version update in my phone but not working properly. screen display color change red blue green etc... Anybody this same problem solved please send me solution,

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music mobile — No proper action being taken by the company

I am Fiza Chopra from Chandigarh. I bought a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 29th May, 2009 from Chawla Brothers, sector 22, Chandigarh. Since then its giving me a lot of problems, I have already sent it to nokia care, sector 22, chandigarh, and through there to Delhi, twice and will be sending it again soon because my problem is not being solved. Within a month of the purchase if I am sending it for the third time, then something is definitely wrong with the cell and should be immediately replaced. I am shocked that why a proper action is not been taken.

I have been facing following problems in my set:
i. the mobile switches off on its own when not been used
ii. it gets hanged in between
iii. sometimes while using coloured waves and disturbances appear on the screen
iv. it also shows messages like disk error
v. while using camera it shows an error
and there many more problems that I am facing with this set.
I hope a proper action would be taken or I would have to take some other step.

recently one moth back on 25th june i purchase new nokia 5800 mobile phone which i found faulty from first day. i found problem with my display its suddenly in between becomes dark and also greenish, blue, red for few seconds . i dont know wat is the problem. pls let me know the solution ... as soon as possible.

omg so its a bad mobile i thought it was amazing and i was going to buy it, , , thats bad, , i am not feeling good

evn i have this mobile i buyed b4 1 week and da touchscreen is not working and theres a problem in sound loudness too ! i dint think tht dis phone has got like this functioning

I got this 5800 xpress music in the month of July & from that I am facing one or the other problem .

First I have to get the phone Battery Replaced, then Hands free, then its Touch pad gt faulty,

Now when I gt it bk after more than 20 days within 2 days it is giving me the same error.

Nokia Services are getting Bad to Worse.

Pls Intervene.
